Hisako shook her head when he asked if Aamori was in trouble. Well, at the moment she could be if she didn't impress the Elder but no, she wasn't in any trouble. She smiled slightly and shook her head again at his remark about her not being a flight risk. "Her wings aren't for show, ya' know." She paused. "She's never really used them the way they are now to fly but they're stronger in her dragon form and then they can be used under water." She sighed softly after his question about the roof. She guessed someone who wasn't from here would have to ask about that. "This is a training ground after all, so the architect left the center open so that the sun could shine in. Without the opening the whole building would be pitch black and they didn't care too much for how many lights would have to be put up just to make it easy enough to see. This building houses quite a few of the guard, and myself included so it would be rather... idiotic for someone who was unwelcome to just.. fly in from up there. Most of the people around here know better than to attempt something like that anyway. Not to mention there are guards walking around the main island, and her sister islands frequently so if someone did make an attempt to fly in they'd probably be spotted before they got anywhere." She hoped that at least answered that question. If anything that may have been a little more detail than she really needed to give. She was a little surprised that it appeared Kanone had no idea what Aamori was. So far she assumed that everyone else who had come with her was aware, at least after everything they went through just to get inside here. "Yes, I do train Aamori." She answered first. "I can see why in your territory she didn't tell you anything and I wouldn't be surprised if the majority of the group didn't know until they got here." She said with a nod. "If you haven't picked up on anything yet then, frankly, I'm a little surprised. Aamori... doesn't really go around parading such news to others mostly because she isn't really thrilled with her position and there isn't anything she can do about it." She paused. "Anyway, since you're here and staying here I assume... you'll find out sooner or later regardless of who tells you or where you hear it from. Aamori's been an Elder in training since she was thirteen. As such, she's lived here in this building since then and always has either myself or her brother escorting her around outside of the building." She answered lastly. "Does... that answer everything?" She asked with a small chuckle, hoping she had covered every question he had asked.

Kanone half smiled at Hisako's explanation of the building. "Makes sense I guess..." Now he just wondered how many timed they'd woken up with birds trying to build nests in the archways or something. He listened with a bit more interest when she started to mention who Aamori was. "...She's...going to be an elder?" he blinked and then shook his head, "Combat training, my tail!" He just stood there looking rather shocked for a few moments before he shook his head again. "I don't really see why you're surprised I didn't figure it out. I don't exactly study other cultures you know, I don't know how you guys do things here. I thought was just like...training to be a guard or something." He half smiled and then shook his head. Oh goody...I got to see the future water clan elder's bare bottom. That's a story that should probably never be passed on. He laughed quietly and then sighed, "So she doesn't like the idea, huh? Don't think I would either if I couldn't even walk outside by myself. That sounds a little overboard to me, but whatever works I guess... I still don't really get that part but I don't guess it really matters." he said with a slight laugh. "Sounds like her and Cel have one thing in common at least. My guess, nine times out of ten he'd probably going to be chosen later and he wants nothing to do with it." he said with a half smile, "That's probably half of the reason he disappeared on us for four years." he muttered. "Ah sorry I keep flopping topics." He said with a weak laugh. "Just smack me that usually means shut up Kanone."

Hisako laughed quietly at his reaction to what she'd told him about Aamori. "She wasn't lying when she said 'combat training'. She does usually get trained for that first thing every morning. At least up until this fiasco threw the schedule all out of whack." She said with a sigh. "...I guess I had assumed that you'd have picked up on it like the others had. I mean, it did take a lot more effort than usual for you all to be allowed to come here. I'd think that would've thrown up flags that she wasn't exactly a commoner. At any rate, that little bit doesn't really matter one way or other." She shifted slightly and crossed her arms over her chest lightly. "She pretty much outright hates that she's going to become an Elder, or at least that was how she felt last I had checked. I guess I can't blame her for feeling that way. As soon as she came of age she was moved here, to this building and she's lived every single day here since then. She'd much rather live like any other girl in Kairava but because of who she is she can't have most of what other girls have." She paused. "Elders here are put on pedestals by the people who look up to them. They don't want their Elders to be 'like them' so the Elders are raised and groomed differently from a common person. Hence the escorts everywhere she goes. Yoichi and I are there to make sure that the commoners can't get close to her. They can look at her when she walks by but nothing really more than that." She shrugged lightly. "That's just how it's always been and that's how the people of Kairava like it. Our current Elder also didn't see fit to change the way things have worked for so many years... so as much as Aamori hates it she just kind of has to accept it." She was quiet for a moment and shook her head with a quiet laugh. "I feel like I've had this conversation before. Or at least one very similar." She paused. "I had to explain pretty much all of this to Celestine before when he asked. "I guess it's a good thing I don't really mind repeating myself on occasion." She commented. She glanced over to Celestine for a moment, her gaze lingering briefly before she looked back to Kanone. "He mentioned the whole Elder thing before... and he did bring up for a short time about his living on his own for a little while. I'm afraid I didn't really bother to pry into his past. At least I don't recall having done so..."

Kanone again listened while Hisako spoke and half smiled at first. "Well I didn't really come with the others, and this is the first time that I have ever left my territory so I can't say I know how much effort it usually takes." He said with a soft laugh. He had noticed the guard seemed a little more alert when he mentioned Aamori's name but that didn't really mean anything to him. She could have been well known for all he knew. After all if you said his name to anyone in his village or half of the surrounding ones just about everyone would know who you were talking about. It wasn't even because of his grandfather, or at lest he didn't think so, it was just that he got out a lot and said 'hi' to a lot of people. He nodded when Hisako said that none of that with Aamori really mattered. He didn't particularly think it did. If Aamori didn't want him to know he could play dumb. He was pretty good at it. He sighed softly when he heard how her people wanted to treat their elders. "Wow... that's completely opposite of how we do things... We just elect whoever seems best suited for the position. ...That sounds pretty lonely for her though..." He blinked when Hisako said that Celestine had mentioned about the elder bit for him and about living alone. He seemed surprised that she knew about that but he just half smiled. "Yeah... Well...see my grandfather...well I guess you could call him Cel's grandfather, too. Cel and gramps aren't blood related, our grandmother's oldest son was born before she met gramps, so technically Celestine isn't related to him, but gramps raised Uncle Corentin like his own and he spoiled Cel about as well as any grandfather would." He said with a slight laugh, "So...guess it's all pretty much the same to him. Cel usually still calls him Marius instead of grandpa though or at least he does anymore, I think he used to when he was little, but.... Ahh anyway what was i yapping about?" he shook his head and then sighed. He hated when he tried to give a quick explanation as to why he said something and then went off on a total tangent. "Oh yeah um...anyway gramps is what our people call a 'dream seer.' I guess the name is pretty self explanatory but there are some people from out clan who are born with the ability to see things in their dreams... like things that have happened or might happen...or are happening somewhere else..." he explained quietly, "Celestine is a dream seer, too. That's why he's got that trinity mark on his forehead." He said as he poke his own forehead in the shape of a triangle there the green dots were on Celestine's head. That's why he has such a high change of becoming an elder, most of them have been dream seers. Of course Cel isn't all that good at it yet, he still gets fantasy mixed into his dreams so they're not too accurate. But to top that off he's also a pretty rare mix... I mean he's got about...1/4 Hydra in him and his mother, Celeste, was a pure Amphiptere... so he's got a good magical offense as well as venom so he's...pretty strong in spite of his size. I don't really know when he became a dream seer. I mean he wasn't born with the ability that I know of... I think it happened after the incident..." He said quietly. He trailed off for a moment, but then shook his head and picked up again since he doubted that Hisako know what he was referring to. "Our village was...kind of ambushed by the earth clan about eight years ago. Cel's mother and father were both killed in the fight along with my little brother. Cel was almost killed as well while he was trying to get away. There was a little mixed breed girl in the village that he saved but he took a pretty hard knock to the head. I still don't really know how he lived through it. He couldn't do a whole lot for a while other than just sit around and stare. I mean we practically had to force him to even eat anything. Once he started to come out of it...well he wasn't too happy. He was really attached to both of his parents and my brother so...he wasn't coping very well with it. He wouldn't play and he actually got mad at me if he saw me or anyone else really goofing off or laughing about something. I guess he didn't really find humor in anything. Anyway...my mother took him in a got really fussy over him. He still has side effects from it...like if something hits him just hard enough it can knock him out pretty easy... He gets kind of dazed sometimes and sometimes just passes out for no apparent reason. He also sometimes doesn't really remember things that well after he wakes up so I guess it's kind of natural that she got all worried over it. It was after that though that he started having dreams about what happened among other things... He left the day after I blew up at him for 'sharing' his dreams with me. He's also a sender so....he can kind of communicate mind to mind with some people if he's close enough. I guess that on top of mom smothering him to death and...probably a few other things just got to him to the point that he just didn't want to be around anymore. We woke up one morning and he was gone...alone with his father's weapon and a couple of other things. We had no idea where to look. I was half surprised to see him come strolling back into town." He glanced over toward Celestine again and half smiled, "...Actually I'm kind of surprised to see him in any kind of good mood now...considering what happened when he came home..." he said quietly as he trailed off. He didn't really want to mention that his mother had just died within the last two weeks. "...But it is good to see him smiling again."

Hisako listened to what he was saying, nodding lightly when he said that the way things were done here were opposite of how they were done in his territory. Again, she'd already known that because Celestine had mentioned it briefly. She sighed softly when Kanone started to go into detail explaining what she was guessing was most of Celestine's life. She hadn't known that her saying she hadn't pried was the okay for him to spill as much as he had. She of course had been a little curious about a couple things but not enough to go pestering someone for information. Not to mention if Celestine had wanted to share than surely he would have. She continued to listen quietly as he kept on and on about Celestine, doing a fine job of trying to follow everything he said. During the whole time he spoke her expression only changed slightly from one topic to the next. The only thing that really got any drastic change out of her was hearing how Celestine's parents had died, along with Kanone's little brother. She wasn't sure that she could keep a straight face through hearing that. She sighed quietly once Kanone was finally finished telling her about Celestine. Well... that was more than enough information than she needed and God forbid he start talking about his own life, she may just turn and find something else to do. "...Um ...I ...can't really say ...that I know how to respond to that..." She uttered quietly. There were just far too many different things that could have been commented on and she had no idea where to even begin. Rather than try to say anything about it she smiled weakly and looked over at Celestine. "I guess it's good to see him in a decent mood considering everything..." She paused. "His being around someone like Aamori is bound to help with his mood loosening up a little here and there. She's quite persistent and can't stand the gloomy forever." She uttered quietly. "...Anyway ...how many lumps are you going to get from him when he finds out that you just ...told his life story?" She asked shaking her head lightly.

Kanone just smiled slightly when she said that she didn't know what to say to that. "Yeah I...didn't really think you would." he said honestly with a quiet laugh. He nodded again when she commented about him being in a decent mood. "Yeah... He's changed a lot since he met Aamori I think. But then again he's always been happy around animals." he said with a soft laugh at he watched Kyiri continue to play chase with Celestine's hand. He turned his attention back to Hisako again and then laughed at her last question. "Oh...you may be picking me up off of the sidewalk with a spoon later." he said with a nervous laugh. "...Guess I got a little carried away there. Honestly, and I said mom was bad about not knowing when to button her lips." He rubbed the back of his head slightly and then sighed heavily as he lowered his arm again. "Well...at least now you know." he said with a slight smile, "So I guess if anything happens and he falls over you'll know why."

Hisako stared over at Kanone when he said that she may be picking him up off the ground later and then shook her head lightly. "So long as nothing happens in the building." She commented. That probably should've been worded, so long as she didn't see it happen. She didn't care too much for family fights like that. But if anything was going to happen it would probably be better happening inside because if guards saw it outside they'd probably lock both of them up. She sighed softly and glanced back towards Celestine. "Well... Don't worry about it. I don't really plan on saying anything to him that would let him know that I know as much as I do and I surely wouldn't just throw you to the wolves like that." She said with a nod. "Just don't slip up and tell him you told me and I think you'll survive the night." She said with a slight smile. She started to lower her arms back down to her sides. As she did that her ears twitched slightly when she heard the door opening. She turned slightly and looked towards them, assuming that Aamori and Yoichi must be back now. Which was a good thing, she wanted to get that pass taken care of before she completely forgot about it or lost track of Yoichi.

Aamori and her brother had finally managed to get back to the building. They probably would've returned a little faster but Yoichi was always a little hard to break away from some girls. She had made it over to the see the woman who usually made her holsters for her and her Elder clothes. She left Nanashi's clothes.. or what was left of them with the woman so that she could get to work. She had also put in a request for a slightly different holster, so she was going to have to wait for that as well. While they were gone she had also managed to fit in going to see the Elder, it was brief, but she still got to see her. Once they both reached the doors she waited until her brother had the door held open for her and then stepped inside and stretched a little. She looked pretty tired again, already. Since she'd seen the Elder she'd had to use her remaining energy to do the summoning one last time. Thankfully she was allowed to rest a little before she had to walk back here. Once she was inside she looked back at her brother and waited for him to come inside. "...So how long before we hear anything?" She asked quietly.

Yoichi had kept an eye on his sister just like he was supposed to, with a couple minor detours here and there. But that was usual when he got the chance. He held the door open for Aamori when they got there and waited for her to pass through. He didn't really want to be back here right now, mostly because he wanted to avoid Hisako for awhile but he did have to make sure he got his sister back here safely. He really wasn't looking forward to the extra work Hisako said she was giving him for playing hooky earlier, or at least making an honest attempt at playing hooky. He followed after Aamori and made sure the door shut behind him. He walked up to stand beside her and sighed softly. "I'm not sure. I could find out as early as tomorrow morning or as late as days from now. Don't worry about it... I'll let you know once I'm told." He said as he looked down at her. When they stood next to one another they did really look alike. If not for the fact that Yoichi had obvious masculine features and Aamori clearly had feminine one's they'd look nearly identical. Well, other than that the only real difference between them were their wings.

Kanone smiled slightly at Hisako's comment about it not happening in the building. He nodded and then laughed quietly when she said that she wouldn't throw him to the wolves like that. "Well, I'll try...but knowing the way I talk I'm probably bound to get my tail handed to me for a hat later for one thing or another." He smiled again and shook his head. "I'm not too worried about it. He hasn't killed me yet, I think I'm safe." He blinked and then looked over to the door when he herd it opening. He smiled when he saw Aamori and raised a hand to greet her. "Hey, welcome back." he said lightly after it seemed Yoichi was finished speaking to her. He tilted his head slightly after he saw how tired she looked but he kept that little smile up.

Celestine finally looked up from where he was when he heard the doors opening again. He stopped moving his hand around in the grass and sat up a little more. He was half glad to see Aamori back, though he'd only been vaguely aware that she had left in the first place. He just sighed heavily when he spotted Yoichi standing there as well. Well...she could have left the brother at home. He looked back down to Kyiri who seemed to e waiting for him to move his hand again and just smiled weakly before he reached to pick her up again. He just held her against him and stroked her fur gently as he started to stand up again. Hew as about ready to make a retreat to his room or somewhere. He wasn't really in the mood to put up with Yoichi right now so he would rather just get out of dodge while the going was good. He couldn't help but laugh quietly when he heard Kyiri purring in his ear. He just nuzzled his cheek against her head lightly as he started to move back toward the archway that led to the room he was using.

Esen raised her head up again when she heard the doors opening again and she sighed when she saw the other two water dragons come inside. She recognized Aamori, and she guessed the other one must have been the one that frequented here that Nobu had told her about. She shifted positions uncomfortably and then looked up to Celestine when she realized that he was leaving. She whined softly and laid her ears back. 'Where are you going?' she asked in a tiny voice. She she'd prefer for him to be around somewhere close by for now...at least until she was a little more familiar with this place and these people. She liked Celestine more than Kanone so far so she didn't really want him running off, even if Nobu was laying right there next to her.

Celestine paused and glanced back to Esen again and then sighed softly before he offered a slight smile. 'I was just going back to my room. Yoichi annoys me...' He responded quietly, '...You'll be fine out here...but...you can come if you want.' He glanced over to Nobu for a moment and then to Zale whom he assumed by the lack of motion was sleeping.

Hisako stood where she was for a few moments after Aamori and Yoichi had come inside. She glanced back over to Celestine briefly when she noticed that he was getting up and more than likely going to hide somewhere from Yoichi. She shook her head lightly and then started to walk over to the two of them who'd come inside. She smiled weakly seeing how tired Aamori looked, clearly that was more than enough proof that she had at least made it to see the Elder. She shifted her focus to Yoichi after giving Aamori a once over. "Did you two manage to get everything finished?" She asked. She hoped they had gotten everything done because she really didn't want to have to take time out of the day tomorrow to do anything that Aamori hadn't done today. After all, she was finished with her time limit to learn that ability the Elder wanted her to so that meant that her regular training regiment could be put back into place.

Aamori sighed heavily after hearing her brother. "I hope it's... sooner rather than later..." She uttered quietly as she looked at him. Her eyes trailed over towards Kanone when she heard him and she smiled at him a bit. She was glad to see that it looked like Kanone had met Hisako, well, that was one less person that he had to meet that he'd more than likely be seeing more of while he was here. Now he just had to meet her brother and somehow.. she knew she wasn't looking forward to that. She was just about to open her mouth to say something to him when she started to take a step that way but she felt someone grab her arm and pull her back.

Yoichi looked at Hisako when she started to head over to them, briefly noting the guy standing where she was. He didn't recognize him and he was fairly certain that he hadn't been here before. He looked back at Hisako once she made it over and sighed softly after hearing her question. "Yes, we got everything taken care of and I'll hear something from the Elder within the next couple days." He told her while glancing back over to Aamori. He had noticed the smile she directed at the new guy and shook his head lightly. When she started to move in his direction he immediately threw his hand out and took a firm hold of her arm to pull her back and keep her from going anywhere. "Who's he?" He paused. "Why is here?" He asked as he glanced from his sister back towards the new guy.

Aamori heaved another heavy sigh when Yoichi still hadn't let go of her arm and then started with the questions. How did she know this was coming. Yoichi hadn't bothered really being bothered by the other guys who were here, mostly because two of them had girls attached to them and he still had yet to see the dark clan dragon. She glanced up at Yoichi and shook her head lightly in disbelief. Why did he always have to be like this? "His name is Kanone." She answered. "He's a friend and Celestine's cousin." She paused. "He came to visit." She said lastly and jerked her arm a little trying to get him to let go.

Kanone glanced over to Hisako and then to Celestine when she looked in that direction. He half smiled when he saw Celestine getting up to clear the area and then looked back to Hisako as she started toward Aamori and Yoichi. He smiled at Aamori again and started forward when he noticed her getting ready to come in his direction, though he paused when he noticed Yoichi grab Aamori's arm. He blinked and stared at him for a moment, looking a little confused, though his ears fell slightly. What did he think he was going to do, beat her with something? He shook his head slightly and sighed before he put up another slight smile and took a couple of steps forward. "...You know I'm standing right here, you could have just asked me." he said with a slight laugh. "Hi. Guess I don't have to introduce myself this time. Um...Nice to meet you...I think." he said lightly as he extended his hand to Yoichi. Well he could still at least try to be friendly even if the guy was acting like he had no business standing there.

Esen continued to lay there for a few moments beside Nobu before she stood up and shook herself off a little. She looked at Celestine for a second and then glanced over to the other dragons before she started to move toward Celestine again slowly. She just wanted to go somewhere where she didn't have to deal with everyone at once just yet so she guessed hiding in his room might be okay...for a little while. Much like Celestine she wasn't very fond of being closed in.

Kyiri looked over Celestine's shoulder at the canine that was following them and then looked over toward the door. She wasn't really in the mood to go relax yet, she still wanted to play, so she wiggled her way onto Celestine's shoulder and then hopped off and bounded across the courtyard to where Aamori and the others were standing. She bypassed Kanone all together since she already knew that he wouldn't play and went to Aamori. She mewed softly and rubbed around her feet for a moment before she went to sniff the shoes of the guy standing beside her. She looked up at Yoichi and tilted her head slightly before she went back to Aamori and stretched up a little, placing her paws on her leg.

Celestine blinked when Kyiri hopped down and ran over to the others. "Kyiri!" he called, though she seemed to be more interested in going to check everyone else out. He half smiled and then shook his head. Well she was a feline after all, they didn't have the longest attention span. He sighed and just stood where he was, waiting to see if she was going to come back. He also didn't want her causing any trouble so he'd go get her if he had to, as much as he didn't want to get anywhere near Yoichi.

Yoichi loosened his grip a little on his sisters arm when she tried to jerk away but he didn't let her go just yet. So this guy was related to that feminine looking Celestine? Well at least he didn't look like a girl like Celestine did. Aamori must have met him when she was in their territory though he wasn't sure why she even bothered to give anyone, let alone a guy, permission to visit. He finally started to let go of Aamori's arm when he noticed that Kanone had taken a couple steps closer. After hearing his first comment he shook his head lightly. Honestly, he could've asked him who he was but he'd asked his sister for a reason. By asking her he could judge by her response how well she knew the guy. He stared at Kanone for a moment after he spoke and then glanced down at his outstretched hand. He guessed since Aamori had said that the guy was just a friend that he could try and give the guy a chance. He waited a moment before moving his hand out to take Kanone's. "Yeah, nice to meet you too." He said while offering a slight smile before releasing his hand. He didn't need to go jumping to conclusions about every guy that met his sister but he would keep an eye on him regardless.

Aamori continued trying to get her arm free from Yoichi and when she finally did she stepped aside a little so that maybe he wouldn't do that again. She looked at Kanone again when he came closer and smiled a little before glancing back to her brother to see how he was going to act. Her attention was snagged however when she felt something at her feet. She looked down to see Kyiri. She smiled when the cat moved over to sniff at Yoichi. As soon as she came back over and put her paws on her leg she knelt down and gently patted her head before picking her up. She stood up straight and continued to pet her lightly. "My brothers a little preoccupied, Kyiri." She said quietly since Yoichi hadn't even noticed the cat sniffing at him.

Hisako sighed softly and shook her head a little. So long as Yoichi played nice she had no gripes. She had kind of figured that Yoichi would react like he had to some other guy being here, after all she was well aware of how Yoichi felt about guys being too close to his sister. As far as she knew, Kanone was just a friend like Aamori had said and he seemed nice enough so she didn't think Yoichi needed to give him the third degree just yet. She stood there for a moment longer before she started to walk back down the hall a little to the door that lead downstairs. She needed to get that pass while she was thinking about it and get it signed and taken care of so that she could put Yoichi to work since he'd skipped out on a good portion of the day. Once she reached the door she wasted very little time slipping downstairs to get started.

Nobu hadn't bothered to move until he noticed that Esen was getting up. He lifted his head up from his paws and looked over at her, then watched as she started towards Celestine. He hadn't really been paying attention before so he hadn't gathered until now that Celestine and Esen, by the looks of it were going to his room. He didn't really want to stay out here if Celestine was going into his room. He had a pretty good idea that if that happened than he'd likely be spending the night out here again and that wasn't at all very comfortable. He started to get up and stretched a little before looking over at Celestine before he started to follow after Esen a little.

Kanone smiled back to Yoichi as he shook his hand and then released him. He wasn't here to try to ruffle anyone's feathers except for Celestine's so he was trying to be nice. He shifted positions slightly and then glanced over to Aamori when he saw her reach to pick Kyiri up. He chuckled quietly and shook his head before he glanced back over his shoulder to see where Celestine had gotten to. He half smiled and then glanced back to Yoichi again. "Wow you really know how to scare Celestine off." he said with a soft laugh, "I'm surprised he didn't take the cat with him." It certainly seemed like he'd talked most of the other animals into following him, of course Zale looked like he'd just passed out there for a while. He looked back to Aamori again finally and tilted his head slightly, "Where in the world did you go? You look beat." He was starting to wonder how far away that clothes place was. That was the only thing that he knew of that she had to do. Of course he had no idea how big this island was or any of the others for that matter, so he didn't know how long it would take or how much work it would be getting from one place to the next.

Kyiri mewed when Aamori picked her up and then reached out with her paw to set it against Aamori's cheek. She then leaned forward and licked her nose a couple of times before she nuzzled against her lightly. After a moment she lightly pawed at Aamori's hair, or at least the part that hung in the front. She mewed again and then started squirming to try to get down. She was trying to give the hint that she was a little more interested in playing than being petted right now. Her tails swayed energetically behind her as she wiggled her way to freedom and then she turned around to Kanone again and started to smack at his shoe laces. After a moment she grabbed the lace in her teeth and tugged against it. After a moment the bow came untied and then she started to swat the string around at his foot. She would have gone after Aamori's shoe laces if she'd had any, but Aamori didn't have too much to work with.

Celestine continued to stand where he was for a few moments longer, or at least until he noticed Nobu getting up as well. He looked back to him and smiled slightly before he turned and started to walk toward the room again with Esen in tow behind him. Once he finally got to the door he pushed it it rest of the way open and then stepped inside. He glanced back to Esen who was hesitating at the door and then sighed softly, "Esen, it's alright, if you want out later you can just tell me." he said quietly. He waited until the two of them decided whether they were coming in or not and then closed the door.

Esen hesitated by the door since she still wasn't all that sure she wanted to be closed in a room. When Celestine told her that she could just let him know if she wanted out she sighed softly and then stepped through the door timidly before turning her head a little to look around. Once she was in the room she just moved over to sit near the door quietly before she curled up on the floor there.

Yoichi glanced over at what he assumed was a cat that Aamori had in her arms. He hadn't noticed before and might not have paid it any mind except for it being up higher were it was easily spotted. He looked back over at Kanone when he spoke and then looked around a little since he had mentioned that he had scared Celestine off. He hadn't really been paying too much attention to anything else since he and Aamori had gotten back, not to mention he was far more interested in Kanone at the time so he didn't even register that Celestine was in the area. He looked back over to Kanone for a moment and sighed softly. "Apparently this time I didn't even have to say anything to him." He paused. "Usually he doesn't run and hide until after I've had a few words with him." He uttered.

Aamori laughed quietly when Kyiri licked her nose, then smiled a bit seeing her pawing at her hair. She stopped petting her once she started squirming and let her wiggle her way free. Right now she didn't have the energy to entertain her so she just let her go. She looked over at Kanone and sighed softly. She had kind of hoped it wouldn't be obvious how tired she was. "After I went to take care of the clothes I had to go preform a high level spell for the Elder." She said quietly. "I didn't have a whole lot of energy built back up to begin with... so I'm a little tired." She added lastly. She glanced back down to look at Kyiri and couldn't help but chuckle lightly when she saw that she'd taken Kanone's shoelace hostage and didn't really appear like she was going to willingly let it go any time soon.

Nobu waited until Esen had gone into the room and then headed inside himself. He wasn't sure himself why Esen had hesitated to go into the room but hearing Celestine say that if she wanted out he'd let her out made it make a little more sense. He guessed she mustn't like to be confined. He didn't either really, but he could put up with it a lot easier than she could apparently. He, like usual, moved over to the bed once he was inside and then laid down on the floor at the foot of it. He rested his head down on his paws and tried to get comfortable.

Kanone just grinned slightly at Yoichi and shook his head. "Well after the first couple of times he usually just tries to avoid you completely. Plus he's already not that happy with me right now. He made a good excuse to get out." he said with a slight laugh. His attention returned to Aamori when she told him why she was so tired and he nodded slightly. "Ahh..." he said softly. He smiled slightly and raised his hand to her head, patting it lightly. "Why don't you go lay down then?" he suggested with a slight smile. He blinked when he felt something tugging at his shoestrings. He looked down and then blinked when he saw Kyiri. "Ah! Hey!" He backed up, trying to get the shoelace away from her, though she only pounced after it and latched on. "Stop that! Come on you don't try to eat Celestine's clothes!" He sighed and knelt down to pick her up, trying his best to free his shoelace from her mouth. Once he had his shoelace back he set her down and grinned before he gave her a push across the hallway floor and watched as her long fur caused her to slide down the hall on her stomach. He shook his head and then went about retying his shoe. "Stupid cat." he muttered under his breath.

Kyiri smacked at Kanone's shoelace again after he pried it out of her mouth and sat her down, though she didn't catch it. The next thing she knew she was sliding down the hallway backwards. She mewed and then stood up and looked around before shaking herself off and starting to run back to Kanone's shoestring again while he was tying them...or at least trying to. Her feet merely skidded on the floor before she got any kind of traction to propel herself forward and then she just skidded head first right into his leg when she tried to stop. She shook her head and then immediately started smacking at his shoelaces again while he was trying to tie them.

Kanone just groaned."Leave it to him to get you all riled up and then leave." He muttered under his breath as he pushed her away again. "I don't want you, go away. Go attack Aamori." he said with a slight smile.

Celestine watched Nobu and then smiled slightly as he went to the bed and sat down. "...Do you just like laying in the floor or do you expect an invitation every time?" he asked as he leaned down to rub his ears. "I thought I told you already I don't mind you getting in the bed." He actually liked it better when the animals slept in the bed with him rather than in the floor. It was more comfortable for him since he did like to pet them and he'd rather not have to lean off of the bed to do it. He glanced over to Esen and smiled slightly, "That goes for you, too." he said lightly. He guessed he'd go ahead and give her permission as well. For now he just sighed and stretched out longways on the bed with his arms handing over the sides so he could still reach Nobu if he didn't get up here with him.

Esen looked at Celestine again when he spoke and then tilted her head slightly. She remained where she was for a moment before she stood up and walked a little closer to the bed, though she stopped in front of it and just raised one paw to press against the side of it lightly as if to check how softy it was. She tilted her head slightly and then looked at Nobu again, mostly just waiting to see what he was doing, though she did nudge her nose under Celestine's other hand a little until he started to rub her ears, too. She wasn't usually around anyone to be petted and rarely trusted anyone even when she was around them, but she knew that Celestine was gentle so she was taking advantage of his like for animals.

Yoichi shrugged lightly after what Kanone said. "There are very few places that he can go on this island to avoid me, and most of those places I'm allowed to go too." He commented with a slight hint of a smile. In all actuality if he really wanted to, he could go pester Celestine in the guestroom that he was using. After all, he was allowed access to every room in this building except for Hisako's. Right now however he was a little uninterested in bothering Celestine about his gender and on top of that he wasn't really looking forward to the 'work' Hisako said he'd be doing. He glanced back briefly when he heard Hisako call him while she was walking towards him. He turned slightly and started to take a couple steps towards her since it looked like she was ready for him to sign that pass.

Aamori even with as tired as she was stared at Kanone with a less then enthused look on her face when he patted her head. If she wasn't so tired she probably would've taken the time to physically retaliate against him for patting her head, yet, again. She finally just sighed heavily and lowered her eyes slightly. She probably could stand to go lay down, but she really didn't want to since Kanone had just gotten here today and so far she'd already spent a good deal of time outside away from him. She glanced down again when Kanone went on about Kyiri and his shoelace and then shook her head lightly when he slid her across the hallway floor. She just smiled when Kyiri wound up coming right back to try and get a hold of his shoelace again. She laughed quietly at least until he told Kyiri to attack her instead. She stared down at him and shook her head lightly. "I've got nothing she can play with. Why do you think she went after you in the first place?"

Hisako had hurried back upstairs after she got the majority of the pass taken care of. Once she had started back over towards Yoichi she called after him and met him halfway before handing him the pass and the pen from her inside pocket. She watched as he pressed the paper against the space between two arches and signed the pass. Once he'd finished he handed both the pen and pass back to her. She tucked the pen back into her pocket and held onto the pass. She sighed softly and looked back over towards Aamori and Kanone for a moment. "Go ahead and head downstairs, Yoichi." She paused. "I've already got a small list started for you in my office. I'll be down in a few minutes." She told him before stepping around him and walking the rest of the way over towards the other two.

Yoichi gave a heavy sigh after he'd given the pass back to Hisako and she told him to head downstairs. He had kind of hoped that she was joking about having work for him to do since he'd played hooky but apparently that was hoping for too much. He shook his head lightly and glanced back briefly when Hisako headed back over to his sister and Kanone. He shrugged lightly and then started over to the door to head downstairs like he was told to. If he was lucky maybe there wasn't a whole lot to be done and he could be done before it got too late.

Nobu lifted his head slightly when he heard Celestine. 'No, not particularly. The floor is only so comfortable.' He commented. 'And I prefer waiting until I'm told it's alright to get on the bed, especially if you have any intention of laying in it.' He added before he started to get to his feet. He moved so that he could climb up on the bed and lay down. He was trying not to take up too much room since he figured Esen might try and get up here as well.

Kanone sighed heavily after Aamori pointed out that she didn't really have anything for Kyiri to play with. He looked up at her as he shoved his hand in the cat's face to keep her from getting too close to his shoe again. He glanced over to Hisako when he heard her calling Yoichi and then stood up. He looked back to Aamori and then laughed softly. "Well...you've got a nice head of hair..." he said playfully as he reached over to snag a lock. He pulled it over her shoulder and then just dangled it in the air, shaking it around a little like a string above Kyiri's head.

Kyiri shook her head once Kanone finally removed his hand from her face and started to go for his shoe again until he moved, though her attention was quickly snagged by what he was doing. She sat there for a moment just watching the hair and then reached up in her hind legs and smacked at it without using her claws. Her tails continued to swish energetically behind her. After being stuffed down in Kanone's backpack for most of the day she probably wasn't going to settle down for a while yet.

Kanone just laughed slightly when Kyiri took the bait and then held Aamori's hair out to her where she could take over if she wanted to. "There you go." He said with a soft chuckle. "She'll play with anything."

Celestine just smiled slightly at Nobu and shook his head a little. "Well...to save me telling you over and over, you're welcome on any bed I'm using whenever you like...well unless whoever owns it says otherwise. I can work around you. And I like it when you decide to get up here with me." he said lightly as he rolled onto his side and continued to rub his head lightly. He pulled his other hand away from Esen and propped his head up a little while she tried to decide where and how to get on the bed as well.

Esen watched at Nobu got on the bed and then stood up and shifted positions. She realized she was kind of limited on room. Heck she and Nobu probably could have taken up nearly the entire bed themselves so it was a good thing that Celestine was so small. She finally moved over to the area by Nobu near the end of the bed. Since Celestine was laying on the bed sideways there was a bit more room for all of them. Finally she hopped up beside Nobu and laid down close beside him, though she was only really sticking close to him to avoid the edge of the bed.

Aamori stared at Kanone for a moment when he said that she had a nice head of hair. That sure sounded like a compliment. She continued to stare at him while he reached for a piece of her hair, a little oblivious to what he was going to do with it. Her eyes shifted slightly when noticed that he was shaking her hair around a little. She sighed heavily when she saw that he'd done that so that Kyiri had something else to play with rather than his shoelaces. She could honestly say that she wasn't too thrilled with the idea of Kyiri thinking her hair was a play thing. She had long hair after all so the last thing she needed was to go walking by and wind up with Kyiri attached to her while trying to swat at her hair. This was just another thing to add to the list of reasons to cut all of her hair off. She even felt a little silly for thinking that comment was meant solely as a compliment. She stared at his hand when he held her hair out so that she could take over. After a moment she reached out and took her hair, though she let it go rather quickly, letting it drop back against her shoulder before she reached down and scooped Kyiri up. She moved out a little closer to the fountain and then sat down before setting Kyiri down as well. Now that she was sitting down she picked up her lock of hair again and dangled it in front of Kyiri a little. At least this way Kyiri wasn't on her hind legs just trying to reach her hair.

Hisako stopped when she came up to Aamori and Kanone. She paid little attention to what was going on with entertaining the cat and watched for a moment when Aamori started to head over to the fountain to sit down. She turned her attention back to Kanone and held the pass out to him. "Here's the pass you needed." She paused. "Make sure you don't lose it, just like I told the others, there won't be a replacement should anything happen to this pass." She turned slightly and looked in the direction of the guest rooms on the right, and then on the left. She thought for a moment before glancing back over at Kanone. "If I'm remembering correctly, the first guest rooms on either side of halls are full. There should be room in either of the second rooms though. I'm pretty sure that Celestine's been using the one on the right and then Nero's got the one on the left." She paused. "Each room has a bed big enough for two, along with a small couch. You can't sleep out here anywhere so you'll need to room with either of the two... unless you want to try your luck sleeping on the roof like Celestine had a couple times." She uttered. "But you're not supposed to sleep up there..." She commented under her breath. "At any rate... you've got you're pass now and you don't have to stay cooped up in here tomorrow."

Nobu shifted slightly and looked over at Celestine. 'It's just a habit for me to not to help myself to someone's bed unless it's Kyran's.' He paused. 'But I will try and remember that it's okay with you, too.' He lowered his head down onto his paws, getting comfortable. It didn't bother him that Esen was close to him, he was kind of used to having people sleeping close so having another animal close wasn't that big of a deal.

Kanone smiled at Aamori and laughed softly when she just dropped her hair. He hadn't really expected her to keep it up, he was mostly just teasing her. He watched as she picked Kyiri up and walked off with her before he glanced back to Hisako. He smiled warmly at her as he took the pass, "Thanks a lot." he said lightly. He nodded when she said that it wouldn't be replaceable. "Okay..." He laughed weakly when he got his rooming options. "Oh boy...what a choice." he said with a slight laugh. "One will probably slam the door in my face and the other will probably lock me out. Oh well... let's see....am I brave enough to chance Nero....I don't think so... so I guess I'll be going that way." He said as he pointed toward the right. "Ha this should be fun. Why do I have a feeling I'm going to be stuck on the couch? I bet the mutts get the bed." He was just playing around, he obviously didn't really mind. He knew how Celestine was and he was probably better at putting up with him than anyone. He finally tucked the pass into his pocket and moved over to the archway to get his pack. He glanced back to Hisako again, "I guess the rooms are the blue doors?" he asked since there seemed to be two on each side that were the same color. He just wanted to go put his bag and blades away so he could come back out and pester Aamori a little more before she turned in.

Kyiri blinked when Aamori picked her up and then mewed in mild disagreement, though she didn't struggle with her to get down. She waited a little impatiently for her to sit and then was just about to dive off of her lap when she started to wave her hair aground like a tassel again. She just raised one paw and swatted at it repeatedly before switching to the other/ After a moment she reached up and grabbed at it with both paws before starting to chew on the ends.

Celestine just smiled a little at Nobu and rubbed his ears lightly before he reached over to stroke Esen a few times. He sighed and then closed his eyes and laid his own head down. "...I'm getting a headache..." he muttered under his breath. He wasn't even entirely sure what was causing it, though he could only guess it was from the way he'd been talking to the three canines earlier without speaking. They were easier to talk to than Aamori was, but it was still difficult when he kept having to switch from mind to mind. It was probably a lot easier for the dogs to manage than it was for him. After all he was born with a mouth for a reason.

Esen raised her head slightly to look at Celestine when he stroked her and then laid her ears back a little. 'Are you alright?'

"Yeah...It's fine." he answered simply.

Aamori wasn't really focusing too much on Kyiri, at least until she realized that the darn cat had decided to start chewing on the ends of her hair. She knew letting Kyiri play with her hair was a bad thing and now she was regretting giving in and letting her continue to play with it. "Don't chew on that!" She muttered while jerking her hair out and away from Kyiri's grasp. She lifted the end of her hair up in front of her eyes and inspected it quietly before sighing heavily and tossing it over her shoulder. "You should go find something else to play with, Kyiri." She uttered quietly. She wasn't going to just let her play with the end of her hair if she was going to chew on it like that. She may have hated the length of her hair but she did still try to take really good care of it and unfortunately for Kyiri no where did it say that kitty teeth were good for one's hair.

Hisako laughed quietly when Kanone said he didn't think he was brave enough to chance rooming with Nero. She would probably have to agree, she wasn't sure that she'd even be willing to try that. Thankfully, she had her own room so she didn't have to worry about rooming with anyone. "You might luck out and get the bed if Celestine ends up on the roof again while you all are here." She said as she turned slightly. She was going to head back downstairs to pester and annoy Yoichi. She looked back to Kanone briefly and then looked back towards the doors. She nodded lightly. "Yeah, the second door." She paused. "I highly doubt you'd want to try sharing the first room with LaRae and Nanashi." She said with a soft laugh. She stood there for a moment longer before she started to head for the door to go downstairs again.

Nobu's ears fell back slightly when he heard Celestine say that he was getting a headache. He wanted to ask himself what he thought might be causing it but somehow he was already guessing it might have had something to do with talking to the three of them like he had been. He knew that talking to someone the way they did could be difficult and very straining on the mind. He didn't bother to ask anything just on the off chance that it was his speaking to them that had caused this headache he was getting.

Kyiri looked up when Aamori pulled her hair away from her and then smacked at it again while she was looking at it. Her long, rabbit-like ears fell back slightly when Aamori told her that she needed to find something else to play with. She stood up on her hind legs again and set her paws against Aamori's chest as she stretched up to run her sandpaper tongue along her chin a few times like she thought that was going to make up for it.

Kanone laughed slightly at Hisako's comment and then shook his head as he started for the second room again. He paused once he got to the door and sighed softly before he opened it and stepped inside. He glanced over to Celestine and smiled slightly before he walked over to the couch and set his pack in the floor before he unlatched the belt that was holding the sheath to his blades. He wrapped it up and then laid then down lightly on top of his bag. "Looks like I'm sharing a room with you, twerp. I don't think Nero wants me."

Celestine looked up at Kanone when he came inside and groaned quietly before he dropped his head back to the bed again. "And who said that I wanted you?" he muttered under his breath. "...If you sleep in here I swear I am sleeping outside."

Kanone just sighed heavily. "How'd I know that was coming?" He just smiled slightly at him, "That's some way to treat your favorite cousin."

"You're my only cousin." He pointed out shortly.

"Well all the more reason for me to be the favorite." he said with a laugh as he walked over to the bed and roughed up Celestine's hair a little, though he blinked when Celestine smacked his hand away roughly as if he'd hurt him. "Ow what a was that for?"

"Would you just go away? My head hurts enough without you helping." He said irritably. "Go pester Aamori or something, that's what you're here for." he muttered again.

Kanone just sighed again and shook his head slightly. "Alright, alright...sorry." he muttered quietly. "...Well...have fun." he said simply as he reached to rub Nobu's head lightly and then Esen's before he started back to the door again and left Celestine to his...whatever he was doing. He shook his head again before he headed out to the courtyard again and back toward the fountain where Aamori was sitting. He laughed softly when he saw that she was getting the sandpaper treatment. "Give up?" he asked lightly as he came to sit down beside her.

Aamori sat there quietly until she felt Kyiri's tongue on her chin. "...Ick ...Kyiri stop." She mumbled. "...Licking me isn't going to make up for it ...you ...chewed ..on my ..hair." She muttered quietly. She sighed heavily, sitting there for a short while longer before giving in and moving Kyiri off of her just about the time Kanone had come to sit down beside her. She glanced over at him briefly. "It's your fault." She paused. "She chewed my hair ...because of you." She grumbled before snagging Kyiri by the nape of the neck and plopping her down in Kanone's lap.

Kyiri mewed loudly when she felt Aamori grab her by the nap of the neck. It didn't really hurt that much other than she felt like she was having all of her fur ripped out. She looked back to Aamori again when she felt herself dropping and then landed in Kanone's lap. She looked up to him for a moment and then just curled up in his lap with a quiet sigh as she rested her head on her paws.

Kanone smiled and laughed softly, "Oh yeah I forgot to tell you she bites." he said playfully. He stoked her head lightly and then sighed before he looked back over to Aamori. "Haha don't worry about it. She chews on everything. He finally booted the little fuzz ball off of his lap as well and watched her give him a dirty look before she just curled up in the grass, obviously aware that she was in trouble. "Just be glad that she didn't decide to climb up your dress to get on your shoulder like she does with Celestine's shirts." He finally paused to look Aamori over again and smiled slightly. "Speaking of which... I like that dress. Well it looks better than that scort anyway." he said with a soft laugh. He was almost tempted to make a few more comments but he kept those to himself. No need to get embarrassing her already. "Ah...come on, lighten up." he said as he put his arms around her. "So she gnawed on your hair a little, it's not going to fall out."

Aamori glared down at Kyiri when she saw that the cat had just curled up in Kanone's lap. She much rather would've preferred that over having her hair chewed on. Oh well, there wasn't anything that could really be done about it. But maybe Kyiri wouldn't be in 'play mode' for the night this way. She looked back to Kanone when he mentioned the way that Kyiri climbed up Celestine's shirt. She cringed slightly at the thought of Kyiri doing that to her and could only hope that the darn cat never found a reason to climb up onto her shoulder like that. She smiled a little and her cheeks barely blushed when she heard him say that he liked the dress. He might have gotten a bigger reaction out of her if she wasn't tired like she was and if she didn't utterly hate having to wear one of two outfits all of the time. She did like the dress to a certain extent but it did grow old pretty fast when she'd been wearing the same style of clothes since she'd become an Elder in training. "This is pretty much all I wear... and that skort is gone now anyway.." She uttered. She sighed softly after he told her to lighten up and then glanced at him once he'd put his arm around her. "Well... next time we'll let Kyiri play with your hair and then chew on it. Your hair is long enough after all." She paused. "She could just sit right on your shoulder and go to town on your hair." She said with a quiet chuckle.

Kanone just half smiled and rolled his eyes. "You say that like she doesn't already do that on a daily basis. I don't know that there's a day that goes by that she doesn't chew on my hair in my sleep." He laughed softly and shook his head before he gently pulled her over against him and leaned his head against hers lightly. "Either way...you still look nice. I could get used to seeing you in this every day." he said with a soft chuckle, "It just makes you look even more beautiful." He smiled slightly and then leaned a little closer to her ear, "But then again I do miss the scene at the lake." He said with a soft snicker, "Too bad...guess you'll have access to a swim suit now." he teased. He had a feeling her brother would be trying to strangle him to death if he heard him right now, but he couldn't resist. After a moment he chuckled again. "You should go rest..." he whispered finally, sounding a little more serious.

Aamori shook her head lightly when he said that Kyiri already did chew on his hair, and while he was asleep no less. "Well, that isn't exactly something I would know... for obvious reasons." She said with a small chuckle. The only way she could've possibly known that was either by his telling her like he just had or her being in the same room with him while he was asleep and Kyiri was munching on his hair. She smiled slightly when he pulled her over against him. She started to shut her eyes gently once he'd leaned his head against hers though the following couple things that he said made her open her eyes rather abruptly and her cheeks had managed to find a more noticeable red hue. It certainly wasn't everyday that a guy other than a family member had told her that she was beautiful. Unfortunately for her she hadn't really heard a lot of compliments and things of that nature, especially from boys, so they easily set off her cheeks. The color of her face only worsened when he reminded her of the lake and her lack of proper attire for swimming. Of course he'd remember what she'd done a decent job of forgetting. Well, at least he had been the only one other than that girl Yu to see her like that. She sat there quietly for a few moments, sadly at a loss of witty comebacks. When he said that she should go rest, she leaned against him a little more and curled up slightly while letting her tail wrap around her a bit. "I am resting." She uttered quietly. That probably wasn't what he meant but for all intents and purposes that was what she was doing and for now it was saving her from having to get up and walk to her bed.
