I said I quit but I'm back on track.

I lost 2lbs, then gained it, and now I've lost it again. xD

But please, please, please Chai. Take notice of my journal... or at least give me a starting star. When I was considering stopping it didn't help when you were ignoring my achievements.

@Pearl: Chai hasn't been here for awhile, but I'll ask her. The thing about 2lbs is that body weight can fluctuate one or two pounds even in a day. That doesn't mean you shouldn't be excited to lose it, it just means you shouldn't be upset if it's back the next day. That's why you shouldn't weigh yourself everyday (not that I'm saying you are), because you'd get really discouraged fast.

Well I weigh myself more often than once a week, but I only record it on monday mornings.

Good Monday Morning all, and Happy St. Patrick's Day!

I fresh start for me..again, but I hope to last this time. *sigh*

So I have a question. What do you all have for breakfasts and lunch? I need some new ideas.
