Kyran finally came to a stop as they reached the forest. His feet were bothering him to by this point. He sighed softly and looked into the forest for a moment before turning a bit to look back at everyone else to see where they were at. "I wouldn't worry too much about getting lost, well unless you go off somewhere on your else that is.." He laughed softly looking back at her for a moment. "So, there's a forest in your territory too?" He paused a little surprised to hear that; Though he shouldn't have been considering there were six of them in his territory which was a barren flat land. "Oh, and we'll head in and find somewhere to rest once everyone else has reached this point." He stated, though he was pretty sure that much was obvious.
LaRae merely nuzzled against his arm once more before looking up at him. "You didn't owe me anything Nanashi." She said quietly. "Though next time we should try to talk about something a little more pleasant." She smiled softly. The past few topics of discussion were rather depressing to say the least. She looked ahead of them when he mentioned that they were almost there. She smiled a bit more warmly now seeing the forest which she hadn't been paying attention to previously. "That's good... I'm actually pretty beat and my feet are sore." She said quietly now having her attention brought back to the two burns on her right ankle. The leather had been rubbing against them all day, they didn't quite itch at the moment they just well, burned. She was really looking forward to getting her boot off to inspect the burns.
Aamori sighed heavily and only uttered one more thing on the whole topic. "Hatred is a boomerang which is sure to hit you harder than the one at whom you throw it." She looked over at him, noticing him look in LaRae's direction and she shook her head. She had trouble believing that anyone could pass judgement onto someone they didn't even know; Just because of their clan. Though, she had turned a blind eye to the squabbles of the different clans for so long; Maybe the way he felt wasn't really all that strange. She was sure, after thinking about it for a moment that there were clans that would hate her just for being a water dragon. Unfortunately there didn't appear to be a visible end to the divisions between the clans, even in this small group. She looked over at Celestine. "If any earth dragon could change your mind, I'm sure she could..." She said simply.

Hikari nodded to Kyran when he mentioned the forest in her territory. "Yes...but I assure you it is nothing like this." she said with a slight smile. She glanced around to the edge of the forest for a while, nodding again when Kyran said that they would find a place to rest once the others caught up. "That sounds good to me..." She was ready to fall over and curl up in a ball for a while. By now her feet hurt so badly that she was almost ready to cry every time she put a foot down. She was half surprised that she wasn't limping...yet. Honestly, she was wondering how in the world Nanashi had managed to go this far with the way that his feet were before without complaining.
"Heh..." Nanashi tried to laugh as he patted her with his free arm. "Mine are a tad sore." He looked at her for a moment and then glanced away. "...I cant really...remember anything pleasant. That's why I usually just...don't say anything." He was quiet for a moment and then half smile. "...I had a kitten when I was young." he said simply. "I called him Khalil... It means 'friend.'" he told her. That was really about the happiest thing he could remember. He'd loved that little kitten to death. He changed the subject quickly, knowing that if it went further than that it would turn sour again, "If your feet hurt too badly I can carry you the rest of the way there." He offered, though that really wasn't a far walk anymore.
"...Maybe." he said dully after she mentioned LaRae changing his mind. He meant it to be an answer to both of her statements. "...I doubt it will be too easy." His mind was never easily changed; he'd been fairly stubborn ever since he was a child. "I guess we'll see." He looked ahead toward the forest again and sighed. It wasn't like he was going to deliberately try to dislike LaRae, but every time he looked at her he just grew...disgusted. He couldn't force himself to trust her or like her. She was definitely going to have to prove herself, and even he didn't know how.

Kyran continued to watch the others as they neared closer. He sighed softly then turned slightly to look down at Hikari. "Well, it is a miracle that there are even forests growing here. The land doesn't give enough nutrients to the plants so they don't usually grow. Thanks to the Earth Clan, we've got some decent areas now." He paused letting his eyes trail off. "These few areas were made sacred lands to keep out the members of our clan who would take advantage of the rich soil and eventually destroy the forests." He shrugged lightly. "It's actually illegal in this territory to be found in one of the forests without special permission." He paused. "...Sorry, didn't mean to go giving another history lesson." He mumbled looking down at her.
"A kitten huh?" She smiled softly. "I wasn't allowed to have pets. Then again, growing up in my territory there are a lot of small animals around; So I guess it didn't really matter to have a pet to call your own when you could enjoy all the animals..." She paused and started to release his arm, pulling away slightly. "No.. no, I'm alright. I can walk the rest of the way." She stuttered looking away; Towards the forest they were approaching. It didn't take too much for her to finally come to a stop near Kyran.
Aamori looked over at Celestine again with the intentions of saying something more but stopped herself. She felt it a bit pointless to continue on with the topic, at least right now. She sighed softly as they got closer to the others who had already stopped; Of course she only grew more silent the closer that they got to them. She knew that they'd all already heard her voice, maybe even noticed the change in her eye color; She didn't want to have too many questions arise.
Nero hadn't been too much farther behind everyone else. He still walked with his arms crossed over his chest. Once everyone else had stopped he did too, once he was closer. He stood a little off to side and waited for them to start walking again; He too was tired of walking though you probably couldn't tell just by looking at him.

Hikari smiled at him when he apologized. "It's quite alright. It's interesting." she told him honestly, "I like learning about history, especially ones other than my own." She then game him a slightly concerned look, "But you know...if it is considered illegal then you should not have taken us to the one before the meeting..." she said softly. She hadn't even known that she was breaking a law by being in that one. Once the others had caught up she looked back to them and smiled slightly. She could tell that none of them were too thrilled right now.
Nanashi smiled weakly. "Well...no one knew about him." he said quietly. If his aunt had known she would have sent it away; she hated cats. It had been more a stray that hung around the area that he saved small portions of his meals for and slipped outside. He smiled when LaRae pulled away from him and laughed weakly. "I know you can." he said simply, "It was just an offer." He followed quietly then and came to a stop beside her, glad to finally be near where they were going.
Celestine didn't comment on the subject again either. He'd been young when all of that had happened and in his mind...all Earth dragons were bad...that was the way he had believed ever since that attack. Had it only been one single dragon causing trouble he definitely would not have come to such a conclusion and only passed it off as one troublemaker, but to him then it seemed as if their entire clan had come after him, and he had trouble thinking of it any differently now. His mother had always tried to teach him to find the good in everyone, but ever since she died, he had trouble finding good in anything, especially the clan that killed her. LaRae may be the greatest person in the world, but she was going to have to prove it to him somehow; and he wasn't about to go strike up conversation with her to see how she talked. At least she got alone well enough with the halfbreed.
Once they reached the others he paused, still standing near Aamori, but no longer looking at her at all. He just crossed his arms and let his eyes wander to the ground at his feet.

Kyran shook his head slightly. "It's alright, I'm allowed to go to these forests. I am one of the few people who check them out every so often to make sure they're alright. So as long as you guys were with me, then no harm was done." He stated quietly before turning his attention to the others who had gathered. "...Okay, we're all here now." He paused and sighed softly. "As I'm sure you all can see this forest is by far the largest one in this territory. I don't want to go exploring it tonight, considering it's nearly night fall. So we'll start out in the morning. Until then, I recommend that we stay together so that no one gets lost." He paused again, and turned towards the forest. "We won't go too far inside, just enough to find somewhere to rest." He stated before he entered the greenery.
LaRae smiled softly at Nanashi. "...Well, Thank you for the offer." Her attention was quickly snagged by Kyran when he started talking. She couldn't help thinking that out of all of them she would probably be the only one to not ever get lost in such a place. She was pretty good with forests and being able to find her way through them. Though, that would be expected from an earth dragon. As soon as he finished talking and had turned to enter the forest she'd started to walk after him; Quite eager to get some place where she could sit down.
Aamori turned her head downward as soon as had stopped and didn't bother to look up at anyone; Even when Kyran had started to speak. Of course she felt rude for not looking at the person who was talking, but she felt she had a good enough reason to be rude this once. She just stood quietly waiting for Kyran to finish talking; Once he had, then started to head into the forest she brought her eyes up slightly just so she could see where she was going. She hesitated slightly before starting to follow after him; Walking at a slower pace then before. It was obvious that she was uncomfortable being in her natural state around them all. Though, it wouldn't be too much longer before she'd be able to go back to her child-like self.

Hikari nodded slightly in response to his statement. Well that was a relief at least; she hated to think she was breaking rules. Or at least rules that weren't set by her father. She turned to follow him again when he started into the forest. As usual, she stuck close to him so she wouldn't get separated and turned around. Her eyes wandered to the sky for a moment as the sky was starting to darken. As much as she disliked seeing herself glitter, she didn't like the dark any better. At least she could sleep soon. That was some consolation.
Nanashi nodded in response and put a hand on her shoulder. His ear twitched when Kyran started to speak and he glanced over to him. "Well that's good..." he muttered quietly. He was lad they weren't going far tonight, he didn't overly want to roam around in the dark. Sure, he had a good sense of direction and didn't get lost easily, but that was only in places that he'd been to at least once before. Once LaRae started to move, he stepped in after her, suppressing a yawn on the way.
Celestine simply looked at Kyran tiredly as if he were stating the obvious and wondering why he bothered telling them that. Once he started off he shook his head and started after him again, pausing only when he realized that Aamori wasn't walking. He paused and glanced back to her, motioning with his head for her to come on. When she finally decided to move he waited second for her to catch up a little and then started forward again, only slightly in front of her.

Kyran walked for a few minutes navigating through the forest with no real good idea on where he was headed exactly. Only knowing that he wanted to stop somewhere far enough in that they weren't going to encounter any problems; Though he didn't for see any issues. He'd rather be safe then sorry. After a few minutes in he started to feel a little uneasy, like something was crawling under his skin. He wasn't exactly sure about the feeling he was getting and figured it would just go away after a few more minutes and started to ignore it. He looked back once in awhile just to make sure that everyone was still following him. The last thing he needed was for one of them to decide to go off on their own and then get lost. He gave a soft sigh when he finally stumbled upon what seemed like a decent place to stop for the night. It had plenty of open spaces with grass, the sun peaked through in a few places and of course there were plenty of trees near by to rest by. Rather then be too picky about where they stayed he went ahead and stopped here; The only thing it was lacking was some water but he was sure that Aamori could live without water right next to her for one night. He stepped out into the open grassy area and stood for a moment before looking back at the rest of them. "We'll stop here for tonight."
LaRae followed after the others doing well to hide the fact that her ankle was killing her. At least she had managed to keep quiet about it all this time. Just about the time Kyran had stopped she stepped down wrong and the leather of her boot scrapped the burn badly causing her to wince slightly. She hurried to stand back up straight and act as if nothing happened. Though she could already feel something dripping down her ankle. She gave a heavy sigh though that was quickly silenced when she heard Kyran say they would be stopping here tonight. She took a moment, staring down at her ankle almost like she was asking it if it was okay to take another step. She finally took another step, she'd managed to not step down wrong and made it out into the opening successfully. Though she made sure to steer clear of where Kyran was and went for a place where the sun was barely filtering through. At least that way when the sun rose she'd be in it's light. She sat down and put her back to everyone else. The clearing was relatively large and she figured she was far enough away from everyone that she wouldn't be bothered by them unless they came up to her. Plus, she knew Nanashi would follow and keeping to themselves was probably the most comfortable. Once on the ground she stretched one leg out, but curled her right leg in so that her hands were resting on the side of her boot. She wanted to unlace it and examine the burn that she was pretty sure was now bleeding but hesitated.
Aamori had barely noticed that Celestine had stopped and waited for her for a brief second. She really wasn't paying too much attention to anything other then herself and her own two feet. She sighed softly and started to look up once she noticed that most of them were now in front of her. As long as they were walking like this she wouldn't have to hide her eyes. At times like this she really wished she'd had bangs like LaRae, then she could've hidden her eyes behind them. Unfortunately her bangs were nothing more then two small pieces that came down in half circles in the middle of her forehead; The way the current Elders had wanted them. They'd tell her that an Elder in training shouldn't be afraid to show their faces to the public. Of course she'd only nod in agreement when they'd tell her or the others that. If she had not looked up when she did she wouldn't have noticed that Kyran stopped, which of course meant that everyone else would too. She probably would have run into Celestine had she not put the brakes on. She was a bit relieved to hear Kyran say that they were stopping here. She was tired, and needed to rest for a few minutes and prepare to sort through her energy that she'd regained. She had created a special reserve holding chamber in her body to hold onto the energy for her child-like state. That energy she put aside would slowly deplete and keep her in that state until the energy in the reserve was gone. On average if she didn't expel too much of her daily, normal use energy then the reserve could last up to at least two months. Though, it would deplete faster if she used all of her daily energy because then her body would start using the reserve in place of the other. She gave a small sigh and looked back down to the ground, not moving anywhere even though it seemed everyone else was starting to go off to their own little areas.
Nero was the only one behind Aamori and he had walked at a more comfortable, slow pace so he arrived after Kyran had said anything else. Though he was able to put two and two together and realise that they were stopping here for the night. He shrugged slightly and walked past Aamori, brushing against her slightly since she had yet to move out of the way. Of course this caused her to stumble to the side a few steps. He didn't say a word, mostly because she hadn't said anything to him for bumping into her. He continued to walk out into the clearing for only a moment before heading off to the side to a shadowed area behind one of the larger trees. Once out of plain sight he sat down and rested his head back against the tree.

Hikari sighed quietly when Kyran said that they were stopping now. "Thank goodness..." she murmured as she moved forward toward one of the larger trees. As soon as she got there she sank down beneath it and immediately set to removing her boots; unzipping them all the way down the inner side. Once she's pulled them both off she sighed as she wiggled her toes a bit, trying to air them out. Her feet were a little swollen from all the walking and since she hadn't taken her boots off at all since they left. She was glad to lay her bare feet in the cool grass; at least that was a little better. She glanced up to see where Kyran was going to sit, figuring he may come to sit with her, but then again he may want some time to himself. She had been clinging all over him nearly the whole trip.
Nanashi looked over to LaRae when she stumbled and paused for a moment until she straightened herself up. He didn't move until she'd started to walk again and then followed her over to the area she picked. He sat down beside her and looked at her with mildly concerned eyes, watching as she placed her hand on her boot. "...What's wrong with your foot?" he asked softly, eying her boot again. "...You can take them off for a while..." he told her, knowing that she was already aware of that. He knew she was trying to hide something under her boot. He could only guess it was something similar to what was on her wrists.
Celestine started into the clearing as soon as Kyran said they would be stopping, pausing halfway in when he realized that Aamori wasn't moving. He glanced back again in time to see Nero nearly knock her over and sighed, rolling his eyes. Why he bothered, he had no idea, but he turned around and walked back to her anyway, pausing in front of her a little ways. "...Come on. Just get comfortable and go to sleep, you'll be fine in the morning." He said quietly before motioning with hi head for her to start moving. He turned around again and walked over to a shady area, looking up at the lower branches of a tree. Rather than sit under it, he laid his weapon and bag aside and then jumped, latched onto the limb, and hauled himself up to sit on top. He sighed again as he leaned back against the trees trunk and folded his arms across his chest, drawing up one leg and letting the other dangle off the side. He wanted to drag out his pipe, but he wasn't overly fond of having an immediate audience. If someone heard him in passing, he didn't care, but he didn't like to play right in front of people. However, he didn't want to get lost looking for privacy, either.

Kyran didn't move right away, even after everyone else filtered out into the clearing and made themselves comfortable. He was taken back by the sudden feeling of his clothing sticking to him like glue. Of course this only rose his suspicion because it'd never really happened before on such a large scale. Usually it was only his shirt, or part of his pants; Maybe even a sock. But it appeared to be everything this time, even his jacket; Through his black long sleeved shirt. He quirked a brow, not sure how to explain it. He finally broke away from the thought for a moment long enough to notice that Hikari had glanced up at him. He sighed softly and wandered over to her and then plopped himself down on the ground next to her. He sighed softly and stretched his legs out in front of him; His thoughts going back to the uneasy feeling he was having.
LaRae looked up at Nanashi when he questioned about her foot. Apparently she hadn't been hiding it well enough because he picked up on it. She sighed softly. "...Don't worry, it's nothing." She said quietly as she brought her other leg up and started to unlace the boot. Once she unlaced it completely she slid her foot out and set it off to the side. Of course she hesitated to take her right boot off. The last thing she wanted was to prove herself wrong by removing the shoe. She reluctantly started to unlace the boot and lifted the tongue up slightly but didn't pull the boot off.
Aamori regained her footing rather quickly after Nero walked away. She looked up just as Celestine had walked back over to her. She smiled weakly after he spoke and nodded softly. She would be better in the morning, but she had to rest like he said. Once he started moving again she stood there for a moment but followed after him avoiding eye contact with anyone. She wasn't really sure he wanted her following him, but she was comfortable around him. She stopped, and watched him climb into the tree then moved behind it on the opposite side of him. She sat down and rested her back to the base of the tree, bringing her legs up and pulling them close to her body; Resting her head to her knees. She'd planned on being completely quiet to make it seem like she wasn't even there.

Hikari glanced back to Kyran again when he came to sit down and tilted her head slightly. She was looking at his face more than anything else, and she could tell he was a bit preoccupied with something. She shifted a little closer and reached over to him. "Hey, Kyr--OOW!" she yelped when she heard a loud snap and a sharp pain in her fingers when she touched him. She shook out her hand and then glanced at her hand. "Ow.. you shocked me." she said with a weak smile. She laughed quietly and lowered her hand for a moment then reached over, timidly poking his arm again, only to get another smaller shock. "Ow... Okay, Static, I guess I'd better keep my hands to myself for a while." She smiled weakly and looked back to his face. "...Anyway...what's wrong?"
Nanashi watched as LaRae took off her boot and then hesitated with the next. "...Nothing?" he asked softly, turning his eyes up to her face and away from her leg. "...Then show me nothing." He said in a gentle tone. He wasn't stupid, he knew something was wrong with her foot. "...Did you rub your ankles raw, too?" he asked quietly, glancing back to her boot again.
Celestine glanced down to Aamori as she approached the tree. He thought she was going to sit under him for a moment until she moved around to the other side. He sighed softly and leaned over to glanced around at her, watching her curl up. He just shook his head and went to lean back against the trunk again. "Good night..." he said quietly, though he doubted that she could hear him. He just closed his own eyes and tried to relax, though his attention was drawn to Hikari briefly when she yelped. She didn't seem too hurt so he just closed is eyes again and tried to relax.

Kyran had not even noticed that Hikari had moved closer to him, let alone that she had reached out to touch him; He was too lost in thought. Though as soon as she yelped he looked over at her a bit confused at first. At least until she said he shocked her; Which didn't make a lot of sense to him. He didn't usually shock people. "...I'm sorry, are you alright?" He managed to ask just before she reached out to touch him again. When she was shocked again he sighed and scooted a little bit away from her. By now it was pretty obvious that he was conducting electricity; He sighed heavily and looked over at her rather upset with himself for shocking her. He sat for a moment before looking away. He'd started to pick at his shirt sleeve trying to pull it from his skin; Though it just clung right back once he let go of the fabric. "...I'm not exactly sure..." He said quietly. "...Are you alright? Did I hurt you at all?" He questioned, rather concerned though he never looked back at her.
LaRae still rested her hands on her boot for a few moments longer, fidgeting with the laces in her fingers. She didn't bother looking up even when he finished talking. She just stared at her boot, of course reluctant to take it off. She sighed heavily and gave in, then started to remove her shoe. She tossed her boot over with the other one and then let her eyes trail down to her ankle. Like she thought, the two small burns on her ankle had been rubbed by the leather of her boot until they started bleeding. It was pretty clear that the burns must have been bleeding for a short while because her ankle sock that stopped right below the burn was tinted red at the base. She sighed heavily and quickly grabbed the end of her pants leg and pulled it down over the burns to cover them up. "...It's nothing."
Aamori had already started to get comfortable, but sat up straight when she heard Celestine quietly say good night. If she hadn't been so quiet she may not have picked up on it. She sighed softly and then started to remove her sandals. Her feet were slightly sore, but that was to be expected. Her ears twitched several times when she heard Hikari yelp, but she didn't bother to move out from behind the tree to see what was wrong. Once her sandals were removed she set them down next to her and then brought her legs back up to her chest; Resting her head against her knees. "...Yes, good night to you too..." She mumbled just before shutting her eyes and trying to go to sleep.

Hikari shook her head slightly and offered him a smiled. "I'm not bleeding from the ears, so I must be alright." she said playfully before moving a little closer again though she didn't touch him. "...Seriously...I am alright, it surprised me more than hurt me." she said softly. She leaned over him a little, looking up into his face. She apparently wasn't too concerned if she got shocked again, but, she was still trying not to actually touch him or get close enough to get shocked. "...Does this happen often?" she asked, smiling slightly as her eyes wandered to his hair.
Nanashi sighed, looking at her ankle before she got her pants pulled down over it, and shook his head. He moved a little closer to her and wrapped an arm around her, "...You're as bad as me or worse..." he said softly. He leaned his head against hers for a moment and then sat back again. "Go ask for something to put on that..." he said softly, motioning toward Hikari since she seemed the be the bearer of all medical supplies.
Celestine only shifted positions again when Aamori spoke to him and tried to get a little more comfortable. Before long, he was already dozing off which was a bit unusual for him. He was usually one of the last ones to go to sleep.

Kyran avoided making eye contact with her for a while, at least until she looked at his face. He gave a soft sigh of relief when he heard she wasn't hurt. He then looked at her and shook his head gently. "No. This actually hasn't happened before." He paused. "...At least not on this scale." He stated before picking at his shirt sleeve again, then watched it cling back to his skin. "It feels rather strange, honestly." He sighed softly noticing her eyes wander; He quirked a brow slightly. "...What? Is something wrong?"
LaRae looked away after she covered up her burns. She of course was avoiding eye contact because she knew that the burns weren't 'nothing' as she claimed. She tried to continue looking away when he moved closer to her, though when he wrapped his arm around her she started to look up. "...It'll be fine." She mumbled softly. "...Besides I don't want to bother Hikari right now." She'd lifted her eyes to look at him briefly but then shifted her glance off to the side. She didn't want to make a big deal out of the burns on her ankle and she felt it would be easier to just let them air out for now. Then maybe just watch how she walked tomorrow. She just didn't want to go bothering anyone about her burns.
Aamori didn't move too much after she last spoke to Celestine. She was extremely tired, and surprisingly rather comfortable given the sleeping conditions. She'd planned on staying away and sorting her energy but she'd just been way too tired and she hadn't realised it until she'd sat down. Perhaps she'd take a few minutes to do that in the morning. She nuzzled her head into her knees softly and fell asleep.

Hikari sat back a little and chuckled softly, "Your hair is sticking up." she said with a quiet laugh. She was slightly amused by the way that his hair was floating about. It was obviously full of static as well. She looked away after a moment and looked back to his shirt, watching it cling to his body. "Hmm...interesting..." she mused, looking back to him again. She raised a hand, holding it near his head and moved it around so that his hair was following it. She laughed again and shook her head, pulling her hand back again and setting it in her lap. "Haha...sorry."
Nanashi sighed softly and just kept his arm around her. "...If you say so..." he said softly, leaning his head against hers for a moment before sitting up and moving away. He grew annoyed when people pressured him too much, so he wasn't going to keep on her unless it got really bad. He laid down and stretched out on the grass, facing her on his side. He offered her a half smile and ran one hand over the grass lightly as if showing her how much space there was for her to lay down and rest as well.

Kyran sighed softly once Hikari was finished playing with his hair. He felt like he should've known that his hair would be sticking up too; Considering the state of his clothes. He reached a hand up and tired to pat down his hair, but the static in his hand made no difference and when he pulled his hand away you could see a fine line of electricity forming from his hair to his hand. Once his hand was far enough away the line of electricity snapped and was gone. "It's alright... I'm pretty sure I'd be doing the same thing, if it wasn't actually me full of static." He stated with a soft laugh. He finally stopped picking at his shirt sleeve and moved slightly so that he could remove his jacket. He had a little trouble actually getting it off because it wanted to stay clung to his shirt. Once he managed to get it off the static made a popping noise; Then he set the jacket down on the ground, as he did so nearly all of the electricity in it faded away now that it wasn't touching him directly. Of course he noticed that right away and came to the conclusion that it had to be his body that was conducting the electricity and not anything he was wearing. He glanced over at her for a moment and smiled faintly. "...I'd ask you if anything like this had ever happened to you... But I'm pretty sure it hasn't." He said laughing again softly. He sat for a few moments before deciding that he was just going to remove his long sleeved shirt all together; The fact that it was clinging to him to tightly was starting to make him uncomfortable. He sighed softly and started to pull his shirt off over his head, as he pulled the shirt past his hair more snapping noises could be heard from the static. Once his shirt was removed he tossed it over with his jacket and gave a slightly relieved sigh. Maybe now he'd be a little more comfortable. He glanced back over at Hikari. "...I should've asked first if it was alright with you if I took those off." He paused. "If you're uncomfortable, let me know and I'll put my shirt back on..." He said quietly as he brought one of his legs up and leaned forward slightly to rest on it.
LaRae was kind of happy that he didn't press on about asking for something to put on her ankle. Though, if he had asked her again she probably would've given in and just gone and got something. She tended to be difficult when it came to things like this, but if she knew she needed something she wouldn't fight it for too long. Though, now that he'd left it alone she was going to also. She watched as he moved away and then laid down; She smiled softly when he ran his hand along the grass. She was ready to lay down herself, but first she wanted to take a closer look at her burns. She reached down and rolled up her pants leg making it cuff just above the burn itself. She then started to touch the burn lightly with her hand, even though it was still bleeding a little. She winced quietly as she ran her fingers over it; If anything it was just really sore and it looked as if most of the bleeding had stopped and dried up. She sighed softly and pulled her hand away looking at her fingers, noticing that she'd got blood on them from touching the burn. She just stared blankly at her hand for a few moments before pressing it against the grass below her and rubbing back and forth to try and remove some of the blood. She sighed softly after finally bringing her hand back up; She didn't bother looking at it. She continued to sit there for a few more minutes before actually moving a little closer to Nanashi and laying down too. She of course laid on her side, facing him so that she wasn't applying any pressure to her wings and her burn could air out.

Hikari laughed softly and shook her head, "No, I can't say that it has." she said simply. She watched him remove his shirt and blinked in surprised. She could already feel heat rising to her cheeks. This was probably the first time she'd been around a shirtless mad that wasn't mortally wounded. She smiled weakly and shook her head. "Um... n-no...it's fine." she said quietly, averting her eyes away from his torso. "If it was uncomfortable, then I don't mind a bit. Just don't forget to grab them tomorrow." she said with a soft laugh. Hikari was well disciplined, or she'd probably still have been staring at his abs. Kyran was well toned to say the least, and it was almost too nice of a picture not to stare at.
Nanashi watched her as she messed with her ankle and then started wiping her fingers on the grass. He sighed softly and closed his eyes, though he opened the again when she laid down beside him. "...Really, LaRae..." he said softly, trying this one more time, "...I think you should put something on it before it gets worse... or at least to make it feel better." He didn't want her rubbing her ankle off just because she felt like being stubborn about it. If nothing else he could just point it out to Hikari and let her attack her with bandages and ointment, but he didn't want to resort to that. She'd probably get mad at him for it.

Kyran laughed softly when he noticed her averting her eyes. He started to reach over to touch her shoulder but stopped a few inches away remembering that if he touched her she'd get shocked. He sighed softly and pulled his hand back and set it down on the ground. "Don't worry, it's kind of hard to forget my shirt and jacket." He smiled softly and looked away, at nothing in particular. "So, are you going to avoid looking at me for the rest of the night?" He asked with a soft laugh. He was pretty sure that she had been surprised to see how toned he was; He didn't exactly go flaunting it like some others would. He referred to wear baggy clothing and look relaxed at all times. He was just more comfortable that way. Not to mention he didn't like to spend a lot of time getting ready in the mornings, so throwing clothes on and roughing up his hair was the normal routine.
LaRae laid on the ground not moving for a few moments, she was trying to relax and get comfortable. At least until he brought up her burn again. She sighed softly and looked over at him, pushing herself up into a seated position. "...Fine..." She said quietly while looking away. She knew that she needed to have something put on it and rather then argue about something she couldn't win at she'd sooner agree then disagree. She took a few moments before getting to her feet. She'd much rather have just continued laying on the grass, getting comfortable then have to move over to Hikari. Her ankle was extremely sore, so every time she stepped down on it she felt a sharp pain. Fortunately enough for her it wasn't really that bad, she could put up with it for the most part. "...I'll be right back..." She said quietly. She then sighed heavily and turned around and headed over to Hikari and Kyran; Nearly limping the whole way. Once she got close enough to them she stopped and stood quietly for a moment before speaking. "...Hikari..." She paused. "...Do you think I could get something to put on this burn?" She asked quietly pointing down to her right ankle. She'd glanced over at Kyran momentarily, quite surprised herself to see just how toned he was but much like Hikari she looked away and kept herself from staring. After a moment she started to wonder why he was even shirt-less to begin with and then she shook her head softly not really sure she wanted an answer to that question.

Hikari slowly glanced back over to Kyran, smiling weakly. Her eyes went directly to his face, "Of course not." she said simply, sure to keep her eyes locked on his and avoid letting them wander. She made a face and him and then laughed quietly until she heard LaRae's voice behind her. She looked back to her for a moment and then glanced down to her ankle, "Ow... did your boot do that?" she asked as she looked down to her pouch and opened it. "Here, sit." she said softly, patting the ground, "That doesn't look comfortable to stand on." She finally pulled out a small container of ointment that was specifically for burns...mostly for heat, but it should work just as well on a friction burn. She set it aside and pulled out a small piece of cloth and the red liquid that she'd poured on Nero before, putting a little on. She waited for LaRae to get close enough and cleaned the blood and all away from the burn before laying the cloth aside and opening the ointment. She dipped in her fingertips and gently brushed it across the burn, rubbing it all over before putting the top back on and pulling out a relatively small strip of bandage to tie around the burn, though she didn't put it on. "Here, put this on tomorrow before you put your shoes back on, alright?" she said with a smile. "Leave everything off for now and don't mess with it, even if it happens to itch."
Nanashi nodded to LaRae as she got up and watched her go over to Hikari. He glanced at Kyran for a moment and sighed, looking away again to watch Hikari work on LaRae's ankle. He was almost jealous of Kyran, though he'd never admit it. He was thin himself, but only barley toned in his arms. Even still, he would never be caught dead going shirtless in front of anyone. He had way too many scars for that. His shirt was skin tight, but it was still dark colored, so it was impossible to see though to see what his body looked like, one could only see the general shape enough to tell that his stomach sank in just a little under his rib cage, though it was hard to detect muscle. He didn't exactly work out or anything.

Kyran merely smiled softly at Hikari at least until LaRae walked up. Of course his eyes wandered down to her ankle too when she pointed it out. He didn't say anything though, just looked at it. The burn did look like it hurt, and by the looks of it she must have had it for awhile. He looked away when Hikari started to work on the burn. He sighed softly and moved to lay down on his back; folding his arms behind his head. Staying quiet until they were finished.
LaRae nodded slightly when she asked if her boot was the reason. As soon as she asked her to sit down she did without any hesitation. It did hurt to be standing up on it. She looked down at her burn just about the time that Hikari started to clean the blood off; Of course just touching the burn made her wince. When she saw her reach for the ointment she looked away knowing full well that was going to hurt a little more. She sighed softly though that was quickly interrupted by another wince when Hikari started to rub the ointment against the burn. It didn't take too much pressure to cause her some pain, though that was due to how long the leather of her boot had been rubbing against the burn. Once Hikari was finished she reached for the small bandage and sat quietly for a moment. "...Thanks..." She said quietly before getting back to her feet. She started to turn and head back over to Nanashi. "...Sorry for bothering you two..." She mumbled just before walking back to Nanashi; Limping more obviously now. When she made it back over to him she didn't sit down right away, she just stood with her right leg lifted up slightly so she wasn't putting any pressure on it.

Hikari looked at LaRae and smiled slightly, "It isn't a bother... next time tell me sooner before it gets that bad..." she told her softly. She watched her limp her way back over to Nanashi and shook her head slightly, sighing as she went to put the things away. "Those two are like two peas in a pod..." she said with a half smile. They were both stubborn and seemed to have a problem letting on that they were hurt and usually ended up letting it just get a lot worse.
Nanashi stayed quiet and didn't move from his location until LaRae started back to him. He sat up when she was halfway there and when she didn't sit down right away he stood and gently put his hands on her arms, looking down to her right leg. "...Does it hurt that bad?" he asked, though he meant it more as a rhetorical question. He tilted his head slightly as he looked back to her and half smiled, "...You can hold onto me if you want." he offered as he started to sit down again. He figured she could use him to keep the pressure off of her leg while she got back on the ground again to keep from hurting herself.

Kyran looked over at Hikari once LaRae had gone back over to Nanashi. He smiled softly. "With as often as she seems to get hurt I can understand her not wanting to ask you for help." He said quietly. He lifted a hand up from behind his head to cover his mouth as he blocked his yawn. "Ya' know I'm just glad that someone gets along with him." Of course he was referring to Nanashi. He was still bothered by how upset that Nanashi had been from what little they'd spoken about the night before. He slipped his hand back under his head, looking over at her again. "So, how are you feeling?"
LaRae sighed softly when she noticed him stand up then looked away slightly when he touched her arms. "...You didn't have to get up..." She said quietly. When he offered to let her hold onto him she looked back over at him and nodded softly. She hadn't sat down right away when she got over to him because she was afraid of hurting her leg more on the way down; She was glad that he appeared to catch onto that. When he started to sit down, she did too. Once safely on the ground again she sighed softly stretching her legs out in front of her. "...Thanks."

Hikari smiled weakly, "Yes, I know... but still, I'd rather be bothered every little bit than have whatever is wrong get worse." She closed her pack, looking at Kyran again before glancing over toward Nanashi and LaRae again for a moment. "...Yeah... It's cute they way they act. I thought he was going to have a heart attack when I hugged him that time." she said with a quiet laugh before turning her attention back to Kyran again. She stretched out on the ground beside him, offering him another smile. "...I'm feeling fine... A little tired and sore, but nothing a little sleep wont fix." she said simply. She rolled onto her back and closed her eyes for a moment before chuckling quietly. "...Would you believe I'm actually starting to miss Ishta nagging at me?" she said with a quiet laugh which ended with a sigh. She was already getting a little homesick and it had barely been a week. She mostly just missed Sri and her bed.
Nanashi offered her a half smile and shook his head. "Don't mention it..." he said quietly. He stretched for a moment and then laid back down again, closing his eyes for a moment before glancing back up to her again. "...I hope you feel better by morning..." he said softly. If it still hurt too much he wouldn't mind letting her hold onto him while they walked so she wouldn't have to put as much pressure on that foot.

Kyran nodded slightly. "Not everyone likes to admit when they're hurting, let alone ask for help. So you can sit there and say you'd rather them come to you for every little thing before it gets worse, but that won't change anything. They'll come to you when they really need to, or want to rather." He looked back to her and smiled softly. "I'm glad." He said simply to her comment that sleep would fix everything. Hearing her say that she was starting to miss Ishta's nagging made him laugh a little. "You say that now, but once you're back around her you'll be wanting to get away again." At least he could compare a little with how he and his sister were. Minako annoyed the hell out of him after awhile and then he'd be thankful for some time away from her; But then he'd start missing her company when he was away for long periods of time. It's to be expected though, at least he thought so. "You'll get to see Ishta again before you know it." He said with another soft smile.
LaRae had sat with her back hunched slightly so that her hair had fallen on either side of her face. Her hands were resting on top of her thighs gently while her legs were outstretched in front of her. She didn't move too much after she sat down. She merely nodded lightly when Nanashi spoke and then nodded once more after he said he hoped she'd feel better in the morning. She didn't speak, nor do anything more then nod her head. You wouldn't know it unless you looked at her closely, but she'd fallen asleep sitting up. She was completely and utterly tuckered out; The walk over to Hikari and back took the last bit of energy she had so now she couldn't even keep herself awake even to talk.

Hikari sighed at Kyran's first comment, "Yeah, yeah, I know, I know." she said, raising one hand and waving it in the air dismissively, the way that she usually did to Ishta when she was scolding her about something that she didn't care too much to hear. She just wished that they would come sooner so it wouldn't be so hard to take care of later. She really hated for people to be in pain, but she guessed she was going to have to learn that if they didn't care, she shouldn't either. She lowered her arm and placed it behind her head again before glancing back over to Kyran again when he said she'd be wanting to get away again when she saw her. "Yeah... probably... I may behave for a day." she said with a slight smirk. She glanced away again, looking back up to the sky. "...I'm just getting homesick... Would you believe that this is already the longest that I've ever been away from home?" Hikari, or Selenity, rather, didn't get to get out much, and when she did, it usually wasn't fore more than a day. Once she snuk out and spent the night outside, then Ishta all but tied her to a chair for a week afterwards. Even with leave, however, she was never gone too long, and this was the first time ever that Ishta wasn't shadowing her on a trip.
Nanashi looked at LaRae for a moment when she didn't really respond and his ears fell back a little. Was she mad at him for making her go over there? He sat up slowly and moved over to her side, gently moving her hair aside, trying to look cute and innocent just in case she was mad. He blinked when he realized that she was asleep sitting up and then smiled slightly. He started to lay her back, then remembered that she didn't need to lay on her back, so he just put his arms around her and pulled her over to rest against him lightly as he shifted positions to get comfortable. In the end, he ended up laying back with his head and shoulders propped against the base of a tree and his knees drawn up, and he's positioned LaRae so that she could rest on his stomach rather than sit up all night. He had a feeling if he left her the other way she would have fallen over eventually, anyway. He finally closed his own eyes again and started trying to go to sleep.

Kyran looked over at Hikari for a moment before shifting his eyes upwards to look at the now completely darkened skies. Where they were at, through the trees even the stars were visible for once; Or at least he was just now noticing them. He sighed very softly. "On long trips like this one, I'd expect everyone to get a little homesick. I'm also not surprised that the sickness has already started setting in for you." He said quietly while still staring up at the stars. "And actually, I can believe that this is the longest you've been away from home. This trip isn't exactly the norm for Royals, so I'd even wager to say you're one of the few who will get to be away from home for about five months." He chuckled softly. "...I don't think the Royals here have even left their cities. If they have, it's only long enough to travel from one city to the other." He paused, starting to shift his gaze back over to Hikari. "You know, I'm sure that you could ask Ishta to come with you... If you really end up missing her that much. I don't recall the Elder saying anything against tag-along's."
LaRae didn't wake at all during any of the movement. Once Nanashi got comfortable she nuzzled against him briefly and then continued to sleep soundly.
