Hikari looked back to Kyran for a moment and then lowered her eyes before she looked back over to Aamori again, noticing the way that she'd brought her hands to her face. She finally just wrapped her arms around her gently and pulled her close to her as she leaned her head over against Aamori's. She didn't bother to day anything to her, partially just because she didn't know what to say. She wasn't going to tell her not to cry, she had every reason to want to cry right now, and she didn't want to tell her that it would be alright because she didn't know that it was true. She was just trying to be comforting to her.

Nanashi sighed softly and nodded to what Kyran said before he finally just sank down on the step tiredly and shifted LaRae a little so that she was resting in his lap with her head against his chest. He sighed softly and just leaned his head over against one of the rails of the porch. He was still waiting for the others to go in. He had no idea whose house this was, so he didn't want to intrude even if he did have permission.

Marius just nodded to Nobu when he looked back to him. He didn't know how the thing could see, but he guessed that it had some way of being able to see things around it. It got around too well to be completely blind. He just rested back in the chair and sighed softly, watching him curl up by Celestine.

Celestine tried to relax a little more when Nobu said that he wouldn't leave. '...Thank you...' he thought back to him. He knew that Nobu would help him if he could, but as he'd already gathered from listening to Marius, there was nothing that anyone could do for him. '...D...do you think....I'm going....to die?' he thought to him. He was a little afraid to know the answer. Honestly he should have probably been dead before they got out of the forest if he was anyone else.

Kyran looked at Hikari and Aamori for a moment before seeing Nanashi had sat on the step. He gave a sigh, he'd been so preoccupied with answering the questions about Celestine that he hadn't really been paying attention to anything else. He finally finished off the water in the glass he was holding before opening his mouth again. "...I'm sorry I didn't answer your question before, Nanashi." He paused. "This is Celestine's grandfather's house." He said before reaching for the door again. "Come on, we can go inside. I'm sure you'd like to set her down." He then opened the door waiting for Nanashi.

Aamori was trying to keep quiet and not draw a lot of attention to the fact she'd started crying again. Though when Hikari moved to wrap her arms around her and pull her close she couldn't help but lower her hands from her face and put her own arms around Hikari as she tired to bury her head against her. After that it didn't take long for her crying to become more noticeable.

Nobu's ears perked up again when he heard the question. He wasn't all that surprised to hear that, it was bound to come up sooner or later. '...If this was going to kill you, I have a feeling you'd have died on the way here.' He paused and nuzzled his head lightly against him. 'You shouldn't focus on that though. You're only going to stress yourself even more.'

Nanashi glanced up slowly to Kyran and then nodded weakly. "...It's okay... I didn't thin you heard me." he said quietly. He still couldn't get his voice to raise in volume at all. He stood up slowly when Kyran told him to come and lifted LaRae into his arms again. He turned around and started up the rest of the steps, though his foot caught under the top one and he nearly fell on his face, but he managed to at least keep himself from falling forward with her and only crashed down on his own legs. He yelped, but no sound came out of his throat at all. He sighed softly. Well at least he hadn't fallen on LaRae or dropped her. He shook his head and stood up again, trying to look down to see where he was putting his feet at least. His knees stung a bit but he couldn't really see if he'd done anything to them, not that it really mattered to him either way. He was still just a little sluggish from earlier and LaRae was blocking his view of the steps. Once he was back up he just walked over to Kyran and glanced inside the house a little unsurely before he stepped into the house and glanced around, though he kind of just hovered near the door, obviously unsure of where he was supposed to go.

Hikari raised her head slightly when she heard the light thud of Nanashi's knees hitting the porch, then she shook her head and leaned her head back against Aamori's again. "Shh..." she whispered softly as she rubbed her back and gave her a tight squeeze. "Shh....don't cry yet... He's still alive... Don't cry yet." she said softly, "There may not be a need..." she raised her head a little to look at her and smiled weakly, "Come on now...he wouldn't want you to cry..."

Celestine was a little relieved to hear that, even though he half wished right now that someone would put him out of his misery. He didn't know how long he could stand to lay here like this. '...How...are the others?... Is everyone alright?' He'd only really seen Kyran and Hikari after he got out of there, he hadn't focused on much beyond them. He assumed that LaRae was probably still out, but he was a little curious about Nanashi.

Kyran watched as Nanashi got up and started up the steps and let out a sigh when his knees hit the porch. He continued to stand holding the door until after Nanashi got back to his feet and finally stepped into the house. He glanced over to Nero briefly, and then to Hikari and Aamori. He sighed again softly when he just barely heard Aamori was crying. He shook his head slightly and then continued inside. He looked over to Nanashi briefly. "For now, I suppose you could just set her on the couch." He paused. "I'll have to ask Marius about rooms we can use." He really didn't want to just go around the house looking for the rooms they could use. He felt like that was intruding even though he was told they could stay as long as they needed.

Aamori continued to cry even when Hikari started telling her not to. She couldn't help it; After hearing everything that she had she felt like crying was the only thing she could do. She started to lift her head up when Hikari had and she glanced at her briefly before averting her eyes. She started to quiet down a little and the tears were slowly coming to a stop, minus an occasional tear that fell regardless of her trying to stop them. At this point she was just glad that he didn't know she was crying, she could just imagine what he'd say to her if he found out. She kept her eyes off to the side slightly and started to open her mouth to speak and yet again nothing came out but this time she continued mouthing the words even though there was no sound. Had she been able to get her voice out she would've said '...It's all my fault. All of it. I knew better then to just stand there. Yet, I just froze. I didn't even move until after he forced me down...' She paused and took a deep breath before her mouth started moving again, with no sound. '...And... Seeing him yanked away like that... I can't get it out of my head...'

'The others? ...I think they're all fine.' He paused. '...LaRae has been out cold since I first saw her and Nanashi is up and moving around again, though he's obviously not back up to par yet. Nero is just as anti social as usual... He even let LaRae fall right off Hikari's back when she was flying us back here.. Which caused Nanashi to go after her...' He paused again and shifted his head slightly. 'Lets see... Hikari and Kyran both look tired but other then that they seem fine.'

Nanashi nodded slightly and slowly made his way over to the couch, trying not to limp on the way. He laid LaRae down carefully and then sighed and just sat down on the floor beside the couch, leaning back against it as he pulled his legs up in front of his. He blinked when he realized that he'd ripped a hole in is pants leg and then rolled his eyes in mild annoyance when he saw the scrape. Frankly, he didn't even care, he didn't feel like getting up again. It didn't take a whole lot to rip his clothes anyway, he'd worn them for so lone that they were pretty worn out anyway. He just closed his eyes and rested his head back against the couch as he slid down a little closer to the floor. He was ready to just go curl up in a corner somewhere and hide, at least until this headache went away.

Hikari looked down to Aamori and watched as she tried to speak. She couldn't understand half of what she was saying, but she got the gist by catching a few words. When she finished she shook her head slightly and raised her hands to Aamori's face. "...Aamori...look at me..." she said softly, "It's not your fault... It's not your fault that it happened. Celestine knew what he was doing and what could happen..." she told her quietly. "...Don't blame yourself..." She wrapped her arms around her again and held her tightly. "...I know how you feel... it's hard to watch something like that and even harder to get it out of your head... But it's alright now, Aamori..." she said quietly, "He's safe in bed in his grandfather's house, I'm sure he'd right where he wants to be..." she said finally.

'That's good...I'm glad...they're alright...' he thought back to him again. '...I'm...getting tired.....It's hard to...stay awake...' Considering that he couldn't open his eyes all he could really do was sleep, but he didn't want to. He was half afraid that he wouldn't wake up if he went to sleep. It was hard enough just trying to breathe as it was, what if he just stopped while he was sleeping?

Kyran continued to stand there for a moment debating on whether or not he wanted to go bother Marius right now about the rooms. He decided he'd wait since the couch would do for the time being. He pulled his blades from their holster and then moved closer to the couch and then stopped to sit in the chair near it, making sure to set down the blades on the floor beside the chair. He sat on the edge of this chair as well, just because he didn't want to fall asleep. He knew the first chance he got to get comfortable would resort in him falling asleep. He glanced over at LaRae for a moment; He wasn't really all that surprised that she was still out cold though he did hope she at least regained consciousness soon. His eyes shifted over to Nanashi and then he noticed the rip in his pants. It looked like he'd probably be needed some new clothes before too much longer. He shook his head lightly. "...So how are you feeling, Nanashi?" He asked as he set the empty glass down on the floor beside his foot. He just hoped he remembered he set it there before he went to stand up the next time.

Aamori reluctantly looked at Hikari when she raised her hands to her face. She listened to what she had to say and tried as hard as she could to continue looking at her until she was finished. Even though she said it wasn't her fault, it still felt like it. Mostly because if she hadn't just stood there then what happened wouldn't have happened. She gave a sigh when Hikari wrapped her arms around her again. She was trying her best to forget that image, but it kept creeping up on her when she least expected it. She continued standing there for a moment before gently pulling away from Hikari. She still wasn't sure what she wanted to do, but at least by now she'd stopped crying. She lifted her hands up to her face and started wiping all traces of the tears away.

Nobu nuzzled his head against him lightly again. 'I'm surprised that you're even still awake right now.' He paused. 'Are you going to try to sleep... Or would you prefer to try and stay awake?'

Nanashi opened his eyes for a moment to glance over to Kyran when he spoke to him. "...I'm fine." he rasped. He again looked a little annoyed and cleared is throat, though that only made him cringed. He just sighed and closed his eyes again. "...My throat is a little sore." he said simply, of course he thought that was a little obvious, "...And I feel like someone just tried to crack my skull like a walnut." he muttered. He didn't bother to mention his knee, it was a little obvious that it was sore considering that he'd just busted it and scraped some of the skin off of it. He opened his eyes and glanced over to Kyran again. "...You look like you're ready to fall over..."

Hikari watched as Aamori pulled away and then smiled weakly at her. "...Come on...do you want to go see him? I will come with you if you want..." she offered softly. She wanted to see how he looked as well. He definitely hadn't looked that good when Kyran few off with him, that was for certain. She just hoped that he was doing a little better now.

'No...I....I don't want to sleep...I...can hardly breathe...I...I just......no...' he thought back to him. It was probably getting to be apparent that he was tired, his thoughts were starting to jumble a little, and he was doing a poor job of straightening them out.

Kyran lifted his eyes from the glass and looked over at Nanashi when he started talking. He gave a sigh. "I'm sorry, I guess that was a stupid question." He stated after hearing how he was feeling. He probably could've pieced everything together just by looking at him but he was rather tired and thought he'd just ask. He then gave a weak laugh as he rested his arms to his knees. "...Yes. I probably could at any minute." He paused. "I'm lucky to have been able to keep myself awake long enough to get Celestine here." He shook his head lightly. "It's been awhile since I've had to fly like that..."

Aamori lowered her hands back to her sides and looked at Hikari and then gave a slight nod after a moment of hesitation. She would've shaken her head no, but since Hikari said she would go with her if she wanted made her change her mind. She thought it might be easier to look at him if she had someone else with her. She gave a small sigh and then glanced over towards the front door.

'Since I'm not going anywhere I can try and keep you awake.' He paused. 'So long as you can keep talking like this, of course...'

Nanashi smiled weakly. "...It's alright...at least you asked." he said quietly. That was a little more than he expected from anyone....well maybe except for Hikari. He sat himself up a little more and then turned his attention back to Kyran again. "...Maybe you should rest... I think you earned it." he said softly. "I can't even imagine flying that fast... Well...like this." He thought Hikari did a pretty good speed job in her dragon form, but he doubted she could compare in her usual form.

Hikari smiled weakly and nodded to her again. She reached out to her and placed her arm around her waist again. "Alright then...come on, I'll help you up the steps." she told her as she started for the stairs. "Are you going to stay out here, Nero?" she asked as she started up the steps, though she took them slow for Aamori's sake. Once they reached the top of the steps she loosened her grip on her a little and then let her go so she could get through the door before she followed.

Celestine was relieved to hear that at least. He'd half expected Nobu to just tell him to go to sleep. 'Yes...okay...' he thought back to him again. he paused for a few moments. '...Aamori...how...is she?

Kyran nodded his head a little. "Yes, I should probably rest." He paused. "...But I want to make sure everyone else is settled before I do that. I'm liable to be asleep for quite a few hours." He glanced over at Nanashi for a moment and smiled slightly. "You haven't seen fast until you've seen me fly in my dragon form." He commented quietly before turning his attention to the door when he heard it open.

Aamori accepted the help up the stairs without fighting it. She stood on the porch for a moment once Hikari had let go of her and then reached for the door to head inside. She opened the door and then stepped inside, only to come to a stop once she was inside a couple feet. She still had the swallow and had been waiting for somewhere to put it. She leaned it against a bare space on the wall and then glanced back to Hikari. She wasn't exactly sure where to go and wasn't about to go wandering around looking for Celestine.

Nero glanced up finally when he heard his name and looked over to Hikari as she was helping Aamori up the stairs. He just stared at her for a moment before looking away. "Yes. For now." He answered. He didn't really want to go inside right now, perhaps when he was ready to sleep but for now he was content out here.

Nobu lifted his head up from him for a moment and tilted it to the side. '...Did I not say how she was?' He paused and then set his head back down lightly. '...I may have forgotten about her then ...I don't think anything is wrong with her. Though, she hasn't said a word since I've seen her...' He paused. 'I guess since she's been so quiet I just forgot.'

Nanashi smiled weakly and shook his head. "...Yes...I...can imagine..." he said quietly before he glanced to the door as well. He sighed softly when he saw Aamori and Hikari come inside. He finally just leaned his head back against the couch and closed his eyes again. Now that Hikari was back he expected the short conversation to end pretty abruptly, not that he really minded either way. It still hurt his throat to talk too much.

Hikari nodded to Nero and then stepped inside after Aamori. She shrugged off her bow and set it against the wall by Celestine's swallow after Aamori put it down. Her eyes wandered over the living room for a moment and she sighed softly. "...Kyran...where is Celestine?" she asked as she put her hands on Aamori's shoulders.

Marius looked up from the bed when he heard Hikari's voice inside. "...He's in here with me." He called to her. The room wasn't very far down the hall and the door was wide open, so it wasn't very hard to hear what was being said from the front door.

Hikari blinked and looked down the hallway. "Oh...never mind." she said with a weak smile cast toward Kyran before she put a little pressure on Aamori's shoulders from behind to get her moving. She slipped around beside her again and put her arm back around her again like she'd done most of the way here.

'...At least...she isn't hurt...' he thought back again. 'I...couldn't tell...I didn't really...see her after I got out...'

Kyran watched as Aamori and Hikari came inside and smiled a little. He was about to answer Hikari's question but Marius had already spoken up before he could. He gave a soft sigh and then turned his head back down towards the floor and then shut his eyes lightly.

Aamori glanced back over her shoulder slightly when she felt Hikari's hands on her shoulders. She was now having seconds thoughts about having Hikari go with her, she seemed to be more or less pushing her along. She glanced over at Kyran after Hikari had asked him where Celestine was and then her eyes shot down the hall when she heard Marius' voice. She stumbled forward slightly when Hikari applied the pressure to get her moving. She gave a sigh and proceeded to walk herself rather then make Hikari force her down the hall the whole way. She looked to Hikari when she came up beside her. She was a little surprised that Hikari was still helping her get around with her leg the way it was. She was sure she could probably maneuver the house by herself but the gesture was nice. Once she reached the room where Marius' voice had come from she almost immediately put the brakes on while standing at the door and just looked in from where she was.

Nobu lifted his head again when he heard Marius speak up and then looked over at him. He then glanced towards the door while he waited to see Hikari. He stared at the door long enough to see Hikari and Aamori too. He then started to put his head back down on Celestine but stopped and just rested his head beside him. 'Looks like you've finally got some more visitors.' He paused. '...And one of them we were just talking about.'

Nero continued to stand there for a moment longer until Hikari and Aamori had gone inside. Then he made his way up onto the porch and leaned the spetum against the house before sitting down on the porch and resting his back to the house while. He sat with one leg bent at the knee with his arm draped across it and his head tilted down so that his hair fell into this face. He was glad that it was dark out now. He'd had more then enough bright things to deal with today.

Nanashi opened his eyes again and when he heard Hikari and Aamori walk off and glanced toward the door for a moment before he looked back over to Kyran. He smiled weakly and then shook his head before he lowered his head again and closed his eyes. "...I believe everyone is settled enough." he said quietly.

Hikari came to a stop when Aamori refused to even move any further. She looked over to her and sighed softly. "...Come on..." she whispered softly as she stepped into the room, letting her arm slide from around Aamori's waist. She looked over to Marius and nodded respectfully before she looked over to Celestine again. Her ears lowered slightly when she actually looked at him. He looked so pale and she could just barely tell that he was breathing from a distance. She looked over to Marius again and tilted her head slightly. "...Has he moved at all?" she asked quietly.

Marius looked up to Hikari and returned her nod then looked back down to the floor again. His eyes wandered back up to her again and he shook his head. "No. He hadn't moved. He can't even blink, I had to close his eyes after Kyran put him down." He said softly. "...I can't even tell id he is conscious or not..."

Celestine tried one more time to open his eyes, but yet again he couldn't move them. He heard Hikari's voice and Marius's. He didn't hear Aamori though which rather surprised him since that had to be who Nobu was referring to. '...Where is she?' he asked since he couldn't see her, '...I don't...hear her.'

Kyran continued to just sit there quietly with his eyes shut and his head tilted to the ground. He didn't even acknowledge that Nanashi had said anything. Mere moments after he'd shut his eyes, after watching Hikari and Aamori step into the house, he'd already fallen asleep. He was still hunched over with his arms rested to his knees, he hadn't even bothered to sit back and get comfortable. Then again, he hadn't intended to just fall asleep where he was sitting.

Aamori continued to stand at the door even after Hikari had gone inside. She hesitated moving any closer but finally talked herself into it after hearing that Marius didn't know whether he was conscious or not. She was also a bit bothered to hear that he hadn't moved. She finally stepped into the room while trying to ignore her slight limp then glanced over at Marius briefly before moving up to stand just behind Hikari. She just peeked down at Celestine and then averted her eyes after seeing how he looked. She really didn't like seeing him like this and she started feeling terrible all over again.

Nobu lifted his head up after hearing Celestine ask where Aamori was and looked to the door watching her just now wandering in with her limp to stand behind Hikari. He then lowered his head back down. '...She just came in, she's standing behind Hikari.' He paused. 'And I told you before, she hasn't spoken a word since I saw her come out of that forest. I assume she hadn't spoken much prior to that either...' He lifted his head up again briefly and glanced back over towards Marius. He usually didn't like to go broadcasting that he could talk to people like he could, but he guessed he could make this an exception. Besides, he didn't think Marius would go telling the whole world that he could talk. He continued to stare at Marius for a moment before sending a thought over to him. 'Don't worry, Celestine is conscious... He's been talking with me since I came in.'

Nanashi glanced up again for a moment when he didn't hear a response from Kyran. It didn't take him long to realize that he'd already fallen asleep. He sighed softly and pushed himself up a little and then got to his feet and walked over to Kyran. He could tell the guy was worn out, but he was going to be pretty sore when he woke up if he stayed like that. He placed one hand behind his back and the other in front of him as he carefully leaned him back agianst the back of the chair. He smiled weakly and shook his head. "...Sleep well, Kyran." he said quietly before he went to sit beside the couch again. After a moment he just laid over and rested his head on his arm as he stretched out on the rug and closed his eyes. It wasn't too long before he had fallen asleep as well.

Hikari nodded slightly to Marius. "...I'm sorry." she said quietly. She could tell from their last visit hat he was very fond of Celestine, even if he did make things a little hard on him. She gently rested her hand on his shoulder for a moment before she looked back to Aamori. She sighed softly and slipped her hand off of Marius's shoulder as she started back over to Aamori again. "...Are you alright?" she asked quietly.

Marius smiled weakly to Hikari and raised his hand to place over hers until she walked back over to her friend. He then looked over to Nobu with a rather surprised expression, though it faded quickly. Of course he should have guessed there was something special about this creature, though he hadn't really expected it to be able to talk the way that Celestine did. He smiled weakly and nodded before standing up again and walking over to the bed. He placed his hand on Nobu's head again and rubbed him gently behind the ears. "...I think he will be alright soon enough..." he said softly. If he was still conscious, that was a good sign at least. "We will just have to let it run its course."

Celestine knew that Nobu had said that she hadn't said anything before, but it was really hard to believe that Aamori could be quiet for that long. He didn't want Aamori to be sad over this, he'd only done what he had to...or maybe just what he wanted to. He would rather it have been him than any of the others. At least he had a fighting chance against the poison where as anyone else would have been screwed. He was running out of things to ask or say to Nobu, and it was getting harder and harder to stay awake when all he could do was just lay there. He was wary of falling asleep, but he knew he was going to sooner or later. 'Nobu...if...I fall asleep...will you wake me up if...I have any more trouble breathing?'

Aamori's eyes had fallen down towards the floor after seeing how Celestine looked. She didn't respond right away when Hikari asked if she was alright. After a moment she lifted her eyes and looked over to Hikari. She sighed softly and then nodded her head. She did still feel bad, but she thought she'd be fine. So long as he didn't get any worse. Her eyes shifted slightly when Marius moved over to the bed. She felt a little better hearing that he thought Celestine would be alright. Hearing that from him had a different effect on her, rather then hearing it from someone in the group. She finally glanced back over to Celestine and continued to stand there watching him.

Nobu watched as Marius come over. He gently pushed his head into his hand when he started rubbing behind his ears. He then turned his head back to look over at Celestine when he heard his thought again. '...Of course...'

Hikari nodded slightly to Aamori and then gave her another gentle hug before she released her and then backed off, going to stand near the door again. She thought that she could stand to give Aamori a little breathing room since she'd been practically glued to her since they were leaving the forest.

Marius smiled slightly and slipped his hand under Nobu's chin to scratch it lightly before he looked back over to Aamori again. He stepped back from the bed again and walked over to her, laying one hand on her shoulder. He smiled weakly at her and then wrapped his arms around her for a moment. "Kyran told me what happened." he said quietly, "...Please don't take it so hard... you know that he wouldn't want that." he said quietly in her ear. He could tell the girl was depressed just by looking at her, it wasn't hard to see.

'...Thank you...' he thought back to him again before he finally gave in and relaxed. It wasn't too long before he finally fell asleep. His breathing slowed a little, but that was only because he was relaxed and not trying so hard to breathe. He'd just been being paranoid before.

Aamori looked back to Hikari briefly after she hugged her and started to head towards the door. She brought her eyes back and looked at Marius when he touched her shoulder. She tensed up momentarily when he put his arms around her; She sighed heavily and then relaxed a bit when she heard that Kyran told him what happened. She wasn't surprised to hear that he knew. She couldn't help taking things the way she had. She averted her eyes again and went to open her mouth to speak, again no sound came out but she mouthed the words 'That's easier said then done.' anyway.

Nobu gave a slight nod of his head after hearing Celestine. He glanced over at Marius and Aamori for a moment and tilted his head to the side. He hadn't really given any thought to why Aamori wasn't speaking but seeing her move her mouth like she was speaking and no sound coming out made him a little curious. It was obvious now to him, that it wasn't her choosing not to speak but more that her voice wasn't audible. He glanced back down to Celestine just before he was going to lay his head down again and noticed his breathing had slowed a little. He then laid his head down and got comfortable.

Hikari watched as Aamori tried to speak again and then sighed softly, shaking her head slightly before she slipped out into the hallway again. She stood there for a moment before she wandered back down to the living room again. She smiled when she saw Kyran asleep in the chair and Nanashi curled up on the floor beside LaRae. She finally walked over to the chair and sat down in the floor beside it, leaning her head over against the arm of the chair.

Marius smiled weakly to her and then side glanced to the door when Hikari left the room. He shook his head and looked back down to Aamori again before he pulled back and rested his hands on her shoulders. "It's alight..." he said softly. He gave her another gentle hug and then backed away again. "...How is your leg?" he asked as he looked down to her legs, "I noticed you limping when you came in... You can sit down if yo want." he told her softly.

Aamori glanced at Marius briefly when he said it'd be alright and gave a sigh before mouthing the words 'Yeah... everyone keeps telling me that...' She looked down at her leg when she heard him ask about it. She continued to stare at her leg for a minute before looking up at him again. 'I think I sprained it...' She mouthed and then sighed again. She was starting to get really aggravated with her voice. She wanted to answer all the questions she was being asked and no sound was escaping when she'd try to speak. She shook her head a little in response to sitting down. She wasn't ready to move away just yet, and she was pretty sure that if she did go sit down she'd probably fall asleep.

Marius nodded slightly to her again and laughed softly. "...It's a good thing that I learned to read lips." he said as he shook his head. "...Anyway...I know that it doesn't feel that way right now... but everything will be alright...one way or the other." he said softly. "...Celestine is a strong boy, I'm sure he will be fighting tooth and nail every step of the way." he said softly. He was at least trying to be encouraging. He didn't know what was going to happen, right not it looked like he could go either way. Still he knew that even if he didn't make it as long as Aamori was safe that's obviously what counted to Celestine. "...Would you like some water?" he asked finally after he looked back to her again.

Aamori looked up at him when he said he could read lips and smiled weakly. At least it looked like someone would be able to understand her. She glanced back over to Celestine while Marius went on about him being strong. She didn't doubt he'd be fighting it. She looked back to Marius when he asked if she wanted some water. Surprisingly she shook her head. 'No... thank you.' She mouthed to him before turning her eyes away. She hoped that he wasn't going to get worse and she really hoped that he didn't just end up dying. She didn't want to lose him, let alone like this.

Marius nodded to her again when she declined the offer for the water and then sighed softly and went to set down on the end of the bed behind Nobu. He lowered his eyes again and then looked over to Celestine again before he glanced back to Aamori again. "...Would you like to stay with him tonight?" he asked softly. "...I don't mind either way. There are bedrooms upstairs that you all can help yourselves to." he told her.

Aamori watched as Marius went to sit on the end of the bed. When she heard him ask if she wanted to stay with him, her eyes trailed back over to Celestine for a moment before looking back to Marius. She hesitated for a moment but gave a small nod. He had risked his life to save her from the hydra, the least she thought she could do was stay with him. She finally moved from the spot she'd been standing in since she came into the room. She stepped closer to the bed and then sat down on her knees on the floor. She looked back to Marius. '...You really don't mind...?' She mouthed.

Marius smiled slightly when he looked down to her and nodded. "No, dear, I don't mind." he said softly, "He must like you a lot, he doesn't have many friends anymore. I think he would like it if you stayed with him." he said softly. He glanced over to Celestine again and smiled slightly. He knew that Celestine must have finally fallen asleep since he was breathing slowly and more shallowly now. He rubbed Nobu's back gently and stood up again. "You're both welcome to stay with him. I think I can trust the both of you with him."
