Aamori continued to stand there and wait for the answers to her questions though she was rather surprised to hear what he had to say instead of telling her what had happened to him. She tilted her head to the side a little at first while she took in what he'd said. She was a little surprised by what he had said and she wasn't entirely sure how to respond to that at the moment. This was the first time she'd ever heard of someone she knew being locked up and here of all places. Honestly it took her a moment to fully register what he had said and by the time he had finished answering about what had happened to him she couldn't escape the look of worry that had already washed over her. She'd never been to the prison and she'd really known anyone who'd been there. Of course neither her brother or Hisako talked about it in detail so she could only imagine what it was like. She glanced over to Celestine briefly and absently thought to add some details that hadn't been made too clear. "...Dragons who're imprisoned here from other clans can only be released under the Elders discretion." She paused. "...and only certain people can bother Levana after dark unless it's an emergency." She sighed quietly and then glanced back down to Nanashi for a moment. "I'm honestly a little surprised that my brother said anything." She commented quietly. "You can rest a bit Nanashi. I'll go and see Levana and get LaRae released." In a timely fashion she hoped. She didn't have quite as many details as Nanashi did so her level of concern wasn't as high as his was which was probably one of the only reasons she was staying as composed as she was. "...Is there anything else I need to know before I go?" She asked almost reluctantly. She wasn't sure how much Nanashi knew about LaRae being in prison but it must have been quite a bit if it'd managed to get him here in the shape he was in and have him wanting her out now rather than later when her brother could easily go to Levana himself.

Celestine nodded slightly in response to Aamori when he explained a little further and shifted a little closer to Nanashi and soon after felt some extra weight on him. Clearly Nanashi was having a little trouble even sitting up straight on his own. He sighed softly and then glanced back to him again. It wasn't hard to see how upset he was about this, he still had that look of wanting to roll up in a ball and cry on his face.
Nanashi sighed softly when she said that she was surprised that Yoichi said anything. "He didn't say anything, directly..." he said quietly. He shook his head weakly when she asked if there was anything that she needed to know. With as calm as he was there was a lot that he thought she should know, but he just looked up at her, finally making eye contact this time. "Just get her out of here as fast as possible...she's been in there since sometime this morning..." he said quietly before he looked off toward the steps and then back to Aamori pleadingly as if begging her silently to just go and stop asking question. The details weren't even that important, they would just take more time to explain which would leave her in there just that much longer.
Celestine sighed softly and placed his hand on Nanashi's shoulder before looking back to Aamori, "Go on, you should hurry. I doubt she's too happy in there wherever she is... I'll try to help him to a bed..."
"No...I want to wait..." he said quietly. He had no intention of going to bed, at least not until he saw LaRae and made sure that she was alright.
Celestine just sighed heavily and shook his head slightly. Since when was Nanashi ever so stubborn?

Aamori continued to stand where she was for a moment, at least until after Nanashi said for her to just get LaRae out of there. She sighed quietly, clearly she wasn't getting anything out of him, if there even was anything. She'd really only asked so she'd know roughly how much of an emergency this was. As it was she was going to try her best to get Levana to do this quickly but she might have been able to use some deeper detail to coax some further haste out of Levana. She had no guarantee that Levana wouldn't already be willing to rush to get LaRae out but having something more to use might have been nice if she decided to take her time getting through the hoops she'd have to go through. She cast her glance to Celestine momentarily when he told her that she should hurry and she nodded weakly before she started to head down the steps. She paused at the foot of the stairs and glanced back to Nanashi briefly. "You really should get some rest at least Nanashi. We can let you know once she's back." She told him before she started off towards the bridge. She didn't exactly break out into a run but she did walk as quickly as she could. She knew being in a hurry and being worried like she was, was probably a bad combination. It'd be so easy for her to just trip and get a face full of sand.
Kyran hadn't been awake for too long really. He'd done a fine job of staying asleep as long as he possibly could. Since he had been awake for a little while he was more than ready to go looking for Nanashi now. He hadn't been around the house at all when he woke up and he had decided to give him some time to wait and see if he came back on his own. He had wished that Hikari had woken him up soon enough that he could've gone to check on him before he disappeared. He had been worried about him before so of course he was considerably more worried since Nanashi had left the house without letting anyone know. By this time he was sitting down in the kitchen at the table with a glass of water while debating on getting up to go look for Nanashi.

Nanashi sighed softly when Aamori stopped and told him that he should get some rest. He knew that, but he didn't want to be asleep when she got back. He was more worried about LaRae right now than himself. He was sure that she was in more pain and being more psychologically traumatized than he was right now and he wanted to be there for her when she got out. After all, she was always right by his side when he needed her. He knew he couldn't be of too much help right now, but he hoped he could at least be comforting. He just lowered his eyes again and then slowly glanced back over to Celestine. He really wished that Aamori would go faster, but he didn't push. He knew he could tell her things that would make her want to get her out of there as fast as he did, but he knew it would probably upset her more and just cause her to take even longer for being too upset to function, so he didn't say anything else about it.
Celestine sighed softly and shook his head a little as he watched Aamori go and then looked back to Nanashi about the time that he looked at him. He raised his hand and placed it on his shoulder again with a weak, reassuring smile. "...She'll be okay, Nanashi..." he said softly, "...You've done what you can for tonight... Come on, let's go inside..."
Nanashi sighed again and looked back toward the bridge where Aamori had gone again before he looked back to Celestine. Finally he caved and started to try to push himself up again. He knew he'd run off without saying a word and that Kyran had said that he would come to check on him later. Well, he never had during the day, so he assumed he'd probably forgotten, which didn't really upset him any, but he did think he should get back over there before he did come looking for him if he was going to. He raised his eyes slightly to look over at the other house. It wasn't a very long walk, but to him it looked like a mile long stretch. "...Okay...I need to get back over there..." he said quietly He managed to push himself back to his feet again, but had to cling to the railing for dear life to steady himself. He glanced back to Celestine again, "...I'll be okay..." he told him, not really wanting to be a bother to him. He was pretty sure if he could make it from the training building to here he could at least make it to the steps at the other house. He started down slowly, nearly stumbling once before he felt Celestine's arm around his waist and clinging to his other arm.
"...Just let me help you..." he said quietly as he moved to grab him so that he didn't go rolling down the stairs. He helped him down to the sand and then sighed heavily. He didn't know why he couldn't just go in this house, but if he was so adamant to getting to the other one he may as well make sure he didn't kill himself on the way over. He started across the sand slowly, not moving any faster than Nanashi could. Netiher of them said anything at all on the way down the beach, at least not until Nanashi stumbled again. "Be careful..." he said quietly before he glanced over to him, "Are you alright?" He really couldn't tell what kind of shape he was in, but it didn't look too good at the moment.
Nanashi was starting to give in to more than just going to bed, however unwillingly. His head hurt so badly that it was making him sick and his limbs were starting to feel like lead. He didn't want to move any more and without the drive of getting to Aamori he didn't have much of anything keeping him going. He stumbled in the sand and then tried to straighten himself up after Celestine told him to be careful. He groaned softly and then closed his eyes when he asked if he was alright. "...I....I...think...I..." he started, but he was already going down. His legs just gave out from under him and he started to fall forward. He didn't have the energy to catch himself or even try to stop himself from going down, he was only vaguely aware that he was even going down.
Celestine's eyes widened when he say Nanashi starting to collapse and then tried to move in front of him and hold him up, but unfortunately he wasn't strong enough to catch him. He was still a little weak from being sick before, so his legs just fell out from under him. He gasped as he fell over backwards and then blinked when Nanashi landed flat on top of him. He tried his best to sit up and wiggle out from under him, but since he was laying on his back instead on his stomach he couldn't push himself up like this. "N-nanashi...Nanashi!" he called, but Nanashi never even moved. "Oh vengeful gods..."

Kyran continued to sit at the table for a while yet. He of course wanted to go look for Nanashi but at the same time he was half hoping he'd just show up at the house again which would save him a world of trouble wandering around looking for him at night. He was really wishing that he hadn't fallen asleep earlier with Hikari but that was nearly unavoidable unless he just got up and left the room. He lingered at the table until he finished off his glass of water and then finally started to get up from the table. He walked the now empty glass to the sink and set it down inside before starting to head towards the door. He still wasn't all that enthusiastic about hunting Nanashi down with the lack of light but figured standing outside might help motivate him a little more into getting off his ass and looking for the guy. He sighed quietly once he reached the door and opened it up before slipping out onto the porch and shutting the door behind him quietly. He started over to the railing beside the stairs to lean against it but once he'd reached it he was just standing there with his brow raised slightly. He was barely paying attention when he stepped outside but he was fairly certain that he'd heard Celestine calling out Nanashi's name. He shook his head lightly after catching sight of Nanashi collapsed on top of Celestine. This at least saved him from having to go looking for him, which was a relief in itself. "Enjoying yourself Celestine?" He asked jokingly as he stared down at them. He hadn't known what happened to Nanashi while he was away from the house so he wasn't really worrying about him being collapsed on Celestine. Nanashi had been pretty tired earlier in the day so he wasn't really that surprised to see him like this.

Celestine laid his head back flat on the sand do that he could see over his head when Kyran made his remark. He sighed softly in relief when he heard him, but then gave him a bit of a look. He squirmed a little and then just sighed and went still again, not really wanting to move and make Nanashi's face fall straight in the sand. "...Just get him off of me..." he groaned, "he's heavy..." Honestly, Nanashi wasn't all that heavy, but to Celestine he weighed a ton. He sighed and looked back to Nanashi's face again, or what of it he could see. Thankfully, he didn't seem to have hit it on anything since his body stopped his head from reaching the ground. "...Nanashi...can you even hear me?"
Nanashi groaned softly and then muttered somthing incoherently. He could hear him, but he sounded like he was a mile away. After a moment he slowly tried to push himself up again but he was too weak to sit himself up again this soon. Losing the amount of blood that he had from his nose hadn't really helped. Normally, it wouldn't have seemed all that much but for him right now that was enough to exhaust him. He barely got a couple of inches off of Celestine before his arms gave out and he fell on top of him again.
Celestine let out a squeak when Nanashi fell on him again and then coughed and took a couple of deep breaths since Nanashi kind of forced all of the air out of his lungs again. He just looked up to Kyran without a word, though his expression along just said 'help.'

Kyran laughed quietly to himself once Celestine had said to get Nanashi off of him because he was heavy. That much was pretty much obvious just by watching. He finally started to step over to the stairs after Nanashi hadn't managed to get himself up and Celestine had looked at him like he did. "Yeah, yeah." He paused. "I'm coming." He said as he descended the stairs and made his way over to where Celestine had been pinned to the sand. He wasn't really looking forward to bending over to pick Nanashi up off of him because his back and abdomen were still a bit sore but there weren't very many other options at the moment. He sighed quietly once he reached them and stood there for a moment while he thought about the best way to go about picking him up. He finally crouched down and reached over to grab one of Nanashi's arms. He moved in a little closer and slipped Nanashi's arm around the back of his neck while he wrapped his arm around him so that he could pull him up and off of Celestine without having to put him down again or shift him really. He was still sore and it was probably obvious by the look on his face once he started to actually lift Nanashi up. The extra dead weight, for lack of better terms, was uncomfortable but thankfully bearable for the most part. He had been able to gather just from watching that Nanashi was far too tired to move on his own so there wasn't any chance that he was going to be able to carry himself up the stairs and to a bed. He didn't want to put too much strain on himself by lugging him around for too long or having to shift a whole lot so he was kind of glad that he had picked him up the way he had. It was saving him from some unneeded extra steps. Now that he had Nanashi up he looked back down to Celestine. "...Has Nanashi been with you since he left here sometime earlier?" He asked a little curiously. He hadn't bothered to even really give Nanashi a once over. He didn't really think there was anything wrong with him and he certainly wouldn't be able to tell clearly until Nanashi was under some better light. He didn't wait too long to hear an answer out of Celestine before he started to head for the stairs with Nanashi in tow. He did want to know where Nanashi had been but it wasn't going to supersede the need to put down the extra weight.

Celestine shifted again once Kyran started to pull Nanashi up and then scooted out from under him and shook out his wings, causing several feathers to litter the sand behind him. He sighed softly when he saw the look on Kyran's face. He knew that the guy was probably still sore, but he just didn't have the physical strength to carry Nanashi himself. He watched Nanashi for a moment and sighed when he didn't seem to react at all to being moved. He shook his head a little when Kyran asked him if he had been with him and then started to follow after him once he got moving. "No, I didn't even know he was gone until a few minutes ago..." he said quietly as he followed, "He tripped up the stairs when he came back....and then sent Aamori to go talk to Lady Levana to get LaRae out of jail...she didn't take her pass with her or something... I don't really know...he was pretty worked up..."
Nanashi groaned very quietly as he was pulled up, but otherwise he didn't make a sound or really even move. He tried to help Kyran a little, but he couldn't do much and what he could manage more or less amounted to nothing.

Kyran lugged Nanashi up the stairs and paused once he'd gotten up them. He couldn't help but turn slightly so that he could look over at Celestine. "She's in jail?" He asked almost disbelievingly. He shook his head with a heavy sigh and then started to walk back towards the door. Once he reached the door he uncurled his tail and let it slink around in front of him so that he could get the door open in a timely manner. After he got the door open he headed inside and towards the room that Nanashi and LaRae had been using. "I have to admit... not knowing the details clearly is a little... well... annoying? maybe even nerve wracking... and we can't even ask Nanashi to be more clear." He more or less mumbled the last part as he started into the bedroom. He wasted very little time getting over to the bed so that he could lay Nanashi down on it. He didn't care really which side of the bed he set him down on, it was the side closet to him once he entered the room and as far as he was concerned the blankets could be shimmied out from under him after he was put on the bed. Once he got close to the bed he turned around and backed Nanashi up to the edge of the bed before he started to remove his arm from around his neck and lower him down onto the bed. He then reached down and grabbed hold of his legs and swung them up onto the bed as well before he straightened up and put his hands behind him at the small of his back. He finally got the chance to give Nanashi a once over now that they weren't outside. He tilted his head slightly and then turned to look back at Celestine. "What in the world happened to him? He looks terrible... a whole lot worse than he was this morning..." He shook his head and then sighed. "Did he even get around to telling you what happened? Or was that incoherent in all of his worry?" He stepped away from the bed slightly and continued to keep his hands at his back, rubbing as best as he could. "...All of this over LaRae going to get him his coat..." He muttered quietly.

Celestine sighed quietly and continued to follow Kyran up the porch and to the door, though Kyran got the door with his tail faster than he could get around him to open it for him. "I'm sure we can get the details after he wakes up...or just ask LaRae when she gets back..." He shook his head slightly, "Geez, the way he was going on you would think they were killing her..." He honestly didn't think too much of the whole jailing process. He knew they were locked up, which for him would be enough to drive him insane, but he also knew that LaRae wasn't claustrophobic like he was, so he didn't see what was so urgent. "Either he's the most overprotective person on the planet or he knows a lot more than he was saying... He made it sound so urgent that she be gotten out as soon as possible but when Aamori asked for details all he would say was that she'd been in there all day..." He thought about it for a moment and then sighed. Then again if it really was bad I guess Aamori wouldn't be the best person to give details to... He looked back to Kyran again, as he took Nanashi to his room and laid him down and then cringed a little when he actually say his face under the light. It really was pretty messed up. He had the bruise from the stairs, then a scrape on his opposite cheek, blood crusted around his nose and mouth, a busted lip, and his nose seemed to nearly be turning purple and looked a bit bigger than normal. He glanced back to Kyran when he asked what happened and then shook his head a little. "He wasn't specific... Aamori asked him about that before anything and he went straight into telling her about LaRae." He moved closer to the side of the bed and sat down on the edge before reaching over to his face again very gently placed his fingers at the bridge of his nose and felt around. carefully, trying not to put much pressure on him since he was already twisting his face in discomfort. "His nose is broken," he conformed after a few seconds and then pulled back his hand. "I thought it might be...he freaked out on me before when he went to touch his face..." He looked back to Kyran again and sighed before he shrugged. "All he said was that he ran into someone that didn't want him here and that he was fine." He placed his hands back in his lap and looked up to Kyran silently for a moment before he sighed and stood up. "If you want I guess you can check him over to make sure nothing else is too bad off...I'll get something to get the blood off of him."

Kyran continued to stand there with his hands to his back for a moment even after Celestine had gone to sit on the edge of the bed. He figured that Nanashi probably knew more than he was telling, or had told rather but he couldn't toss out the idea of him being overprotective. After the talks that he and Nanashi had in the past month or so he wouldn't put it past him to be overprotective of someone who was so nice to him and cared for him. He didn't have a whole lot of people who were nice to him. He sighed quietly and finally started to drop his hands back down to his sides. He kind of want to know what made Nanashi freak out about LaRae being in jail so badly but it did look like it'd have to wait. Nanashi wasn't going to wake up just to answer that for them and he had no choice but to wait for LaRae to return before he, or any of them, could find anything out. He kind of hated to wait to find out but there really was no choice. He shook his head a little after giving Nanashi another once over. Hearing that he ran into someone who didn't want him here kind of made what happened to him make a little sense. "You know... I have to admit, I kind of thought this might have been one of the places where he didn't have to worry about someone trying to beat him up." He sighed quietly. "I've never really had any trouble with the people here and they don't like my clan too much better than his... not to mention with as many guards as they have wandering around I'm really surprised anyone touched him..." He shook his head again lightly. Nanashi must have really had some terrible luck if even here with all the guards he still managed to get attacked by someone. He nodded his head weakly after the last thing that Celestine said. Honestly, he wasn't so sure he wanted to find anything else that was wrong with Nanashi. He'd been hurt quite frequently here and for once he'd like Nanashi to come out of everything in better shape than he had been.

Celestine sighed softly when Kyran said that he was surprised that anyone bothered with Nanashi. "Well of course you didn't have much trouble..." he began quietly, "...You're not half human. That changes just about everything." He started around the bed to head for the bathroom door and then pulled it open without another word and slipped inside to get a wash cloth and then dampened it before he came back out and went back to the side of the bed again and sat down, curling up a little as he draped the cloth over his fingers and gently started to wipe down the area around the edge of his nose, being as careful as he possibly could in the process. He heard Nanashi whine softly and tried to back off on the pressure a little as he went to the other side and then moved down to clean around his mouth. Every now and then it did show that he had some form of healing training, or at least a very gentle nature to him. He didn't really mind taking care of people when they needed it if no one else was around to do it and he was able. It also helped that he did kind of like Nanashi since he'd tried to comfort him that time.
Nanashi wasn't entirely out of it just yet, or was at least still conscious enough to feel pain. He whimpered when Celestine started to clean around his nose, the pressure, mild as it was, was very uncomfortable. He furrowed his brow a little and turned his head slightly when he started cleaning around his mouth. "....La....Rae......." he murmured quietly.
Celestine paused what he was doing for a moment and then half smiled before he shook his head. "Not quite..." he said simply before he resumed cleaning him off.
Nanashi groaned quietly and then slowly cracked open his eyes just a little before his eyelids fluttered and closed again. He took a deep breath and slowly moved one shaking hand up to his head to rub his forehead above his temple, which was where his head had smacked into the stone when he was stepped on. There was a nice knot forming there, but he couldn't really tell by feeling it...he just knew that it hurt.

Kyran shook his head lightly after hearing Celestine's comment about him not being half human. He was well aware that being half human on top of being from a clan that the water clan disliked only made everything different, likely worse. But that didn't change the fact that he hadn't expected something like this to happen. Granted he had no real idea what all had happened but it was obvious enough that Nanashi had nearly gotten the life beaten right out of him. He always thought that for the most part the water clan was pretty peaceful. Or at least he'd never really heard of an occasion where someone from the water clan just outright attacked someone from another clan for no good reason. He sighed quietly and waited for Celestine to come back out of the bathroom. He figured once Celestine was done cleaning him up he’d get Nanashi tucked into the bed for now. He somewhat doubted that Aamori would be back right away with LaRae so it wouldn’t hurt Nanashi any to get some sleep while they waited. He took a step back from the bed and stood off to the side so that he was well out of the way once Celestine had returned from the bathroom with a damp cloth in his hand. He stood quietly while Celestine went about cleaning Nanashi up and smiled weakly when he heard Nanashi. He just barely made out what Nanashi had said but hearing Celestine gave him some confirmation. He shook his head once more accompanied by another sigh. He really wished that he hadn’t fallen asleep earlier when he did. He missed out on quite a bit and if he had been awake he probably could’ve gone with Nanashi when he disappeared to look for LaRae which easily would’ve kept him from being attacked by someone. Of course he felt bad for being asleep but at the same time, Nanashi had been told on a couple different occasions that he shouldn’t go wandering around by himself. None of them should, especially in a territory where their clan wasn’t exactly liked, even in the slightest. He glanced over to the bed, at Celestine briefly. “How’s his nose and face look?” He asked quietly. “Can it heal alright on its own?” He added lastly. He was fairly certain the scrape on his face would heal just fine but he wasn’t really sure about the nose. He’d never had a broken nose or really been around someone who had so he wasn’t at all certain and he didn’t think it hurt to really ask.

Celestine watched as Nanashi raised his hand to his head and then moved his own up to where he had touched and felt around carefully. He sighed heavily when he felt the knot and then just absently pushed his hand further back into his hair before he glanced back to Kyran, absently feeling for any more knots that he may have gotten. He glanced back to Nanashi's face again when Kyran asked about it and then sighed softly. "...I think so... It felt like his nose had already been reset, but it wouldn't be too hard to knock out of place again... I don't really know how to bandage something like that. The scape will be fine, but it may leave a scar..." He continued to feel though his hair for a moment and then sighed, "And he has as least two knots in his head..." He sighed again as he glanced back to Kyran again and tilted his head. "Someone should probably try to keep him awake... I don't know if he has a concussion or not, I can't really tell, but just to be on the safe side..." He turned his head away again, trying to face away from both of them as he brought his fist up to his mouth and started to cough. The night air was just irritating the remaining symptoms of his cold, though it was a little normal to feel worse at night than during the day it seemed. He shook his head a little and then looked back down to Kyran again.
Nanashi could still heart he both of them, only vaguely. Mostly he was hearing his own pulse pounding in his head. He moved is hand back down to the bed when he felt Celestine feeling around and then winced when he touched the knot. After a moment he forced his eyes open again slightly, though it was extremely hard to keep them open right now. He glanced around from Celestine to Kyran and then finally had to close his eyes again. "...I...I'm....okay...." he whispered quietly. He didn't really want them to hover around him and worry. After all it was his own fault that he was like this again, but he really hadn't wanted to bother anyone else. He was rather used to this sort of thing anyway, so he didn't really mind. He could tolerate the pain and he was just glad no one had left him laying out in the sand.

Kyran nodded his head slightly once Celestine had answered his questions pertaining to Nanashi's face. He was at least a little glad to know that everything should heal fine on it's own. He wasn't really worried about the scrape, it was more the broken nose he'd been concerned about. He didn't know how to bandage that either so he was really of no help with that. His best guess would be just to make sure that Nanashi didn't do anything to knock his nose out of place again before it healed itself. He nodded his head weakly once Celestine had brought up the knots on Nanashi's head. Somehow that wasn't at all surprising considering the broken nose. He stared at Celestine for a moment after he said that someone should probably try and keep Nanashi awake since they didn't know if he'd had a concussion or not. "...I think that's going a little overboard, to keep him awake I mean." He commented quietly. "If he's tired just let him sleep, we can check on him every couple hours and make sure he's still with us." He paused. "Besides... he'll probably try to keep himself awake once LaRae gets back. We really should just let him rest some before she gets back or else he won't even be able to do that." He said quietly. He was worried about Nanashi but didn't really think they needed to keep him awake just because there was a possibility that he had a concussion. If Nanashi was able to coherently tell Aamori about LaRae after having been hurt than it was likely any concussion that he could have gotten wasn't that bad and there wasn't really a reason to keep him from sleeping. So long as he knew who he was, what was going on and where he was he should've been fine, or at least that was what he believed.

Celestine just sighed when Kyran said that might be a little overboard. "If you say so," he said simply, "Just thought I would point out the possibility." His ear twitched slightly when he heard Nanashi's voice and then he sighed softly. "...You don't look alright..." he said quietly before he turned his head away to cough again. He sighed and finally stood up, intent on taking the cloth back tot he bathroom again. He looked back up to Kyran again, "...I guess I'll leave that up to you... Unless you want me to heal the scrapes and things. I couldn't do anything about his nose, anyway." He sighed, "I need to get back to the other house... Marius may be upset if I'm not there, I'm not supposed to be outside yet." He sounded almost like a kid annoyed that his parents gave him a curfew at the moment, but he didn't really seem to mind too much. He knew Marius worried about him a lot, and he didn't want to worry him any more than he had. He glanced back to Nanashi for a moment. "...Well, he's awake for now it seems...if you want to try to figure out what's going on now is probably the soonest chance you will get." He turned and started back toward the sink to rinse out the wash cloth so that it wouldn't stain too badly.
Nanashi cracked his eyes open again to look at Celestine when he answered him and then groaned tiredly and turned his head, trying to nuzzle the knot into the pillow a bit. He was tired, but he was still trying his best to stay awake, though it seemed it was a nearly losing battle. "...I will be..." he responded to him quietly after he got up. He would be alright....eventually. He was sure he would be more alright when LaRae was back.

Kyran was pretty aware himself of the possibility of Nanashi having a concussion. After all, hearing of the knots on his head coupled with the scape and broken nose it wasn't hard to put together some rough idea of what happened. He still felt that it wasn't exactly something to freak out over. Nanashi most likely would be fine, at least in his current opinion. He didn't think that Celestine needed to heal the scrape on Nanashi's face, well, unless Nanashi wanted him to. It would heal on it's own with a little time and he doubted that Nanashi would ask anyone to do that for him. He also knew that Celestine did need to get back to the other house. Unlike Nero, he had left his room a little the past couple days so he had some pretty good idea that Celestine had been sick. "You can go ahead and go back, I don't think that you need to tend to that scrape." He told Celestine before he watched him momentarily while he started to head back to the bathroom. He turned his attention down to Nanashi once Celestine had made it into the bathroom. Of course he did want to ask him questions but at the same time he didn't really want to bother him too much, he'd almost rather have seen him get some sleep. He sighed softly and inched a little closer to the bed. Celestine was at the very least right. This was probably the soonest chance he was going to get. Now he just had to decide what to ask since he didn't think Nanashi would really be up to answering everything. For now he felt it wasn't too important to ask about what happened to him, with enough inspection it would be more than obvious. He sighed quietly and started to reach down to pick up Nanashi's legs a little bit so that he could shimmy the covers out from under him and then cover him up a little. He straightened up after that and continued to look down at Nanashi. "....Since you are awake for the time being..." He started. "...Do you mind explaining what the hurry was all about with LaRae?" He paused. "...and perhaps why you left here to look for her without me, in the first place?" He asked quietly. He wasn't really angry at Nanashi for leaving without him but he did want to know why he hadn't asked him to go with him.

Nanashi just lay there quietly after Celestine had walked off, at least until Kyran came and moved him. He sucked in his breath when he lifted his legs since it caused his abdomen to scrunch up a little, and right now any movement at all in that area was uncomfortable. He tried to suppress a whine when he put his legs back down as well, though it still escaped in a quiet squeak. He cracked his eyes open again when he heard Kyran ask about LaRae and why he hadn't come to get him. He sighed softly and closed his eyes again, remaining silent for a moment. After it seemed like he probably wasn't going to answer he finally began. "...Hisako told me...that she's been...chained up...with her arms over her head..." he told him quietly, his voice only barely loud enough to be heard. "...She...hates being bound...and her arm...is still broken... I...don't think that...she still has the splint.... She said she's been stripped down...to nothing but a large shirt..." He closed his eyes a little more tightly and balled his fist up against the bed sheets, "...I just want her out of there..." His voice wavered and he almost sounded on the verge of tears as he spoke, "...She's...she's in there because of me..." He finally cracked open his eyes again, and like earlier they looked watery, but this time more sad than physically in pain. "...I...didn't want...to bother anyone else...." he said quietly, in answer to his second question. "...You were...with Hikari...so...I...I didn't want to...ask you to follow me around..." he let his eyes close again, his voice getting a little quieter. "...Before...they treated LaRae...badly because she was with me... It...isn't fair...to make you put up with it..."

Kyran continued to stand there quietly while he waited for Nanashi to say something. He wasn't planning to go away unless asked to so he would've waited any length for an answer. He focused more closely on Nanashi once he finally started to speak, mostly so that he didn't miss anything that he said. Somehow he wasn't really all that surprised to hear that LaRae had been chained up. Some clans exercised their right to chain prisoners up and apparently the water clan had no problem doing that with dragons from other clans. He would wager to guess that dragons from their own clan were probably treated a little nicer. The question he had about Nanashi's urgency was pretty much answered, to an extent at least after hearing that LaRae's arm was more than likely not still splinted. If she was chained up and without a splint for that matter the break in her arm could easily get a lot worse than it already was. That without a doubt was causing her enough pain as it already was and now this was only making it worse. He sighed quietly when Nanashi said that she was in there because of him. He of course didn't really believe that. "Celestine said that she didn't have her pass on her or something, right?" He paused. "I don't really see how that could be your fault. Not to mention it was just terrible luck that she managed to get stopped and questioned about her pass to begin with." He sighed quietly. "The lot of us have been lucky that we haven't really been stopped by guards. I think several of our passes have been damaged and are in various stages of ruin." Any one of them with a damaged pass would more than likely be scrutinized to no end before being allowed to continue on with whatever they were doing before they were stopped. A damaged pass was at least better than no pass at all. He gave a slightly heavier sigh after hearing Nanashi's excuse as to why he hadn't come to get him to go with him to look for LaRae. "...Honestly..." He shook his head lightly. "...I thought we were friends Nanashi." He started quietly. "If you needed me for something, regardless of what I was doing or who I was with I'd have helped you." He paused. "I'm pretty sure Hikari would've been more than happy to help look for LaRae as well." He couldn't really speak for her but he was almost positive that she wouldn't turn Nanashi down, especially not with him being as weak as he has been. He sighed again quietly. "We are trying to be your friends Nanashi. That means we do accept you for what you are and with that we all are willing to put up with the crap that comes from other dragons who aren't as accepting as we are." He shook his head a little. "You need to not be so worried about asking us for help Nanashi. I know you've never really had friends or had dragons treat you nicely and mean it but don't shut us out just because you've been hurt so much."

Nanashi wasn't sure how much of what he said that Kyran would understand, but he was pretty sure that even on top of her arm being broken she had probably fought with the chains considering how badly she hated being bound, so he was almost afraid to even see her arm and the condition it was in. He sighed softly when Kyran said that he didn't see how it was his fault. "...I...think I...have her pass..." he said quietly, "...That night...I didn't get my things...from my pockets...before my pants were washed... I...told LaRae that...I was worried about...my pass... so she went to try and...save it before it was washed... She...brought everything back...so I thought she got there in time... But...she could have just slipped hers out.... I wouldn't have known the difference.... Still wouldn't...if she wasn't missing hers..."
Celestine sighed from where he stood in the bathroom. "Mine has been soaked so many times that it is completely disintegrated," he chimed in simply as he was wringing out the cloth and laying it out to dry. He sighed as he stepped out f the bathroom and looked at Nanashi again, listening to him quietly. He shook his head slightly and then glanced back to Kyran, half smiling at the second thing that he told him. He could pretty easily consider Nanashi a friend and were he not passless and being kept in the house, he would have gladly gone with him as well if he'd known he was going.
Nanashi didn't say anything when he said that he thought they were friends, but he did open his eyes again as he continued, though his eyes were just focused on the back wall. He didn't look at Kyran, though he was still listening to him, right up until the end. Finally he slowly turned his eyes to look up at him, though he only stared at him silently for a few moments as if trying to tell how much of what he said was true. He knew that they accepted him, but it was very hard to just throw all of his precautions out the window. He couldn't make himself completely trust them or rely on them, he was too used to trusting no one and relying on himself. Even still, he did trust Kyran at least and he was pretty sure that he and Hikari would be willing to help him find LaRae had he asked, but he really just hadn't wanted to disturb them. Finally he spoke again , tilting his head back a little into the pillow and again the expression in his eyes was easy to read; he really did want to cry and was trying hard not to let it show. "I know..." he whispered softly, understandingly, "...and that's why...I don't want any of you...to get...hurt.... Especially...not over me.... I...don't want my...friends to ...have to put up with it, too..." He finally closed his eyes again and turned his head again, wishing that he could hide his face.

Kyran listened quietly as Nanashi started to respond to the things he'd said. It wasn't really surprising to hear that Nanashi most likely had the pass that was originally given to LaRae. After everything that Nanashi had said pertaining to the pass it was pretty clear that LaRae had most likely switched her pass for his if it had indeed been lost to the wash. Out of the two of them it was probably a lot better that Nanashi had a pass than LaRae. There's no telling how they would treat Nanashi in jail as compared to LaRae. All things considered they probably go a lot easier on dragons from the earth clan than they do dragons from the fire clan. He glanced over to Celestine briefly after he had stepped out of the bathroom, having commented about his own pass. It really did seem like most everyone's pass had seen better days. He really wasn't surprised about that. He looked back down to Nanashi as he continued and sighed quietly once he was finished. He reached over and gently set his hand down on top of Nanashi's head. "Nanashi... you don't have to worry about us." He paused. "We're tougher than we look and we're not going to get hurt." He really wasn't as worried about it as Nanashi was. "You worry too much Nanashi. I don't think any of us mind putting up with a little flack if we have to... and it's our decision whether or not we want to put up with it or not." He didn't think too many people would really cause any problems if Nanashi was wandering around with any one of them. If something did happen they could all handle themselves just fine, so in his eyes Nanashi really was worrying a little too much.

Nanashi cracked his eyes open again when he felt Kyran's hand on his head and glanced up at him slowly as he spoke. He nearly bit his lower lip for a moment, until he remembered it was already hurting, so he stopped himself, but then just sighed quietly. He knew that they could all take care of themselves, but that didn't mean that he wanted to watch them get bad mouthed or pushed around for being seen with him. He hated the way the people at the market were treating LaRae because she was with him. There was more than one kind of hurt that he was well aware of; words could cut like a knife at times. As much as he was used to being yelled at and verbally abused there were still some things that stung just as badly now as they did the first time. Finally he turned his eyes away from Kyran slowly and went back to staring at the corner of the room with an almost unreadable expression on his face. He felt almost scolded for not causing them trouble, but even still if he had he would have felt bad for dragging Kyran out of bed to get him to come with him. Finally he just raised his hand slowly and laid his chilly fingers down on top of Kyran's hand, pressing it a little more firmly to his head. "...I'm sorry," he whispered quietly, and then added in the language that only Kyran would understand, "...thank you...."
Celestine just stood there and watched quietly as Kyran spoke to Nanashi, but then just shook his head when Nanashi apologized. He sighed and moved to the open side of the bed before crawling in on his knees and placing his hand on his arm. "...What are you apologizing for this time?" he asked quietly, "...Honestly...no matter what you've been lead to believe...everything isn't your fault. You shouldn't apologize when you've done nothing wrong..." He said gently. It wouldn't surprise him for Nanashi to have apologized to the one who'd beaten him up over something or other. He rubbed his arm lightly and then smiled warmly before he glanced back to Kyran as if looking for confirmation. After a second he sighed heavily, "I really need to go... Get some rest or...something, okay?" He patted his arm lightly and then slipped off the bed again and started for the door again to head out.
Nanashi turned his eyes to look back to Celestine for a moment and then sighed softly. That was more or less what Yoichi had told him earlier, but he didn't argue. He only apologized to make other people feel better, half of the time he didn't even really know why he was saying sorry in the first place. He let his hand slide off of Kyran's and back onto the pillow again before nodding weakly to Celestine when he said that he needed to go. ".....Bye..."

Kyran continued to look down at Nanashi, only to give a sigh after hearing him apologize. Nanashi really did apologize too much. He shook his head slightly and was about to tell Nanashi that he didn't need to apologize for every little thing but Celestine had kind of beaten him to that. Celestine hadn't said exactly what he was going to but it got the point across just fine. He nodded his head in agreement once Celestine had glanced over at him. "You do apologize too much Nanashi... especially when you've done absolutely nothing wrong." He paused. "I mean... I could get a static shock from touching you and knowing you, you'd probably apologize..." He sighed softly, pulling his hand back and then glanced to Celestine briefly when he started for the door. "See you later, Celestine." He said quietly before looking back down at Nanashi. "...Do you need anything? If not... I think I'll just let you get some rest."

Celestine glanced back to Kyran and raised his hand to give him a wave. "Yeah," he responded quietly before he slipped out of the room and then started back out the front doors, pulling them closed behind him. He sighed quietly and crossed his arms over his chest as he stepped further out onto the porch and then started down the steps to the sand. He glanced back briefly then continued forward and back to the other house to reclaim his spot in the window to wait n Aamori to come back.
Nanashi glanced up to Kyran again when he said that he apologized too much and then sighed, muttering yet another quiet, "Sorry...," under his breath as he closed his eyes again. He almost smiled when Kyran said that he'd probably apologize if he got shocked by him. "...Probably...," he agreed quietly. Hell, he apologized when someone else bumped into him in the street when he was standing stationary so why not? He shook his head weakly, not even bothering to open his eyes again when Kyran asked if he needed anything. "...I'm fine," he assured him quietly. He was sure he'd be alright, he was just going to be really sore for a while now, there wasn't really anything anyone could do about that.

Kyran glanced back to Celestine momentarily when he responded and finally slipped out of the room. He was a bit thankful that Celestine had managed to help get Nanashi closer to the house and now that he was thinking about it he probably could’ve thanked him for doing what he had. After all, he didn’t really have to leave the house and help Nanashi like he had. Although, knowing Nanashi he probably already said something in a thank you to him for that. He shifted his glance back down to Nanashi missing the fact that he had gone an apologized again. He shook his head lightly since he’d agreed that he probably would apologize if he’d been shocked by him. If that ever happened it’d probably have been his own fault not Nanashi’s. He nodded his head weakly once he said that he was fine. Aside from the pain he was in he had kind of already figured he was alright. It never hurt to ask though. “Alright… well…” He paused. “You should probably try and rest a little, at least.” It couldn’t hurt anything, in his opinion anyway. “I’m sure you’ll be informed once Aamori gets back with LaRae, so don’t worry about falling asleep or anything.” He told him quietly. “For now… I think I’m going to make sure Hikari knows what’s going on incase she’s needed… so… I guess just let me know if you need anything?” He said as he started to back up from the bed and inch a little closer to the door.
