Hikari just rolled her eyes when he commented on her headbutting him while she was in the middle of a threat. She had no intention of commenting further on that; doing it in the first place was embarrassing enough. She sighed again when he made a comment about her having a hard head. "Yeah yeah...you don't know the half of it..." she muttered under her breath as she dropped her hands from his back since he'd started walking on his own again. She looked ahead at where the others had stopped and sighed softly as she stepped a little closer to the water. She had missed pretty much everything that had been talked about, but she had already assumed that they were flying. She looked at LaRae when she noticed her kneeling down and then bent over to see what she was looking at. He raised an eyebrow when she saw the little space in the fog that seemed clear. How they managed that she had no idea, but she guessed it really didn't matter. After all, it was a place where you could see where you were going though...flying that low with so little room to go up or down would be pretty difficult.

Esen nuzzled her head against Nobu again when he said that it was alright and then licked his ear once. She came to a stop when Nobu did and then tilted her head before edging closer to the water. She'd already flown over here once, though she wasn't so sure about flying that close to the water. Of course she didn't really think it would be too much of a problem. She wasn't used to it, but it was surely doable. Her ears perked slightly when she heard Celestine Answering Kanone and then thinking something the exact opposite of what he said. He was kind of loud with his thoughts if you were still listening for them. "You can't swim, Celestine?"

Celestine sighed softly when he glanced back to Esen briefly. "No, I was built for the sky, not the water... my wings are too heavy for me to swim with them wet." he responded simply. He looked back to Aamori and tilted his head slightly. "...Walk?" he asked, though as soon as he asked he shook his head. "Never mind." He guessed that she meant walk on the water. He was seriously thinking about getting her to help him since he wasn't all that comfortable with trying to fly at that low of an altitude over water. He could probably do it, but the waves were going to make him extremely nervous.

Kanone half smiled when he heard Celestine questioning how Aamori was going to walk. "Probably the same way you walk on air," he said simply, "Only...on water." He glanced around for a moment, looking to see if everyone was here and then blinked. "Erm... How is he getting across?" he asked curiously as he pointed to Nobu. Like Aamori said, it was going to be hard to carry someone and fly that at the same time, and Nobu couldn't exactly fly himself over.

Nero moved off to the side to stand a little away from everyone else once he and Hikari had caught up to everyone else. He crossed his arms over his chest like he usually did and stood there quietly. He was wondering where they were going exactly but having seen LaRae knelt down and Hikari lean over to look he assumed there must have been something of importance they were taking note to. He didn't bother going to see what they they had looked at, if he stood here long enough he was bound to find out without even asking.

Nobu continued to stand there and stare at the water for a bit. He wasn't even fond of bath time with Minako so he hoped he wouldn't have to get too close to the water. Or well, he didn't want to get wet was probably the better way to put it. He glanced over at Esen briefly when he heard her question posed to Celestine after hearing his rather loud thought. It was a lot easier to block out the normal thoughts, the loud one had kind of caught him off guard. He shook his head slightly and then cast his glance over to Kanone when he noticed him point at him. He was already wondering that himself. How was he going to get across. He couldn't help thinking there would be no problem whatsoever if he had wings, like Esen. At least she could get herself across the water. His ears lowered slightly. It was annoying when someone else had to carry him. He knew he wasn't light and the list of people who could carry him... it was short. Then on top of all of that there wasn't any real room for someone to fly successfully through that opening with him in tow. He felt rather useless himself right about now.

Kyran glanced to Hikari momentarily when she caught up to everyone and then his eyes trailed over to Nero. It was a little surprising to catch them walking together, but with how angry Hikari had been maybe it wasn't all that surprising to see her with him after all. He sighed quietly and turned his attention back to the others. He'd caught most of what Aamori had said. He looked over at Nobu for a moment when Kanone had asked how he was getting across. That did pose a bit of a problem. Nobu couldn't fly like Esen could and he was a bit heavy which meant more work on the wings, not to mention the arms. Nobu did need to come with them though, or rather, Nobu wouldn't just sit idly by while he and blades went somewhere that there would likely be a battle. He sighed again and looked over at Kanone. "I'll carry him across." He said trying not to sound as unsure of himself as he felt. He was still sore from where Nanashi had belted him with that staff and having to carry the extra weight was probably going to make him even more uncomfortable.

Aamori looked over at Celestine when she heard his question. She would have answered it even though he'd said nevermind since he hadn't seen her walk on water before, but Kanone had kind of beat her to it and with an added bit of knowledge. She hadn't been aware that Celestine could walk on air. Well, it wasn't hard to believe... she could walk on water after all. She looked at Kanone when he asked his question and then had to look where he was pointing to figure out who he was referring to. When she saw that it was Nobu she sighed quietly. She had to admit, she wished that Nobu came with wings. That would make this a lot easier especially since she wouldn't trust letting him swim across. The fish would more than likely go after him, the big ones anyway. She immediately shook her head when she heard Kyran say that he'd carry him across. "You're in no shape to go carrying his weight." She told him. She was pretty sure that if Hikari wasn't too overly peeved at him she would probably say the same thing. "I don't think it's safe to carry him, anyway." She paused. "Anyone who'd be carrying him would possibly be jeopardizing their own vision just to get him across as well." She sighed quietly, actually having thought a little about this before hand. "...I can probably walk him across." She said quietly, a little unsure of herself. "I've never tried walking an animal on water before, but it shouldn't be that hard." At least she didn't think it would be too much different. Then, if Nobu was walking in the front he could probably lead without her having to duck down every so often to make sure they were going the right way.

Hikari glanced up at Kyran and stood up straight again when she heard what he said. She was about to object though she only got out the beginning of a 'no' before Aamori had already disagreed with him for her. Angry as she was at Kyran, she didn't want him aggravating his injuries or anything or...well she also didn't like the idea of Nobu getting dumped in the drink very much. She liked Aamori's idea a lot better than that.

Kanone tilted his head slightly when Kyran said that he would carry Nobu. "Umm..." he started, trying to think of how to protest with him. After all, he didn't want to say that he was too sore to do that since he'd asked him not to say anything to Nanashi about him still hurting and...well Nanashi was standing right there. He was about to offer to carry him for him since his wings were probably the strongest of everyone....well short of Celestine. His arm strength wasn't lacking too much, though he knew that Nobu would be really heavy. He looked back to Aamori when she said that she could probably walk Nobu across. "Well, that works," he said with a slight laugh. He sighed and then looked over to Celestine as he placed his hands on his hips. "Well, what're you doing Cel? You going to fly, walk with Aamori, or do you want a piggy back?"

Celestine just blinked and stared at Kanone like he was an idiot. "Are you dumb? I'm not riding on your back," he said bluntly. After all...there was kind of a swallow there. Besides, what was he, five? He glanced at Aamori and then sighed softly. he didn't want to make things harder on her if she was walking Nobu over. "I'm flying, of course," he said as he crossed his arms stubbornly and looked out over the water. "Oh boy... I hope this is a short trip..."

Nanashi finally stepped away from LaRae's side and moved a little closer to the water, though he paused next to Kyran and then looked up at him again, that worried expression back on his face again. He didn't bother to say anything, but it was kind of obvious what he was thinking. "Be careful, alright," he said quietly to Kyran before he looked back out over the water again at the narrow opening they were going to be flying through. "...How far away is it...approximately?" he asked as he looked back to Aamori again. He didn't want to be flying over the water through the fog like that for too long... it was chilly enough in that fog anyway without being hit with ocean spray and such.

Kyran groaned quietly when he heard Aamori told him that he was in no shape to carry Nobu. He kind of knew that already but since Nobu was his dog he thought he should take responsibility for getting him across, especially since he couldn't very well ask anyone else to do it. "Okay.. okay.. I won't carry him." He said with a heavy sigh. Aamori was probably right about anyone who carried him jeopardizing their vision. As it was already, it wasn't really going to be a walk in the park to get across the water. He looked over at Nanashi when he heard him tell him to be careful and nodded weakly. He was already starting to grow tired of everyone worrying about him. He wasn't really hurt that badly and so long as he didn't aggravate the area too much he didn't foresee any real trouble with the pain subsiding and the bruising going away in a timely fashion.

Aamori was a bit glad to not get any flack from Kyran about her walking Nobu across rather than him carrying him. Then hearing Kanone say that her idea works made her feel a little better about just jumping out there and suggesting it. Now she just hoped that she didn't encounter any problems with walking Nobu across. She shook her head a little when she heard what Kanone had asked Celestine. She couldn't believe that he had honestly just asked if he wanted a piggy back ride. She wasn't too surprised to hear Celestine say that he was going to fly. She'd mostly put the offer to walk someone across for him. As long as he got across then she guessed it didn't really matter how he got there. She glanced to Nanashi when she heard his question. She wasn't really sure how far away it was. The map she looked at didn't exactly have distance on it. Hers was just a simple layout map with no real key on how to read it. She had to crouch down again, tilting her head slightly while she looked through the open space again. "Um..." She was about to tell him that she wasn't sure but she thought she could see a small corner of sand off to the right side of the opening. "...I think that's the edge of the beach on the other side." She said quietly. "I'd guess by that, the island is off to the right a little after you go through the opening." She paused. "...Distance... well... I couldn't possibly give you anything accurate." She stood back up and looked over at him. "I'm no good at looking at a length and telling you exactly what the measurement is." She sighed. "But, it doesn't seem that far since I can just make out the sand on the other side."

LaRae had stood back up a bit ago and looked at Aamori while she tried to answer Nanashi's question. "Okay.. well.. we'll know how far it is after we get across." She said and stretched a little. "We're going to go right? Not just stand here gawking at the space we have to fit in." She was ready to start heading across. After all, they'd already inspected the opening from here and talked about it so all that was left was to decide what order they were going in and well, to get going.

Aamori looked over at LaRae after she'd spoke and nodded slightly. "We can head over at any time." She paused. "The less time wasted standing here the better... there are three others just like this if the relic isn't here." She hoped it was, but she wasn't sure that she'd be that lucky. If it wasn't here she only hoped that finding and getting through the other openings would be simple. She glanced around a little at everyone. "Well... who ever wants to go first can." She paused. "Since I'm going to have Nobu with me I think we might go last or at least closer to last. We will likely be a little slower so I don't want to hold anyone up." She told them.

Nanashi looked back to Aamori again when she started trying to check the distance. When she finally answered his question he nodded slightly and then offered her a smile. "Good thing I didn't ask for an exact measurement then," he said lightly. He sighed softly and looked back out over the water again. Not that far...I can make it. he told himself. ....No bloody way he was going in first, though.

Kanone smiled when LaRae asked if they were going. He was starting to wonder that himself. He half smiled when Aamori said whoever wanted to go first could go. "After you," he said as he made a gesture to Celestine to go first. He knew Celestine was scared, so he was probably going to be trying to fly fast and on top of that...well he wanted to go in after him.
Celestine blinked when Kanone said after him. "Why me?" he asked bluntly. 'What the hell, I don't want to go in there first!'
"Because you and I both know you fly like a bat straight out of hell when you're scared and deep water scares the begeebus out of you," he said with a smirk, "No need to go running anyone else over to get out of there."
Celestine narrowed his eyes at Kanone again, "I am not scared of water, that's ridiculous!" 'God, do you have to tell everyone!? You can laugh about it, you can swim!'
"Then why're you still standing here?"
"Alright, alright, I'm going!" he snapped as he opened his wings and lifted into the air. He looked out over the water and hesitated for a moment.
"Don't worry, I'm going in next. If you fall in I'll fish you out," he assured him offhandedly.

"Err! I'm not going to fall in!!" he snapped at him before he took off over the water. 'I hate this...I really...really...HATE THIS!!' he thought as he swooped barely two feet above the water and into the little space. He glanced down at the water for a moment and then looked up again quickly while trying to keep himself level as possible.

Kanone watched as Celestine took off and then made a run for the water and opened his own wings before lowering himself to fly just above the waves. Even with such a short head start Celestine was way ahead of him. "Holy crows, Cel, you don't have to go that fast!" he called after him, "Slow down a little!"

Esen looked at Celestine and tilted her head slightly. She knew he was scared, it was kind of hard not to hear his complaining. She shook her head and then shook out her fur and opened her wings, though she hung back since Kanone had said he'd follow Celestine in. She looked over to Nobu again and tilted her head. 'Do you want me to wait for you?'

Hikari shook her head with a sigh when she heard Kanone teasing Celestine again and then looked back to them, though she wasn't going to complain if Kanone pushed Celestine into going first. When Celestine finally got over the water she blinked at how quickly he disappeared into the fog. "...Wow...he wasn't kidding," she muttered quietly. Celestine was flying like something was going to eat him if he slowed down.

Nanashi blinked and tilted his head before leading down to look into the opening again. "...He's fast," he muttered quietly. He sighed as he straightened up and then glanced over to LaRae. He was ready to go in whenever she was or...he hoped he was at least. He wasn't too thrilled with this whole idea of flying through the fog, but...well it couldn't really be helped.

Kyran watched as Kanone managed to pester Celestine into going first and shook his head a little disbelievingly at how fast Celestine had gotten into the opening in the fog. Well... both Celestine and Kanone could easily make his flying seem slow and he wasn't exactly a slug when it came to flying. He finally stepped over closer to Nobu and reached down to pat his head lightly. "Since Aamori's going to help you across, you do what she says.. alright?" He said as he looked down at him.

Nobu looked over and watched as Celestine took off into the fog followed by Kanone. He glanced to Esen when he heard her ask if he wanted her to wait for him. He shook his head almost immediately. 'Go on, I won't be that far behind.' He responded and then shifted slightly and glanced up to Kyran when he felt his hand on his head. He swayed his tails a little when Kyran asked 'alright'. Of course he was going to listen to Aamori. If he didn't he could easily end up in that ocean and he wasn't anymore fond of that idea than Celestine was. Though, for different reasons.

LaRae couldn't help but lean down a little herself to look once Celestine had taken off. He was indeed fast and faster than he needed to be probably. She shook her head a little while she stood back up. She would've gone first, no gripes. Having to fly through that with such restrictions didn't bother her that much. She wasn't even afraid of the water. If anything bothered her at all it was the idea of getting lost in that fog is she didn't keep herself level enough. She looked over to Nanashi briefly and then decided that she'd go ahead and go since it didn't look like anyone was really jumping at the chance to go next. "I guess I'll go next." She said, actually sounding a little like she was looking forward to this. She eyed the opening again and though she might back up a bit to get a better run at this. She also wanted to make sure that she had enough time to straighten herself out before she hit the opening. She certainly couldn't fly like Celestine and Kanone so she knew she'd be bobbing a little when her wings flapped and she'd rather be straight going in than trying to straighten out inside. She backed up a good few feet before she opened her wings and stretched them a little. Once she was ready she started running and lifted up just before she'd have hit the water, then straightened up before she reached the opening. Once she was inside she couldn't help looking down at the water for a moment. This was probably the first time she'd flown so close, it was kind of neat. She didn't stare at the water for very long before she lifted her head so that she could watch where she was going.

Aamori just stared a little blankly over at Kanone and Celestine while Kanone was pestering him into going first. She already knew that Celestine didn't care for water but thanks to Kanone she was really starting to get the impression that water did scare him, at least a little. She hoped that Celestine made it through alright with no problems. She sighed quietly after both Celestine and Kanone had taken off and then watched for a moment while LaRae prepared to follow after. Once she was gone as well she slipped over to Nobu since she'd be going with him. She knelt down beside him and glanced up at Kyran briefly before she started to run her hand down Nobu's back. She was pretty sure she could do this so long as they didn't break contact at all. Well, and as long as her concentration wasn't messed with too much. There was still a good chance that she could screw this up too. She'd messed things up in the past anyway. "...Are you going to follow after Nobu?" She asked finally still seeming a little uncertain as she looked up at Kyran again.

Kyran glanced down to Aamori after she had come over. He started to glance around to see who was going next. He figured Nanashi would probably follow after LaRae but he was curious as to who was going to go after him. He turned his attention back down to Aamori after he heard her question. He shook his head a little. "I don't think I need to. You'll take good care of him, right?" He paused and smiled a little. "I trust you to make sure he gets across without anyone elses help." He told her. He guessed she might have still been a little unsure of her ability to get Nobu across, at least he wasn't too sure why else she'd ask him that the way she did.

Esen nodded slightly to Nobu and then took off from where she stood and flew into the opening quickly, trying to catch up with Kanone as fast as she could, though...with Kanone trying to catch up with Celestine this was turning into a bit of a marathon. She curled her legs up under her as she flew and her wings beat quickly as she sped to catch up and her tails fanned out behind her. About halfway to Kanone she heard a splash and felt something latch onto one of her tails. She yelped as her rear was dragged down, though whatever it was seemed to loose it's grip shortly. "I am not food!!!" she whined as she sped up, trying to get out of there before a bigger fish came along. Unfortunately, she only got so far before Kanone was in her way and there was no getting around him really until she went up.

Nanashi swallowed hard when LaRae said that she would go next and then watched as she took off and straightened herself out before going into the fog. He shook his head slightly and then sighed before he backed up a bit, looking entirely unsure about this whole idea. "I hope this water's warm at least..." he muttered to himself before he took a running dive and opened his wings. He'd never tried to fly this low before, so he wasn't entirely sure what he was doing. He straightened his legs out behind him and held his arms to his sides as he sailed out over the water and into the fog. He looked down at the water, realizing that he was flying a little too close as his necklace skimmed the surface. He tried to raise himself up a little and look ahead, though just as he raised his head again a rather large fish dove up out of the water. He didn't have time to do anything before his face smacked against the fish. "GACK!" he yelped just before he flipped over and tumbled into the water with a loud splash. He flailed around below the surface for a moment before he found the ground and pushed himself back up again. He'd panicked briefly because he thought he was about to drown, but thankfully the water was only up to his shoulders. He coughed and then wrapped his arms around himself as he started to walk back toward the shore, half blinded by the fog and the water in his face. He wiped his eyes and tried to push his hair out of his face as he walked back up to the beach, still choking on sea water a little. He shook his head and then rubbed it slightly as he walked out of the waves.

Hikari watched as Esen, LaRae, and Nanashi took off, though she blinked when she heard a yelp and then a splash. Her eyes widened and she started forward, already recognizing the sound of that yelp. When Nansahi came walking back out of the fog she sighed in relief that he didn't look hurt, "What happened!? Are you alright!?" she called to him urgently.

Nanashi just sighed heavily as he walked back onto the sand and lowered his hand from his head. "...I headbutted a fish..." he said in a monotone voice as he shook his head and tilted it to the side, trying to run the water from his ears. He shivered again and wrapped his arms around himself, "That water is cold..."

Hikari blinked at his answer and then couldn't help but laugh a little. "...Headbutted a fish?"

Nanashi sighed and shook his head. He guessed it was kind of funny...sorta...okay maybe more if it wasn't him and he wasn't freezing his tail off now. He looked back at the water again once he'd gotten back on the beach a decent way. "...Trying this again..." he muttered to himself before he took off the same way that he had before, only with a little more altitude, though this time just before he went into the fog he put his arms out in front of him, just in case that happened again. At least that way it wouldn't be his face getting smacked.

Kanone's ears twitched when he heard Esen yelp and then moments later another much more distant yelp and a splash. "Oi vey, what's with everyone?" he muttered quietly to himself as he tried to keep an eye on Celestine. He couldn't really see through him but at the rate he was flying he wouldn't be surprised if the two of them weren't already halfway there if not further. After all, the place was within sight well...if you crouched in the right place, anyway. either way, Celestine showed no sighs of slowing down just yet. He chuckled softly. It was kind of amusing the way that Celestine acted sometimes.

LaRae was doing alright at keeping herself level enough in the space provided that she wasn't hitting the fog or the water. She tilted her head slightly when she caught sight of what she was sure was a fish as it went to Esen's tail. She shook her head a little once the fish had lost it's grip on her and she'd sped up. She startled a bit when she heard Nanashi yelp and she wound up closer to the water than she wanted to for a moment before she tried to straighten out again. She was a bit glad that the fish that went for Esen hadn't bothered her when she got so close to the water. If it had she probably wouldn't be in the air right now. Since she heard the splash she was well aware that Nanashi must have taken a dive. She wanted nothing more than to turn around and see if he was okay but given the small space she couldn't do very much unless she wanted to chance the fog just to get turned around. She tried looking back over her shoulder and all that did was cause her to veer to the side, forcing her wing into the fog until she looked ahead again. She sighed heavily and hoped that he was alright. For now she'd have to just keep going and ask him what happened once he got through himself.

Kyran watched as Nanashi took off after LaRae, like he'd thought he would. His eyes widened a little however when he heard the yelp followed by the splash. He shook his head a little. Nanashi had just gone in there... He moved away from Nobu and Aamori and started a little closer. He was relieved as well to see that Nanashi didn't look like he was hurt. He couldn't help but shake his head when he heard that Nanashi had headbutted a fish and that was why he wound up in the water. Well, he hadn't thought about that happening but it wasn't like it was unbelievable. The fish were probably more than riled up now since four of them were already in the opening. They probably looked like food, at least to a couple species of fish. He wouldn't be surprised now if the rest of them got to have some fun dodging a few airborne fish. He watched as Nanashi went to try this again and took off into the opening. He stood there for a few moments longer before he glanced over to Hikari. He was pretty sure she was still a little peeved with him. He sighed quietly and started to get a little more lined up with the opening. "I think I'll go after him, in case a fish decides to go after him again." He told her before he opened his wings. He was fairly certain that Nero would still take up the rear even with Aamori and Nobu walking and even if his midsection was sore he could still probably handle pulling Nanashi out of the water, should he end up there again and keep flying to some extent. He didn't bother waiting for an objection to him following Nanashi. He took a running start and lifted off just as he reached the water and then straightened himself out as he went into the opening. Once he was in he made sure to curl his tail up as much as possible. The last thing he needed was a hitchhiker on the end of it.

Aamori felt better hearing Kyran say that he trusted her with Nobu. She figured she could probably test it before they went into the opening in the fog, just to make sure. At least then she'd feel better knowing she could do it. She turned her head towards the opening almost immediately when she heard the yelp and then the splash. She started to stand up about the time Hikari had started forward and then Kyran had moved as well. She just stared, waiting to see if Nanashi was coming out of the water. She gave a relieved sigh when she saw him walking back to the beach. At least he was okay. Already she was kind of hating the idea of telling any of them that they may be doing this exact thing all over again if the relic wasn't in this spire. She wasn't even sure that there was an easier way from one spire to the other. You think there would be so that the mechanics could work on them quickly rather than going through the trouble of taking the little openings every time. She watched as Nanashi tried again to go through and then Kyran wound up following after him. That meant all that was left was Hikari, Nero, her and Nobu. She reached down to touch Nobu's head lightly. "...Well... lets see how well this works, Nobu." She said quietly. She lifted her hand from Nobu and prepared herself to be able to walk on the water. Once she was ready and her energy was lining her feet she reached over and put her hand on Nobu again, forcing her energy to flow into him as well so that he could walk on the water too. "...There. That should do it..." She said quietly and then eyed the water. She looked back to Nobu for a moment. Keeping a hand on him was going to be a bit of a pain once they started walking. She couldn't help wondering if Nobu would be mad at her for asking if she could ride on him. He was large enough that she could do that and if she was sitting on him than there would be no problem of her accidentally letting go of him. She leaned down a little closer to his head and smiled slightly. "...Nobu ...do you think I could ...ride on you, then you could walk us both across?" She asked quietly. "...There will be less likely a chance that the energy between us would be severed that way." She added and then waited for some sort of response.

Nobu looked at Aamori while she prepared what ever spell it was that she was going to have to use to get them to walk on the water. He was a little curious how that was going to work. He shifted a little uncomfortably once she had put her hand back on him and he felt her energy briefly. He looked at the water himself once Aamori had said 'that should do it'. He wanted to test it himself. The thought of walking on the water actually intrigued him greatly. He looked back at Aamori for a moment when he heard her question. It'd been years since he had someone ride on him. He didn't mind being ridden one bit, well, so long as the person riding wasn't very heavy. He would likely have agreed anyway, just because she asked but the fact that she added in the part about the energy between less likely to be severed, well he couldn't tell her no. He didn't want any chance to take a dive and if letting her ride was going to make that less likely than by all means she could ride as long as she wanted. He looked at her and started wagging his tails energetically, hoping that she'd catch the hint that he didn't mind. He was glad that it looked like she had understood him because she'd already started to climb onto his back carefully. He had to admit that he kind of liked the idea of doing all of the walking. At least that way he was being useful and it wasn't like someone else was getting him across. Once she was securely on his back he got the go ahead from her to try stepping out onto the water so that he could get used to what he was going to be walking on. He stepped up onto the water and stared down at it with what would've been wide eyes once he realized that he was actually on top of the water rather than in it. He was a little wobbly at first with the waves just because he wasn't sure how to go about them. He kept wanting to avoid them like they were going to know him over. After a few moments he finally started to relax a little and just stand there where he was. Once he and Aamori knew what Hikari and Nero were doing they could probably head into the opening.

Hikari shook her head slightly when Nanashi started to try again to take off. Well at least he had a good idea of how to avoid getting plowed int he face with a fish again. She glanced over to Kyran when he said that he'd go in after him and then took off. Well, she didn't have time to say anything even if she had wanted to protest. She watched him go and then glanced over to Aamori while she worked with Nobu. After watching to make sure they were going to be alright walking she backed up a little before taking a run at the water herself, opening her wings in the process. She straightened herself out as she got over the water and then swooped into the opening in the fog. She tried to keep herself at an pretty even glide, only flapping her wings a little when she started sinking a little too close to the water.

Celestine still hadn't really slowed down at all since he'd gotten over the water, though thankfully he already saw the land in view. Moments later he finally broke from the fog and sailed out into the open air, slowing up a little so that he could land on the small beach. He sighed heavily as he took a few steps onto the beach and then folded his wings behind him before he looked up at the tower. There wasn't really much of anything else on this island from what he could tell, though...as small as it was, there wasn't much more that would fit here. He sighed heavily and finally sank down to a crouch on the sand, breathing heavily from the flight. He hadn't flown that fast for any distance in a while, so it was a little tiring to do after not doing too much of anything for a good few days. The biggest workout he'd had all week was sparring with Aamori and that only lasted...ten or fifteen minutes tops. He glanced back to the opening in the fog again from where he knelt, glad to see Kanone coming out not too far behind him.

Kanone sighed heavily when they finally reached the end of the fog tunnel and sighed heavily as he flew out to land on the beach not far away from where Celestine stopped. He folded his wings and then sighed and leaned down to rest his hands on his knees while he panted. "Geez, Cel... You're hard to keep up with," he said tiredly. He smiled slightly and moved over to Celestine to pat him on the head. "Good job, you made it in one piece. ...Now we get to sit around and wait for everyone else to catch up," he said with a laugh before he took a seat in the sand. He watched as Esen landed on the sand and shook out her fur before coming over to stand beside Celestine.

Nanashi was concentrating hard on maintaining his altitude, though the wing from the flight was doing nothing for how cold he was. After a few moments of flight he couldn't stop shivering, and he finally had to lower his arms and wrap them around himself. He almost regretted leaving his coat behind, though he knew if he'd had it with him it still wouldn't have helped too much. He was keeping his eyes peeled for any more fish, though he kept finding himself flying too closer to the water again and struggling to raise himself without sticking is head in the fog. He noticed another fish preparing to jump out of the water at him and threw his hand out, smacking it back down into the water just as it got into the air. He finally realized what the things must have been after and grabbed his necklace before flipping it around backwards so that the fang was on his back rather than hanging down over the water. Hopefully that would detour anymore fish from diving at him. He crossed his arms again and shivered, causing him to sink to the point that when he flapped his wings to get away from the water the tips actually skimmed the water a little. He groaned quietly as he tried to concentrate on where he was going. He was about ready to strangle whichever fish caused him to take a dive, this flight wouldn't have been half this hard....or this embarrassing if not for that.

Aamori looked over at Hikari while she got ready to go into the opening herself and continued to watch her until she was gone. She shifted her hand a little and rubbed the top of Nobu's head before looking over to Nero. It didn't look like he was ready to go yet, or well, he did always like to go last so she guessed that he was probably waiting on her and Nobu to get going. She sighed quietly and leaned down a little so that her head was closer to Nobu's. "You can go ahead and go when you're ready." She told him. She was starting to think this might actually be a little easier than keeping another person on the water. All she had to focus on now was keeping Nobu on the water, whereas when she was showing Hikari that one day she had to focus on keeping both herself and Hikari on the water.

Nobu was far too interested in the fact that he was standing on the water to even pay attention to Hikari heading out after the others. He shifted slightly when he heard Aamori tell him that he could go when he was ready. He stared down at the water for a moment and then started to walk over to the opening in the fog. He couldn't help but stare down at the water while he was walking, he was still surprised that no matter how hard he put his paw down it didn't go into the water. Not that he wanted to take a dip or anything. He wagged his tails a little as he got a bit more comfortable with the actual moving on the water. It'd be kind of neat if he could do this on his own, but even still this was still cool. Especially when he caught sight of a fish in the water below him. Once he was well into the opening he started to pick up his pace a little just so that he wasn't walking so slow anymore. Otherwise he may be in here for awhile and there was still Nero who had to come through here.

Nero waited like usual until everyone else had gone on ahead of him. After Aamori and Nobu had finally gotten their butts in gear he started to move closer to where the opening was. He let his wings open and stretched them out a bit before he started to run and then lifted once he got near the water. He was rather close to the water once he hit the opening and did his best to lift himself up a little higher. He did have to be careful though of how fast he was flying since he was following behind Aamori and Nobu. With them in front there wasn't really a way around them if he was moving too quick.

LaRae by no means could fly as fast as Celestine or Kanone so of course she was in the opening quite a bit longer than they were. Everyone would be actually since no one flew as fast as those two, not to mention you could only fly as fast as the person in front of you. She gave a slightly relieved sigh when she finally noticed there wasn't that much further to go until she was out. Once she cleared the fog she headed towards the beach to land. She let herself down in the sand a good few feet from where Celestine, Kanone, and Esen were. After she touched down she stepped forward a little and started closing up her wings while she turned to look back at the opening.

Kanone looked over to the opening when LaRae got out and smiled slightly before he glanced over to Celestine. Well at least by the time she got there it gave them time to catch their breath, so they were just sitting there waiting. "Yo, what took you so long?" he asked playfully. He laughed and then elbowed Celestine, "I told you he'd take off like a bat outta hell." He teased until Celestine planted an elbow in his ribs. "Ow ow ow!!" He yelped as he rubbed his side. "Geez... So violent..." He glanced back to LaRae and then laughed slightly, "So who wound up in the drink? I just heard the splash."

Celestine watched as LaRae finally came out of the opening and then came to stand near them. He glowered at Kanone when he started again and then elbowed him, though not quite as hard as he could have. "Would you shut up about that!?" he said irritably. He blinked when he heard him asked about someone falling in and then glanced to LaRae questioningly. Obviously, he hadn't even heard anything that was going on behind him...other than Kanone yelling for him to slow down.

Nanashi was still having a little trouble staying in the air evenly. Every time he shivered his wings tried to fold up and he had to try to force them open again and make them move. He was nearly a good five minutes behind LaRae since he'd taken that little tumble had had to do a restart, not to mention he was cold so flying fast was a little harder than normal. When he finally got out of the opening he sighed in relief and then went to land on the sand, though he landed just at the edge of the beach where the water washed up over his feet again. He shook his wings out a little and then folded them tightly to his back as he started to walk up the beach again, wrapping his arms around himself again as he walked closer to LaRae and the others.

LaRae shifted her glance over to Kanone when she heard him and shook her head lightly. "I can't help that I can't fly like a fire was lit under my ass when there isn't." She responded. Even with a fire she doubted she could fly anywhere near fast enough to catch them. She watched as Kanone got what was coming to him for teasing Celestine yet again. "Maybe you should leave him alone Kanone. He might actually break something one of these times." She said with a quiet chuckle. She glanced back towards the opening briefly when Kanone asked about who had wound up in the water. "...It was Nanashi." She answered. "Since I couldn't very well turn around I don't know anything more than that." She added and then looked back to the opening. She assumed if Nanashi got flying again he'd probably be the next one out. Or at least she had kind of hoped so she could make sure that he was alright. She was relieved when she finally saw him come out. After he had landed and started closer she noticed the way he had his arms wrapped around himself and sighed quietly. "Maybe you shouldn't have left the coat behind?"

Kyran didn't have too much trouble navigating through the opening. Though he did occasionally have to lift himself a little higher because the tips of his blades were skimming the water. He didn't exactly have the best holster so they did tend to slide around a little. In this case they kept shifting and tilting in the holster so that the blades were hitting the water when he got too close. At least he didn't have to worry about fish going after those. His only other worry was his tail. If he wasn't paying attention it could come uncurled a little. Thankfully though he didn't have anything after his tail. He wasn't all that far behind Nanashi so he reached the end of the opening himself not too long after Nanashi had. He went straight for the beach to land and dropped himself down onto the sand a little carelessly and winced immediately. He straightened himself up after a moment and started to close his wings tightly behind him while making a mental note that his middle still hurt and he needed to be careful how he landed next time.

Kanone laughed slightly after LaRae's comment and reached over to rub the top of Celestine's head. "Ahh he won't hurt me that bad. He'd be upset if he did." He raised an eyebrow when she said that it was Nanashi that had fallen in. He laughed weakly and then shook his head. "...For some reason I'm not too surprised...that's just his luck."
"Wanna bet?..." he grumbled as he pushed his hand away from his head. He elbowed him again when he started laughing. "Don't laugh, it's not funny!"
"I know it's not funny. I just picked the wrong person to follow, I figured it'd be you int he drink." he said with a half smile. He glanced over when Nanashi finally came out and landed and then blinked. "You act like it's cold or something."

Nanashi smiled slightly at LaRae, though he was trying to keep his teeth from chattering too much. "I d-don't th-think that would have h-helped much..." he said quietly, "It w-would have just b-been drenched in c-cold water." He glanced at Kanone, catching his sarcasm and shook his head. "N-now what g-gave you th-that idea?"

Kanone grinned slightly, "Oh, nothing much, you're just shaking like a wet leaf. How in the world did you fall in?"
"...W-well l-like I told Hikari... I headbutted a fish..." he said before he glanced away, "It jumped right in my face s-so I didn't have time to avoid it."
Kanone blinked and then just cracked up laughing. "Hahahaha!"
Esen growled softly at Kanone, "It's not funny, look at my tail!" she said as she waved her one fairly wet tail in his face, though that only seemed to make him laugh harder.
"Attack fish, now I've heard everything."
"You truly are an idiot." Celestine muttered quietly as he stood up and glanced over to Kyran when he saw him come out.

Hikari wasn't but a minute or so behind Kyran when it came to getting out of the opening. She had no trouble really so long as she just kept an eye on how close she was to the water and flapped her wings at the right time. Once she made it out she landed lightly on the hand and folded her wings before she looked over to Kyran briefly. She started to ask him if he was alright, but she just looked away. He'd already looked irritated with everyone else who pointed out that he was in pain, so she didn't even bother. He wasn't laying on the ground in agony or anything, so he must be good enough.

LaRae wasn't all that surprised to see Nanashi was as cold as he was. She knew he didn't handle the cold very well and with the chill that had been in the air the past couple days there was no way that the water could have been warm. She guessed that his coat may not have helped, but one part of it was water resistant after all. That was probably why she thought it might help some. She kind of wished that she had something that she could give him to warm him up, even just a little. She looked back to Nanashi when he said what had caused him to fall into the water. A fish.. and he headbutted it? If he ended up in the water she wondered how the fish had fared. She shook her head a little since Kanone was laughing like he was. Attack fish wasn't really that funny. After all, even fish had to eat. Though headbutting a fish, that was a little new and maybe a little humorous. She glanced over to Kyran and then Hikari once they'd both landed. She let her eyes skim around the area a little. The island wasn't that big and there was barely anything on it. She sighed quietly when she finished scanning the area. There wasn't a single plant around and that didn't bode well at all for her being able to arm herself. She just kind of hoped that no one else picked up on the lack of greenery around here and put two and two together. She didn't want anyone else worrying about her inability to use her magic.

Kyran pressed his hand lightly to where he'd been struck and sighed quietly before taking a moment to glance around. He looked up at the tower and tilted his head slightly. He was a little surprised that he wasn't aware of these things, and there was supposed to be four of them total? He shook his head a little and then started to look around at the others. So far it seemed only one of them hadn't made it through dry, that wasn't too bad.

Nobu continued through the opening at a steady enough pace. He'd started in slow, so he wasn't close behind Hikari like he could have been. He was still rather enjoying this, it sure beat having to be carried and this way he was getting to help Aamori across too. He continued at the pace he was going for a little while though he did start picking up his pace every so often once he'd thought it was okay to move faster. It wasn't too much longer before he practically came galloping out of the opening and towards the beach where he'd been instructed to go. He started to slow once he reached the sand and then walked a couple feet away from the water before Aamori got down from his back.

Aamori got down from Nobu and let herself fall on her rear in the sand. She hadn't been prepared for Nobu to get comfortable enough to move at that pace so she was starting to have a little trouble keeping her concentration there at the end. Of course knowing that she was a bit afraid that they'd drop into the water at any moment. She let out a heavy sigh and shook her head a little before looking over at Nobu. "...Not so fast next time, Nobu." She told him quietly.

Nero followed after Aamori and Nobu quietly while keeping an eye on them. Every time Nobu sped up, he tried to keep up or at least not be too far behind. He wasn't put moments behind Nobu so he exited the opening not very long after Nobu had and made his way over to the beach to land. After he was on his feet he shut his wings behind him and started looking over the area a little.

Nanashi just smiled at Kanone and then shook his head, laughing softly. Normally he probably would have felt a little ridiculed, but it didn't take him long to figure out Kanone's human. He knew he wasn't laughing at him, jut at what had happened. While Kanone tried to sober himself up he glanced around the island a little more, seeing nothing but sand and the tower. Of course he took note of the absence of greenery around here considering that he had been the one to bring it up in the first place. He sighed softly and then looked back to LaRae again before he lowered one arm to reach over and take her hand. His fingers probably felt about like ice right now, or he assumed so considering how warm hers felt against his hand. He was really glad that Aamori had said that this material dried quickly. He just wished it would dry a little faster.

Celestine finally walked around Kanone and placed his hand on top of Esen's head before he moved closer to Aamori and Nobu once they'd gotten there. He stopped beside her and then held out his hand to her and tilted his hand to help her up. "...We're here. Lets get this over with," he said quietly, "If this is even the right island..." He hoped to god it was, he didn't want to make too many little fog trips like that. One was more than he liked.

Kanone sighed heavily and finally stood up, dusting the sand off of his pants in the process. He crossed his arms over his chest and looked up at the spire again before he looked back to Aamori again. "So, how do we get in here?" he asked as he looked it over, half wondering if it was going to be locked up.

Hikari just crossed her arms as she stood near, Kyran, though she did notice the way that he was putting pressure on where he'd been hit. She sighed and looked at the tower. Well...I hope this is the right one... she thought absently. She didn't really want to fight right now, but at the same time, she didn't really want to fly to another island either. She looked up and sighed heavily, barely able to even see the sun for all of the fog. "...Depressing..." she muttered under her breath. It was almost creepy here.

LaRae immediately looked down at her hand when she felt the cold against it. The cold of his hand didn't bother her very much, especially since the cold didn't effect her like it did him. She lifted her eyes up and looked at him for a moment before she tried to smile a little. She knew that Nanashi would take notice to the lack of greenery, she just hoped the others wouldn't. She didn't want this made into a big deal when it wasn't, at least she didn't think it was.

Aamori looked up at Celestine when he came over. She stared at his hand for a moment before she reached up to take his hand and get to her feet with his help. "Thanks." She told him quietly. She let go of his hand once she was on her feet again and then dusted herself off a little. She then glanced over to Kanone when she heard him ask how they got inside. "Um... we look for a door?" That much should have been obvious. She'd never been here herself so she didn't exactly know her way around. She assumed there must have been a door though and it obviously wasn't on this side that they were on. She stood there for a moment longer before she started to walk over towards the spire to look for the door herself. Once she was close to it she started around the right side of the spire. It didn't take very long for her to find the door. It was sticking out just a little from the spire itself, just around the right side where they clearly couldn't see it. "...Found it." She called, assuming that she had been the only one to go look for it. "Doesn't look like anything special, either." She commented as she looked at the door. It looked like any ordinary door, well, maybe except for the locking mechanism in the doors handle now that she noticed it. She eyed it for a moment before reaching for the door to try and open it. The door didn't budge an inch, the handle didn't even jiggle. "Hmm..." It was locked, but she wasn't at all sure how. The lock didn't look anything like any keyhole she'd ever seen before.

Kyran continued to stand where he was, though he did watch as Aamori started over to the spire to search for a door. When he heard her say that she found it he started to head in the direction she had after going to pat Nobu and get him to follow him. Once he and Nobu got over to where she was he stopped a few feet back from where she was and looked at the door. She was right, it didn't look special. At least not at first glance.

Kanone smacked the base of his palm against his head when Aamori responded with 'look for a door.' "Of course...why didn't I think of that, brilliant," he said to himself. He'd thought Aamori would at least have some idea of how to get into the place before coming but...well then again this was Aamori. Didn't exactly think on her feet most of the time, she just went and hoped. When she started to walk around the right of the building he started after her, "Oh look...a door." he said after she said 'found it.' He grinned and patted her on the head and then looked the handle after she tried it and got nothing. "...Now how do you open it?"

Nanashi sighed softly as he clung to LaRae's hand and then looked back to the spire. "...Be careful," he whispered to her as he turned his eyes back to her again. He hated the fact that there wasn't even a little shrub on this island that she could get to. His grip tightened on her hand slightly when he heard Aamori say that she'd found the door and he glanced back in her direction before he started to move, giving LaRae's hand a gentle tug.

Celestine just nodded to Aamori when she thanked him and continued to stand there while she went on her door search. He glanced down to Nobu and reached over to rub his ears until Aamori had said that she found the door. He watched and Kyran came and patted Nobu on the head and then started to follow after them after a moment.

Hikari waited silently until Aamori had said that she found the door and then she stared around the tower to meet her. She looked at the door curiously before her gaze trailed back to Aamori. "...I guess those books didn't happen to mention how to get in, did they?"

Aamori glanced over to Kanone after he'd patted her head and asked how to open it. Again she felt like stating the obvious. "...Unlock it and turn the handle?" She of course was only saying that just because. She wasn't entirely sure how to go about opening it and if the door didn't move at all when she had tried to turn the handle than it was likely the door couldn't just be forced open. Maybe it was too much hoping that the door would be unlocked? She thought the fact that these spires were hidden and the small opening through the fog to get to them was good enough but no, they had to throw in a locked door and no knowledge about a key. She shifted her glance to Hikari and shook her head a little after hearing her question. "...The books didn't even tell me about that opening in the fog." She admitted. "There was no mention of the doors, or them even being locked." She paused. "Assuming... the other spires have doors like this one." She sighed quietly. "...The only people who really know anything about these are Lady Levana and the mechanics who work on them. I have no idea who the mechanics are and Lady Levana only gave me bit of info on the openings..." She turned back to the door and knelt down a little so that she could be closer to eye level with the lock. The hole that looked like it was made for a key was shaped like an 'x'. No. It was a cross since it was standing upright. She'd never seen a key like that and to be honest it didn't look like a key would even fit into the lock. The lock itself looked a little shallow. "...Maybe it can be picked...?" She mumbled quietly and then started to lift her finger up to the door. She mumbled incoherently and her single index finger started to emit an aura briefly just before water appeared at the end of her finger in the shape of a scalpel, much like the one time she used it on Hikari. She'd never picked a lock before but she could probably try forming the shape of the hole in water. That didn't seem that complicated since she already had half of what the key hole needed. She slipped the end of the scalpel into the hole and focused while she made the needed addition to the scalpel. She was just about to try turning her finger to see if it would unlock when she suddenly heard several locks clicking in the door. She stared at the door blankly for a moment. "...More than one lock..?" She mumbled quietly, honestly sounding surprised. She kept her finger to the keyhole for a moment, until she was sure she hadn't heard any more clicks and then pulled her hand away from the door. The scalpel dispersing by the time her hand returned to her side. That was a little weird, to be honest. She was just taking a random guess at how to get the door open without a key of some sort. She hadn't imagined that using water magic like that would actually be the key to opening it. She stood back upright and stared at the door before she put her hand out again to see if it was really unlocked this time. The door did actually open when she tried this time and once it was open you could see just how many different shaped locks were in the door. They all seemed to ridged to the one lock however and apparently the door wouldn't open if you didn't use water magic. She pushed the door open the rest of the way. "...That's how you open it, apparently." She said as she glanced over at Kanone for a moment. She only stood there briefly before she started into the spire. She looked around a little and couldn't help but stare in a bit of awe at the floor. There was a thick round inlay in the floor of what she hoped was an unbreakable glass or heavy plastic. It clearly let you look down into the ocean that was under the spire. With that she assumed that there was something special about the islands because it was kind of weird that there was no sand right under the spire itself. There was also a set of spiral stairs with rounded hand rails on either side that lined the wall all the way to the tippy-top of the spire. Alongside the walls that followed the stairs was another inlay of the same material at the floor. Again, you could see water and marine life in the walls. It was like looking at a fish tank, though... she wasn't at all sure how they managed to do that and get it to follow the stairs to the top. Well, at least they'd have something pretty to look at while they went up the equivalent of four flights of stairs. "...Wow..." was about all she could manage while she stood in the middle of the floor and looked down at the water below it. She kind of wished there were buildings like this on the main island, it was pretty.

[[Since hers was so long... I said ta' hell with the others. XD. I'll post them once you reply. xDD.]]

Kanone rolled his eyes a little when she said that they needed to unlock the door and turn the handle. "Yes, Aamori... Very good. Well go ahead and open it then, Miss smarty pants," he said as he crossed his arms. At least he didn't really mind the smart remarks; had he been Celestine he probably would have slapped her for that. Thankfully, though, he liked to joke around as much as she did. He sighed after hearing her answer to Hikari's question and shook his head. Well, that was helpful... When she said something about picking the lock he smirked slightly, "Don't break a nail now..." He watched silently as she tried to unlock the door and his ears twitched at the sound of the locks turning, surprised that it had actually worked. When she looked at him while saying 'that's how you open it' he rolled his eyes a little. "You love having someone around that'll let you be a smartass, huh?" he said with a slight laughed before he started in after her. He blinked when he looked around and saw all of the walls. "...whoa..." he muttered quietly, echoing Aamori's awe at the sight. This certainly wasn't what he'd expected to see.

Hikari sighed softly when Aamori said that the books hadn't even told her about these openings. She kind of wished that she had asked Levana a little more about these spires before they came out so they wouldn't have to spend quite so much time trying to figure out how to get inside. She watched as Aamori tried to fiddle around with the lock and then smiled when she got it open. Well, at least it didn't take all that long for her to figure out. Once she'd opened the door and stepped inside, she watched as Kanone followed her inside and then started forward herself as she glanced around at the floor and the walls. Already she had about a thousand and one questions about how they managed this....or why considering that no one came here but the maintenance crew. "Interesting..."

Celestine just stood off to the side by Nobu, though he glanced down when Esen came up beside him. He sat his hand on her head and then rubbed her ears lightly while Aamori tried to get the door open. He continued to stand there until Aamori and Kanone had disappeared inside and then he sighed and started to move forward, though he paused when he felt a something pull against his shirt and looked down to Esen. "What?" he asked quietly.

Esen released his shirt and then shifted positions slightly. "...Can I stay outside?" she asked sheepishly.

Celestine shook his head slightly. "...You don't have to come in," he said quietly. He didn't really mind if she stayed outside. If the guardian was inside he kind of preferred it that way. He rubbed her head again and then turned back to continue toward the door again so he could follow the others inside. He looked around inside once he'd made it through the door and then stared at the floor and swallowed hard. He was somehow uncomfortable with the way that was set up. He'd rather not walk on that part of the floor if he could help it.

Nanashi was just handing back a good bit behind everyone else, though once he saw that Aamori had gotten the door open and the others were starting to file in he just glanced over to LaRae again and tilted his head slightly as if asking her if she was ready. He wasn't too eager to get in here, but he knew it had to be done. He sighed heavily and then looked back to the door again. He half wished he could stay out here, too, but that wasn't about to happen.

Kyran watched quietly while Aamori got the door open. Once everyone started to head inside he followed after Hikari. He, more than likely just like everyone else was a bit surprised at the inside of the spire. This wasn't quite what he had been expecting, especially since the outside was nothing more than plain stone. He was a little curious how they'd managed to get the walls and floor the way they had but that wasn't really that important. He stepped over towards where the stairs began and set his hand against the glass part of the wall while he looked at it. He didn't think it was glass, it'd break too easily. Whatever it was it was kind of neat to be able to look at the marine life. This sure beat actually going diving.

Nobu waited until Kyran had already started to head inside to start moving in that direction. He paused however when he heard Esen's question to Celestine and couldn't help but glance back. He guessed he wasn't that surprised to hear that she wanted to stay out here. When given the chance she seemed to prefer being outside, just like Celestine. He continued to head inside and couldn't help being fascinated by the floor. It was just like when he was walking on the water, with the exception of the waves making it harder to see below. He stared down at the floor and watched some of the fish and other creatures that were moving around below.

LaRae glanced over to Nanashi when he'd looked at her and tilted his head. She smiled a little and squeezed his hand lightly before she started forward. She tugged at his hand a little and then started inside. She had no problem with being ready to go inside and she wasn't really that worried about anything. She was a little uncomfortable with the fact that she couldn't use her magic, but she couldn't say for certain she was going to worried about it until she saw what they were going to be up against. After she stepped inside she couldn't really help but stare at the floor and then the walls in a little awe.

Nero stood outside until after everyone else had gone in. He glanced to Esen briefly before he moved to go in, himself.

Aamori nodded her head slightly. "I have to admit, I prefer being able to make smart comments and not get smacked and or scolded for it." She said quietly while glancing to Kanone. She stood there and gawked at the floor for what she was sure was long enough. If she stood there any longer she was sure to hear something out of Celestine soon enough about getting a move on and she wanted to avoid that. She glanced around a little, making sure that everyone had come inside. She looked over at Celestine when she noticed that Esen hadn't come in. "...Is Esen not coming in?" She asked while she moved closer to the stairs since that was obviously the way that they had to go. The stairs were rather steep with just enough room for two people to climb the stairs side by side. Just looking at them was enough for her to know she wasn't going to like climbing them.

Nanashi sighed softly and started forward when LaRae tugged on his hand and then started into the spire himself. He gasped quietly when he saw the floor, at first thinking that they were about to step into a hole. The last place he wanted to go was back in the water. He tilted his head slightly and then placed his foot lightly on the transparent floor and then a little more firmly. "...Weird..." he said quietly, though he couldn't help but stare at the fish that were swimming about beneath them.

Celestine was keeping close to the wall, with no apparently intention of stepping on that see through floor. He walked along the section of the floor that he could actually see until he was standing beside Kyran at the stairs. He looked over to the wall and his ears laid back slightly. He hated the idea of being surrounded by water and fish on all sides. What if that wall busted or something? He shuddered slightly. He glanced back toward the door, hoping no one shut it as they came in. He would feel a lot better if there was still a way out. After all, this tower, tall as it was, wasn't all that spacious. He looked at Kyran when he touched the wall and automatically reached up to his hand and tugged it lightly away from the wall like he thought touching it was going to make it bust or something. He blinked when he realized what he'd done and let go immediately, "...Sorry," he muttered quietly as he glanced away again and then turned away and shifted positions uncomfortably while he tried to make himself take deep, slow breaths. He glanced over to Aamori when she asked about Esen and shook his head. "She wanted to stay outside," he said simply.

Kanone half smiled at Aamori and shook his head slightly. "Right right...don't push your luck too much now, my patience isn't entire infinite," he said with a slight laugh. He started after her when she moved over the stairs, looking down at the floor as he walked across it. "Geez, there are some big fish..." he muttered quietly to himself.

"Tell me about it..." Hikari answered softly. She was just standing in the middle of the room, staring down at the glass like she was memorized by it. She finally looked up and shook her head before she looked at the stairs and then up to the top of the tower. She stared for a moment and then staggered and nearly topped over. Okay, so staring up at a ceiling that high apparently could make you dizzy, she'd have to keep that in mind. She shook her head and then started to move toward the stairs.

Esen watched as Celestine and all of the others went inside and just sat down where she was. She looked at Nero when he looked at her and then laid down on the sand, laying her ears back while he went inside. Well...this was going to be a wait and a half... She already wished they'd all hurry up.

Kyran looked over at Celestine when he tugged his hand away from the wall and then apologized for it. He quirked a brow slightly. "...I think it will take a lot more than that for it to break." He commented quietly, assuming that might have been what Celestine was worried about. Considering how Celestine had reacted to having to fly so close to the water he must not have been too thrilled with this place practically being surrounded by water. Then, the only thing between him and that water was a questionable piece of glass.

Aamori was at least glad that Kanone had more patience than a certain someone else. Thanks to Celestine though she was starting to wise up to how she annoyed someone. So she could at least try to avoid the moment when someone lost their patience. Then again, she didn't expect Kanone to ever get mad the way Celestine usually did. She looked back at the stairs for a moment before she started to put her hand on the outer railing. She started to look up them then started to follow them higher. She sighed quietly and brought her eyes back down before she started to put her foot on the first step. She wasn't looking forward to all of the steps but at least she was sure she could handle them. Training nearly every single day for a few years was bound to have helped with the endurance to climb the stairs. She went ahead and started up them, making sure to keep her hand on the railing for now. Since the stairs were steep she wasn't sure she wanted to let go of that railing.

LaRae continued to look at the floor for a bit before she glanced over to stair at the walls. This really was kind of neat. She looked back down at the floor and then watched the fish for a moment before lifting her eyes to look at Nanashi. "...This is an interesting way to see the ocean." She commented quietly.

Celestine's ears fell back a little when Kyran pointed out that it would take a lot more than that to break the wall. He glanced back to him, looking almost annoyed, though not quite. "I know that..." he said quietly as he looked away again. His eyes wandered over to Aamori when she came over to the steps and then he glanced up to the stairs before his eyes trailed up to the ceiling. He sighed and closed his eyes before taking a deep breath. He opened his eyes again and watched as Aamori started up the stairs before he started to head up after her. Maybe moving around would give him something else to concentrate on other than the face that there were fish swimming int he walls around him.

Kanone just stayed close to Aamori, though he was cut off by Celestine when he they got to the stairs. He looked over to the wall again and then around the room one more time before he looked at Celestine and reaching up to put a hand on tp of his head, rubbing it slightly. He chuckled quietly when Celestine startled at the touch and then shook his head. "Don't start freaking out on us, kiddo," he said quietly. He knew full well that Celestine was pretty claustrophobic, so he doubted that he cared too much for this tower.

Nanashi glanced back to LaRae and then smiled and nodded slightly. "Mm, it's interesting..." he said quietly as he looked around again. "...I've never seen fish this close... well...except the one that nearly knocked me out," he said with a weak laugh. He looked over to the stairs since that seemed to be where about everyone else was heading. He finally started in that direction and released LaRae's hand he he could hold onto the rail...and so he could grab his weapon if anything jumped out at them.

Hikari finally started over toward the stairs as well, though her eyes were on the walls. She paused a little behind everyone else and then looked up at the ceiling again while leaning back against the wall lightly. She thought it would be a little faster to just fly up, but she didn't bother to say anything. It wouldn't kill them to walk either, she supposed.

Aamori glanced back briefly when she heard what Kanone said and noticed that he wasn't the one that was behind her anymore. She guessed the surroundings were probably a bit unsettling and to more than just one person. She was pretty comfortable with the water and fish filled walls and then that floor as well. That much was to be expected though. She continued heading up the stairs with her right hand clasp almost tightly to the railing with each step. She knew how clumsy she could be and considering the steps in this place; it was only a matter of time before she tripped, slipped, and or fell. Of course she was trying her best to think ahead and keep a good firm hold on that railing just in case her clumsiness decided to get the better of her. The thought of flying up to the top floor to shorten the time this was going to take never once made it's way into her thoughts. She didn't use her wings very often, at least not for flying so that was likely the last thing on her mind if it was on her mind at all.

Kyran sighed quietly when he heard how Celestine responded to what he had said. It made perfect sense to try and pull someones hand away from something you didn't think could break just by the touch. He watched as Celestine and then Kanone followed after Aamori. He went ahead and started up the stairs after them. He ordinarily probably would've held off from starting up the stairs until Hikari had gotten to them but he was still a bit wary of being around her. He wasn't sure that she really had the drive to say anything to him about earlier but he didn't exactly want to go and try being near her like he usually was unless she wanted to be around him.

LaRae shook her head a little. "You've seen fish closer before." She paused. "You eat fish, don't you?" She asked with a quiet laugh. She went to the stairs with him and then eyed them a little more closely since he'd released her hand. They were steep. Thankfully she could be nimble on her toes. Unfortunately they were encased in boots right now. She sighed quietly and then started to reach for the opposite railing than Nanashi so that she could start up the stairs as well.

Nero waited until after everyone else had started to head up the stairs before he even moved over in that direction. He paused briefly when he reached the base of the stairs and cast his glance back towards the see through floor for a moment when he noticed that Nobu was still standing there and he looked like he was trying to play with the fish. "...Nobu." He called to get his attention since he assumed if they left Nobu alone he'd stay there and play.

Celestine glanced back to Kanone and sighed heavily when he heard him tell him not to freak out. "Shut up..." he muttered quietly. He was getting kind of tired of Kanone pointing out every little thing that usually bothered him in front of everyone like it was any of their business. he'd embarrassed himself enough tugging on Kyran's hand like that, but he'd just done it before he thought. He knew the glass or whatever it was wouldn't break by touching it, but he still didn't want anything near it. He kept a tight hold on the railing as well as he walked, just to have something to hold onto. He hadn't even bothered to wear the shoes that Marius had given him today either since he'd already anticipated getting wet, so he wasn't really having any trouble with the stairs. His biggest problem was going to be if Aamori had a problem considering that he was directly behind her. He glanced over the rail when he heard Nero call for Nobu and then shook his head slightly as he continued up.

Kanone chuckled again and removed his hand from Celestine's head to rest on the railing. "Fine, fine," he said quietly. He just walked a couple of steps behind him, though he was kind of wishing they could hurry up. He knew that he couldn't' go any faster than Aamori, but still... Then again, he didn't exactly want Aamori to fall backwards on them. That..wouldn't be too good.

Nanashi just chuckled softly. "Very rarely," he answered simply when she asked if he ate fish. "But it usually doesn't still look like a fish by the time I get a hold of it." He definitely wasn't the type to go fishing himself. He doubted he could catch a fish if his life depended on it. He sighed as he started up the stairs after Kyran and then glanced over to LaRae since she stayed beside him and half smiled.

Hikari followed up a little behind Nanashi, thought she paused and glanced back when she heard Nero call for Nobu and laughed softly when she realized he must have been amused by the movement in the floor. She still had to wonder how those dogs could see anything, really. Finally she turned back around and started up the steps again, though upon glancing down again she half wondered how well Nobu could even manage them. After all, he'd tripped all over the steps at Kyran's house and these were a lot steeper than that.
