Kanone sighed softly when Nero said that his friend was one of those idiots. He shook his head a little as he listened to what he said about him attacking Nanashi for no apparent reason. He blinked when he said that he was surprised LaRae was even alive after he stepped in. "...I think I missed something..." he said blankly, "I thought you said he attacked Nana....ah...never mind..." It finally seemed to piece together in his mind. Of course LaRae would have stepped in if Nanashi was attacked. He half smiled and then sighed, "...Well, there were several people wandering around there, I'm sure, and I doubt they would have left her to bleed to death if they saw her." He half smiled when Nero said that both of his parents were on the same bandwagon as nearly everyone in his clan. "It's a little hard to talk after the person's dead," he said with a weak laugh, "...but I guess your parents beliefs do tend to rub off a little in places..." He smiled at him again, "So long as they don't override your personal beliefs I guess that's fine. Just don't turn into one of those idiots, I may have to punch you then just because." Of course he was joking there, or at least half joking. He would get pretty irritated at anyone who turned out like that, even Celestine made him want to smack him at times when he was overly unreasonable.

Esen didn't bother to say anything more to Shen, she just continued to hurry along her way. It did still take them longer to get back to the others, but it still didn't take them too terribly long to manage. Once she reached the edge of the clearing again she barked once to announce to the others that they were back and wagged her tails a little as she stepped out of the trees.

Nanashi had finally stopped crying again, but he had kept his gaze almost locked on the trees, waiting anxiously for someone to come back. He had only just recently closed his eyes again and leaned his head back against Kyran's chest, by now almost too tired to keep his eyes open to watch for anyone. His eyelids fluttered a little as he tried to open his eyes again upon hearing Esen's bark. He tried to raise his head off of Kyran's chest a little but he was forced to just lean his head back again as he turned it to see who all was returning. He hoped that someone had managed to find LaRae, but he couldn't really tell at the moment. He just say Esen, and it took him a few moments to even see the larger black canine behind her. In spire of the canine's devilish appearance he really didn't react much, mostly because he was too tired to come up with much of one, and if Esen didn't seem to mind it it must not be too dangerous. It took him a moment to notice the arms wrapped around the beast's neck, but he could hardly tell who they belonged to. His vision still wasn't cooperating with him very well, it was a little blurry and kept trying to split in two on him. "...LaRae...?" he asked quietly, hoping Kyran could see better than he could.

Nero glanced back to Kanone when he said that he thought he missed something and then eventually said never mind. It appeared to have clicked, what he had been meaning. He didn't really want to have to explain further what he meant so he was kind of glad Kanone appeared to get it. He nodded his head almost weakly after hearing what Kanone had said about there being several people wandering around and he doubted they would've left her to bleed to death. "...That may be true but most people would have seen her as a halfbreed, not a dragon and most people don't give a damn about halfbreeds. So, at the time when I first saw her again I was genuinely a bit surprised." He admitted quietly. He nodded his head again when Kanone had said that your parents beliefs do tend to rub off a little in places. That was for sure, though it wasn't quite a 'rub off' in his opinion. It was more like forced. He shrugged lightly. "The only time I turn into one of those idiots as you put it is when it's a direct order." He said with sigh. "Direct orders from the command are not easily ignored." He added. "That aside, you should survive." He told him. "Because... you know, if you ever punch me I will most likely punch you back." He said with a nod and a brief hint of a smile.

Shen followed after Esen in silence the rest of the way back and only stopped very so often for a brief moment to shift. His ears were still laid back slightly since he still didn't care for the fact that a stranger was clung to his back. He was eager to get her off and go back into hiding. His ears perked slightly for a moment at Esen's bark and then laid back again. At least they were here and all he had to worry about now was how long it was going to take to get the girl off of him. He followed her out of the trees and into the clearing a bit though he did move a little closer to the others in hopes that someone would help remove LaRae.

Kyran had practically been napping while he had a hold of Nanashi. There hadn't been much else to really do and he was still a little tired, then of course a nap beat the hell out of worrying about something he could do nothing about at the moment. He did wake up and crack his eyes open when he heard the bark and soon heard Nanashi question if it was LaRae. He focused his eyes a bit and then looked when Esen started coming into the clearing with a rather large, almost creepy looking black canine behind her. Once he got over the fact there was a new canine he noticed that LaRae was indeed on the dogs back. He smiled weakly and glanced down to Nanashi. "She's there. Esen and the other canine found her." He said quietly.

Aamori turned her head slightly when she heard the bark and watched when Esen and the other canine came back into the clearing. She smiled seeing that they had LaRae with them and then looked to Hikari. "They got her, looks like you have something to do now." She said and then glanced back to the canines. Of everyone here Hikari was the one most qualified to check someone out and make sure they were alright, plus, Hikari seemed bored just sitting around doing nothing.

Kanone half smiled and then tilted his head a little. "...I'm sure there were still a good amount of people around who wouldn't leave her even if she was a halfbreed," he said softly, "I'm pretty sure Hikari and Kyran don't care for the most part, and I know I don't, but I wasn't there, so I didn't do anything." he said with a soft laugh. He tilted his head a little when Nero said that he only became one of the idiots when it was an order and then sighed heavily. "Well...I guess that can't really be helped," he said simply. He smirked a little and then laughed softly when he said that he would most likely punch him back if he ever punched him. "I would expect nothing less," he said simply. His ears perked a little when he heard Esen bark and he looked over to the woods with a smile. "Hey, they're back...and they've got LaRae." He glanced down to Kyiri for a moment and then half smiled since it seemed she had stopped crying and had just taken to sitting there nuzzled up against him. He stroked her hair again and then glanced over to Nero with a half smile. "Too much to ask for you to move her nice and gentle-like?" he asked with a soft smile. He'd kinda gathered that Nero wasn't too crazy about LaRae, but he didn't know if anyone else was strong enough to life her aside from Nero, himself, or Kyran, and he and Kyran kind of had their arms full at the moment, of course he could easily set Kyiri aside and try to do it himself...if he could get up yet. Of course he completely forgot about the other guard that was standing around, but that didn't really dawn on him since he was just used to the eight of them.

Esen moved out of Shen's way once they were both back in the clearing and then glanced back to him before moving a little closer to him and nuzzling his chin gently once. 'Thank you,' she told him quietly before she moved away and went back to Nobu to see how he was doing. She was glad to see that Aamori and Hikari were sitting with him, though it didn't really seem to her that he was too aware of any of them. She edged closer to him again and licked his head one more time before laying down near him, though she couldn't really get where she had been before for Hikari sitting there.

Nanashi sighed softly in relief and then relaxed a little once Kyran had confirmed that LaRae was with the canines. A ghost of a smile came to his face as he closed his eyes again. "...Thank goodness..." he breathed quietly as he turned his head back to a more comfortable position. He would have tried to get up to go see how she was, but after his last attempt at getting up he doubted he'd get much further this time. He really was exhausted now that his adrenalin had worn off, it was a struggle just to stay conscious where he was. He was sure the others would take care of LaRae, so he could relax a little more now that she'd been found.

Hikari glanced over when she heard Esen bark and then smiled slightly before she looked back to Aamori. She laughed softly when she said that it looked like she had something to do now and then nodded her head. She glanced back to the large black canine and then stood up, though she stood there almost warily. She had no idea where that thing had come from, though...something told her that Reyes probably knew considering that Kanone and Nero didn't seem surprised by it's presence. Finally she started to move a little closer, staggering a little since she had been sitting on her knees for a bit. She only got about halfway toward the unfamiliar canine before she felt a hand on her arm pulling her to a stop. She looked back and then stared at the guard when she realized he'd stopped her; she'd almost forgotten about him. Well of course he wasn't going to let her get near something that looked like that.
"Princess...I don't believe you should get near...that..." he said as he stared at it, looking a little unsure what to do about it. He didn't want to shoot it but then again, the thing was just...kinda scary looking.
Hikari sighed, looking a little exasperated. "...Then you get her off of his back," she said simply. She watched as he guard started forward timidly and then huffed, crossing her arms as her tail flicked and even her wings flapped open a little before closing tight against her back again.

Nero's attention shifted a bit when Esen and Shen got back and came out into the clearing. He hadn't bothered saying a word about it and hadn't really planned on getting up and doing anything about it. He just kind of sat silently though he did glance back over at Kanone when he heard him ask if it was too much to ask for him to move her 'nice and gentle-like'. He stared at him for a moment or two before sighing heavily. "You do realize you're asking me to be nice to someone I've tried to kill before." He commented more then questioned. He wasn't crazy about LaRae and probably still wouldn't flinch at the chance to hurt her himself so asking him to be 'nice and gentle-like' was quite the task. In all honesty he may really have been fighting himself on whether or not he wanted to dislike the girl. Part of him wanted to hate her and hurt her for what she'd done to his friend but the other part of him knew she was his comrade for the time being and he'd always taken care of his comrades. He settled back slightly, really not interested in getting up to move LaRae. That did change slightly however when he heard the hard time that Hikari... er... Selenity... was getting from the guard about getting near Shen. He saw the way the guard took to timidly approaching Shen and then shook his head with a heavy sigh before getting to his feet. "...Honestly..." He muttered under his breath before he started to head over towards Shen, purposely walked maybe just a little too close to the guard. "I'll get her." He muttered, mostly to the guard. He didn't think it'd be a good idea for someone noticeably crept out and possibly scared of Shen to get too close to the canine. Getting too close without some confidence would only coax the creature into scaring you more and he'd probably wind up biting the guard which would only make everything worse. He went straight over to Shen and set his hand down lightly on his head and patted him gently before kneeling down long enough to break LaRae's hands apart so that she wasn't clinging to Shen any longer. She didn't respond to his touching her but she appeared to be breathing. He assumed she may be asleep or something. He stood up and moved his arms so that he could grab hold of her around her waist and lift her up like he had done to Kyiri earlier. Considering the way that she was laying on Shen it was going to be kind of hard to pick her up in a more gentle way and personally he really didn't care to take the time to try and pick her up properly and this way was just fine. He heaved her up off of Shen and towards his hip a bit so that the weight wasn't all on his arm. "You can go, Shen." He said and then started to take a step towards Hikari after Shen had moved. He didn't get very far before LaRae started to respond and started trying to get her feet stable on the ground. Of course he paused and let her have her way so that she could try and stand up though he did keep a firm hold on her upper arm so that if she was going to go down he could at least stop it.

Shen didn't even bother responding to Esen he just waited impatiently for someone to come and help him get this girl off of his back. He stared over at Hikari when she started to move towards him though he focused more on the guard since he had stopped her and was instead timidly approaching. Of course that made his tails sway slightly behind him. He could really use a chance to scare the crap out of guard to make up for the trouble of lugging the girl back here. He was a little saddened when Nero wound up stepping up to get the girl instead of the guard. He grumbled quietly to himself and waited impatiently again for Nero to remove the girl. As soon as he heard him say that he could go he practically scurried off to Reyes and stood in his shadow. He didn't care who was looking and wasted little to no time at all seeping down into the shadow where he had wished he'd been the whole time.

Kyran was relieved that the canines had managed to find LaRae, not just because he was worried about her but because it wasn't helping Nanashi at all for him to be worrying about her like he was. He nodded his head slightly in response to his saying 'thank goodness' and then glanced down to Nanashi again. "Try and get a little rest now." He told him though that much should have been obvious. If anything he just kind of hoped there was time for Nanashi to rest. Though, he wasn't really sure everyone was in the shape to get up and move right now which was probably a good thing.

LaRae had been asleep, or at least out of it enough to appear to be asleep. She didn't even start to stir until after Nero had managed to get her up off of the furry cushion and she was hanging rather uncomfortably by his side. She cracked her eyes open and had a bit of trouble focusing at first. Her head still ached and being partially upside down wasn't helping at all. She almost immediately started trying to put her feet on the ground so that she could stand up on her own and was a little relieved when she didn't met with much resistance. She started to stand up a bit shakily at first and once she was upright she kept her head tilted downward a bit and tried to step away from Nero though she stopped and jerked her arm slightly before glancing over to see that he had a hold of it and didn't appear to be letting go. She didn't have the energy to fight him on that so she didn't but she did want to get somewhere that she could sit down.

Nobu had been extremely tired and had fallen asleep while Esen was gone and hadn't moved much at all even once she had come back. His ears twitched slightly at her licking him but other then that he didn't move or respond. He had used a bit of energy today on top of getting the nasty gashes he had so he was really tired and wasn't likely going to wake very easily, at least not right away.

Kanone merely smiled at Nero when he looked at him and made his comment. "...Yeah...so? You can do it, I'm sure," he said with a calm smile. He sighed softly and then continued in an quiet, oddly gentle tone that one might sooner expect to her him speaking to Celestine in, "...Look, I don't know what she did, to your friend, but from the sounds of it he started it. She got him back for what he did to Nanashi, and you got her back for what she did to him... I think time to call that cased closed. Your friend is still alive, and I think near death is plenty of punishment... Besides, life gets to be one big pain in the tail if you hold grudges like that. You don't have to like her, but you can at least be decent." Honestly he had given a speak similar to that to Celestine before. He knew that Celestine pretty much hated the earth clan, so he was kind of used to giving anti-grudge speeches, and he'd gotten down pact the art of not telling people that they were wrong when he was lecturing them. That only led to them being defensive and not budging. It wasn't like he was trying to make Nero be friends with LaRae, but he hardly saw a point to mistreating her after everything was said an done. He'd already gotten her back for hurting his friend, in his eyes, that should have been enough of that.

The guard glanced over to the dark dragon when he came near him, but he didn't move away from him or seem as disgusted with being near him as some of the other guards had been. Actually, he looked a little relieved that he didn't have to go near that monstrous dog to get the girl. He took the princess's order to heart, and he was trying to treat the dark dragons as any guest of the royals should be treated. He watched in silence as the dark dragon removed the girl from the beast's back and then let her get to her feet. He could tell that the girl wasn't very steady, so he moved a little closer once the dog had moved away and then reached around her to wrap his arm around her waist gently while pulling her other arm around his shoulders. "...Thank you, I can take her from here," he said simply in his what seemed to be a usual quiet tone. He gathered that the princess wanted to take a look at the girl, and he didn't particularly want the dark dragon to be the one taking her over, mostly since the way he'd held her before hardly seemed like a comfortable position and he didn't want to put the girl through any more discomfort.

Hikari watched for a few moments as the guard moved timidly forward and Nero got up to get LaRae. She was actually a little glad to see the way that the guard reacted to Nero's passing by him so closely. Her eyes flickered to 'Shen' when Nero told him that he could go and she stared in a state of wonder for a moment as the beast actually sank into Reyes's shadow. After a moment she shook her head and looked back to the guard again since he was trying to take LaRae off of Nero's hands and actually smiled a little at the way he spoke to Nero. Well, she was starting to like this guard a lot more than she had previously. At least he could be civil, meaning he likely didn't detest every dark dragon in existence simply for the color of their scales. She finally relaxed her arms at her sides again and waited patiently for a moment for someone to do something with LaRae so that she could look her over. She already noticed the nasty red mark on her face, but she didn't know if she could do anything about that at the moment.

Nanashi sighed when Kyran told him to rest now and nodded his head a little. Honestly, he hate resting right now, partially because he was using Kyran for a pillow. He couldn't honestly say that he wanted to be laid on the ground, but he kind of hoped Kyran wasn't feeling obligated to hold him up like this. Finally, he released his fist full of Kyran's shift and let his hand come back down to rest across his lap before he nuzzled into Kyran's chest again weakly. So long as Kyran was holding him, he was going to make himself comfortable as possible. It was rather easy for him to find it relaxing being this close to someone, except for maybe Aamori. Much like most reptiles, he rather enjoyed curling up next to anything warm, but aside from that even it was just nice actually having someone around he could be close to. Of course his mind was still far from easy, but he had at least seemed to relax a considerable amount and seemed to be pretty out of it very soon after snuggling in to get comfortable.

Nero wasn't exactly thrilled about helping with LaRae but at the same time he didn't entirely mind. He just wasn't going to cave and be completely nice to her, he just couldn't talk himself into doing that. He glanced over to the guard when he approached now that everything was clear, i.e. Shen had gone away. He still held onto LaRae's arm while he watched the guard position himself to take LaRae off of his hands. He was honestly a little surprised that the guard appeared to be being civil, well, he was treating him the way Hikari had told him to. He wasn't sure that should really surprise him since it had been an order but either way it was still a little weird. There was bound to be more treatment like this and he wasn't so sure he was really ready for that, one guard alone speaking nicely was weird enough all on it's own. He sighed softly and started to remove his hand from LaRae's arm before letting it drop to his side. He wasn't really sure what to say to the guard and frankly silence was probably better then trying to come up anything to say to the guy. He just nodded his head faintly and started to step away from LaRae since the guard said he could take her from there. He half suspected the guard just didn't want a dark dragon near the princess but he just shrugged that off. It didn't matter. He walked back over towards where he had been sitting before and sat himself down on the grass before glancing over to Kanone. "...That's as good as it gets..." He told him quietly. He just wasn't too forgiving depending on the situation though if his friend who'd been hurt by LaRae told him to knock it off and that he was perfectly alright then he'd be fine and he'd treat LaRae better but that was a little impossible at the moment since his friend wasn't anywhere around them.

LaRae hadn't taken a look at the surrounding area so she had no idea where everyone was or who all was really here. Of course she startled at the arm that wrapped around her waist and then her other arm being put around someone's shoulders. The voice that followed the action wasn't familiar either. She lifted her head enough to almost lazily look at who had her and she only startled a bit more when she really didn't recognize the person. At the moment she hated being with someone she didn't recognize so she almost lifted her arm to grab after Nero when he moved away but dropped her arm back to her side. That was embarrassing. Being uncomfortable in the grasp of a light dragon and thinking it was safer with a dark dragon. She choked quietly and then leaned her head forward again as she pressed her eyes together tightly. Her head still hurt and she really didn't have the energy or the drive to spaz at the moment like she would've loved to. So much was going on that she didn't entirely understand. It was weird enough being woken up after that stupid dart only to find Renzo of all people with her. Then the new canine and wherever the hell she had been... and now there was a new light dragon she didn't recognize on top of that. Just about the only thing at the moment that made proper sense was that she'd ridden on that black canines back and was brought here and her head hurt like hell and her body kind of felt like it was moving in water when she wasn't. She really hoped she had no reason to be worried about this light dragon because there was no way she could do anything about her current situation.

Kyran really didn't mind too much giving Nanashi a semi-comfortable place to rest awhile, especially since he kind of needed it. He just knew that he was going to be really, really sore once he got up. He hadn't exactly gotten the chance to sit down in a comfortable position when Nanashi kind of chose him as a place to rest. He had been on his knees and hadn't really shifted at all. Well, at least it wasn't like it was bothering him any longer sitting the way he was since he'd been sitting that way for so long.

Kanone merely watched silently as Nero went to retrieve LaRae and the guard took her from him once Shen was gone. He just sat still, though he did glance over to watch Shen meld into Reyes's shadow. He turned his attention back toward Nero again when he saw him coming back in this direction and smiled a little when he said that was as good at it gets. "...Well, better than nothing.... At least you didn't drop her on her face." He chuckled softly and then sighed before glancing over to Celestine again. He was honestly started to wonder when the kid was going to wave up. As far as he could tell he hadn't changed at all, he was still breathing heavily and hadn't seemed to have moved at all. Considering that he and LaRae were both up for the most part, he thought the kid should be getting up sometime soon but it really wasn't looking like it at the moment.

The guard merely nodded in return when the black dragon nodded to him, glad that he wasn't giving him any trouble. Thankfully, he thought similarly to the way the princess did, though he was still much more uptight and wary around a dark dragon than she was, and obviously more suspicious of them as such, but he did not believe that every single one of them was bad and would give them at least half a chance to prove themselves one way or the other. He glanced down to the earth dragon when he heard her make a sound and then smiled reassuringly at her even though she wasn't looking at him. "...Take it easy," he said in a calm, almost soothing voice. He had noticed the way she started to raise her arm toward the light dragon and startled when he touched her, and he assumed she wasn't too fond of strangers. "...You'll be alright," he told her quietly as he started to lead her a little closer to the tree where he assumed she had been before. "...My name is Gwyn," he told her in the same quiet tone. He hoped giving her his name at lest would put her a little more at ease. Once they reached the tree he knelt town slowly and helped her position herself so that her back was against the tree. He then raised his hand to her face slowly and placed his hand lightly against her reddened cheek. "Can you tell me what happened?" he asked softly.

Hikari still silently while she waited for the guard to get around with LaRae, though once they were back under the tree she made her way in that direction quickly and knelt down on the opposite side of LaRae. She of course heard the guard, Gwyn, as she'd gathered, ask LaRae what had happened. She didn't bother to say anything just yet, but she did reach over to place her hand lightly on LaRae's shoulder so that she'd know she was there, though she'd probably have to open her eyes to figure out who exactly it was. She gently rubbed her shoulder for a moment before glancing over to the guard. "Thank you, Gwyn," she told him quietly before looking back to LaRae again.

Nero stared over at Kanone for a moment when he heard him say that at least he hadn't dropped her on her face. He easily could have. He cast his glance over to the guard briefly to watch him help LaRae over towards a tree. He shrugged lightly. "I guess I could have, easily." He paused. "But the con's completely outweighed the pro's of my doing something like that." He said honestly. "...Had I done anything to worsen her condition in any way Hikari would've been on my ass in an instant. Kyran would've been saying something to me about it at some point and of course you'd have said something as well." He sighed softly. "It's just not worth it right now to have everyone jumping in my shit about the mistreatment of her." He had enough to deal with here considering he was a dark dragon in the middle of light territory. Well, not really in the middle but that wasn't the point. He also had Reyes to look after so the less trouble he had to deal with the better. He glanced to Celestine briefly when he caught Kanone looking at him and then sighed again quietly. "It'll be alright, both you and LaRae are up and moving. He'll come around eventually." He said and then pointed towards the furball in Kanone's lap kind of hoping Kanone got the drift that he didn't need to get overly worried because it'd only worry Kyiri more and they really didn't need that. "She's worried enough for the rest of us." He commented quietly thinking that might help get the point across, at least a little.

LaRae still wasn't too sure of the idea of someone she didn't know being so close to her, even after he had said she'd be alright. After the past few things she'd been through she was just a little unsure sometimes. Kairava hadn't exactly been the best experience ever and then Renzo. Ugh. That was just enough to make her want to be alone for awhile, or at least around familiar people. Even though she wasn't very comfortable with help from a complete stranger she didn't bother putting up a fight when he started to help her move. She wasn't really getting any red flags from him at the moment and Nero wouldn't pass her off to someone untrustworthy... would he? She lifted her head again slightly to eye the man when he gave a name. Gwyn. Well, at least she had a name to put with the face. "...Who're you...?" She asked quietly, a bit quieter then she meant to which surprised her a little. She had relaxed very slightly while he moved her though that changed once he was helping to get her positioned under the tree and against it. That motion of course hurt her head and she squished her eyes closed tightly until she was seated and done moving. Being put near a tree was a bit relaxing in itself so she was a bit more comfortable now. She pinched such the corresponding eye to the cheek Gwyn touched and shied away from his hand a little. Her cheek didn't really hurt and in all honestly she had done it absently without even thinking about it, as if she were afraid she'd be hit again. After she realized she had moved like she did she lowered her eyes slightly, a bit embarrassed especially since she had saw and felt Hikari touch her shoulder. "...When...?" She questioned quietly after having registered Gwyn's question. There were a few things that happened that she could remember so of course she wanted to know which when he meant rather then going into everything and only hurting her head more by trying to recall everything she could remember.

Kanone half smiled at Nero when he said that it wasn't worth it to worsen her condition only to have everyone get on his ass about it later. He chuckled slightly when he said that he would have said something, "Of course... I already give Cel what for about it, I'm not beyond giving you a talking to, too." He smiled at him again, a light friendly smile that said he was only half joking. After his attention had shifted to Celestine and Nero spoke he turned his gaze back to meet his again. He sighed softly and nodded his head a little when he said that Celestine would come around eventually. He opened his mouth as if to respond and then glanced down to the girl in his lap when Nero pointed, apparently getting the picture as rather than speak he just let his breath out in a long sigh and slumped over a little. It was really hard not to worry at the moment, but no nodded a little while raising a hand to rub the back of Kyiri's head again. "Yeah...I know.. He's be alright..." he agrees quietly. He couldn't help but glance over to the boy again, but after a moment his eyes went back to Kyiri and he smiled weakly. He still found it hard to believe she was just snuggled up in his lap like she was with her head leaned against his chest like a pillow.

Gwyn smiled a little at LaRae when she asked who he was. "...I am a palace guard for the royal court in the capital city of Glenys," he explained softly, "You are perfectly safe with me." Gywn was a bit more charming than the other three guards that had left the area. Like most lunar light dragons he was colored out roughly the same as Hikari, though the interior of his wings was only blue without the fading yellow effect, his was merely lighter blue to darker blue, and did not have the extra layers hers had. His hair was cut to about shoulder length and parted down the center where it was tucked behind hid twin ivory hors and our of his face. He was relatively nice looking, some might call him hansom, though others might pass him off as being a little on the plain side. His tail was tipped with fur like Hikari's merely ended in a simple point. He did have gentle looking blue eyes, however, which was probably by far the most appealing thing about him. His ears laid back a little when the girl flinched away from his touch and then lowered his hand a little. He started to open his mouth to respond to her asking when, but then sighed softly. He could tell that she was hardly in the shape to be answering questions right now. "...Never mind," he said gently, "...I was merely trying to figure out how you were removed from the area. It's alright, don't straight yourself." He guessed so long as she was safe now, she should be fine.

Hikari kept her hand lightly on LaRae's shoulder and sighed softly when she flinched away from Gwyn. "It's alright, LaRae..." she whispered softly before moving closer to her and gently wrapping her arm around her shoulders. She didn't care if the guards liked her being this close to someone like LaRae or not, to be honest. She wrapped her arm gently around LaRae's shoulders and then wrapped the other around in front of her and hugged her for a few moments before lowering her one arm again and looking over to Gwyn, keeping her other arm around LaRae's shoulders. "...I will take care of her," she informed him softly. She raised her hand absently to LaRae's hair and gently started to stroke it. "...Are you hurt anywhere...aside from your face?" she asked softly.

It wasn't but a few seconds later when another figure finally decided to show herself. From the bushes roughly a few feet from where Aamori and the other canines were sitting another canine emerged, clutching a shred of blue cloth in her teeth. The canine was white, and actually a little slammer even than Esen in size. She was slender, though her fur was snow white seemed to shine almost like silk, which was likely what it would feel like if one touched her. Her fur was long, but it laid against her body smoothly, and almsot seemed to curl a little at the tips of her sleek tails, of which there were seven. Like Nobu and all of the others she appeared to be lacking eyes, but her ears were a little longer than most and a bit pointier with turfs of fur sticking out of them at their opening. She also had longer strands of fur just above each of her paws and at the back of her knees. She wasted little time scurrying into the clearing and darting over toward the two light dragons, tossing the piece of riped and bloody fabric that eerily matched Gwyn's cape toward them before parking shrilly and turning to point toward the forest where she had come with both her nose while one paw was held in the air and all seven tail stuck straight out to the back.

Gwyn startled a little when he saw the other strange looking canine come darting out of the trees and actually reached for his bow before he saw what it was carrying. He stood up rather quickly when it tossed the fabric at them and then looked off into the trees where it was quite obviously pointing. "Princess..." he started, speaking in their native language, "We should get you back to the city...as soon as possible."

Hikari stared at the new canine for a moment and then looked abck to the guard, responding to him quickly in the same language. "I can get myself back in one piece. Go find the others, make sure everyone is alright. Hurry, I assure you I can get bay on my own. Go, that's an order, understand?"

Gwyn looked back to Selenity skeptically for a few seconds but then sighed and nodded his head quickly before he started to run off into the woods himself. Mere seconds after he'd don through the trees he heard a scuffle behind him and glanced back just as the white canine ran past him and got in front of him, apparently intent on leading him wherever he needed to go.

LaRae listened as best as she could to Gwyn's answer through her pounding headache and then tried and failed at nodding her head in response. She guessed she really didn't have to be freaked out by Gwyn but then again the guards in Kairava appeared really nice at first. She started to wonder how a palace guard wound up in the middle of the woods like this but the thought didn't go very far. She leaned her head back all the way and rested it against the tree for a moment after hearing the guard say that he had been trying to figure out how she was removed from the area. Well... she couldn't answer that even if she wanted to. She just didn't know. She shifted her glance to Hikari briefly after she had said it was alright and then smiled rather weakly at the hug she received. She was quiet up until Hikari had asked if she was hurt anywhere aside from her face. She started to shake her head but paused and decided against it. With a headache the motion wasn't going to help anything. "...No ...not that I know of..." She responded quietly. "...I've got a massive headache though..." She paused. "...and I feel .....heavy ...and my face is kind of sore..." She said almost in a whisper and she hadn't really meant to. She cleared her throat a little loudly and then focused on Hikari again. "How is everyone else?" She asked, her voice sounding a bit stronger and closer to normal.

Nero ignored, or at least appeared to ignore the first part of what Kanone had said about his not being beyond giving him a talking to. That's just what he always wanted. A wind dragon with the nerve to give him a talking to. He was a bit relieved that Kanone seemed to catch his drift about Kyiri. They honestly didn't need to say anything to make Kyiri worry worse. That would just lead to an overly emotional kid who wanted to pester Celestine until he woke up and it would really better, or at least he thought so, for the kid to wake up on his own. He was trying to sit back and relax a little when the other canine made itself known. He just kind of stared, almost gawking at the white many tailed dog that came into the clearing and straight over to the guard and Hikari... er... Selenity ....the princess. He sighed softly and then shook his head. "...Those things are poppin' up all over the damn place..." He muttered quietly.

Reyes had been keeping quiet and to himself at least until the white canine made it's appearance. He openly gawked at it and even pointed at it. "It's like... the direct opposite of Shen!" He exclaimed sounding almost impressed. Of course they were opposite in color but he also noted the size difference. Shen was the largest and that white one might even be smaller then Esen. Or at least with the lack of wings it looked like it might. "Aside from the white of it's coat... that's kind of neat... so many canines in one area.."

Kyran lifted his head slightly and focused on the other canine once it had come into the clearing and went straight over to Hikari and the guard with something in it's mouth. He just kind of stared without understanding exactly what was going on. Part of him was curious where that canine had come from and the other was wondering what it had been doing and what it had to throw at the two of them. He only grew more curious and a little worried at the sight of the guard taking off and the canine not too long after. Had he not been being a pillow he would've gotten up immediately and gone to find out what was going on. It had to have been something big for the one and only guard left here to leave Hikari, their princess, alone like this. Or well... alone as in without a guard as protection. In all honesty it was almost killing him not to be able to get up and get answers and he didn't want to call over to Hikari and chance disturbing Nanashi if he didn't have to. So of course he was practically staring at Hikari as best as he could and hoping she'd get come a little closer and let him in on whatever it was he was missing.

Hikari had only just gotten to hear LaRae's response to her question when the other canine had distracted her. Once she had watched Gwyn and the canine move off into the trees again she looked back to LaRae and sighed softly before giving her another gentle hug. "Alright...I'm sorry, there's nothing I can do for that at the moment... The headache and the heaviness will wear off as the sedative goes out of your system..." she said softly, "...And everyone else is alright. Celestine is still unconscious, but Kanone is awake now." She didn't bother to tell her about Nanashi, right now she didn't want to worry her, and honestly she wasn't entirely sure how he was doing. She stroked LaRae's hair again and then pulled her arm back and patted her shoulder gently. "Rest right here for now... I'll be back in a few minutes, alright? I'm not going far...I need to talk to Kyran for a minute." She had of course caught the way that he was staring at her, and knew he wanted to know what was so important, and she wanted to figure out the best course of getting them out of here. She knew that Celestine would have to be carried, and LaRae may need to be, and Nanashi was a strong possibility as well... Nobu was a given, she was pretty sure that Kanone could walk by now... She shook her head a little as she stood up and then started to move, though she paused long enough to pick up the piece of ripped fabric and then continued over to Kyran and knelt down. As soon as she was level with him she held out the fabric and started to speak quietly. "It's a piece of one of the guard's cape," she explained quietly. "Apparently these woods aren't as safe as I thought they were. I sent Gwyn to find the others to make sure they're alright and call off the search. We need to try to get to the city, or at least closer to it..." She let her eyes wander down to Nanashi for a moment, "...Do you think he will be able to walk?" she asked softly since Kyran had been the one with him all of this time. "...I really don't know how we're going to do this... I know I can carry LaRae or Celestine if I have to, but I really hate to move poor Nobu..."

Kanone startled a little when he heard the bark and looked over to see the new, shiny, white canine standing there. He stared as it ran over to Hikari and the guard and then watched as it tossed the piece of fabric and then point. It was almost comical the way the thing pointed, but whatever it had tossed certainly seemed to get Hikari and the guard's attention. He stared after the guard took off and the canine took off after him and then glanced to Nero after hearing what he muttered. "...No kidding... Now...did you understand a thing that just happened?" he asked curiously, since he was a little at a loss. He was fascinated with the new canine, but he also gathered there must have been something else of importance going on.

Kyiri had looked up as well when she heard all of the barking and stared at the new canine for a moment but then glanced over to Reyes after she pointed and said it was a the direct opposite of Shen. "Yeah, not scary," she agreed easily. She seemed to take the canine for a girl, mostly because it reminded her more of Esen than any of the other canines that were boys. She blinked after the other canine ran off again and her ears laid back a little before she leaned her head back against Kanone.

Esen's ears perked up when she heard the sound come through the bushes, before the other canine even had time to bark. She was on her feet in an instant and spun around to see what it was, though she wasn't entirely surprised to see another canine. She'd already caught this one's scent earlier, though it was of course interesting to see what this one looked like, as well as figure it out to be another girl. She watched with keen interest at what the white female did and was glad to see that she seemed to be trying to tell the others about the guards. She'd almost forgotten about them after getting back to Nobu again, so she was glad that someone had gotten the message across to them with the piece of fabric. Once the guard and the other canine had gone she continued to stand there, though after a moment she slowly laid back down and then glanced over to Zale briefly before looking back to the woods.

LaRae had focused a little on the other canine or at least as best as she could when she came into the area and started pointing. She didn't stare at the creature long before she leaned her head back against the tree and shut her eyes. She cringed slightly at the dogs bark but relaxed quickly enough. She stayed like that until the canine had moved and Hikari started speaking again. She cracked her eyes open and glanced over to Hikari when she said that there wasn't anything that she could do. She figured that much but it didn't hurt to tell her what hurt, especially since she had asked. She listened to her explain that the effects should wear off as the sedative worked out of her system. She started to nod her head and paused before she completed the action. She tried to smile instead but it only came out weakly. She shifted her glance very slightly when she heard Hikari tell her about Celestine and Kanone and then smiled again weakly instead of shaking her head. At least Kanone seemed to be doing better at the moment. She faintly wondered if Celestine was going to be alright since he was still unconscious but she didn't bother asking, surely he would wake up eventually. She wondered about the others too of course. She hadn't been awake to see how everything played out so she wasn't sure and she was worried about Nanashi, without a doubt. She looked back to Hikari and had thought of asking but just stared at her for a moment when she said for her to rest here and that she needed to go talk to Kyran for a moment. She finally nodded her head a little though a minute after the action she lifted her hand to her head and rubbed her temple lightly.

Kyran was relieved when Hikari tore herself away from LaRae long enough to come over to him and hopefully fill him in. He watched as she started over and wound up kneeling down near him. He listened as she started to speak and eyed the fabric that she held out. He kept quiet while she spoke and then looked down at Nanashi when she asked if he thought Nanashi might be able to walk. "...Perhaps, I'm not entirely sure." He answered. "He may fair better with someone's help if he has to walk on his own." He added quietly since he hadn't really wanted to disturb him. "It's a shame we need to be up and moving already." He commented. "Especially since not everyone can move on their own accord..." He sighed softly. "I hate to think anything happened to those guards... but considering what we have been through I suppose it wouldn't be that hard to believe. I do hope for the best." He glanced back away momentarily. "I think we'll be able to manage." He paused. "I can help Nanashi if he needs it. Nero can help out as well and Kanone can carry himself." He sighed softly. "As for Nobu... I'd check and see if he can't move on his own first. He's heavy... and carrying him as pretty much dead weight will be really hard on who ever has to carry him." He said quietly. It may hurt Nobu to walk on his own but that would probably be better in the long run, especially considering his size.

Nero glanced back towards Kanone for a moment and then shrugged lightly since he had asked if he had understood what had just happened. He couldn't say for sure that he knew, he really couldn't. "I'm not entirely sure to be honest." He started. "I'd assume the dog found something, maybe?" He said quietly and then shrugged again.

Aamori had seen the other canine when it first appeared and just kind of stared at it as it came and went. She was surprised to see another one and it probably showed on her face. She reached over to rubbed Zale lightly for a moment after the other white canine was gone and then looked at him for a moment. "...Wonder what that was all about..." She commented quietly before glancing to Esen and then to Nobu. Her attention shifted again once Hikari moved towards Kyran. If those two were talking then there was probably a decent enough chance that something was up or perhaps soon would be.

Hikari sighed softly after listening to Kyran, and nodded her head a little once he had appraised Nanashi's mobility level a little. "I know...but it can't be helped. It really isn't a good idea to remain here in the middle of nowhere with so many injured and unable to defend themselves should something else happen..." She glanced back toward the forest again when he mentioned hoping for the best for the guards. "...Tell me about it...you didn't send them out there..." she muttered quietly before sighing heavily and looking back to him again. She nodded slightly when he said that he could help Nanashi and that Kanone could carry himself and Nero could help. "Alright..." she said quietly, though she glanced over to Nobu briefly. Her ears laid back again and she sighed softly. "...Poor thing...I really hate to have to make him move..." Once could probably see that urge to heal flaring in Hikari's eye and it was near torture to her that she couldn't do anything for the poor thing. After a moment she glanced down to Nanashi again and then raised one hand to place against his head gently before combing her fingers over his apple red hair, receiving absolutely no response at all from the motion, before looking back to Kyran. "...I'll go see what Nero and Kanone want to do and figure out who has who... I believe Nanashi would be the most comfortable with you, so you can take care of him for now." She leaned over and placed a quick kiss on his cheek before she stood up again, once again moving a little too quickly for her own good, the motion made her dizzy. She threw her hand out to rest on Kyran's shoulder for a moment before shaking her head a little and moving away from him and back over in Nero and Kanone's direction.

Kanone tilted his head a little when Nero said that he didn't know what was going on. "...Well, that is the only thing I can assume....that rag seemed to get that other guard's attention, anyway..." he said quietly before he glanced over toward Hikari while she seemed to be discussing something with Kyran. He could only just hear what they were talking about and sighed heavily. "...Damn...I don't feel like moving..." he whined quietly. He still had a massive headache of his own on top of that feeling of....well, motion sickness was probably the best way to describe it, on top of the leftover groggy state that he was in. In short he was still loopy, though he could easily get up and walk on his own now...he just didn't want to.

Kyiri blinked and looked up to Kanone when he mentioned not wanting to move and then tilted her head a little before she spoke up. "You wanna ride my back?" she asked curiously?
Kanone looked down to Kyiri again and laughed softly. "...I think I'd squish you, Kiddo." Of course he had completely missed out on Kyiri's third form, so he didn't see himself sitting on the girl at all without squishing her to death.
"No you wouldn't, I'm strong." she protested and an almost pouty expression. She could very easily carry any one of these dragons, even Kyran, in her larger feline form, possibly even two of them, if one was significantly lighter than the other.

Esen looked over to Aamori when she said that she wondered what that was about and then raised her head slowly. She had never tried talking to Aamori, but she guessed it couldn't hurt, especially since she knew about them and had Zale now. "...That canine had a piece of one of the guards' cape. There was another canine like us in the forest, my counterpart, I suppose you would call her... She was covered in dragon blood, and it smelled of light dragon. I believe she is leading the other guard to the ones that ware injured..." she explained softly in her quiet, breezy voice, "...She was ordered to keep everyone away from the area where LaRae was being held... I don't know why or by whom, but..." She glanced away again and then sighed softly before laying her head back down again and laying her ears back a little. "...That one is outright mean..."

Kyran nodded his head after hearing Hikari say that it wasn't really a good idea to stay where they were when they weren't quite up to par. He unfortunately had to agree. It wasn't the smartest idea to stay somewhere that could potentially be dangerous when there were people in the group who couldn't really even defend themselves right now. He stared at her for a moment and then sighed softly. "You didn't know the dangers that could've been out there... try not to beat yourself up over sending the guards out there." He told her quietly. He didn't bother looking over towards Nobu as Hikari had. He didn't particularly want to look at him at the moment, especially since he had wanted to see if Nobu could carry himself first. Looking at him and seeing the state he was in was liable to make him want to back out of that idea and offer to carry the canine himself. He dropped his eyes down to Nanashi briefly when Hikari touched his hair and noted that he didn't show any response to that and sighed softly. He had told Nanashi to rest so maybe it was going to come to him carrying him rather then helping him walk. No big deal he guessed. He looked back to her when she started to speak again and said that she was going to go see what Nero and Kanone wanted to do. He nodded his head a bit after she had added that she believed Nanashi would be most comfortable with him. He agreed of course. He smiled when she gave his cheek a quick kiss though that faded a bit when she started to stand up and wound up throwing her hand out to his shoulder. He probably looked concerned but for now kept any comments he had to himself. They did need to get out of here and get somewhere safer and now was probably not the best time to be wanting to quiz her on whether or not she was alright.

Nero hadn't really bothered with trying to hear whatever conversation was going on between Hikari and Kyran. Anything the two of them were talking about, if it was important, was bound to be repeated for everyone else. He looked over at Kanone for a moment when he heard him whine that he didn't feel like moving. He assumed after hearing that out of him that they were going to be moving somewhere else. Somehow that wasn't all that surprising. He listened to Kyiri and Kanone's back and forth for a moment and then shook his head lightly. "In all honesty she probably could carry you." He said as he looked at Kanone. Kyiri was quite large in that one form and he had seen it first hand along with up close. He continued to stay seated where he was for a few moments, at least until he noticed that Hikari was headed in their direction. Rather then stay seated when he knew he'd wind up getting up anyway, he went ahead and stood up. He stretched a little and then looked back to Hikari once she neared them. "...So what's going on, Princess?"

Aamori was staring over towards Hikari and Kyran since the two of them were talking and was waiting for when it looked like what they were talking about was going to be repeated to everyone else. She thought about getting up when that time came so she was closer to hear but her attention shifted to Esen when she heard a voice but didn't recognize it. She glanced around for only a few moments before she looked at Esen. She felt a little silly for not recognizing that it must have been her right away. The voice was certainly feminine and there weren't any other girls in the area but her and well she was pretty sure she was the only one hearing the voice. She listened to Esen explain about the piece of cape the other canine had brought and then sighed quietly after hearing about another canine, Esen's counterpart. She nodded her head weakly after Esen was finished and had commented that the other canine was outright mean. "...Thank you for clearing that up." She said quietly. "...We've seen that other canine before." She started. "The earth one, if that is who you meant." She paused. "Celestine's kind of dealt with her personally the one time we saw her and she was pretty mean then too..." She told her quietly.

Kanone blinked when Nero said that Kyiri probably could carry him and just looked over at him as if he had a few screws loose in the head. "Um...right..." he said flatly. He turned his attention to Hikari when he saw her approaching, and then glanced over to Nero briefly since he'd stood up. He thought about standing himself, but he didn't want to try until he really had to. He glanced down to Kyiri and rolled his eyes a little upon hearing her say 'told you' and then sighed and listened to Hikari.

Hikari came to a stop near Nero and almost simultaneously raised her hand to slap across the back of his head in one swift motion after he'd called her 'princess' again. Obviously, the nickname still wasn't welcome. Rather than say anything about it, though she got straight down to business. "Something likely happed the the guards that went out to look for LaRae. That canine brought back a piece of one of their capes covered in blood, I told Gwyn we could get back on our own so he could go make sure the others were alright. At any rate, we need to try to get closer to the city." She looked meaningfully to Nero then, "I guess you've noticed, but Celestine isn't going to be walking anywhere, LaRae probably will not be getting around well for a little while, and Nanashi is pretty much unconscious, and I don't know if Nobu will be able to walk yet.... Kyran has Nanashi... Someone is going to have to help or possibly carry LaRae, and someone is definitely going to have to carry Celestine..." She looked back to Kanone again and then sighed softly, "...Do you think you will be able to manage on your own," she asked softly.

Kanone sighed softly when Hikari asked him if he could carry himself and then nodded. "Yeah, I can walk. Can't promise it'll be in a straight line, though," he said simply.

Hikari nodded slightly when Kanone said that he could walk and then half smiled at his following statement. "So long as you're not walking in a circle, I think you will be fine," she said softly. She turned her attention back to Nero again, apparently intent to seeing who he'd rather tackle carrying.
Kyiri finally squirmed out of Kanone's lap and went to tug on Hikari's skirt. "I can carry Lala or Brother!" she volunteered, obviously intent on making herself useful somehow or other.
Hikari looked down again and half smiled at Kyiri, "We'll see," she said softly before she glanced back to Nero again.

Esen nodded her head a little when Aamori thanked her for clearing that up and then sighed in a huff when she said that they had dealt with the other canine before if it was the earth one. "...Yes, that was her..." she responded quietly. She actually growled softly when she mentioned Celestine dealing with her before. Clearly the idea of Celestine around that one didn't sit too well with her. She couldn't say she liked that one a whole lot right now, even if she was only following orders.

Kyran watched Hikari momentarily as she moved away from him and then lowered his eyes down to Nanashi. He thought about trying to wake him up and see how he was feeling and see if there was any way around having to outright carry him but after a few moments of thinking about it he decided against it. There could be a chance that Nanashi didn't wake up to his attempts and even if he did, Nanashi had taken quite a bit of damage himself with having his side sliced open and bleeding like it had been. He sighed quietly as he stared down at him and finally decided it would just be easier to carry him, though he wanted to stretch first. He'd been knelt in this same position for he didn't even know how long. He was bound to be sore and he'd rather have stretched himself out before adding more weight to his load. He pulled Nanashi away from himself gently and slowly started to lay him down on the ground. He was careful not to disturb him though he figured that may be hard to do if Hikari's touch hadn't roused him even in the slightest. Once he had set Nanashi down and he was clear enough to stand up he did, though it took him a moment or two to actually get to his feet. He was indeed sore and his knees alone gave him a little hassle at trying to straighten up, then of course there was a couple popping noises along the way but he managed to get to his feet. Once everyone was ready to start moving he'd go ahead and pick Nanashi up but for the moment Nanashi was just fine where he was.

Nero jerked his head forward slightly with the motion of being smacked in the back of the head but otherwise didn't respond to her smacking him. She had already done that before so maybe he should have expected it. This time he hadn't exactly been using the name 'Princess' as the nickname he had called her. He'd meant it more as her title with a side note of 'I can't believe you're a damn princess' but that may not have been quite as easy to read. He listened quietly as she proceeded to explain what was going on. He wasn't entirely surprised to hear that something likely happened to the guards. They had just encountered hunters not that long ago so who was to say there weren't more of them out here somewhere? Then of course there was whatever took LaRae, too. He stared at Hikari for a moment when she looked at him the way she did and proceeded to mention the people who couldn't very well walk on their own. He guessed that was supposed to mean something to him but it didn't really. He didn't particularly want to be stuck lugging anyone around. He glanced over to Kanone too once Hikari had asked him if he was going to be able to manage on his own. He damn well better. There wasn't anyone else other then him who could manage the weight of someone like Kanone, well, besides Kyiri in her other form but that was beside the point. He shook his head lightly after listening to Kanone and then Hikari's response before eying Kyiri when she said that she could carry Lala or Brother. At least she was trying to offer to be useful. He lifted his eyes from Kyiri and stared at Hikari when she started looking at him again. "What?" He paused. "Kyiri just offered, don't look at me like that."

Reyes kept quiet for most of the conversation just because it hadn't really involved him but after Hikari started looking to Nero with obvious intent to have him help out he started to stand up himself. He dusted the back of his dress off and then looked to Hikari. "I don't mind carrying Celestine since Nero clearly doesn't want to make himself useful." He said with a smile. "I'm small but I know I'm strong." He added brightening his smile a bit. He really didn't mind helping out if he could, especially if it meant he could help Celestine of all people.

Aamori reached over and stroked Nobu lightly before looking back to Esen. "The last time we encountered her she'd tried to pose herself as Nobu... other then that I don't really recall much of the instance." She said quietly. She smiled weakly when she heard Esen grow softly. "Nothing really happened, but he would know better then me. I just remember that the whole thing involved him, LaRae and I think Nanashi might have been really close by too." She sighed softly and then turned her attention towards Hikari since she had made her way over to Kanone and Nero's little grouping. She thought about getting up to go over there but by this time it looked like Hikari may have been done with the majority of what she was saying. She had already heard from Esen what she suspected might have been part of what Hikari was saying to everyone else so if there was nothing else added she wasn't exactly missing out on much.

Nanashi, of course, was very out of it at the moment, though he likely still could have been woken up if one tried. Hikari touching his hair had been too gentle to get his attention, really, but a louder voice or someone shaking him would probably do the trick. Unfortunately, the likelihood if him being able to walk far on his own was slim as yet again, he was anemic, and it showed. His usual rich caramel complexion was almost bleached and even while laying there without moving he couldn't seem to catch his breath and drew in deep breaths, almost panting more than breathing. As Kyran laid him down he did stir just a little, only enough to close his eyes more tightly and then his head to the side so that the area that had been hit wasn't resting against the ground. He groaned softly, but other than that he didn't give much of a response to being laid down and almost didn't even seem to notice.

Hikari sighed when Nero said that Kyiri had offered, so stop looking at him like that and just gave him a sour expression. "Yes, Nero, Kyiri offered to carry one of them..." she emphasized. She glanced back down to Celestine and sighed. Honestly, she didn't trust Kanone trying to carry Celestine right now, and she wasn't entirely sure that she could manage to carry him herself right now. She had lost a decent amount of blood and she wasn't feeling quite up to par, but she was probably better equipped to carry Celestine than Kanone was. She was starting to think that Nero just wanting to make things hard on her, but she didn't bother to say anything. "Well..." she started though she trailed off when Reyes spoke up. She looked over to the girl for a few moments before tilting her head a little. She sighed heavily and then nodded a little. "...I suppose...if you think you can carry him. I honestly don't trust myself or Kanone trying to carry anyone right now..." She didn't really know if Reyes would be able to carry Celestine very far, and it was a rather long walk, but she knew it would likely been just as hard or harder for her or Kanone to do it since she was a still pretty weak from her blood loss and Kanone was still being effected by that sedative. She sighed and then looked over to Kyiri and smiled weakly," ...So you want to carry, LaRae?" she asked softly.

Kyiri smiled brightly when Hikari gave her a job and nodded her head. "Okay!" she said brightly. She started to move then stopped and looked down at Nero's shirt. She blinked and then tried to wiggle out of it, though she gave up after a few seconds, and huffed. She wasn't used to wearing clothes, so she didn't particularly know how to get herself out of this. After a few seconds she just decided it would probably be easier to just do this the easy was and within seconds, there was another puff of the blue-gray mist before Nero's shirt was on the ground with a tiny wiggling bulge in the center. After a few moments Kyiri poked her tiny, fuzzy head out of the neck of Nero's shirt and tried to wiggle her way out of his shirt, though the neck of his shirt seemed to be a little stuck around her waist and she was dragging the shirt behind her as she tried to crawl out of it. Finally she just laid down and cried a couple of times, hoping someone would get her out of this thing.

Esen glanced back to Aamori again and tilted her head a bit when she said that the canine was trying to pose as Nobu. She didn't really see how anyone could not notice that, there were too many differences between them, but she didn't say anything. After a moment she huffed a little when she said that nothing had really happened. "...Well...that's good at least..." she responded quietly.

Nero sighed heavily after hearing Hikari's emphasis on Kyiri's offer but didn't bother speaking up. He didn't really want to have to carry anyone and unfortunately he kind of knew that they were limited in the number of capable people to carry the ones who couldn't walk themselves. At times like this it did kind of bite to be fully capable and one of the stronger people in the group. He could carry just about any of them though of course he'd have a bit more trouble with a couple of them then others but still, he could carry them. He was just about prepared to completely write off the whole topic at least until he heard his cousin speak up and offer to carry Celestine. Of course he would. He glanced to Hikari for a moment when she responded and pretty much gave him the go ahead to carry to Celestine if he really thought he could. He rolled his eyes slightly and then stared over at Reyes before sighing heavily and crossing his arms over his chest. "....Fine...." He muttered. "...I'll carry him." He added and then shook his head lightly. Reyes really didn't need to be offering to carry anyone. He was small as it was and even if he was kind of strong, he still didn't need to be stuck under anyone else's weight. Not to mention Reyes already had Shen weighing him down, like hell he needed Celestine added to that. Oh, then of course Reyes was pretending to be a girl. Carrying Celestine was really going to help that image... right, of course it was.

Reyes smiled at Hikari when she appeared to take him up on his offer to carry Celestine. He didn't think it was going to be too much trouble but he could find out after the fact that he had been wrong. He hadn't really been thinking it through in some areas. He hadn't thought distance that would need to be traveled or the fact that Shen did weigh him down already, he had just thought someone needed to carry Celestine and his hands were free. He started to look over at Nero when he said 'Fine' and then snickered quietly after he had said that he would carry Celestine. He wasn't that surprised to hear that out of Nero. After all, it was rude to make your tiny little cousin carry someone else when you were so much bigger and obviously very capable. "Are you sure Nero?" He paused. "He's not going to be too heavy for you is he?" He asked clearly poking fun.

Nero glared over at Reyes after catching the little remarks that came from his mouth. He would have loved to have smacked him for that, not just because of his mouth but because he was starting to wonder if Reyes hadn't thought he'd offer up eventually. He shook his head slightly and tried not to think about it since it would most likely only make him more annoyed. He thought briefly about opening his mouth to say something to Reyes but Kyiri had caught his attention when she wound up changing forms and into the smaller of the two cat forms. He watched her for a moment, at least until it was obvious that she was having trouble getting out of his shirt. He sighed softly and moved over to her, kneeling down so that he could grab at the shirt. He worked on the knot first and got it lose before sliding her clear of the shirt. "There. You should've just asked for help before." He said before standing up with his shirt in hand and started to stretch it a little to try and work free some of the wrinkles from having knotted it.

Aamori looked back over at Esen when she heard her respond to what she had said and then nodded her head weakly before looking back over towards the other grouping with Hikari. She finally decided it would probably be better to just get up and go over there to see what was going on then to sit here and wait for Hikari to come to her. She sighed softly and started to get up, being careful not to step on the ends of her top that hung in the back. With her luck she was bound to stand up one of these times and get the heel of her boot caught on the fabric and wind up hurting herself. Once she was up she started to dust herself off a little before glancing down to the canines. "...I'll be right back." She said quietly, more to Esen and Zale since Nobu seemed to be sleeping. She went ahead and started her way over towards Hikari, mostly to listen in better. She'd catch the gist of everything more then likely.

Hikari was a little worried about Reyes's carrying Celestine, but if she thought that she could, she didn't see the harm in letting her try. Right now she was pretty sure she would probably just drop the poor boy on his head if she tried to carry him, and Kanone would probably fall with him. She actually half smiled when Nero caved and said that he would carry Celestine. "Thank you, Nero..." she said simply. She glanced back to Reyes again and smiled slightly before turning her head over to look at Kyiri when she had changed forms and seemed to be stuck in Nero's shirt. She shook her head a little and then watched as Nero freed her. She would have done it herself, but in all honestly, kneeling down and standing up made her very light headed at the moment, so she really didn't want to if she didn't have to. After a moment she glanced back to the others again. "...I believe we should get moving as soon as possible...so as soon as everyone is ready..."

Kanone sighed heavily as he listened to everyone go on about who was going to carry Celestine. He just sat where he was, looking thoroughly disgruntled. He wanted to carry the kid himself since Nero was obviously so against it, but he didn't know if he could right now, and it honestly got to him a little that Nero seemed to against helping carry the kid. Hell, if it was Reyes, he wouldn't care at all to carry her if Nero wasn't able to. He knew carrying the kid that far would be a pain, but it wasn't like they were asking him to do it because no one else wanted to. Finally he shifted positions and started to pull his legs up under him before pushing himself up. His head ached at the upward option and once he was on his feet again he staggered a little and had to trow his hand out to steady himself against whatever was handy, which at the moment turned out to be Nero's outstretched arm while he was tugging at his shirt. His ears laid back and he raised his forefingers to his head, pressing at the area between his eyes, a little below his horn. He looked like someone coming out of a hangover or something, at the moment. After a second he released Nero's arm, mostly once he'd realized he was still holding it, and then raised that hand to his head as well while he hung his head and massaged at his temples. He groaned quietly under his breath and then slowly raised his head, though his eyes were still narrowed in obvious discomfort. He was a lot more comfortable sitting than standing, but at least he wasn't having as much trouble as LaRae was anymore. He was just still a little drunk.

Kyiri waited until Nero had freed her from his shirt and then bounced a few inches away before looking back to him with a quiet, "Mew!" when he had said that she could have asked in the first place. Well, she thought she could do it herself. After a second she bounded a few more feet away, and was again engulfed in the swirly blue-gray mist as she changed once again into her larger feline form. Once she was back in the form that was big enough to be of use she turned around again and walked over to Nero before hopping up on her hind legs briefly, just long enough to lick him across the cheek once with her sandpaper tongue. She was tall enough that when standing straight the top of her head came to Nero's shoulders, and her ears were actually taller than his head, , but she still had to hop a little to reach his cheek. She then nuzzled his arm gently and made a soft purring sound before glancing down to Celestine and then back to him again, both thanking him for carrying him and trying to tell him to be careful with him.

Nero didn't bother to really say a word after Hikari had said thank you. He just nodded his head slightly and continued to work at his shirt a little. He stared over at Kanone for a moment after he had grabbed his arm and was steadying himself. He paused his motion completely and waited until Kanone seemed to be alright and had let go of his arm before working at his shirt again for a moment. "You going to be alright?" He asked glancing over to Kanone as he readied his shirt and slipped it over his head and began working it on. He for the most part had ignored Kyiri while she changed forms again. He already recognized the mist and knew what was coming so there wasn't really a need to watch and he did need to get his wings through his shirt. Once he was finished he couldn't help being caught off guard by Kyiri's licking his cheek. He almost immediately lifted his hand to rub his face where she had licked him while mouthing a quiet 'ick' during the process. He had kind of hoped that her larger form might save him from her cat-like affections but unfortunately that wasn't the case. He stared down at her for a moment when she nuzzled his arm and was purring and then sighed softly before resting his hand on top of her head for a moment and giving her a little rub before eying Celestine, which was where she had looked before looking back at him. "Don't worry. I think I can handle the half-pint." He said before looking to Reyes and motioning for him to help. If he was going to have to carry Celestine, he would much rather have him on his back then carry him in front. "Come on, Reyes, make yourself useful." He said as he stepped over towards his cousin so that it would be a little easier for him to help.

Reyes slipped his hands on his hips and stuck his tongue out at Nero in response to the glare he was getting. He didn't care what Nero thought, it was better that he was going to carry Celestine anyway you looked at it. Although, he would've loved to have carried him but he couldn't promise he'd be able to withstand it if they had a really long way to go. He glanced to Kanone momentarily when he started to get up and watched him try to steady himself. He shifted his glance again, this time back to Nero when he heard him speaking to the cat. He shook his head lightly at the 'half-pint' name. He hadn't heard that used in ages it felt. He looked a little confused when Nero motioned to him and said to make himself useful. It took him a moment but he caught on fast enough when Nero came over and started to kneel down some with his back to him. Duh. Of course he needed help getting Celestine onto his back. Well, maybe not needed help. He was pretty sure Celestine was light enough to just sling around. He shrugged lightly and then did as he was told and started to reach down to grab hold of Celestine. He didn't bother checking to see if he'd come around, it was easier to assume he was still one hundred percent out of it and nothing more then a rag doll. He pulled him up and thankfully Nero hadn't been far so he didn't have to move Celestine too much before he had to lift him up and onto Nero's back. He made sure to drape Celestine's arms over Nero's shoulders and make sure that his head was turned to the side so that his horn didn't hit Nero and lastly made sure Nero could get a hold of Celestine's legs. "There. I made myself useful." He said as he stuck out his tongue again and then watched as Nero started to stand up.

Aamori waited quietly for a moment to speak after hearing Hikari say that they should get moving as soon as possible, though there was quite a bit of interesting stuff going on so she hadn't gotten to speak right away. She hadn't seen when Kyiri change into her bigger cat form so that startled her slightly because she hadn't expected it and of course she stared at her for a moment after she had changed and went to pay attention to Nero. For a brief moment she thought her treats weren't going to be enough if she stayed in that form. She shook her head slightly and then eyed Kanone briefly. She'd been worried about how he and Celestine were doing but there were enough people around them that she didn't want to over crowd them before. Her attention shifted again once Nero and Reyes started to get Celestine up off the ground and onto Nero's back. She finally looked back to Hikari now that she had the chance and sighed softly. "So we're moving?" She asked, though it was a little obvious since they were getting Celestine up. "I hope those guards are alright..."

Kanone glanced over to Nero briefly when he asked if he was going to be alright and then forced up a smile. "Yeah...just feel like I've had one too many...." he said quietly. He didn't really want anyone worrying too much about him, he was pretty sure he was going to be fine soon enough, it was just hard standing up straight and made him feel woozy. He blinked when he caught sight of Kyiri's larger form and couldn't help but gape at the massive ball of fur. He laughed softly when she licked Nero's cheek and then groaned and pressed his hand to his head again before he glanced back to Nero again when he called Celestine a 'halt-pint' and then half smiled. "...Better not saw that when he's awake..." he said quietly. He knew Celestine hated being referred to as short, small, or pretty by anyone, so he doubted 'half-pint' would go over too well with him coming from Nero.

Celestine, luckily, still wasn't coming around, or at least not enough to really know what was going on or react to it. At the moment he was practically a rag doll, though thankfully for Reyes, he really didn't weigh a whole lot. Overall, his body itself likely was doing doing to weigh seventy-five pounds, and his wings probably only added about ten pounds worth of feather weight to that, plus his clothing, the contents of his bag, and his blades, all of which together still wasn't more than ten or twelve pounds. So overall he, at best, still weighed less than one hundred pounds. He didn't move at all until after he was on Nero's back and then his only movement was to turn his head, just a little, into Nero's neck. His warm breath hit against the lower back of his neck and moved his hair ever to slightly as he exhaled heavily. His breathing had relaxed a little, but it was still deep and heavy, not exactly what one would expect from someone who appeared to be sleeping.

Hikari kept an eye on Kanone as he started to stand, but her attention was rather quickly grabbed by the smoke as Kyiri changed forms again. She stared at the overly large cat for a few moments and then glanced back over to Nero once he'd gotten Reyes to help him load Celestine onto his back. She sighed softly and then turned to Aamori when she heard her voice. "Yes, we need to get out of these woods...I don't know what else is out there..." she said quietly, "It wouldn't be wise to sit out here in the open with half of us incapable of fighting should anything else happen." She sighed again when she mentioned the guards. "...I hope so, too..." she said quietly. She sighed quietly and then glanced back to Nobu again. She really didn't want to disturb him until they absolutely had to, so she hoped the poor thing would be able to walk or she wasn't sure what they were going to do...no one could carry him right now. Finally she looked over to Kyiri and reached over to stroke her shoulder. "Come on, Kyiri, let's go get LaRae," she said gently before starting over in that general direction.

Kyiri purred a little louder once Nero started to rub her head and then tilted her head into his hand. She watched as he and Reyes put Celestine on his back and then glanced over to Hikari when she stoked her. She let out a sort of 'meow' of acknowledgment and then started after her, though she paused to rub her head against Aamori before continuing by her and over to the tree where LaRae was sitting. Once she got there she went ahead and got close to her before laying down on her belly to make it easier to get on her back.

Nero shifted slightly in the process of standing up and made sure he had a decent enough hold on Celestine's legs since that was kind of the only way to keep him where he was since he couldn't hold himself up with his arms. He glanced back towards Kanone for a moment now that he had a minute. "You look like you've had one too many." He said with a slight smirk. Kanone certainly did give the look of dealing with a hangover, at least at the moment. He didn't bother commenting to what he said about calling Celestine 'half-pint' while he was awake. He could imagine someone as short as Celestine would have a complex about it. He turned slightly and glanced over at Reyes. "When we get going, don't wander too far from me. I want you to spot for me just in case the kid starts slipping at all." He told him quietly. He didn't think that Celestine was going to go anywhere but to be on the safe side he did want to make sure someone was near him that could respond quickly and without hurting themselves in the process. Kanone was on his feet but there was no way he'd ask him to keep an eye on Celestine while they walked, especially since he looked to be having a time an a half with just standing upright.

Reyes ran his eyes over Celestine just one last time to make sure Nero had him before shifting himself and moving so that Nero could see him better. He listened to him when he said that he wanted him to spot for him and then nodded his head lightly. "You didn't really have to ask, I would've done it regardless." He said with a little nod of his head.

Aamori nodded her head slightly after hearing what Hikari said and she did agree that they should get out of the woods. It was obvious that it wasn't really safe to be sitting out in the open like this with the group the way it was. She nodded her head again when Hikari responded to what she had said about the guards and then watched her as she started to get Kyiri to head over to LaRae. She smiled weakly after glancing to LaRae. She was at least glad that she was back but goodness did she look a mess. It was all too clear that she wasn't herself and neither was Kanone for that matter, though he did appear to be having an easier time then LaRae. She finally started to step over towards him and looked up at him. It was a little redundant to ask if he was alright so she refrained. She smiled weakly again and lifted her hand up to touch his face lightly. She figured if his head was bothering him, her cold hand might give some relief at least for a moment or two before they had to set off.

LaRae hadn't moved from where she was sitting against the tree, or well, she hadn't moved much. She had struggled around enough to get her boots and slip her feet into them. She hadn't gotten much further then that only because she had tried to tie her laces and it just didn't happen. She couldn't get the motion completed and certainly couldn't focus on the laces long enough to lace them up the right way so she settled for her lousy attempt which amounted to almost nothing. She cracked her eyes open when she heard someone coming closer and had to blink her eyes a few times at the massive cat that laid down near her. She probably would have been more freaked out by it if it hadn't been in the area with everyone else. She wasn't sure where it came from and she didn't have it in her right now to think about the possibility of it being Kyiri. She just stared at the cat a bit unsurely.

Kyran finally started to kneel down again so that he could lift Nanashi up. Since Nero was already ready with Celestine and Hikari and Kyiri were headed for LaRae he was pretty sure that meant they'd be leaving soon and he'd rather be ready to go then have everyone waiting on him. He didn't really want to tire his arms out by carrying Nanashi in front of him, especially since his one arm had been numb before. It was better now but he didn't really want to put too much strain on it right now unless he had to. He figured carrying Nanashi the same way Nero had Celestine would be easiest, he just didn't have the extra help like Nero did. Thankfully, he had already picked Nanashi up this way once before so it wasn't that foreign to him. He reached for Nanashi's arms as he started to sit him upright and then turned slightly so that he could feed his arms over his shoulders and pull him up onto his back partly before leaning forward a considerable amount so that he could snag his legs and hook them before starting to stand up. During the process he did try to shift a little but not too much since he could almost easily shift Nanashi right off of his back if he wasn't careful.

Kanone glanced over to Nero again when he made mention of him looking like he'd had one too many. "Thaaanks..." he said sarcastically before he blew a raspberry in Nero's general direction, though it was a short one as the motion hurt his head and made him cringe, almost causing him to bite his own tongue. He rubbed his head again and then sighed heavily, getting a bit noticeably annoyed with his condition. It was hard to play it off like it was nothing when every little thing hurt his head. He glanced to Aamori when she came over to him and offered her a weak smile without raising his head too much, though he did lower one had from his head so that he wasn't obscuring his own view. He blinked when she placed her hand against his face and then half smiled, practically snuggling his head into her palm. "...Thanks...," he said quietly. Oh, what he wouldn't give to lay back down and close his eyes right now....

Hikari smiled weakly when she say the way that LaRae was looking at Kyiri and then shook her head a little before laying her hand on Kyiri's head as she knelt down slowly. "...It's alright...it seems Kyiri has been keeping a few secrets from us..." she said softly as she stroked the massive cat's head. She blinked whens he noticed that LaRae was back in her boots and then reached down, almost absently and started to tie her shoe laces as she explained what was going on. "...LaRae, we have going to move. You can right on Kyiri's back so that you don't have to try to walk," she told her gently as she slowly stood herself back up. She braced herself against the tree for a moment and then held her hands out to LaRae to help her get to her feet so that she could get on the feline.

Nanashi groaned again softly when Kyran started to lift him up again. On a normal day Nanashi was a very light sleeper, someone sneezing in the same area could usually wake him up. This wasn't a normal day, and he was in a deeper sleep than normal, but all of the movement did finally stir him, though it wasn't until he was on Kyran's back and he was standing that he started to grasp what was going on. He tightened his grip around Kyran's shoulders a little and then turned his head a bit, trying to look at him. "...Kyran...put me down...," he said quietly, "...My legs...are fine..." He was still short of breath, but apparently that didn't stop him from wanting to walk on his own. He honestly hated being carried around like this, he'd rather be left where he sat. He knew he was useless to the entire group for the most part, no matter how useful Kyran said he was today. He couldn't really help defend them, and he didn't see that he had much of a role in the group other than to just...be in it. Honestly, as far as he was concerned all he did was slow all of them down all of the time. He seemed to get hurt the worst nearly every time something happened, or at least he seemed to be the one that couldn't get around on his own after it as all said and done. He didn't want to weigh Kyran down and make things harder on him. He carefully put his hands on Kyran's shoulders holding on a little and tried to pull his legs down and out of Kyran's grasp, but it was a weak, rather pathetic effort. Kyran could likely feel the resistance but there was hardly enough of it there to cause him to loose his grip. "...I can walk...you don't have...to carry me.... I'll walk..." he tried to tell him again. Apparently he was going to have a little trouble getting down if Kyran wouldn't let go, so he just had to hope the guy would listen.

Aamori smiled very slightly when Kanone practically snuggled his head into her hand and said thanks. She hadn't been entirely that useful herself recently so she was kind of happy to be able to do something for someone, even if all it was, was holding her cold hand to his face. She stared up at him for a moment before she lifted her other hand up to place on the other side of his face. For once she was thinking that her skin being cold like it usually was kind of useful if it was giving him any relief at all. "Once we get moving, I'll walk with you, alright?" She said quietly. She figured she was one of the more stable of them who wasn't going to be carrying someone so she could stick closer to Kanone and make sure he was okay while they moved. That way there was also someone for him to lean on should he need it.

LaRae focused on Hikari when she said that it was alright and that it seemed Kyiri had been keeping a few secrets from them. She lowered her eyes slowly back down to what was supposed to be the tiny little fur ball that was usually attached to Celestine. Her head still hurt so she didn't bother trying to think about how it was even possible for little tiny Kyiri to be as big as she was now. She continued to stare at Kyiri for a few moments while Hikari spoke and barely paid attention to the fact that she was tying her laces for her. She nodded her head weakly after hearing what she had said about moving and riding on Kyiri. She knew well enough that she wasn't going to be able to walk well on her own right now so she wasn't really going to try and argue getting a pass at the walking. She was also kind of glad that they were going to be getting out of the area. She had no recollection of how she had wound up with Renzo but she had and she certainly didn't want to be somewhere that he knew where she was. She stared at Hikari's outstretched hands for a moment and then sighed softly and lifted her hands up to take them. She knew she was going to hate standing up but it was going to be the easier way to get on Kyiri and it would be a lot easier with help to her feet then if she had to try and stand up on her own. She took the help Hikari offered and still struggled slightly in the process of standing. She was hit with a wave of dizziness as she got to her feet and started to straighten up and her first reaction to it was to brace herself using Hikari for support. Once the dizziness faded she looked to Hikari and tired to smile though it came weakly. "...Sorry..." She mumbled quietly and then shifted slightly to focus on Kyiri. Goodness... was she a large cat now. She moved slowly, mostly so she wouldn't lose her balance and started to get onto Kyiri's back. During the process she did think briefly that it was a lot easier to mount an animal when they were nice enough to lower themselves to the ground. That black canine had made it hell trying to swing her leg over him and it would've been so much easier had he acted like Kyiri.

Kyran turned his head slightly when he heard Nanashi say his name and then sighed at the addition to put him down. He just shook his head a little after a moment and then started to tighten his grip on Nanashi's legs when he felt him trying, weakly, to get free. "I'm not putting you down, so just relax." He told him. "You won't be able to walk either, at least not on your own." He paused. "You lost quite a bit of blood, you're short of breath and you don't even have the energy to get down yourself." He told him. "Just go back to sleep, I'll put you down once we've reached the destination." He added. He didn't really want to argue, even a little with Nanashi about this. He was tired and practically at his wits end. He just wanted to get wherever they were going and maybe take a nap for awhile or just relax, something, he was just stressed out and hoping it didn't show.

Zale had stuck close to Nobu where Aamori had left him and was watching as everyone else started to get up and looked like they were near ready to move. He finally stood himself up and stretched a little. If they were going to be moving then they needed to get Nobu up and moving too. He moved closer towards Nobu's head and lifted a paw to push against his head a little. 'C'mon sleepy head... you need to get up, they almost look ready to go.' He said as he started pushing on his head a little more. He was at least trying to be careful of the higher gashes that hadn't been wrapped up but if he accidentally slipped and hit one he couldn't really help it. 'Get up already. C'mon. Move.' He said almost in a whine. He didn't want to be standing here forever trying to rouse him. He finally pulled his paw back when he got some movement out of Nobu. He wagged his tail slightly. 'C'mon, get up. You're not dead yet.' He told him.

Nobu didn't respond at first even with Zale pushing on his head. He was sleeping pretty deeply which shouldn't have been a surprise considering the gashes he had received. He did finally stir though when he felt an uncomfortable amount of pressure against the top most gashes at the back of his head. He let out a low whine without even thinking about it and then started to come around. Once he felt the paw lifted from his head he started to lift it, tiredly before glancing in Zale's direction. He hadn't heard everything that Zale had been saying but he did catch the tail end of it and the 'not dead yet' comment. He practically groaned and wanted to lay his head back down but he caught sight of everyone. It didn't take long for it to register that they were getting up and getting ready to move which explained why Zale was telling him to get up. Well... at least he had gotten some rest before now. He didn't bother wasting time wishing he could just stay where he was. If they were going to be moving he did need to be up and moving himself. He managed to get to his feet though it took some time and a great deal of effort since he was already stiff from laying like he was without moving. He tried but failed at getting to his feet without making noise. He hurt and it was inevitable, he was going to make noise when it was uncomfortable and worse when it hurt. He could already tell this was going to be an extremely uncomfortable process... walking... especially with where the gashes were but for now he was trying to suck it up. He could whine about it later.

Kanone smiled a little while Aamori put her other hand to his face, and then sighed as he raised his own to place over hers and gently guided it up under his bangs and closer to his throbbing temple. He glanced back to her and smiled a little more when she said that she would walk with him before he nodded a little. "...Okay," he agreed easily. He really didn't mind her company in the least, and he had a feeling he may need someone just to keep him front walking into any trees or anything. He knew walking was going to be hell when it came to being steady, especially since he still felt a little floaty. He was fighting the feeling, but it was still pretty strong.

Hikari pulled LaRae op once she'd taken her hands, though she'd already anticipated the dizziness she would be feeling. She just put her arm around the girl's shoulders while she braced herself against her and offered her an understanding smile when she apologized. "It's alright," she told her quietly. She stayed close to LaRae while she moved to get on Kyiri's back, actually keeping her hands on her shoulders while she made her way over to get on Kyiri's back and only released her once she was seated. She sighed softly and smiled before reaching down to rub the top of Kyiri's head lightly. "Alright...good," she said quietly before she glanced around a little. She sighed softly and then gave LaRae a one-armed hug. "Hold on, to something, okay?" she said quietly before she stepped back a little so Kyiri could stand up.

Kyiri let out a soft, muffled sound of air escaping when LaRae sat down on her. The girl wasn't that heavy to her, but she wasn't quite used to anything landing on her back. She turned her head slightly and looked back to LaRae for a moment, tilting her head a little before she started to purr again softly since Hikari was petting her. Once Hikari had told LaRae to hold on and moved back she waited a few seconds and then slowly started to stand herself up. She was trying to be careful not to shift around too much and tried to stay pretty level, though that was a little difficult with standing up. Her rear raised up a little faster than her front end, but she straightened herself out quickly and glanced back to LaRae again to make sure she wasn't losing her.

Nanashi stared at Kyran for a moment when he said that he wasn't putting him down and gave him a list of reasons. He let out an almost indignant huff when he told him that he'd put him down when they got there, which was probably enough to say that he wasn't liking this in the least. After a second, however, he just sighed heavily in defeat and wrapped his arms back around Kyran's neck carefully before dropping his chin to rest on his shoulder. He turned his eyes away from Kyran and just hung there quietly for a few seconds. "...You really don't have to...do this..." he told him quietly. He really didn't want Kyran straining himself to carry him, and honestly, it was rather embarrassing. He knew this was the third or fourth time that Kyran had to carry him somewhere because he couldn't get there on his own. He expected most people to just leave him, but he was starting to get the hint that telling Kyran to leave him behind would be a waste of breath. It kind of made him happy, but at the same time, he wished he would since he didn't wast to burden him with his weight. He sighed again sightly and tightened his grip on Kyran, just a little, enough to show he was trying to hug him or...something to that nature. "...I'm sorry...this keeps happening...but...thank you...again...."

Esen knew that the others were getting ready to leave, but she didn't want to disturb Nobu until they really had to. She stared at Zale when he got up and started pawing the top of Nobu's head, though when he made Nobu whine, she raised her head and growled at him softly, though it wasn't a warning growl, just a disgruntled one. "Zale, be careful, don't make it worse!" she told him sternly. She whined softly and laid her ears back a little when Nobu started trying to stand up, and again moved to stand close beside him, trying to figure out some way of helping him, though she really didn't know how. She licked his cheek again gently once he was back on his feet and then nuzzled him a little. She didn't bother to ask if he was alright, she already knew he was in pain...it kind of showed.
