Celestine continued to laugh for a few moments longer before he finally took a few deeps breaths and calmed himself down, mostly because the side he's bruised was hurting. The bruise was still there, though it was yellowing and going away by now it still hurt on occasion. He wrapped his arm around his middle, holding his side lightly as he calmed himself down. He raised his other hand to wipe his eyes again, still smiling as he did so. "...Heh...hehe...Sorry... Haha I'm not sure what was so funny... I just...haha that snake reminded me of you when we first met." he said with another soft laugh. "Annoying and persistent as hell...Haha... When I called you a water snake before I never expected you would actually be summoning one later, let alone that I would be around to see it." He chuckled a little more and then looked back to Aamori again, his laughed dying off a bit, though the smile remained. He wasn't sure if he'd said anything that she would find offensive, he was just to explain what had made him start laughing. He shook his head and then reached over to her, wrapping his arms around her and giving her a slight squeeze just in case. He didn't know why he was feeling so energetic and playful at the moment when he'd been so ready to kill something just a little bit before. He nuzzled against her gently and laughed softly again, "Anyway... it was a good first attempt..." he said simply. "Ready to try again?"

Aamori shook her head lightly when she heard him say what had made him laugh so much. Somehow she felt like she should've known that. She wasn't offended or anything and she might have even laughed a little herself had she been in on the humor at the time. She smiled a little when she looked at him again. "I at least hope that you now know the difference between me and a demented water snake." She said quietly with a small chuckle. She smiled again a bit more warmly when he wrapped his arms around her and then nuzzled against her. She had to admit that she was rather enjoying seeing him like this, she just wished it wasn't so rare. She gave a small sigh when he asked if she was ready to try again. She knew she needed to try it again and as many times as she could before she was completely spent but she didn't really want to get up at the moment. "Yeah... in a minute." She said quietly and then leaned against him lightly.
LaRae lingered by the arch only a little longer before she stepped away from it and continued down the hall towards the guest room. She had thought briefly about asking Celestine if he wanted to check in on Nanashi this time, but he was busy with Aamori and she didn't want to interrupt. When she reached the door she set her hand down lightly on the door knob and opened the door quietly. She assumed that he'd probably be asleep so she didn't want to make any noise that could wake him up. She stepped inside the room and then shut the door behind her before making her way in towards the bed to check on him.

Celestine laughed softly when she said that she hoped he knew the difference now. He just shook his head and then looked down at her when she leaned against him and offered her another smile. "...Okay." he said quietly, gently rubbing her arm while she rested. He sighed softly and leaned his head over against hers, closing his eyes for a moment. At least he finally seemed to be over the giggles, now he just seemed relaxed. He was silent for a few minutes before he looked over to her again, raising his head slightly, "...So you are going to do this, right?" he asked quietly. "You're going to master that crazy snake before the end of tomorrow?" He smiled slightly, "Shouldn't be that hard. You have about the same personality."
Nanashi was still laying in the bed right where LaRae had left him, though he had rolled back onto his back. He had managed to get back to sleep for a while, though he had been awake again for a good half hour. He kept his eyes closed, even when he heard the door open and shut. "Mmm..." Finally he opened his eyes when he heard the footsteps come to a stop beside the bed. He smiled weakly when he saw LaRae and then closed his eyes again. "...Hey..." he muttered quietly. He was by no means feeling any better. His temperature had been and was still slowly rising while he was laying there, but of course he wasn't about to tell anyone that. Right now it was hard to tel just by looking at him.

Aamori shut her eyes gently and sat quietly since he wasn't going to push her right back into trying again. Hisako or Yoichi on the other hand wouldn't have even let her sit down when she did, let alone actually rest for a few minutes. She cracked her eyes open a little when she heard him speak though she didn't bother looking at him. "...I'm going to try." She answered quietly. She still didn't have a whole lot of confidence in her ability to master this in such a short amount of time. Though, at least she had managed to summon it completely this time. She was pretty sure that she could summon Nen again without any trouble, but actually getting him to listen to her... that was a whole different problem and she didn't even know how to go about doing that. She finally just shut her eyes again and continued to rest against him.
LaRae smiled at Nanashi when she saw him open his eyes long enough to see who it was. "How are you feeling?" She paused. "Any changes?" She asked since he was awake. She had originally planned to just look in on him because she had thought he'd be asleep. Since he was awake though, she thought she might at least give him fair warning. "Oh... Celestine asked if he could check in on you sometime since you're not feeling well." She paused. "I told him I didn't think you'd mind that much if it was just him..." She added lastly.

Celestine just half smiled, "That's not good enough... You have to do it, or I'm going to get mad." he said lightly, "Show that thing who's boss. You aren't going to let him cause you to have to stay home, are you?" He finally lowered his arms and put his hand against her shoulder, sitting her away from him so he could stand up. He held out his hands to her and waited, "Come on, try again." he said simply. "You can go fall over in bed after we wear you out." he said with a soft chuckle. He really wanted her to be able to do this because he wanted her to be able to come with them still. By now he was going to be bored if he didn't have Aamori to pester him.
Nanashi just shook his head weakly, "...I"m fine..." he said quietly. He didn't want her to worry any more than she already was. He opened his eyes again when she mentioned Celestine wanting to check on him. He looked genuinely surprised for a moment before he sighed quietly, "...I...would rather he didn't waste his time..." he said quietly, "...But if he really wants to...I don't guess I mind..." Besides, sounded like he already had permission.

Aamori didn't open her eyes again until she heard him say that he was going to get mad. Hearing that might not have really bothered her if she hadn't preferred him in happier moods. She continued to sit there quietly at least until he lowered his arms and started to get up. She lifted her head up a little and looked at his outstretched hands. After a few moments she finally moved her staff from her lap to the ground beside her and reached up to take his hands, pulling herself back to her feet. "...Now you sound like Hisako." She muttered as she released his hands. Hisako really seemed to enjoy pushing her until she was about to collapse, when it came to their training sessions. She didn't want to have to stay home but there wasn't too much she could really do if she couldn't manage to master this. She stood there for a moment looking at the ground. Maybe she was over thinking everything and worrying too much about it. After all it wouldn't surprise her to find that this was easier than she was making it out to be. She sighed softly and looked at her staff while she moved her tail around to pick it up. Once she had a hold of it she lifted her eyes and looked over at Celestine. "...I'm going to keep trying..." She uttered quietly. "But... I'm curious..." She paused. "Why do you care so much... whether I succeed at this or not?"
LaRae smiled a little when he shook his head and said he was fine. Even if he noticeably looked miserable, she doubted that he would admit to it. She couldn't help but smile a little again when she saw the surprise on his face for a moment. "It isn't a waste of time since it's something that he wants to do." She paused. "And I only told him I thought you wouldn't mind because you were checking on him frequently when he wasn't feeling well... it seemed a fair enough trade." She told him. "If you'd be more comfortable though, I can tell him you'd rather not see anyone else."

Celestine blinked when she got up and asked why he was so concerned. He stared at her for a few moments and then sighed as he bent to pick up his swallow. "...Do you really have to ask?" He said simply, glancing away as he rested one blade of his swallow on the grass and held it up near the other end. "...You were the one that forced yourself on me. I told you before that I don't like to give things up easily." He shrugged, still not looking at her, "What am I going to do if you're stuck here and someone else gets shoved into your space? Nobu's only so entertaining you know." He glanced back to her again for a moment and then looked away again. "...I was talking to Hisako while you were rubbing all of the skin off of your leg. We were discussing ways that I would be able to come visit. But even with permission to do that, it would be a while before I had time, and if you're stuck in your room until doomsday I can't very well see you, now can I?"
Nanashi smiled weakly and shook his head again, "No...I...I don't mind..." he said quietly, "...Just...I don't want him worrying, too... I can barely handle you making a fuss." he said with a soft laugh that ended in two quiet coughs. He sighed again and shut his eyes for a moment before opening them again.

Aamori continued to look at him until he said that he didn't like to give up things easily. That sure did make her sound like an object. She gave a small sigh and stared down at her staff while she waved it around a little with her tail. She knew that she was the one that forced herself on him but he could've just continued to be mean to her. She gave another sigh when he mentioned that Nobu was only so entertaining. Was he purposely trying to make what he said sound bad? First she was a 'thing' and now she's his entertainment. She could've just been reading that wrong but that was how it came off. She started to look up when he said he was talking to Hisako. That peeked her interest, at least until she heard the rest of what he said then she turned away slightly and lowered her eyes. Of course he had to bring that up. She didn't do that to her leg on purpose and it wasn't as bad as it looked. Even now it didn't look that bad, it was just a little red. She had ranted in her head so much at the mention of what she did to her leg that she barely heard the remainder of what he had said. It was probably a little obvious that she hadn't been paying attention to everything that was being said just by her body language. Her tail had even started moving around in an agitated manor while she ranted to herself. When she started paying attention to him again she'd just caught the end of what he said and of course it made no sense to her. She stood there for a moment, feeling like what ever he had said was supposed to get some sort of response but she was at a complete loss. She gave a heavier sigh and took a couple steps away from him and started immediately into the position and words for the incantation. At least this way she thought she'd avoid confrontation about half ignoring him. She continued through the spell exactly the way she had before and in what seemed like no time at all the orb of water that had formed between her hands had already started to form into Nen's body. Again starting with his head, then unrolling itself from the orb until he was fully formed. Once he was successfully summoned once more he slithered about for a moment and found his way right back around Aamori's arm just like before. She was at least glad that Nen didn't appear to be angry for being smacked in the head like that with her staff. He actually seemed to be just as relaxed as he had been when she first summoned him and he found his way around her arm. Right about now she was wishing that Nen could talk, she'd be asking what she had to do next. She stared at Nen for a moment and then gave another heavy sigh.
LaRae shook her head lightly hearing him saying that he didn't want Celestine worrying too since he could barely handle her making a fuss. She didn't think she was making a fuss. She gave a soft sigh and looked down at him. "Ya' know... you worried over my wings when they were broken and you worried about Celestine when he was hurt..." She paused and smiled slightly. "I think he and I are entitled to worry about you a little." She uttered quietly. "...Since you're awake... do you want or need anything?" She asked as she glanced over to the night stand to see if he'd finished off the glass of water she'd left him.

Celestine glanced back over to her after he had finished talkign and blinked, staring at her blankly when she didn't even move. "Eh?..." He blinked again when she just went straight into the stance for her spell and then growled quietly, looking a little irritated. "Were you listening to anything I just said?" he grumbled, though not too loudly. He crossed his arms around the handle of his swallow and then sighed softly, while he watched her. She never really seemed to listen when he was trying to say something important. He wasn't the most tactful person in the world when it came to trying to hint at how he felt about someone, it always came off the wrong way. Even still, was she so dense that he really needed to say it flat out? Couldn't she see for herself that he was going out of his way to be able to stay around her? Did she think he was desperate enough that he would do that if he didn't like her? He sighed heavily and lowered his head a little. Maybe she just didn't really care one way or the other. He grunted and shook his head, looking up again just as Nen wrapped himself around Aamori's arm and then took a hold of his swallow in one hand again like he had held it before. 'Eh...I have a job to be doing...' He reminded himself then he sighed and narrowed his eyes slightly, 'Though I still can't say I would be too angry right now if you decided to squeeze her arm until it turned purple...'
Nanashi smiled weakly, "...Well of course I worried... You two were injured, you weren't just not feeling well." He said quietly, "...But...I guess...since you ask..." he sighed and glanced away again before closing his eyes tightly like he didn't want to say what he was about to, "...That towel did feel kind of nice." He really was starting to feel uncomfortable with his temperature. Even being so lightly clothed and having the window open wasn't helping anymore.

Aamori had purposely ignored Celestine while she was completing the summoning spell. If she hadn't she would've surely screwed it up part way through because she would've responded to anything he said. She glanced over at Celestine for a brief moment and then forced herself to focus back on Nen. She didn't really need to go worrying about anything else while Nen was summoned, after all. Nen continued to stay wrapped around Aamori's arm though he did turn his head and look over at Celestine, as if he'd heard the thought about squeezing her arm. Nen couldn't hear thoughts, but he could pick up on vibes that people sent out very easily. He lingered on her arm for a moment and turned his head back to Aamori just before slithering across her chest to her other shoulder and then around to her back. He continued back towards the arm he had been wrapped around, at least until he was no longer wrapped around her arm. Then he started to go around her again, then once more until he was loosely wrapped around her neck a couple times with his head draped down on her shoulder staring over at Celestine. The entire time Nen was putting himself around her neck, she didn't bother moving. At first she had been a little alarmed when he started around her neck but she wasn't about to try touching him to move him; Last time she went to touch him he had bitten her. She shut her eyes gently and gave a small sigh while she kept her hands at her sides. She really wanted to pull at Nen to get him off but since he wasn't hurting her right now she was trying to keep herself from getting upset.
LaRae smiled when he said that the towel had felt kind of nice. She turned to the night stand and reached down to pick up the towel. "I'll go get it wet again." She said quietly and started back towards the bathroom to get to the sink. She wet the towel again and wrung it out a little before folding it up like before and returning to the side of the bed. She leaned over and set the towel down across his forehead this time, rather then ask him to do it himself. "Is there anything else?" She asked with a small smile. She was really kind of happy to be able to help him in any way, even if all she'd done was get that towel wet again.

Celestine remained still yet again when Nen looked at him, though his stomach nearly crawled up to his throat when the thing decided to go wrap itself around Aamori's throat. He almost ran over to her, but stopped himself when he realized that it wasn't wrapped around too tightly. He shifted positions nervously, staring at Nen and then looked down to Aamori's throat where it was wrapped around. All hints of him wanting the thing to squeeze vanished when it moved, now he just wanted it to get off of her. "...Aamori, are you alright?" he asked finally after a moment, sounding a littler nervous, but protective at the same time. 'Behave you crazy snake... behave...just do what she tells you...' He sighed softly and tried to relax a little. "..."
Nanashi watched LaRae moved back to the bathroom and then sighed softly and closed his eyes again when she put the towel back, smiling slightly when he felt the cool water seeping into his bandanna. After a moment he opened his eyes and looked up to her again when she asked if there was anything else. "No...Thank you. I'm fine." he said quietly again. He chuckled quietly for a moment and shook his head a little, slightly surprised that she seemed to eager to have something to do. He really felt like he was being a bother asking for anything, but even at that he still couldn't think of anything more that he needed. He hadn't even touched the water by the bed again since he was half afraid that he would just drop it everywhere.

Aamori took a deep breath and started to open her eyes when she heard Celestine ask if she was alright. "Y-yes. I'm fine." She uttered quietly. She was trying to stay calm and not give Nen any reason to tighten his hold on her neck. She honestly believed that he wouldn't hurt her unless provoked. At least the times that she'd been attacked by him it was because she had messed up the spell and he wasn't summoned completely. Then the one time he tried to attack when he was completely summoned, he chose not to and then went after Celestine instead. She figured if Nen really wanted to hurt her just because, he would've by now. She took another deep breath and exhaled slowly before lifting up her arm and extending it out away from her. She turned her head slightly, just enough to look over at Nen. "Move over to my arm, Nen." She told him and watched to see if he'd do as he was told. Nen barely moved from where he was though he did lift his head a little when Celestine asked Aamori if she was alright. He wasn't picking up on that bad vibe from Celestine anymore but he still stayed right where he was. He shifted his head again, though this time it was because Aamori lifted up her arm and told him to move. He turned his head back to look at her for a moment before he finally started to move a little. He started doing as he was told, slithering his way around her arm down to her hand. Though in the process of doing so his body was tightening around her neck which caused her to gasp quietly. He wasn't doing it on purpose and he hadn't even noticed he was doing it until Aamori took her other hand and grabbed a hold of him near his tail end to pry him from her throat. Once she'd gotten the rest of him released from her throat and she was able to breath again she started coughing a little. Nen completely wrapped himself gently around her arm with his head down by her hand once Aamori had pulled him the rest of the way off her neck and let him go. He turned his head up and looked at her while she coughed a couple times. He honestly hadn't meant to hurt her and he kept his head bowed slightly as if he'd just been scolded.
LaRae gave a slight nod of her head when he said he didn't need anything and that he was fine. She smiled a little as she looked down at him. She really hated him not feeling well and on top of that he was concerned about anyone worrying about him. He really didn't need to be worrying about that he just needed to focus on getting better. She gave a small sigh. "I guess since you don't need anything else... I'll just let you rest some more and check back later."

Celestine nodded slgihtly when Aamori said that she was alright and watched as she raised her arm and told Nen to move. He watched the snake carefully, though when he realize that it was tightening around Aamori's neck as it moved he took a few quick steps forward out of worry, though he relaxed a bit when Aamori got his tail and finished moving him and he didn't bite her for it. He sighed softly, relaxing a bit now that he was well away from Aamori's neck. He moved a little bit closer, tilting his head slightly at the way Nen was bowing his head and then smiled slgihtly. "I think he's sorry." he said as he glanced back to Aamori. "You alright?" He asked again, still sounding a little concerned since she'd nearly gotten choked. Now he felt kind of back for wishing Nen would squeeze her.
Nanashi smiled again weakly and gave her another short nod. "...Okay..." he said quietly. In all honestly he was really getting tired of laying here, but he knew LaRae wouldn't like it if he got up and started wondering around. He exhaled heavily and then closed his eyes again. "...Thank you, LaRae."

Aamori lifted her free hand up and touched her neck lightly before glancing over to Celestine. She then looked down at Nen and smiled a little. "It's okay Nen... I know you didn't mean to." She said quietly as she put her hand back down to her side. She looked back to Celestine and gave a slight nod. "Yes, I think I'm okay." She answered. She was a little shaken up just because Nen could've really hurt her but she was trying not to let that bother her too much right now since she was fine. Nen lifted his head up a little higher hearing that Aamori wasn't angry at him. He and Aamori needed to be able to get along in order for anything to work right and if they couldn't get along then it'd be near impossible for her to master this. Nen so far wasn't having too many complaints with Aamori. After all, she had a decent enough level of energy in her and she hadn't stopped trying to summon him after all of her screw up's. So he knew she'd be able to keep him around for awhile after being summoned and she was just as persistent as he was. He could also tell that she appeared to be pretty trusting of him already, which was a good start. In all actuality the hardest part of mastering this ability was already over. After learning to properly summon the creature all that was really left to do was get along with it, and trust in it and of course the summoner had to have enough energy to share between themselves and their summoned creature in order to keep it around. That really was all there was to mastering the ability. The only down side was that you could anger your summoned creature and it could refuse to work with you which would mean you'd have to start all over from scratch.
LaRae reached over and set her hand on top of his briefly and smiled slightly. "You don't have to thank me." She told him. "Just try and get some rest so you can feel better. I'll check on you again later." She said and pulled her hand back as she turned and started for the door. She was still worried about him but she had at least tried to not have her worry be so obvious that time. When she reached the door she went ahead and just exited the room quietly.

Celestine smiled weakly whens he said that she was alright and sighed in relief. "...I'm glad..." he said quietly before he turned his eyes back to Nen. "Hmm...well, he hasn't tried to eat me yet..." He said quietly, "...Why don't you try and see if he will do something for you?" he suggested. He wasn't really too sure what that would be, though. He assumed that Nen was meant for battle, but he didn't really think it would be too wise to try something like that with him, at least not this soon. He was a little surprised that he was able to get this close without him going off on him again. "He didn't seem to like me too much before... you could see if he would get on my arm or something and then come back to you without hurting me." He wasn't really afraid of Nen, he was more interested by him than anything. Even if Nen did decide to attack him he was pretty sure he wouldn't get hurt too badly. After all like he'd said he was pretty sued to getting snake bit. He glanced over to Aamori and shrugged slightly. He may have been a little too overly trusting, but he was pretty sure she could manage him. If not, she was the one with the staff, not him.
He cracked his eyes open again and smiled a little more when she touched his hand and then nodded again as she started to leave the room. "...Okay." he said again quietly before he shut his eyes once more, sighing as the door closed. This wasn't turning out to be a very fun day.

Aamori looked over at Celestine when he said he was glad, which caused her to smile a little. Her eyes rather quickly shifted to Nen though when Celestine mentioned that Nen hadn't tried to eat him yet. She lifted her arm slightly with Nen on it and slowly changed her focus from Nen to Celestine. "I think he's leaving you alone because I kept him from attacking you that second time..." She paused. "I'm guessing since I don't see you as a threat neither does he." She assumed that maybe Nen saw dragons from other clans as threats until he was told or made to believe otherwise. She did think that she should see if she could make Nen do something too, but as for what she wasn't sure. She listened to Celestine's suggestion of what to tell Nen to do and nodded her head a little. That did sound like an easy enough task for Nen and if he did it without hurting Celestine then that could probably be considered a success. She stood there for a moment and looked at Nen with an almost unsure look on her face. She didn't think Nen would do anything to him but she just wasn't certain and there was only one way to find out. She gave a small sigh and held her arm out a little towards Celestine's arm. "Nen, go to Celestine." She told him with a hint of hesitation and then waited for him to move. Nen looked up at Aamori again when she told him to go to Celestine. He turned his head a bit and looked where he was told to go. He clearly hesitated a little, more than likely because he picked up on the hesitation in Aamori's order. He did however do as he was told and moved off of her arm onto Celestine's a little at a time. He eventually wound up going across Celestine's chest and then around his back like he had done on Aamori, though he only went around him that once and he was just sitting there loosely. Once he was situated he lifted his head and looked over at Aamori briefly before looking at Celestine. His tongue slithered out of his mouth for just a second while he looked at him. He wasn't going to hurt Celestine intentionally unless Aamori told him to, so for the time being he was behaving himself.
LaRae lingered at the door for a few moments after she had shut it. She wasn't really sure what to do; It was kind of boring not having Nanashi to hang around with. She gave a sigh and finally pulled herself away from the door, making her way over to one of the arches to see if Aamori and or Celestine were still there. She came to an abrupt stop once she took a step through the arch and saw what she was pretty sure was a snake on Celestine. Though... that clearly looked like it was made of... water? She tilted her head a little not exactly sure what to think. She'd seen a decent number of snakes in Medini but never one like that. She continued to stare at it for a moment before she finally just opened her mouth to question it. "What in Arienh is that thing?" She asked clearly still not sure what to make of the thing.
Aamori had just watched Nen closely when he moved onto Celestine, making sure he was behaving himself. She wasn't too worried considering Nen had only gone around him once, and he was rather loose too. He actually looked like he could fall off Celestine easily enough if Celestine moved the right way. She was just about to put her arm back out to call Nen back to her when she heard LaRae's voice. She startled quite easily and her first thought was 'oh no... Nen hasn't met her yet'. She looked over at LaRae for only a second, intending to tell her to leave but before she could she turned her eyes back to Nen who had started moving a little. Of course this worried her and she didn't even once think to tell Nen that LaRae was safe. Nen startled almost as noticeably as Aamori had when the other dragon came into the area. He jerked his head so that he could look at her. Since she wasn't from the water clan his first thought was that she was a threat, just as it was when he saw Celestine. He felt how nervous Aamori had gotten and within seconds of picking up on that he'd opened his mouth and hissed rather angrily then snapped the end of his tail extremely hard against Celestine. Mere seconds after his tail snapped he had forced himself to break into droplets of water which caused Celestine to get pretty wet. After Nen broke into droplets he seemed to just disappear completely.

Celestine nodded slightly to Aamori when she said why she thought that Nen was leaving him alone. "Maybe..." He said as he held out his arm. He watched Nen carefully, waiting for him to slide over to his arm, noting the way that he hesitated to come to him. "...Hmm..." He smiled while Nen finally started to move onto his arm and kept his eyes on while he wound his way around him, making sure to hold still and allow him to do as he wished. He looked over to Nen when he caught him looking at him and laughed softly when he saw him flick his tongue out. "Haha. I think I like this guy." He said lightly. His eyes widened slightly when he heard LaRae behind him and looked back quickly. "LaRae!" Crap... Bad timing. "AH!!" He yelped when he felt the snake's tail slap along his shoulder blade like a whip. His eyes widened as he fell to one knee, dropping his swallow so he could reach back to rub his stinging back. "Mmm..." He groaned in pain and then he growled quietly when he felt the water douse almost his entire upper body. "...Er...I take back what I said..." He grumbled as he grabbed up his swallow again and shook himself off again. He looked around slightly, "Damn, where did he go?" He looked around for a moment and then looked back to Aamori. "Tell him to stop when he comes back!" He told her before he started to hurry over to where LaRae was standing, just in case Nen wasn't in the mood to listen.

Aamori gasped quietly when Nen snapped his tail against Celestine's back. She couldn't believe Nen reacted like that and then disappeared too. She guessed she couldn't really blame him since he seemed to startle just like she had. No, even still, he shouldn't have done that to Celestine. "...Are you alright, Celestine?" She asked obviously more concerned with him than Nen. She hadn't even focused on where Nen had gone until Celestine said something. She glanced around a little for him and then looked over to Celestine. "Maybe he's gone for good...?" She thought for a moment and shook her head. "I guess not... I haven't lost any energy yet so he's gotta be around here somewhere..." She said with a heavy sigh. She brought her tail around in front of her and took her staff in her hand and gave a slight nod to Celestine when he said for her to tell Nen to stop. She felt a little silly now for not thinking to say anything like that before Nen vanished. She was a little surprised that Nen hadn't reformed his body yet. Before it didn't take this long. She half wondered if maybe he had reformed and was hiding somewhere.
LaRae got the hint really fast that she'd come in at the wrong time, especially after that snake snapped Celestine like it had. She felt bad now because that probably wouldn't have happened if she'd just stayed away from the courtyard. She lowered her ears slightly when Celestine got back up and ended up coming over near her. She glanced over to Aamori and then to Celestine briefly. "...What's going on?" She asked sounding a little concerned since Celestine had come over near her with his swallow. Just about the time it clicked that the snake was probably going to attack she started to feel something wet under her foot. Nen had been in the process of preparing to reform and it required him gathering as much of his previous body together as he could. The few drops that made it to the ground of course weren't enough but it was a bonus that Celestine had so unknowingly helped him by moving closer to the target. He doubted that Celestine would've even noticed that he wasn't quite as damp as he was before. Once Nen had enough water gathered to form the small puddle below LaRae's foot he immediately started reforming head first and shot up her leg quickly making it to her thigh before sinking his teeth into the side of her leg. As soon as his teeth broke her skin she let out a yelp and without thinking reached down grabbing Nen by the neck and applying pressure to his skull with her thumb while pulling him from her leg. From then she wasted very little time throwing him back into the courtyard. Nen may have been made of water but he could apparently still be touched with your hands like a regular snake. Once LaRae threw the snake she pressed her hand against the bite mark and muttered quietly to herself.
Aamori was still looking around for Nen when she heard LaRae yelp. As soon as she heard that she turned around and looked over at her quickly, catching sight of Nen wrapped partly around LaRae's leg with his teeth sunk into her. She started to move closer but stopped when she saw the way LaRae was handling Nen. She just stared rather blankly at first until she actually threw Nen. She then hurried over to Nen who was laying on the ground not too far from her. She knelt down and held her staff out in front of him with a rather displeased look on her face. "Nen, if you want to avoid being hit in the head with this again you'll refrain from attacking anyone without my permission!" She spat obviously annoyed with him. It didn't take long for Nen to respond to her tone of voice, he'd rather quickly lowered his head again just like before. Aamori sighed heavily and stuck her other arm out and motioned for him to get on, to which he listened right away and slithered onto her arm with his head at her shoulder like before. Aamori shook her head started to stand up straight again. She really couldn't have him going after everyone in the group like that so she really hoped he'd listen to her and not attack anyone unless she told him to.

Celestine wasn't concerned with his shoulder. It stung considerably, but it would go away soon enough, though he was probably going to have a little mark for a while. He didn't bother to answer LaRae's question as he hurried over to her. He was still glancing around for Nen, unsure of where he was going to come from. It wasn't until it was too late that he noticed the snake reforming at LaRae's feet. "La--" he started, but Nen had already chomped down on her. He wondered how he'd managed to reform so fast, but he pushed the thought away once LaRae had managed to get the snake off and toss him. He looked behind him quickly and moved in front of LaRae protectively until he saw Nen get onto Aamori's arm then he sighed softly and looked back to LaRae again. "Are you alright?" He sighed heavily when he realized how Nen must have gotten here so fast. He already felt half dry, of course if he'd thought a bit longer he would have realized that Nen must need the same water that he was made up of to form himself again. "Sorry... I think you startled him." He said quietly, "...I'm helping Aamori practice that spell that she has to do, that's what she summons...he's still not too cooperative at the moment." He explained as he knelt down, laying his swallow on the ground beside him, "Here, let me see how bad is it?"

Aamori passed her staff off to her tail once again seeing as Nen appeared to be behaving for the moment. He clearly knew he had done something wrong because he was resting his head on her shoulder with his head facing the opposite of hers. Nen couldn't help it sometimes, he responded to strong emotions no matter what they were portraying. This time it just happened to be when Aamori startled and that didn't help the fact that he'd been startled himself too. He was going to try and do his best to not attack without being given permission, especially if it meant he avoided being hit on the head with that weapon. That actually hurt him a lot believe it or not and he'd much rather be told he was okay to leave then be forced out through such violent means. Aamori started to walk over to LaRae and Celestine. She paused just off to the side a little in case LaRae didn't want Nen near her. "I'm really sorry, LaRae." She paused. "I hope Nen didn't hurt you too badly." She said quietly and then half glared over at Nen.
LaRae shifted slightly and peeked her head around Celestine so she could watch what happened to the snake. She quirked a brow slightly seeing Aamori go over and discipline it. She started to look away just as the snake got onto her arm. Her eyes shifted and focused on Celestine when he looked back at her and asked if she was alright. She just kind of stared at him dumbfounded for a moment with her hand still pressed to the area where she'd been bitten. "Oh.. um.. yeah.. I'm okay." She said finally. She listened to Celestine when he explained what that snake was. At least it made some sense now and she was pretty sure that she startled more than just that snake. Her eyes had traveled back over to Aamori and that snake when they started to come back towards them though she glanced down when she heard Celestine say to let him see how bad it was. She shook her head lightly. "Don't worry about it, I'm sure it's nothing." She told him. "Besides, it shouldn't be any worse than a regular snake bite right?" She said with a small forced chuckle. She'd been bitten at least once before that she remembered and it really didn't hurt that badly it just stung a bit because and she hadn't managed to get the snakes fangs from her leg completely before she started to pull on him. So she had the pierce marks along with a couple little scratches from where the fangs drug across her skin. Even if she was in excruciating pain she probably wouldn't have willingly let anyone look at the bite under her hand. She lifted her eyes back up to Aamori when she apologized. "It's okay, Aamori. It doesn't hurt that much." She tried to assure her.

Celestine sighed softly when LaRae refused to let him see the mark and then shrugged when she asked if it could be worse than a regular snake bite. He wouldn't know, it hadn't bitten him yet. "...Well alright..." he said in that 'whatever you say' tone. He snagged his swallow and stood up again, holding it upright at his side like he had before. He looked at LaRae for a few moments longer as if waiting for her to change her mind and then turned back to Aamori. He shook his head and walked back over to her, standing on the side where Nen was laying. "...You want the rest of you back?" he asked almost irritably, tugging at his soggy sleeve. He obviously wasn't too thrilled about being wet. He shook his head and then turned his attention to Aamori again. "...You know I noticed something. When you told him to get on my arm you hesitated... When he went to move, so did he." He said simply, "...I think he plays off of your emotions a bit... You were unsure about what you wanted him to do, and so was he. ...I mean...animals are sensitive to that sort of thing anyway, and not only is he...sort of an animal, but you two are sharing the same energy." It made sense to him at least. He was just venturing a guess based on what he knew, what he saw, and what Hisako had told him before.

Aamori looked over at LaRae and gave a slight nod when she said that she was fine. She couldn't really say if being bitten by Nen was like being bitten by a regular snake. She'd only ever been bitten by Nen and she wasn't about to go get bitten by a regular snake just to be able to answer that. Her attention shifted a bit when Celestine came over and spoke to Nen. She gave a small laugh hearing the question; Nen was indeed smaller than he was in the beginning but she wasn't complaining. She liked him better a little smaller. Nen didn't bother lifting his head when Celestine came over, in fact he turned his head away even more and tried to bury it under Aamori's hair. Aamori gave a soft sigh feeling Nen trying to hide. She listened to what Celestine said and then thought about it for a moment. She hadn't noticed it before but she did hesitate when she told Nen to go to Celestine and Nen had hesitated just like she did. Now that she was thinking about it Nen had startled just as bad as she had when LaRae came into the area. Well, that all kind of made sense especially considering both her and Nen shared the same energy when he was summoned. She finally looked back to Celestine and gave a slight nod. "You might be right." She started. "I hadn't noticed until you brought it up but Nen was just as startled as I was by LaRae..." She uttered. She glanced back to what she could see of Nen and gave another small sigh. "...For now I think it might be good for him to go." She paused. "I think he may need a break as much as I do." She added. She wasn't sure what exactly to do or say to make Nen go away, but she hoped it was just a simple voice command that would suffice. She moved her arm a little to try and get Nen's attention before opening her mouth. "Nen, I think that's enough for now. You can rest for awhile." She said quietly and watched as Nen lifted his head up and then started to slither off the back of her shoulder and into the air behind her. He lingered there for a moment before he rolled himself into an ball of water and then continued to roll smaller and smaller until he was gone. Which was almost the direct opposite of how he was summoned. Aamori started to turn around when she felt Nen leave her shoulder completely. She managed to catch the tail end of him leaving and mere moments after he was gone her legs gave out under her. The lack of energy was just now registering to her body just like the time before only this time she was nearly spent and there was no way she could manage another summoning today.
LaRae was glad to see that Celestine wasn't as pushy as Hikari or Nanashi when it came to looking at wounds. She really didn't care for the attention when she was hurt like that, plus she wasn't really used to it. Most of the time when she got hurt she had to take care of it herself because no one back home cared. She sighed softly and waited until Aamori and Celestine's attention had been diverted and then she turned away from them slightly and moved her hand from over to the area where Nen had bitten her. She inspected it for a moment and shook her head lightly. It looked a little worse then it felt. It was pretty red but barely bleeding, a little tender and thanks to her pulling on Nen like she did she had a pretty good idea that she'd end up with a bruise. But it wasn't something that wouldn't heal on it's own. Once she was done looking at her leg she stood up straight again and started to look back to Aamori and Celestine. She had turned just in time to see Nen vanish completely and what looked like for good. Then she looked at Aamori a little worried when she saw her legs just give out under her like they had. She could only assume that the summoning had taken a lot out of her.

Celestine smiled slightly at Nen when he realized that he was trying to hide his head. Aww... His attention quickly shifted back to Aamori again when she started speaking, telling him about how Nen had startled when she did. That just added to his assumption. He nodded again when she said that it was probably good to let him go. "Yes. He looks tired." He agreed as he leaned his swallow back against the wall. He then moved a little closer to Aamori and watched in mild interest as Nen started to roll himself up and shrink, though by the time he was gone he'd already looked back to Aamori. He reached out to grab her, almost before she'd even really had time to fall, and wrapped his arms around her tightly, pulling her close to him. He'd had the feeling that she was going to collapse after this, considering what had happened the first time; that was why he had put his weapon down again. He looked down at her and smiled slightly as he knelt down slowly, still not letting go of her even after they were both sitting. "...Good job." He said quietly with a very satisfied smile on his face. He didn't seem worried about her sudden collapse, he'd already known when and why it was going to happen. He looked back to LaRae and shook his head when he read her expression. "She's fine." he assured her before he looked back to Aamori again.

Aamori had felt her legs start to give out on her and she immediately shut her eyes tightly, preparing herself to hit the ground. She cracked her eyes open a little when she felt someone had wrapped their arms around her tightly which kept her from hitting the ground. She opened her eyes fully once they were sitting and stared at Celestine for a moment with a slightly shocked expression on her face. She wondered if she was hearing and seeing things correctly. That sounded like he just praised her and he did it was a smile on his face. She smiled a little and shut her eyes again. "...Y-you're smiling a lot l-lately." She pointed out quietly.
LaRae was relieved to say the least that Celestine had grabbed a hold of Aamori before she could hit the ground. She gave a slight nod when Celestine said that she was fine. If anything Aamori just looked really warn out to her. She looked at them for a moment and then turned away slightly. She didn't really need to stay here, after all she had just been looking for something to do. She sure got something to do alright... She caused a nice amount of trouble by startling that snake of Aamori's. She sighed softly, she really did kind of feel bad for what happened even if the snake did get her back for it.

Celestine tilted his head slightly and then chuckled softly and leaned his head against hers lightly. "Guess I'm still in a good mood." he said softly. He shifted positions to get a little more comfortable and then pulled one arm back and started to comb his fingers through the back of her hair, "Is that so bad?" He raised his head off of hers and sighed softly before he laid it back down, this time on her shoulder. "I'm just relieved..." he said simply, "...Right now...it looks like you will be coming with us after all." He gave her another tight squeeze and then raised his head again. "Well...do you want to go to your room now? I can help you." he said softly, "You sound as tired as you look." He glanced back to LaRae for a moment and then glanced over to his swallow. "...LaRae, could you put my swallow back in my room please? I don't want to leave it out here. I'm in the one next to you and Nanashi."
