Cartoon Network is better -- they have Pokemon : ) I love waking up in the morning watching Pikachu bouncin' around and Team Rocket flaking up again, while gettin' ready for school!!

Not to say I don't like Nickelodeon because I do, but that channel has less shows that I like. I don't even pay attention to any of 'em.

Meh I just sort of lost interest in pokemon after while. And when I was about to start watching it again....they go and change the voice actors that I've been acustomed to for the past forever years and I just sort of loose interest. :(

i was angry when they changed the voice actors. im so used to the old ones.and now they just sound so wrong.

Heck yeah I'm angry too. I also don't like the type of animation they do either...Indigo League is and always will be my favorite season...Pikachu's funny faces aren't the same anymore and the new Pokemon are crap. But this isn't the place to discuss that, so yeah.

The thing I like about Nickelodeon is that they air Fresh Prince on Nick at Nite...I wish they still had the old sitcom shows - Bewitched, I Love Lucy, I Dream of Jeannie, Brady Bunch, etc. You just don't see those on there anymore, and I love all the oldschool cartoons and shows. You know what I mean, those '90s shows. They just don't exist anymore ;_;

You know, it's been so long since I was able to choose what cartoons were going on the tv (and spent that time doing so rather than being online, catching up on a video game or doing something else I enjoyed more) that I really don't know what comes on Cartoon Network anymore and all I know of on Nickelodeon is Sponge Bob (which for some odd reason not only my girls like but so do my brother-in-laws who are 15 and 16 >.>;)
However, when I do have the chance, I'll definitely sit and watch Fairly Odd Parents. I've been watching that show since it first came on the air and it still amuses me more than any other cartoon. I missed the season premiere though which was one episode I really wanted to see. I mean, Cosmo and Wanda making a baby?! How can you possibly go wrong? ^_^ Hooray Poof! XD
Anyways, yeah, usually when I do watch tv it's on Discovery, Discovery Health, Animal Planet or a DVD. The shows on those kind of channels are the kind you can just sit and watch without ever having seen it before and still get into, whereas a lot of the cartoons on now, I've never even seen or even heard of and so starting in the middle, not knowing the characters, plot or anything doesn't really appeal so much.

Cartoon Network made my life.

I don't like them as much anymore. It's so sad how they canceled all the classics.

Where is Hey Arnold, Doug, and Rugrats!

Why did they get rid of Power Puff Girls and Dexter's Lab. Teen Titans is gonneee... now they have stupid Ben 10. D:<
And many more.


Blahh... now they all have a bunch of cliche shows that are all the same storyline.

I like Cartoon Network way more, although some of the stuff they have out now is just lame. Like Camp Lazlo and My Gym Parter's a Monkey, or w/e that's called. xD

But Cartoon Network has anime and adult swim. I miss shows like Powerpuff Girls and Courage the Cowardly Dog though.

Nick just has weird shows.. like the one with Britney Spears' little sister and Ned's ~ Whatever. xD I'm not into shows like that..

Oh god...I would kill to get the '90s shows back. ;~; I just plain loved them - almost ALL of them. Which is saying something; I'm not much of a TV person. But I do love those old sitcoms...very much. I wish they still aired on Nick at Nite; I remember when 10:00 was late for me, but I actually stayed up until then to watch the shows on there. Now THAT took a lot from me, back then...all for the kind of thing I don't usually care for.

I miss the old Nickelodeon...;~;

Spongebob was once a show that knew no bounds when it came to what demographic watched it. But that was back when they didn't rely on toilet humor and just plain crap filled episodes. Somehow after the episodes after the movie just aren't as good as the old ones.

And I thought Nickelodeon gave Fairly Odd Parents the cease of production?

I prefer Cartoon Network, well Adult Swim really, over Nickelodeon. I love Death Note, Bleach, Family Guy, Robot Chicken, Eureka 7, Aqua Team Hunger Force, Fullmetal Alchemist and Ghost in The Shell: Stand Alone Complex. Though some of the day time lineup isn't to bad. Like Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy and Naruto. Thats about it. XD Oh well, I watch CSI in the evening anyway, go Spike TV.

Nickelodeon is more of a kids channel. Fairly Odd Parents, Zoey 101 and Ned's Whatever. Just a tad kiddish for my liking.

I hate to tell you this but Cartoon Network is a kids network as well. Don't even bring Adult Swim into this conversation as they are two seperate networks. Save it for the "Nick at Nite VS Adult Swim" debate. :P

Cartoon Network, probably. Nickelodeon has gotten worse, and so has CN, but still, CN has a decent Adult Swim lineup. I just feel sad for all the little kids who shouldn't watch those shows... Back in my day we had All That, Rocko's Modern Life, Doug, the Looney Tunes was still on, and even...gah, dare I say it... Thundercats!

Hmm...CN or Nickelodeon.. that's a tough one. I watch 'em both the same especially now that the cable I subscribe to removed Disney Channel.

Anyway, both networks have its ups and downs. (Well at least from their lineup of shows from where I come from). I'll have to think about this more before I can conclude which station I consider to be better. ><

i think that both cartoon network and nickelodeon were great back in the old days (think 90s) - but now they're still okay.

from cartoon network, today - adult swim, mostly family guy, any animes... even though i prefer to watch them subbed

from nickelodeon, today - fairly odd parents

the one channel i dislike though, is disney. bleh.

I miss some of the shows that were cancelled.

It's been a while since I really wants either, but I think Cartoon Network is better. nikelodian can be very immature a lot of the time, and the cartoons weren't as good.
