LaRae laid there in silence while Hikari stroked her hair. She kept her eyes shut until she heard her say that she’d bring a drink just in case. She had no desire to argue. It wasn’t like it was going to hurt anything for a drink to sit on the nightstand until she was ready to drink it. She merely turned her head a little further into the pillow once Hikari had gotten up and started away from the bed. She continued to lay the way she was on the bed for a few moments after Hikari had exited the room. She finally stirred slightly, just enough that she could roll onto her side with her back to the door. She sluggishly brought her arm with the hardening cast over her side and laid it down on the bed in front of her before curling her legs up slightly. If anything she was at least glad that she was able to move again though that clearly didn’t even show on her face.
Kyran lifted his eyes again and started to sit up straight once more when he heard the door opening. He listened quietly as Hikari started giving them an update and then sighed quietly once she had finished the gist of it. He was glad to hear that her arm would be fine, that had kind of been the main concern of his really. He merely nodded his head a little after hearing that she wasn’t talking or really reacting to anything. He wasn’t exactly sure what could’ve caused her to be like that but she was. He nodded his head weakly after she’d said that she still didn’t know if it was a good idea to tell Nanashi and then commented that she didn’t know how either of them would react to seeing one another right now. He honestly agreed but he had told Nanashi that he would let him know when she was back and before LaRae actually got back talking with Hikari had kind of made him lean more towards telling Nanashi even if it was against his better judgment. He didn’t want to make Nanashi doubt anything that he said and Hikari had kind of made a point when she’d mentioned that not telling him when he told him he would, could lead to that. He sighed heavily and then started to scoot the chair out so that he could get to his feet. “…Alright …while you’re doing that, I suppose I’m going to go talk to Nanashi.” He responded as he started to step away from the table and towards the other rooms.
Aamori turned partly in her chair to look over at Hikari once she’d come into the room and started to tell them how LaRae was. She listened quietly and nodded her head in acknowledgement. She’d already seen a little of LaRae before she was even looked at so she knew she wasn’t talking or responding to anything for that matter. She was a little sad to hear that even after she was back here and her arm had been looked after she was still acting that way but it probably couldn’t be helped. She didn’t know what happened to make her like that and she wasn’t exactly going to try and understand it either. It was easier for her to just accept that something had gotten to LaRae and hopefully she’d be over it soon. She probably just needed a good night sleep or something. She continued to sit where she was until about the time that Hikari started to get the glass down to fill with water. At that moment she’d already started to get to her feet. She wanted to go ahead and head back over to the other house for now. At least that way she could give Celestine an update if he was curious. “I’m going to go over to the other house, give Celestine an update.” She told them before she started to head for the door. She figured either one of them would come get her if they needed her for anything. Once she reached the front door she slipped out onto the porch and made sure to close the door behind her. She started to step towards the stairs but paused when she remembered her boots weren’t quite in order. She sighed quietly and sat down on the first step long enough to start peeling them off of her feet. They were already ruined so she didn’t really see a point in wearing them at the moment and all she really had to worry about walking on was sand and a wooden porch.

Hikari nodded slightly to Kyran when he said that he was going to go talk to Nanashi. She didn't really mind either way. If anything maybe seeing Nanashi could get a bit more of a reaction out of LaRae and seeing her would put him at ease, or at least he hoped so. She really hoped that seeing each other would have a positive effect on both of them. She turned her attention to Aamori when she said that she was going to go give Celestine an update and then nodded her head. "Alright," she said quietly as she turned off the water and stepped away from the sink to go back to LaRae's room. She wasted little time pushing open once she got there and sighed softly. Well, she was at least glad to see that LaRae had moved a little. She walked over to the bed again and sat the glass down on the night stand within easy reach before she reached down to place her hand on LaRae's shoulder again lightly. "...Are you cold or anything?" she asked quietly. She could pretty easily wiggle the blankets out from under her and cover her up if she was chilly, though if she didn't answer her she kind of thought that would be a little too much of an irritation for both of them, especially if LaRae didn't really want covered up.
Nanashi was still curled up on his side facing the back wall away from the door. He had at least managed to fall into a halfway decent sleep, though it still wouldn't be hard to wake him. He was always a light sleeper, but especially when he was worked up or in pain, and he was all of the above when he went to bed. He did still want to be woken up, even though he was pretty worn out. He could always rest later sometime. He was probably the only one who knew well why LaRae would be reacting the way that she was, though he'd already told Kyran that LaRae hated to be bound he probably hadn't made himself all that clear.
Celestine, was perched right back in the window that he had been in before with Aamori, and was already curious. He had seem Aamori come running by as well as Levana and the guard carrying LaRae and was well aware that Levana and the guard had already left. He was half temped to go see how she was, but he knew he probably shouldn't be out. Hell, he shouldn't be sitting at the window with it wide open, he was already sneezing, but he was sure it was just the night air. He didn't plan to go out again tonight, as much as he wanted to. He could always go in the morning.

Kyran wasn’t really in a hurry to go wake Nanashi up but he had kind of put everything off as long as he thought possible. At least he had a good reason for waiting this long before going to let Nanashi know that LaRae was back. He paused at the door for a moment after he had reached it before he reached over to open it. He just hoped that if Nanashi did go and see LaRae that he was just worrying about it for nothing. He finally cracked the door open and started inside. He shut the door about half way behind him before he started over towards the bed. He shook his head lightly once he noticed that he had left the light on beside the bed. He really hadn’t thought about it earlier, obviously, but he should’ve turned the light off when he left the room. After he reached the bed he wasn’t surprised to see that the light being on didn’t appear to have rendered Nanashi’s ability to sleep. He sighed quietly and reached over to set his hand lightly on Nanashi’s shoulder. “Nanashi, hey… wake up.” He said as he gave him a slight shake.
Aamori slipped out of her boots easily enough and balled them up to set just off the side of the porch. She didn’t bother sticking around for much longer once her boots were off. She started across the beach to the other house at a more comfortable pace than she had used earlier. She didn’t have a reason to run and it’d have been her luck to try running again and wind up falling and getting sand all in her scrapes. She smiled slightly once she got close enough to the other porch to see that Celestine was where she thought he’d be. She started up the steps and onto the porch as soon as she got to it. Rather than heading inside and into the room he was using she stepped over in front of the window and leaned against the porch railing. “…If you were curious, Hikari said that LaRae’s arm is going to be alright and there wasn’t anything else that needed her attention.” She’d thought briefly of saying that there wasn’t anything else wrong with LaRae but that wasn’t really true. There was something wrong with her, she just didn’t know what exactly.
LaRae had managed to relax very slightly on her own while Hikari was out of the bedroom. She probably could’ve fallen asleep if she’d had a little more time to coax herself into sleeping. She started to open her eyes slightly and look back at Hikari. That was rather difficult since she hadn’t bothered to move her head, she’d only shifted her eyes over as far as she could to try and look at her. She wasn’t particularly cold so she wasn’t really that concerned with being covered up. She didn’t even want to move enough to get the covers out from under her, even if Hikari was helping. She would likely want to cover herself up eventually as it got colder outside but for now she was fine. She didn’t even care that the bottom half of her body was practically exposed. The shirt she’d been put in was at least large enough to cover every part of her that she’d have wanted covered. She sighed quietly and finally managed to shake her head again slightly to respond to Hikari’s question.

Nanashi didn't really respond when Kyran came into the room or when he first touched him, though as soon as he spoke and shook his shoulder his eyes snapped open wide and he jerked away with a gasp, looking half terrified for a moment. He took a couple of deep breaths and then turned his eyes up to Kyran for a moment before he slowly started to push himself up. "...Is...is she back?" he asked quietly as he looked up to him with his worry-filled eyes. "Is she alright?" He did still want to see her either way, just to make sure for himself. He knew that they probably weren't going to want him getting up, but he really didn't care. The only one that he was really worried about was LaRae right now.
Celestine saw Aamori coming well before she got to the house and then sighed softly. He didn't say anything to her until after she'd gotten up to the porch and given him her update on the LaRae's condition. "...Well, that's a relief..." he said quietly. "The way Nanashi was carrying on made it sound like she was being tortured or something." He sighed quietly and then swept his hand back through his hair briefly to push it over his shoulders. He was rather glad that he hadn't gone out without his pass. He knew that he probably would have gone nuts had he been closed inside a place like that for hours on end.
Hikari waited patiently for LaRae to give her an answer and then nodded her hear slightly. "Alright..." she said quietly. She rubbed her shoulder gently for a moment and then tilted her head. "I'm right across the hall if you need anything, okay? I'll come back later to get that cast off of you, just don't mess with it this time. It should be ready to come off in about an hour or so." She finally pulled her hand back again and sighed, "Take it easy, okay?" she said quietly before she returned to the door and slipped outside again, this time closing it behind her.

Kyran shook his head slightly when Nanashi jerked away from him like he had. He somehow doubted that Nanashi would ever stop waking up like that when someone else was waking him. He had been pretty sure that Nanashi was aware that he was going to wake him up but obviously that was probably lost somewhere between when he fell asleep and when he woke up. He wasn’t all too surprised to hear what the first question was out of Nanashi’s mouth. He sighed quietly and then nodded his head. “Yes, she’s back.” He answered. “Hikari’s already taken care of her arm. She said it should be fine and there isn’t anything else physically wrong with her.” He added. He continued to stand there for a moment before he shifted his weight and began again. “…Honestly…” He paused. “…I advise against going to see her tonight. She’s in pretty rough shape emotionally from what Hikari’s told me and I don’t really think you should go in the other room in the shape you’re in.” He sighed quietly. “She doesn’t know about what happened to you earlier and I think it might stress her out a little to see you banged up like you are.” He shook his head lightly. “But,” He paused briefly. “I’ll leave that up to your judgment for now… I’ve stated my opinion and I’ve informed you that she’s here… what you do with that is up to you.” He said quietly.
Aamori continued to lean against the railing for a few moments before she took a short step away from the railing and started to sit down on the porch. She leaned her back against the railing a little and brought her knees up to her chest. “With the way she’s acting she may as well have been tortured.” She commented quietly while she was inspecting the scrapes on her knees. She hadn’t taken a chance to really look at them until now. She had been too busy wondering if LaRae was going to be okay to even worry about her own scrapes. She glanced up at Celestine for a moment and sighed quietly. “I didn’t get to actually go into the prison and help get her out but once Levana had brought her out with her she wasn’t talking or even really responding to anything.” She paused. “Apparently she’s still being quiet because Hikari said she still wasn’t talking and that was after she had finished taking care of her arm.” She shook her head. “Hikari said she responded to one question and all she did was shake her head a little.” She looked up and Celestine. “I think you could insult her right now and she wouldn’t so much as bat an eyelash at you.”
LaRae glanced over at her arm to stare at the cast briefly after Hikari had said that she would come back later to get it off. Even with everything that she’d been through she was kind of glad that Hikari had so willingly took care of her arm. She started to open her mouth like she was going to say something but shut it again before she could anything more than take in a deep breath. She’d have to remember later to try and thank her for what she’d done. She started to shift her eyes back so that she could try and look at Hikari again after she’d pulled her hand back. She gave a very weak nod of her head in response to her saying to take it easy. Now that she wasn’t locked up she had every intention of that. She sighed quietly once Hikari had left the room and shut the door behind her. She continued to lay there for a moment without moving until she was sure that no one else was coming in and then shut her eyes and curled up a little tighter while pulling her arms in close to her chest.

Nanashi was at least glad to hear that LaRae was back and that Hikari had already taken care of her arm, though he had suspected that she would. It honestly surprised him that Kyran had really come to wake him up like he'd said that he would. He kept his eyes on him as he told him that LaRae was an emotional wreck, though he didn't seem at all surprised by that, though his ears fell back when Kyran said that he shouldn't go see her. Clearly, he wanted to see her more than he wanted to lay here. He lowered his eyes after a moment and raised his hand to his face, laying it over the area that had been scraped when he fell. "...Is it that bad?" he asked quietly. He hadn't seen himself at all since he'd gotten back so he really didn't know just how bad he looked. He glanced up to him again when he said that he would leave it up to his judgment for now. Again he just stared at him and then sighed and lowered his eyes back to the bed, though his ears were still laid back. He wasn't really sure what to do. He didn't want to stress LaRae out, but he did want to be there to try to comfort her. "...Which room is she in?" he asked quietly. He couldn't very well go see her either way if he didn't know where she was, though he could probably find her easily enough.
Celestine sighed quietly after Aamori had said that LaRae wasn't talking or responding to much. "...That's usually what happens for a while after someone's been traumatized..." He could vouch for that himself. After all, he'd been stuck int hat state for more more than a year after that ambush. He side glanced at her again from the corner of his eye when she said that he could insult LaRae right now and she wouldn't do anything. "...I have no reason to be insulting her right now in the first place," he said simply. Honestly, he had gotten used to LaRae already. For the most part she was nice, even if she did shoot off at her mouth a lot. He still didn't forgive her clan for what had happened to his village, and he would still probably dislike any earth dragon he met until given reason not to.
Hikari sighed softly once she was out of the room yet again and then started down the hallway to the dining table again to sit down. She was a little more worn out my using her magic again than she cared to admit, but all she was really worried about right now was having LaRae's arm mended so that nothing else was going to hurt it. She didn't know what more she could do for the poor girl right now and she knew she didn't really have the energy to try to fix up Nanashi as much as she would like to do that. Maybe she could in a few days, but she also still thought that she needed to take care of Nero's wounds before they actually went to leave Kirava. She didn't want him walking on an injured leg.

Kyran looked at Nanashi for a moment and then sighed quietly. “Your nose is broken, therefore swollen and then you’ve got that scrape too.” He paused. “I doubt that either of those will go unnoticed and of course you know that she’s going to want to know what happened.” He said quietly. He wasn’t going to stop Nanashi from going to see her nor was he going to tell him that he couldn’t. “She’s in the room behind this one, the one you can get to through the joining bathroom.” He answered. He sighed quietly and started to move over towards the bedroom door. “Whichever you decide, just make sure that you both get some rest.” He said lastly once he’d reached the door. He was pretty sure that Nanashi would go see LaRae regardless of what he said to him but at least this way he’d listened to what he had to say and either way that he went about going to the other room he’d have to deal with what happened to him. He’d probably look in the mirror at least in the bathroom or surely Hikari would still be around and say something should she see his face. He didn’t bother to stay in the room for very much longer. He went ahead and slipped out of the room, shutting the door behind him before he started towards the kitchen and dining area.
Aamori shook her head lightly and sighed. “I was only using that as an example… you didn’t have to go and take it seriously.” She said quietly. Honestly, she’d meant that as nothing more than an example. She knew LaRae was a bit mouthy and an insult was one way to get her going and right now with the state she was in she probably wouldn’t care what anyone said to her. She liked to think that she knew LaRae pretty well given how long they’d known one another but since she hadn’t seen LaRae when she was actually imprisoned she had no idea what had happened to traumatize her. She sighed quietly. “…I hope she gets around to being herself again soon.” She paused. “It’s really weird seeing her the way she is now.” She mumbled quietly.

Nanashi sighed softly when Kyran started to point out everything that was wrong with his face and then just lowered his head as if trying to hide it. He still had a splitting headache so he wouldn't be too surprised if Kyran told him his skull was cracked open and his brains were falling out. He was at least glad that Kyran didn't flat out tell him not to go to the other room since he couldn't promise that he would listen to that. He glanced up again slowly as Kyran moved toward the door and then finally spoke again. "...Thank you," he called quietly as he was slipping out the door, though he wasn't entirely sure he heard him before he closed it. He continued to sit there for a few moments before he slowly moved his legs over the side of the bed and stood up unsteadily. Now that he had rested it was even harder to move than it had been before. He staggered over to the bathroom door and then clung to the handle for a moment, trying to regain his balance before he opened the door and slipped into the bathroom. He made sure the light was on so that he didn't kill himself getting across the room. He started forward slowly , keeping one hand on the sink. He did pause once when he caught a glimpse of himself in the mirror and then just stared for a moment. His face really was pretty messed up. Not only was his nose swollen, but so was his lower lip where it had been busted, and then were were the bruises from the stairs and the bruising on his nose and the scrape. He stared at himself for a moment and then lowered his head and his eyes. Part of him didn't want to go into the room, though only because he was honestly ashamed to be seen like this. He by no means looked very attractive right now, and he was already self conscious enough about his appearance. His face was usually the only thing that he was able to keep looking halfway decent. He continued to stand there for a few moments before he glanced toward the door to LaRae's room. Well, he didn't want to be seen, but maybe if he didn't turn on a light she wouldn't be able to tell very much. After all the light would be at his back when he came out so his face would still be shadowed unless there was a lamp on in there. Finally he started forward again and moved to the other door, pulling it open slowly. He glanced in at LaRae, not too surprised to see her curled up on the bed and not back in her clothes as of yet. He wasn't really sure if she was awake or asleep, but he went ahead and pulled the door closed behind him and moved a little closer to the bed.
Celestine sighed softly when she said that she was only using that an an example. "Whatever..." he said quietly. He really wasn't in the mood to debate it, not that there was much to debate. He just didn't know why she had to put so much emphasis on the word 'you' in her example. He sighed softly and looked out at her again, eying the scrapes on her knees. After a moment he finally slipped out of the window and onto the porch again before moving over to sit beside her. He knew he probably shouldn't be out here, but he didn't see much of a difference between the porch and the window. He sat close beside her and then wrapped his arm around her carefully and then nuzzled against her gently. "...She will be alright..." he said softly, "give her time..."

Kyran had just barely caught the thank you that Nanashi had called when he was slipping out of the room. He smiled weakly when he saw Hikari sitting at the dining room table. He started over that way himself and went to take a seat. “…A little more tiring than you anticipated?” He asked as he looked over at her. She did look like she was a bit worn out. He set his forearms down against the edge of the table and leaned forwards slightly with a soft sigh. “…I let Nanashi know…” He started. “I also made sure he heard my opinion…” He paused. “…then left it up to him on what he wanted to do.” He said lastly.
LaRae wasn’t quite asleep just yet, she was just laying there resting with her eyes shut. She almost didn’t respond at all when she heard a door open though she had picked up on it sounding a little closer than the bedroom door. She cracked her eyes open just in time to catch the light fading as the door was shut. She had been facing away from the main door into the bedroom but since she was on her side she could easily see the bathroom door. There hadn’t been a light left on in the bedroom so the room was fairly dark without the light from the bathroom. Since even that light had faded she hadn’t been able to see who had come through the door and her eyes were currently of no help to her since they had to readjust to the lack of light in the room. She went ahead and started to close her eyes again. She didn’t feel like forcing her eyes to adjust right now. She wasn’t sure who had come into the room but considering that they came from the bathroom she kind of suspected that it was Nanashi. At least that was the only person she’d think would pass from one room to the other rather than use the bathroom and go back out the door they’d come in.
Aamori sighed quietly after hearing Celestine say ‘whatever’. She’d only really used him the example because he was the one she was talking to and she’d put so much emphasis on him just because he had a bit of a mouth on him as well so it wouldn’t take much for him to insult her. Though, Celestine had a slightly different mouth on him than LaRae did. His was more blunt and straight to the point then anything. She probably could’ve left the emphasis off. She lifted her eyes and looked over at Celestine when he started to get out of the window. She watched him for a moment until after he’d sat down beside her. She smiled slightly after he’d put his arm around her and nuzzled against her. She leaned over on him a little after nodding her head lightly. “…I know.” She paused and sighed quietly. “I just wish that this hadn’t happened… aside from the fact that it messed LaRae up it does kind of slow us down a bit.” She wasn’t usually concerned with the time but now that she’d thought about they had spent a considerable amount of time in Kairava and this was only adding to the time they’d be spending here.

Hikari had just laid her head down on the table for the time being, though she raised it when she heard Kyran's voice. She did look tired, and honestly she was about ready to hit the hay again. She didn't bother to respond to his first question, that was obvious enough. She smiled weakly when Kyran gave her an update on what had gone on in Nanashi's room and then shook her head. "...We both know what he will want to do...and probably where we'll find him in the morning." She glanced back to LaRae's door and then sighed softly. "...I hope he's able to make her feel a little better...I couldn't really do anything..."
Nanashi didn't say anything after he'd gotten into the room. He really couldn't see much other than rough outlines, but he'd seen where everything was when he came in so he knew roughly the distance to the bed. He moved forward carefully, shuffling his feet a little until he bumped the bed with his knee and then sighed before reaching down to feel for LaRae. He found her arm and placed his hand on her shoulder gently before slowly lowering himself to a sitting position on the edge of the bed. Once he was seated he just leaned over her and wrapped his arms around her as best as he could. He nuzzled his head against her and then closed his eyes for a moment. "...I'm so glad you're back..." he whispered softly. "...Hisako...told me what happened... I went to look for you...." He shook his head weakly, "...I'm so sorry.... I should have come earlier, I didn't know I had your pass...." He went ahead and blurted that suspicion. Honestly it was the only thing that made sense to him. He rubbed her back gently as he nuzzled his bruised cheek against her gently, though he was being very careful of his nose. "...Say something..." he pleaded softly, "...please...can you say something...?"
Celestine looked over to Aamori when she leaned against him and then raised his other arm to wrap around her as well. "...I know," he said softly when she said that she just wished it hadn't happened, "I do too..." On top of causing LaRae more pain and trouble and slowing them down it had also been part of the cause for Nanashi's current state as well. Had LaRae not been arrested she would have come back, giving him no reason to need to leave the island, though he knew that he still could have asked someone to go with him. He shook his head slightly and then sighed. "...All we can do is wait...see what happens..." he said softly. He started to lean his head over on top of hers and then jerked up again quickly and turned his head away from her as he sneezed again. He sighed heavily and then just let his head drop back onto hers again. "I hate night time..." he muttered under his breath. It probably didn't help the chill very much that he was clinging to a living ice pack.

Kyran nodded his head a little after she had said that they both knew what Nanashi would want to do and know where they’d probably find him in the morning. He was fairly certain that Nanashi would waste little time getting in to see LaRae and since he hadn’t come through the main part of the house it was probably safe to assume that he had slipped through the bathroom if he was already in the room with her. “…I’m sure Nanashi will get some sort of response out of her and even if it isn’t right away I’m pretty sure he’d stay and keep trying.” He sighed quietly. “If Nanashi can’t make her feel better, she may just need to be alone for a little bit.” He said quietly. After going through an experience like she had she honestly may want nothing more than to be alone for awhile. He looked over at Hikari and smiled slightly. “I think you already did plenty for her,” He paused. “I’m sure that her knowing she can come to you if she needs anything is enough for her right now.” He didn’t know what Hikari had said to LaRae but knowing Hikari he was fairly certain that she probably made some mention that if LaRae needed anything she could go to her.
LaRae didn’t bother opening her eyes when she heard movement and she kept her eyes closed until after she felt someone sit on the bed. She finally opened her eyes a little when she felt the hand touch her. She still couldn’t see very well but she’d had her suspicion verified courtesy of the following action. She only knew of one other person who’d wrap their arms around her at a time like this and judging by the feel it certainly wasn’t Hikari again. She was kind of surprised that it had taken Nanashi this long to come and check on her. She kind of expected that if he knew about all that had gone on he’d have been right there once she’d been brought back to the house, or at least his previous concerns with her injuries and whatnot had lead her to believe that. She listened to him in silence of course and didn’t even bother telling him that he didn’t need to apologize like she normally would have. She did think he didn’t need to be apologizing, he hadn’t done anything wrong. She was a little surprised that he had figured out that he had her pass and not the one he had been given originally. She guessed that she had him to thank for her being out of the prison right now. Had he not gone looking for her he probably wouldn’t have run into Hisako who had apparently seen her at some point. She continued to lie there quietly even after he had asked her to say something. She just kind of laid there and stared at him as best as she could for a moment before she turned her eyes away and pressed her head into the pillow a little further.
Aamori sat quietly still leaning against him. She nodded her head a little, mostly to acknowledge that she’d heard him when he spoke. She sighed softly after he said that they would just have to wait and see what happens. She knew that was what they’d have to do; she still wished that none of this had happened in the first place. She continued to sit there unmoving until after Celestine had sneezed. She only stayed still for a moment after he had let his head drop back onto hers. As much as she liked sitting with him, especially this close she knew that her skin was cold and it only got colder if the temperature outside was cold. She wasted little time at all scooting free of him so that they were no longer touching. She continued to move over a little so there was a decent gap between them. “…You’re still sick…” She started quietly. “…You really should be inside and under the blankets or something where it’s warmer.” She told him. “You don’t need to be out here in the cold so close to an icicle that you get sicker.” She mumbled quietly.

Hikari smiled weakly when he said that Nanashi would keep trying, "Oh yes, I'm sure he will..." she said softly. She nodded again slightly after saying that she may just need to be left alone. "Either way...I don't expect very much from her tonight.... She's had a rough day." She smiled again when he said that she had done plenty for her and then sighed. "...I just hope it's enough..." she said softly before she turned her head away and raised her hand to her a mouth to stifle a yawn. She shook her head weakly and then sighed. "Just in case...don't let me sleep all day tomorrow, alright?" she said simply as she lowered her hand again and then crossed her arms on the table before lowering her head to rest on them again, though she continued to face Kyran this time rather than burrow her face in her arms.
Nanashi's ears laid back a little when LaRae didn't seem to respond to him at all, well other than looking away from him. He moved his hand down to her face again and gently caressed her cheek before he sighed softly. "...Alright...don't say anything..." he said in the same gentle voice, "....I know." He did understand completely. After all, he usually didn't want to talk after something had happened to him either, and he did already know what had happened and why she was so upset over it. "...It's okay...you'll be alright..." He stroked her cheek again a few times with his fingers lightly before he leaned in again, this time pressing lips lightly to her cheek. "...I'm here now...if that helps... I'm right here...no one's going to hurt you again." It was a little hard for him to be the comforting one, mostly because he had no idea what to do in order to be comforting. The only things that he could do and say were the things that he'd wished all those times before he met LaRae that someone would done for him. After a moment he sighed softly and kicked off his shoes carefully before he shifted further onto the bed and crawled over her without really touching her. Once he was on the other side of the bed he just lay down right beside her, turning onto his side to face her back as he wrapped his arms around her again and felt along her uninjured arm until he found her hand. He couldn't see what he was doing but he tried to lace his fingers with hers as he nuzzled into her hair. "...I love you..." he whispered softly, "I won't leave you alone again..."
Celestine blinked when Aamori moved away from him and nearly fell over but managed to catch himself before he got anywhere. He looked over to her and then sighed heavily when he figured out why she had moved away. He shook his head weakly and then looked at the window. "Talk about prison..." he said with a soft sigh. He pushed himself up and dusted off his clothes before he looked back to Aamori and moved closer to her again before kneeling in front of her. He reached out to place his hands on her cheeks and pulled her face up a little to meet his gaze. "...Come inside with me then...you don't have to stay out here on the porch..." He stared t her for a moment and then smiled weakly before he ran his fingers along her cheeks. "...LaRae will be alright...you did what you could. Be glad that we were told about her as soon as we were..." He sighed softly and pulled his hands back before he started to stand up again and held his hands out to help her up. "Come on, miss icicle."

Kyran shook his head lightly with a quiet laugh after she’d asked him not to let her sleep all day tomorrow. “What happens if I fall asleep on the job?” He asked teasingly. He most likely wouldn’t sleep too much of the day away so he’d make sure that she didn’t sleep for too long, unless there really was no reason to wake her up. That’d probably be the only reason he’d let her sleep as long as she needed. He smiled weakly and started to sit back in the chair a little. “At any rate, you look pretty tired.” He paused. “Why don’t you go crawl into bed? Sleeping at the table isn’t very comfortable and I speak from experience when I say that.” He said quietly.
LaRae barely responded even once Nanashi had touched her face. She merely blinked her eyes a couple times and then shifted her glance slightly so that she could try and look at him once he’d started speaking again. She was at least glad that he wasn’t going to pressure her into talking. She really just didn’t want to talk not to mention even if she did talk her voice would be completely hoarse and she didn’t really feel like dealing with that right now. She started to smile very weakly after he had kissed her cheek and said what he had, though the smile very quickly faded. She was kind of happy that he was here. She wasn’t really interested in having someone talking a whole lot and trying to figure out what was wrong by getting her to talk about it, all the while trying to do whatever they could to make her feel better, no offense whatsoever to Hikari but she just wasn’t interested in having her trying to comfort her. Thankfully Nanashi already did have some knowledge of why she was acting the way she was so he didn’t have to dig for answers. She opened her eyes a bit more and focused on Nanashi once she noticed that he was moving. She laid her head back against the pillow completely once Nanashi had moved over to the other side of the bed. She laid pretty still once he had wrapped his arms around her and started trying to locate her hand. She very briefly smiled weakly again after he had spoken and then pulled his hand along with hers until both hands were near her chest. After that she leaned her head down a little so that her chin was closer to her chest as well so she could lean her face against his hand.
Aamori didn’t really think that the bedroom was like a prison but then again she wasn’t Celestine. She didn’t mind being indoors and especially when sick. Celestine at least got to have control over the window and to her knowledge so long as he was in the room there wasn’t much of a problem. She was a little surprised that he had come over and taken hold of her face like he had so of course she couldn’t help but blush slightly. She just kind of stared at him for a moment after he had said that she didn’t have to stay out here on the porch and then continued on to say that LaRae would be alright. She was glad that they had been told about her when they had. She really would have hated to see LaRae have been stuck in there until morning. God only knew how bad she’d have been if she had to stay in there any longer than she had. She stared at his hands for a brief moment after he had stood up and held them out to her. She sighed quietly and reached up to take hold of his hands as gently as she could since she still had scrapes on her palms as well.

Hikari smiled weakly when Kyran told her to go on to bed. She sighed and then raised her head again before she started to stand up and stretch a little. "Well, if you fall asleep on the job I suppose we'll just have to hope that someone else wakes me up." She walked over to Kyran and leaned down before pressing her lips lightly to his for a second. "Goodnight..." she said quietly before she straightened up and turned to go back to the bedroom that she had been using. She sighed softly as she stepped into the room and pulled the door closed behind her. She honestly couldn't believe how much she had been sleeping lately and how tired she was already just from using her magic again. Once she reached the bed she just puled back the covers and laid down on the mattress before pulling them up to her chin and curling up on her side. It wasn't too long after she closed her eyes that she was already falling asleep.
Nanashi couldn't really tell what LaRae was doing, he could barely see much of anything in the dark. He smiled weakly when he felt her pull his hand up and then felt her face in his hand. He closed his eyes and tightened his arm around her gently as he moved his fingers a little to try and caress her cheek. He leaned his forehead against the back of her head lightly and then moved his tail across the bed until he found hers and then let his slip underneath her and curl around it a couple of times before he started to move the end of his tail back and forth along the bed, in turn taking hers with it in a gentle rocking motion. A moment later he started to hum softly to a gentle tune that was essentially a wordless lullaby. It was a little hard to hum with his nose swollen like it was, but since it wasn't actually clogged up anymore he could at least manage. He just hoped that he didn't sound too annoying since his voice kept breaking, but even at that the sound was soft and the breaks only seemed to just make the sound fade out rather than crack. He was just trying to comfort her in the only ways that he knew how. He did remember his mother sining to him when he was upset, though only vaguely, and it always calmed him down when she did.
Celestine closed his hands over hers and pulled her up carefully when she took his hands and then held onto one as he walked back to the door, not really wanting to make Aamori crawl through the window again. He reached out to open the door and then led her inside before starting over to the bedroom that he'd been using and over to the bed to sit down. He looked at the window again and sighed softly before he finally released looked down to Aamroi's hand and turned it over so that he could see her palm. "...How many times did you fall?" he asked softly as he ran his finger gently over her palm.

Kyran looked over at Hikari once she started to stand up. “I’ll make sure you get woken up at some point tomorrow.” He told her quietly. He smiled a bit once Hikari had pulled back from the kiss she’d given him. “Goodnight. Sleep well.” He responded and watched her as she headed back to the room that she had been using. He continued to sit where he was for a few minutes, just taking in the silence for a bit before he finally started to stand up from his seat. He didn’t mind lingering around here for awhile but he was going to need to head to bed eventually himself and there wasn’t really an open space here, to his knowledge. He had a bed waiting for him at the other house anyway and with nothing more to really do here there wasn’t any real need for him to stick around. He sighed softly and started to step away from the table and head toward the front doors so that he could slip out onto the porch. He made sure that he shut the front door quietly behind him mostly so that if anyone was asleep already he wasn’t making a whole lot of noise. After he was clear of the door he started down the steps and onto the beach before he started to walk back towards the other house.
LaRae continued to lay there quietly with a good hold of his hand still. After he started humming she couldn’t help but start nuzzling against his hand a little. She may not have had the desire to talk but she still could respond to something’s easily enough. She was finding some comfort in just having Nanashi with her so she didn’t think that he really needed to try too hard to be comforting, though she wasn’t going to complain. It really was kind of nice having him here like this. She finally stopped nuzzling against his hand and just rested against it. She’d expended a great deal of energy today and she was pretty tired to begin with so it really hadn’t taken too long for her tiredness to overpower her and the lullaby that Nanashi was humming certainly hadn’t been helping to keep her awake.
Aamori followed after Celestine of course since he had a hold of her hand as he started toward the front door. She had only really sat outside rather than gone in because she wasn’t sure how long she was going to be over here. She knew that it was getting later and she’d want to go to bed sooner or later. Though, her bedroom at the other house was kind of occupied now. Even so, there were two chaise lounge chairs near the back bedrooms; she could always snag one of them to sleep in again once she got back over there. Since Celestine was still sick she probably should’ve just come inside to begin with rather than sit out on the porch. She continued to follow him until he’d gotten to the bed and wound up turning her hand over. She couldn’t help but stare down at her palm for a moment after he had asked how many times she fell. She was thoroughly embarrassed now that he had asked. She would have preferred it just not be brought up and now he wanted to know how many times. She sighed quietly and looked away from the scrapes on her hand. “…A few…” She answered quietly. At this point she’d willingly say that cobblestone paths on the main island were her enemy. She had managed to fall at least three times from one side of the island to the other. The first time she fell it was mostly because she started running too fast all at once and just flat out tripped. Then of course after that the other falls came easily enough. “……Hikari cleaned them out for me…” She uttered quietly.

Nanashi continued to hum softly as LaRae nuzzled into his hand since he assumed that meant that she liked it. He continued to move his tail with hers as well, at least until she stopped nuzzling his hand. Once she fell still he stopped moving his tail, though he continued to keep it wrapped loosely around hers. He continued to hum for a few minutes after she'd gone still and then finally took a rest and sighed as he nuzzled his head into her hair again. It wasn't very long after that that he had fallen asleep again as well, though at least this time he seemed a little more content as he held onto LaRae and let her hold onto his hand.
Celestine sighed softly when she said that she'd fallen a few times and then shook his head weakly. "...Such a klutz..." he said softly before he leaned his head closer to her hand and kissed it lightly. He had spent enough healing energy today, he wasn't even going to attempt healing them for her, but he would 'kiss it and make it better' since she seemed to like to think that actually worked. He looked up to her again and then motioned toward the bed with his head before he yawned. He had been up at practically the crack of dawn this morning, so he was already getting tired. He'd had a little more excitement that he intended for the day as well. "...If there's no room at the other house you can stay here...I don't think anyone would mind..." He glanced over to the bed and then sighed, "...I could see if I could share a bed with Marius or Kyran..." Honstly, he'd about rather see if Kyran was willing to share considering that he'd had about all of Marius he could stand for a couple of days and today was the one day that he wasn't hovering over him.

Kyran continued across the beach until he had made it to the other house and almost immediately started up the steps and towards the front doors. He may have slept a considerable amount already today but he was kind of looking forward to at least laying down and resting his back and abdomen from all the moving. He slipped inside as quietly as possible since again, he didn't really know who was awake and who wasn't. He knew Aamori had come over here so he suspected that her and Celestine were likely still awake but even still, he was trying to quiet. He started over to the room that he had been using and stepped inside. He moved to the side of the bed and reached down to turn the light on for the moment so that he could see. He shook his head after he got the light on and saw that the bed had been invaded by Esen and Nobu. He didn't really want to kick them out of the bed and he had been pretty used to sharing a bed with Nobu so he didn't think it'd be that hard to squeeze in with Esen there too, if she didn't hightail it out of here first. He glanced down at Nobu and shook his head slightly. "You do know you two have to share the bed now that I'm back, right?" He said quietly as he continued to look down at Nobu.
Nobu hadn't bothered to move even an inch until after the light had come on. He lifted his head slightly and then started wagging his tails behind him a little after hearing Kyran say that they had to share the bed now that he was back. He knew that well enough and was just glad that he hadn't been bunking with Minako. She'd have told him to sleep on the floor, though he always wound up back in the bed at some point through the night. '...Of course.' He responded before turning his head to look at the bed for a moment. 'Just find a spot and squeeze in.' He told him jokingly.
Aamori hadn't really wanted to have Celestine heal her scrapes for her anyway so it was fine that he couldn't do it for her. Hikari had already cleaned them out and they weren't bothering her that much. It was more a brief annoying twinge of pain depending on what brushed against the scrapes. She was pretty sure that she could live with it and they would heal on their on. Her cheeks gained a light pink hue and she couldn't help smiling a little after he had kissed her boo-boo. She was honestly have tempted to put her other hand up to see if he'd kiss it and make it better, too. She didn't bother though since he had yawned and started going on about the bed. She guessed that it really wasn't that hard to figure out that there wasn't much of any room at all at the other house, well unless she shared a bed but she wasn't about to go over there and climb into someone else's bed without prior knowledge of it. She glanced at the bed for a moment and then shook her head lightly. "No... it's alright..." She started quietly. "You go ahead and use the bed. I'll find somewhere to sleep." She told him quietly before she started to inch closer to the bedroom door. Either house that she stayed in she suspected she'd be able to use one of the lounge chairs, she just wanted to make sure that this house did have them just like the other since she figured that her and Celestine couldn't just share the bed since he had made mention that he could see if he could share a bed with Marius or Kyran. Besides, she honestly couldn't just take his bed when he was both still sick and clearly tired.

Esen hadn't really bothered to get up either, though she raised her head as Kyran walked into the room and then laid her ears back a little when he turned on the light and said that they would have to share the bed. She glanced over for a moment, realizing that there wasn't a whole lot of room for Kyran on the bed. He wasn't as tiny as Celestine so all three of them on the bed would be a really tight fit. She edged closer to the side of the bed and then hopped off lightly and shook out her fur before she sat down in the floor beside the bed and looked up at Kyran before looking back to the bed for a moment. She whined softly as she yawned and then shook her head before looking at Nobu. 'I'll go sleep with Celestine...I don't think we're all going to fit,' she told him quietly. Also she partially just didn't know Kyran well enough to want to share a bed with him. At current the only ones in the group that she was comfortable enough with to sleep next to were Celestine, Kanone, and Nobu.
Celestine looked up to Aamori again when when she declined taking the bed and then sighed softly and shook his head as she started toward the door. "All of the beds over here are taken, too... I don't really mine, I'm sure one of the two would be willing to share with me, there's plenty of room for two people..." He sighed and tilted his head. "...If you want you can use half of the bed...I just thought you should have your own room...I mean...everyone in this house is a guy, so..." he just sighed and then shrugged a little. Marius's ethics had at least rubbed off on him a little. He didn't think that it was entirely proper for a man and woman to share a bed if they weren't married, even if it was just for sleep. Still if Aamori wouldn't let him evacuate the room he'd rather she share a room with him than anyone else or sleep in one of those little chairs.

Kyran eyed Nobu for a moment after he had responded the way he had and shook his head lightly. He would've made room for himself on the bed even if Esen hadn't gotten down. He wasn't against forcibly putting his legs under a couple dogs, or laying on Nobu for that matter. He glanced down at Esen briefly since she had gotten down from the bed and was sitting beside it at the moment. He assumed that she was still pretty uncomfortable around him and that was why she'd gotten down. He felt a little bad for causing her to get up but he did want to lay down and he wasn't really interested in trying to coax her back onto the bed. If she wanted to go somewhere else to sleep then that was fine by him. He smiled weakly at Esen and half thought about patting her head up refrained. "...I appreciate it, Esen." He told her quietly since she had gotten down on her own. He started to sit down on the edge of the bed now that there was room and began to undo the buttons to his vest.
Nobu wasn't really that surprised to see Esen get down from the bed. He had thought she might stick around since she wasn't going to be in the bed alone with Kyran, either way he wasn't going to stop her from doing whatever made her more comfortable. He lowered his head slightly and rolled onto his side a little lazily. He looked at Esen and tried to nod his head as clearly as possible. 'Alright... I'm sure he won't mind the company. He hasn't really seen either of us for a good chunk of the day.' He responded to her quietly. 'I doubt he'd turn you away but if you come back I'm sure we can just pile on Kyran. I used to do it all of the time.' He added with a quiet chuckle.
Aamori paused near the door when Celestine started to speak. She glanced back at him and sighed quietly. She didn't want to run him out of his own bed and he clearly didn't sound too keen on the idea of them sharing a bed so she didn't really want to do that either. She was personally kind of on the fence on the whole men and women sleeping together thing being proper or not. If two people were old enough to make their own decisions then she didn't really see where the big problem was with a man and a woman sharing a bed if they wanted to, especially if it was only for sleeping purposes. On the other hand she kind of understood why a man and a woman shouldn't sleep in the same bed. She sighed again quietly and shook her head a little. "Don't worry about it. I've already spent the night in one of the chaise chairs once before, I can do it again." She knew that she'd probably wind up on the floor at some point if she slept in one of those chairs again but she really didn't mind. The chair was better than running Celestine out of his own room and better than having him invade Marius' or Kyran's bed. She turned her head and happened to glance across the hall to see that Kyran was already back. By the looks of it Celestine wouldn't even be able to share a bed with him if he wanted. Kyran and Nobu alone looked like they could easily take up most of that bed.

Esen wagged her tails weakly when Kyran thanked her and gave a quiet 'woof' of acknowledgment. She glanced over to Nobu when he said that she could pile in on Kyran if she came back and then chuckled softly and shook her head. 'I don't think the floor is that bad,' she said quietly, 'no need to squish anyone.' She stood up again after that and swished her tails lightly and glanced back to Kyran, giving his hand a quick 'goodnight' lick before she backed up and started out of the room. 'Goodnight, Nobu.' She walked across the hall silently and then paused at the door to Celestine's room when she saw Aamori. Rather than push past her to get inside she just sat down by the door patiently to wait for her to pick a direction and go in it.
Celestine sighed softly when she told him not to worry about it and then sighed. "Alright, fine," he said simply, obviously tired of going back and forth on it. "Do what you want...I'll see you in the morning." He stood up again for a moment and turned around to pull back the covers before sitting down again and then took the other pillow from the bed and tossed it at her. "Here, you can at least use that." He wished she'd just use the bed and let him go crawl in with one of the guys rather than sleep in a chair, but if she'd rather sleep in a chair than take him up on the offer he couldn't really do much to stop her. "...Goodnight, Aamori..." he said softly as he crawled into the bed again and pulled the covers up nearly to his chin. He couldn't deny being a little chilly, so the warm blankets were about the only thing that he liked about being indoors.

Kyran smiled slightly after Esen licked his hand and watched her for a moment as she started out of the room. Once she was clear of the door he stood up and slipped out of his vest before folding it up and setting it down on the night stand. He wasted very little time stepping over to the door so that he could close it a bit. He paused briefly at the door and glanced across the hall. He didn't bother looking for long and had closed the door all but a crack just in case Nobu wanted to be able to get out of the room. He then went back to the bed and yanked the covers out from under Nobu so that he could get into the bed and get covered up.
Nobu looked to Esen and watched himself once she started out of the room. 'Goodnight, Esen.' He called after her and then watched once Kyran started to get up to go and close the door. He continued to lay where he was at least until Kyran had come back and rather suddenly yanked the covers out from under him. He didn't fight it and just rolled to the side a little more as the covers pulled from under him and then made himself comfortable again as Kyran started getting into the bed.
Aamori was at least kind of glad that Celestine gave up on trying to get her to take his bed, honestly she wasn't sure how much more she was willing to argue that with him. She nodded her head slightly after he said that he would see her in the morning. She startled slightly once he had tossed the pillow at her. She fumbled with it a little but at least didn't drop it on the floor. She wrapped her arms around the pillow and held it close for a moment before glancing back at him. "...Thank you." She responded quietly. She stood there for a moment after he had told her goodnight and then glanced back through the door to notice Esen sitting there. She smiled weakly when she noticed that she was in the way and Esen was most likely waiting for her to move. "It looks like you may be sharing the bed after all." She said quietly, assuming that Esen was coming to bed. She looked back at the bed briefly before she started back into the room, partly so that she could get out of Esen's way. She inched over to the bed while still holding onto the pillow, pausing only long enough to lift her hand to brush her hair behind her ear just before she reached the bed. She smiled again slightly and leaned over so that she could kiss Celestine's cheek lightly. "Goodnight." She uttered quietly as she stood up straight again and then started to head back towards the door so that she could get out of his room and let him get to sleep.

Esen tilted her head slightly when Aamori looked at her and then continued to wait for her to move before she slipped into the room after she'd moved. She walked around to the opposite side of the bed from Aamori and then glanced up at Celestine for a moment before she carefully hopped up at the edge of the bed and then edged a little closer to Celestine's side before laying down close to his back with her head resting on his side. She glanced over to Aamori when she came back to the bed and wagged her tails slightly when she saw her kiss Celestine's cheek. It seemed those two had at least gotten somewhere over the course of the day.
Celestine half smiled a she fumbled the pillow and thanked him and then blinked when she said that he may be sharing the bed anyway. She glanced up briefly and then smiled slightly when he saw Esen come into the room and hope up on the bed. He shook his head weakly and then smiled again before he laid his head back down and closed his eyes to go to sleep, though they snapped open again when he felt her lips on his cheek. He looked up to her, his cheeks turning a few shades of pink before he glanced away. After he had kissed her one the lips earlier he didn't know why it was still embarrassing to be kissing on the cheek, though of course it made him happy. He closed his eyes again after a moment and sighed softly. "...Goodnight..." he responded quietly.

Aamori slipped out of the bedroom once she reached the door and closed the door just a little behind her before she started down toward the other side of the house. She passed through the kitchen without stopping and finally paused once she came to the two chaise lounge chairs. She stepped over to the one on the right side of the room and set the pillow down before she lowered herself down onto the chair and tried to get comfortable. She laid on her side facing the wall and buried her head into the pillow. These chairs weren't the most comfortable thing she could be sleeping on but it was better than the floor. It was also better then feeling bad for kicking Celestine out of his bed when he was still sick. She sighed quietly and curled up a little where she was laying. She wasn't too tired at the moment but she'd fall asleep soon enough since that was all there really was to do.

Celestine didn't take very long to fall asleep either once he had laid down and gotten comfortable. For once he actually managed to sleep well past dawn, which was normally when he was up. He was warm and comfortable for once and on top of still not feeling very well and all of the excitement last night that kept him up a little later than he otherwise would have been up, he was still pretty tired. He did wake up once, but only for a couple of minutes before he realized that Esen was still using him for a pillow and went back to sleep again. Since he already had his pendant back there wasn't much else to preoccupy his mind other than wondering how Nanashi and LaRae were doing, but he was sure he could find that out later. After all they were usually the latest sleepers of the group and he really didn't feel like budging right now, so it wasn't long before he was right back asleep again.
Nanashi was still sound asleep right where he had passed out the night before and was still clinging to LaRae unless she had managed to unravel herself and move. His face was snuggled into her hair and practically hidden from view altogether. He was still completely exhausted form the previous day so if he was allowed he could honestly stay like this for a poor portion of the day. Bruises had already clearly formed on his abdomen where he had been kicked so many times and it was probably going to hurt to move too much. The bruising on his face had darkened as well, though the swelling had subsided quite a bit from last night and his busted lip had scabbed over as well as the scrapes. From the look of him it probably wouldn't surprise anyone too much if he didn't get out of bed today at all.
Kanone, for once, was already up before ten since he'd rested practically all day yesterday save his visit to Nero, and was honestly just tired of laying there. Right now he was in the kitchen trying his best to find something that was either easy to cook or didn't really requite much effort to prepare at all. He was still completely oblivious to the commotion last night since her really hadn't been paying too much attention to it. He knew Nanahsi had been looking for LaRae but he never knew that he left and assumed that she'd come back at some point, though he hadn't heard from them. He assumed by their door being closed that they were in the room snoozing. He was a little surprised that Hikari wasn't up yet, but he assumed she was probably just sleeping in since there wasn't too much more to do here and she was supposed to still be taking it easy. Still he half wished she'd come out here and try cooking something because right now he was doing a poor job of it.

LaRae hadn't really budged even an inch throughout the night. She was incredibly tired after everything that had happened yesterday and wanted nothing more than to sleep until her hearts content. She did wake up once during the course of the night but didn't stay awake for too long. While she was at least awake enough to have taken a brief notice that the stuff from the cast was still on her arm. She guessed that Hikari hadn't remembered to come back and take it off. She didn't bother touching it even though she was fairly certain that it could come off easily right then if she wanted. She just didn't want to touch it, the last time she did something bad happened. After that she merely held a little tighter to Nanashi's hand since she still held it captive and then fell right back asleep. Other than the cast on her arm there wasn't a whole lot that seemed out of place, though, her wrists and ankles had developed a little more clear bruising over the course of the night courtesy of the steel shackles she'd been stuck wearing the previous day.
Aamori managed to sleep through the night even if she had a bit of a rough time of it. She had managed to roll right off the chair sometime in the very early morning hours but went right back to sleep after she flattened out on the floor. She continued to sleep with her cheek pressed against the floor for a couple hours longer before she finally started to come to. She cracked her eyes open and really wasn't surprised to be seeing the room from floor level. She'd woken up on the floor several times lately and in the past so it was almost a little abnormal not to wake up on the floor. She pushed herself up into a seated position and rubbed the side of her face with the back of her hand for a moment before stifling a yawn. It didn't take her very long to finally get onto her feet and start towards the kitchen. She stretched a little in the process before continuing down towards the front of the house. It was still kind of early to her, or well, it was still well before noon so it was still early. She thought briefly about seeing if Celestine was awake yet but she kind of wanted to go check on LaRae and Nanashi. She wasn't sure if Celestine would be allowed to leave the house yet so she kind of thought she'd rather slip over there and see if she could get an update before seeing him. She stepped over to the door and slipped out onto the porch as quietly as she possibly could before closing the door behind her and starting down the steps to get over to the other house. She was a little pleased by the weather at least once she got outside. It was warm with a slight breeze, even if that was what it was usually like she was still happy about it. She kind of took her time getting over to the other house and immediately started up the steps once she reached them so that she could slip inside.
