Aamori smiled weakly and then watched as Marius stood up from the bed. '...Thank you...' She mouthed before sighing softly. She had her hands rested in her lap and she'd started to absently fidget with the end of her skort with her fingers. Her eyes trailed back to Celestine and she just sat there quietly watching him sleep. At least she assumed that he had fallen asleep, by the looking at him.

Marius smiled slightly to her again and placed his hand on her head. "...Alright then...Good night. I will leave him to you." He said softly. He finally left the room and stepped out into the hallway to return to the living room only to find that everyone had fallen asleep in some very random places. he smiled slightly when he realized that there was still one missing. He glanced around for a moment and then finally went to the door and stepped out onto the porch. It didn't take him long to find the missing one. "...Good evening." He said calmly as he looked down to him. "It is getting late. Most of the others have already fallen asleep." He offered him a polite smile. "My name is Marius." he introduced himself. "...Would you like to come inside, Nero?"

Aamori glanced up to him when he placed his hand on her head and smiled weakly before watching him leave the room. She gave a soft sigh and then turned her attention back to Celestine. She watched him for a little longer then lifted her hands from her lap and set her arms on the edge of the bed then rested her head on them. She was pretty tired herself, and with how quiet it had gotten her eyes only grew heavy and she ended up shutting them.

Nero lifted his head slightly when he heard the door open and then looked at Marius as he introduced himself. He continued to sit there for a minute, then he started to get to his feet. He dusted himself off a little and then looked back to Marius. "I would return the kind gesture and introduce myself, but you apparently already know my name." He said lightly, sounding oddly pleasant. "...And yes, I do think I'd like to come inside." He paused. "I'd like to save myself at least one morning of not waking up blinded by the sun."

Marius smiled again and nodded. "Yes, I have gathered quite a bit about most of you... You seem to be the antisocial one of the group." he said with a soft, good-natured laugh. "Come on," he said softly as he opened the door for him, "It's supposed to get rather chilly tonight." He said lightly. "...It seems that the others didn't quite make it upstairs to choose a room, so I suppose you get your pick." he told him, "If you like you may help yourself to the kitchen as well. I'm afraid I lost what little urge I had to make dinner earlier."

Nero started towards the door and slipped inside since Marius had opened it for him. He glanced around once he'd stepped inside and shook his head lightly seeing how the others were laid out in the living room. He turned back to look at Marius briefly. "Considering how antisocial I am, I guess I'll just go to bed and leave you to talk to yourself." He said with a quiet laugh. With that he gave a slight nod of his head and wandered straight over to the stairs and scaled them two at a time. He didn't bother looking around much once he got upstairs and went straight for the first available room on the right. He stepped inside, again not bothering to look around very much. He shut the door behind him and went straight to the bed and sat down long enough to get his boots off. Once he got his boots removed he swung his legs up onto the bed and laid back. He was pretty tired himself, even if he didn't really do much after getting Nanashi out of the forest. He yawned quietly and then shut his eyes. It wouldn't take too long for him to fall asleep.

Marius smiled weakly to Nero when he started for the stairs. "Goodnight." he said softly before he started toward the kitchen. He half smiled when he spotted the glass by Kyran's foot. He walked over quietly and picked it up to take to the kitchen. He set it in the sink and then got down another glass for himself to get a drink. He finished it in the kitchen and washed both glasses before he finally went upstairs. He glanced at the closed door where he assumed Nero must have been and smiled slightly before he went to his room at the end of the hall and changed into his night robes. He sighed and sat on the edge of the bed for a few minutes before he finally got up and went back downstairs to sit in the chair in Celestine's room. He looked over to Aamori and smiled slightly before he turned his eyes over to Celestine. He didn't mind leaving Aamori in here with him, but at the same time, he couldn't really bring himself to stay away from him for a full night.

LaRae finally managed to regain consciousness an hour or so before morning would start creeping up. She opened her eyes briefly, though she didn't focus on anything. She rolled over onto her side so that her face was to the couch and then shut her eyes again, falling asleep rather quickly. She was asleep for five minutes tops before the marking on her back started glowing like it was on fire. The marking then started to slowly grow larger. The whole process took a little time and was incredibly painful. It took a moment for her to register the pain but the instant it hit, her eyes shot open and she curled her body in with her hands tightly grasped to each arm. She clenched her teeth together and tried desperately to keep herself quiet while she waited for the marking to finish changing size. Unfortunately she never was very good at keeping herself quiet through these things and within seconds she'd let out a bloodcurdling scream. After a moment passed her scream subsided and she just laid there breathing heavily.

Kyran had been sleeping pretty well considering he was in a chair and managed to stay asleep throughout the night. He probably could've slept for a good couple hours after morning rolled around but he woke startled by the bloodcurdling scream coming from LaRae. He nearly jumped out of the chair when he woke up and had to place his hand over his chest as he tried to catch his breath. He looked over at LaRae, thankfully she'd only screamed once. He noticed the way she was curled up and holding herself like something hurt. After he blinked a couple times and focused his eyes he noticed the marking on her back was glowing. "...LaRae..." He paused. "Are you alright?" He asked quite concerned, while he started to get up from the chair.

Aamori was still asleep, with her head rested on her arms against the edge of the bed. Though she woke startled and fell back hitting her head on the floor thanks to the scream she heard. She started to sit up once the scream subsided and began rubbing the back of her head lightly. She was still a bit groggy so she didn't even register that the scream came from inside the house.

Nobu's ears shot up when he heard LaRae scream and he thought about going to see what caused it, but stayed where he was on the bed. He glanced down at Aamori while she was sitting back up and then looked to Celestine to see how he was doing.

Nero couldn't escape her scream either. He woke up and rather quickly rolled out of the bed and headed down the stairs to see what the problem was. Though he paused once he reached the living room and saw that it was only LaRae. He sighed heavily and then turned right back around and went back upstairs and crawled back into bed. He picked up the pillow and buried his head under it and tried to go back to sleep.

Nanashi's eyes shot open when he heard LaRae scream and he bolted upright quickly, though he realized much too late that he'd apparently rolled over in his sleep. His head slammed off of bottom edge of the coffee table and he fell back to the ground again. He rolled away from the table and sat up again quickly, looking over to LaRae. The glowing mark was the first thing he noticed from where he was sitting. He turned his eyes down to her face and then gently placed one hand on her back and the other on her head. "LaRae!?" He gently ran his fingers along her cheek and slipped her hair back out of her face and away from her back so he could look at the mark. "...It's bigger..." he whispered so quietly that LaRae was probably the only one that could hear him. He pushed her hair back down over the mark again and gently combed his fingers through her bangs again. He glanced over to Kyran for a second when he asked if she was alright and then looked back down to her again, waiting for an answer.

Hikari startled violently and bolted upright from where she was sitting against the chair. She looked around for a moment and then looked over to LaRae. She too noticed the glow on her back, even after Nanashi tried to cover it up again. "What happened!?"

Marius had been sitting up all night in the chair, and had only barely dozed off when LaRae's scream awoke him. His eyes widened and he stood quickly before running out of the room and hurrying back to the living room. "What is it, what's going on!?" he asked as he hurried over to the others. He looked down to LaRae and Nanashi, since the commotion had obviously come from LaRae. "Are you alright?"

Even Celestine was startled awake by the scream. He gasped, which in turn led to a small series of coughs before he finally managed to open his eyes about halfway, though he still couldn't really see much. It was hard to open his eyes since they still felt like they were covered in lead, but he wasn't too focused on how hard it was right now. At least after a few hours he seemed to be getting back a tiny bit of mobility. '...What happened? Who screamed?'

Aamori was still rubbing the back of her head lightly when she noticed that Marius was leaving the room rather quickly. She then started to get up and follow after him as best she could. Her leg was still a tad sore, thankfully though the limp was gone. She came to a stop not too far from Marius and looked over at LaRae, only now realizing that she was the one who screamed.

LaRae continued to lay there curled up slightly with her hands still grasped to her upper arms, at least until the glow of the mark faded. By the time it finally stopped glowing the mark on her back had nearly doubled in size. She was still breathing heavily and trying desperately to regain her composure. She finally released her arms and just laid there for a moment. "...I-I'm ...a-alright..." She mumbled. She wasn't sure which was worse, the pain she felt while the mark grew or the embarrassment of waking everyone up like that. She shifted slightly after a few minutes and then started to sit up. Her back was still incredibly sore after that, but she managed to sit up right through gritted teeth. Her breathing was still a little heavy and she'd clearly broken out in a sweat from the pain. Once she was upright she kept her head tilted down so that she didn't have to look at any of them. She'd kind of expected this to happen after she felt the pain from the marking once the hydra was dead, but she'd hoped she wouldn't have been around any of them when it started happening.

Kyran stood there for a moment, just looking down at LaRae still concerned. Though he relaxed a little himself when the glowing from her mark faded and she said she was alright. He still wasn't exactly sure what had just happened but he sat back down on the edge of the chair. He watched her when she started to sit up and gave a small sigh before glancing around briefly seeing who all was awake now.

Nobu watched as Marius and Aamori left the room and then looked back to Celestine when he heard his thought. He noticed he had opened his eyes a little, which was a good sign. 'I'm not sure what happened...' He paused. '...But that scream came from LaRae.' He answered before turning his attention back towards the door momentarily.

Nanashi continued to look at LaRae as she sat up and never once took his eyes away from her until she was situated. He raised his hand and placed it on her arm again lightly and then sighed quietly. He wanted to talk to her, but not while everyone else was around. His head was throbbing even worse than yesterday; probably because this time something really did crack it. He sighed heavily and popped his other elbow on the couch before leaning his head into his palm. He was trying to slow his breathing down a little. LaRae had nearly scared the life out of him with that scream.

Hikari stared at LaRae for a moment before looking over to Kyran when he sat back down. "...Are you sure?" she asked quietly, looking back to LaRae again when she saw her sit up. She wanted to ask what was going on with that mark, but she refrained, at least for now.

Marius looked around at everyone and then slowly walked over to the edge of the couch and looked at LaRae. He raised his hand to her cheek gently and tilted his head with a still mildly concerned look. She hadn't really answered his question, but he didn't bother to answer it again. He could tell that she was hurting, but there wasn't a lot that he could do about it.

Celestine slowly turned his eyes toward the door and then finally let them close again. He still couldn't see very much, anyway; his vision was still blurry. 'You...can go see....if you want...' he told him. He knew he'd asked him to stay with him, but he was curious and assumed that Nobu probably was as well. Beside he didn't want him to feel like he was stuck there.

LaRae looked over to Nanashi when she felt him touch her arm and then lifted her eyes just barely to glance over at Hikari, having heard her again. She gave a slight nod. "...Y-yes." She answered quietly. She couldn't help but look at Marius when he touched her cheek, though she rather quickly averted her eyes. She was extremely uncomfortable with everyone's attention on her. After a few more moments she'd finally regulated her breathing and gave a heavy sigh.

Kyran looked back to LaRae for a moment then glanced at Nanashi. "...How about you, Nanashi. Are you alright?" He paused. "You cracked your head on that coffee table when you got up."

Nobu turned his attention back to Celestine and shook his head a little. 'It seems to have quieted down now.' He paused. 'I'm sure that I can ask Marius what happened when he comes back.' He then laid his down on Celestine lightly.

Aamori had watched quietly while LaRae sat up from the couch. It wasn't that hard for her to notice the size difference in the marking on her back once her hair moved out of the way. Before you could just barely see parts of it sticking out from behind her shirt, it was easily overlooked. Now it was more obvious. She gave a small sigh thinking that must have been what caused her so much pain. She remembered once when LaRae described the pain to her, she said it felt like a couple dozen needles were stabbing into her as the marking slowly started to stretch out. Plus it was accompanied by the usual burning sensation. She shook her head lightly and then started to turn around to go back to the room where Celestine was. She was pretty sure, just by looking at her that she was uncomfortable with all the attention she was getting.

Nanashi sighed softly and finally raised his head out of his hand to look at Kyran. "...Yeah I'm fine." He said quietly. His head hurt a lot, but other than that he didn't think he'd hurt himself too bad. At least not until Marius spoke up.

Marius pulled his hand back from LaRae's cheek when she said that she was alright again and just sighed softly, though he happened to notice the red smears all over Nanashi's fingers when he lifted his head. "You're bleeding, son." he said softly. Honestly, looking at Nanashi's head before he put his hand there it was near impossible to tell since his hair was blood red as it was, but now there was an obvious wet spot where his hand had been.

Nanashi looked back to his hand and his eyes widened for a moment before he went back to feeling around his head. He winced when he touched the spot where he'd hit. Apparently the edge of that table was sharper than he first thought.

Hikari nodded to LaRae and then sighed when she heard Marius tell Nanashi that he was bleeding. She shook her head slightly and got to her feet then walked over to him. "Here...let me see." she said gently as she pulled his hand away. She shifted his hair around slightly until she found the spot. "Oh...it's just a little cut." she told him. It was only bleeding a lot because it was on his head. She held her hand just above his head and concentrated for a few moments and the usual pale light emitted from her hand for a few seconds. "There you go." she said lightly. She glanced at her fingers for a moment and then glanced around. She didn't really have anything to clean her fingers off with.

"Um...thanks..." he muttered quietly to her.

Celestine sighed lightly and slowly opened his eyes a little to try to focus on Nobu when he felt his head on him again. '...You've...spoken to him?' he asked a little curiously. He hadn't thought that Nobu really wanted to go around saying that he could do this. The fact that he himself knew was pure accident.

LaRae was a little relieved when the attention shifted over to Nanashi, though she was a little concerned when Marius said that Nanashi was bleeding. She looked over at him and watched as he felt around on his head. She gave a soft sigh when she saw Hikari get up to look at the cut on his head. She saw this as a good chance to get up and escape any questions that she was sure would be coming. She got up from the couch and slipped over to the front door, opening it and stepping outside as quietly as possible. Once she was outside she moved over to the steps and sat down carefully. Her back was still sore, and likely would be for a little while longer. She sighed heavily and lifted her hand up over her shoulder in an attempt to rub her back a little.

Kyran nodded lightly when Nanashi said he was fine, though he sighed softly when Marius said that he was bleeding. He looked over to Hikari when she started to get up to go have a look at Nanashi. He then looked to LaRae briefly as she got up and started to slip out the front door while Hikari was looking at Nanashi's cut. He guessed she just wanted some air. He glanced back to Hikari when she had finished and noticed her fingers. "I'm sure Marius won't mind if you wash your hand off in the kitchen." He commented. "You too, Nanashi."

Nobu lifted his head again and looked at him. '...Well... Yes, I have.' He paused. 'I thought it was important that he know you were still conscious... I mean, no one knew but me.' He was quiet for a moment before focusing back on Celestine. '...So you can open your eyes a little now, that's an improvement from yesterday.'

Aamori came back to the room and entered quietly. She walked right over to the side of the bed where she'd been most of the night and sat down on her knees again. She sat with her hands in her lap, and her eyes resting on them. She hadn't looked at Celestine too closely just because she hadn't expected anything to be any different.

Nanashi watched LaRae get up and slip outside then sighed softly. He wanted to go after her, but he didn't want it to seem as if he was chasing her. He sighed softly and shook his head slightly before he glanced over to Kyran. "Huh? Oh...yeah..." he said quietly.

Marius smiled slightly to the two of them after LaRae stepped outside. "No, of course no. Go ahead." He told them. He then looked over to Nanashi, "If you like you can go upstairs and wash your hair as well. You have a bit of a mess there." he said with a slight smile.

Nanashi looked up to him for a moment and nodded slightly. "...Thank you." he said quietly. "...I will...in a few minutes..." he said quietly. He slowly started to get to his feet to go wash his hand off. His gloves were getting to be a pain, he kept getting things on them. He finally started to the kitchen to go wash his hands.

Hikari smiled slightly and nodded as well. "Thank you." she told him and then glanced over to Kyran again. She glanced over to the door and then looked back to Kyran again with a weak smile before she followed Nanashi to the kitchen.

Marius smiled weakly and then shook his head slightly. "Well...that is certainly one way to wake everyone up in the morning..." he said quietly. "Are you feeling any better, Kyran?" he asked kindly as she sat down on the sofa for a few minutes. He was starting to get very tired since he really hadn't slept during the night.

Celestine closed his eyes again for a few moments. 'I see... thank you...' he thought back to him again, 'I really didn't want him to be too worried...' He opened his eyes again slightly when he commented on his ability to open his eyes. 'Yes...I...still can't really see, though...' He turned his eyes slightly toward what he assumed by the blurs of color much have been Aamori since it was mostly blue and tried to say her name, but he only managed to barely move his lips. He wanted to talk to her and make sure that she was doing alright. He still couldn't believe that she wasn't talking.

Kyran watched as Nanashi then Hikari left for the kitchen and then looked over to Marius once he had sat down. He nodded his head lightly. "Yes, I'm feeling better." He paused. "I just needed some sleep." He glanced back towards the door for a moment and then gave a sigh. He was pretty sure that LaRae hadn't intended for that to happen, she looked rather embarrassed after she noticed how many people were coming to see what the commotion was. He thought briefly about going to talk to her about it, but since she'd slipped outside she obvious didn't want to be bothered about it right now. He gave a sigh and leaned back in the chair.

Nobu looked over to Aamori briefly when she came back into the room and watched as she sat down. He turned back to Celestine. 'No need to thank me.' He paused. '...He seemed relieved at least, to hear that you were conscious. Though, he's still worried about you. He left last night I assume to go to sleep and wound up back in here with Aamori and myself not too much later.'

Aamori continued to stare down at her hands for a few moments before she noticed the ribbon was still tied to her holster. She was glad at least that she had managed to recover that. She finally lifted her eyes to look over at Celestine. She sat up on her knees and set her arms down on the edge of the bed while she looked a little closer. She smiled a little when she noticed that his eyes were open slightly. Seeing that made her feel a little better at least.

Marius smiled slightly and nodded. "I'm glad. You looked pretty worn by the time you got here yesterday." he said before he tried to stifle a yawn with his hand. "...Excuse me." he said quietly, shaking his head slightly. "I couldn't seem to make myself go to bed last night." he admitted. He sighed softly and leaned forward slightly, resting his forehead in his palm while he propped his elbow on his knee. He stayed there like that for a moment before he finally sat up straight again.

Nanashi made it out of the kitchen first and then started for the stairs quietly. He decided he was just going to clean himself up before he went to bother LaRae. Once he found the bathroom he closed the door and locked it, but he only found the shampoo and washed his hair in the sink with the bandanna on his head. It had blood on it, anyway, no use in taking it off. He knew that his hair was going to take longer to dry like that, but it really didn't matter to him. He was barely up there for five minutes before he dried his hair the best that he could with whatever towel he could find and started back down the stairs again.

Hikari washed her hands off quickly and then returned to the living room again, though she just flopped right back down in the floor beside Kyran's chair. She looked at the door again, but she was trying to be good and not go be a pest to LaRae right now. She obviously had enough problems at the moment without being interrogated.

Celestine sighed softly and closed his eyes again when he couldn't get any words out. He couldn't even see well enough to tell that Aamori was smiling or even really looking at him. '...I hope he at least slept...'

Kyran turned his attention back to Marius. "...You should probably try and get some sleep if you didn't get any through the night." He was pretty sure he knew why Marius hadn't slept. "You don't need to worry about Celestine so much that you don't sleep. We can keep an eye on him and wake you should his condition change." He said with a nod. He looked over at Hikari when she came back into the room and sat down on the floor beside the chair. He smiled slightly. "It's killing you to stay put isn't it, Hikari?" He asked with a soft laugh after noticing her look at the door again.

'I think he slept a little bit, I'm not exactly too sure.' He looked over to Aamori when he noticed her sitting up and looking closer to Celestine. He then turned his head back. '...Well look at that...' He paused. 'It may have been unintentional, but I think you made her smile. That's the first time I've seen her not look completely depressed.'

Aamori kept looking at him at least until he shut his eyes again. Once they were shut again she sat back down on her knees and the small smile she had faded. She sat for a few moments before she got up and wandered over to the door. She peeked out to see if by chance Marius was coming back, but when she didn't see him she glanced back to Celestine and then stepped out into the hall walking back to the living room. She went straight over to Marius and looked at him for a moment before opening her mouth to say something. Of course no sound would come out, but she remembered that Marius said he could read lips. 'Celestine, he opened his eyes slightly.'

LaRae was still on the step, though she'd pretty quickly given up trying to rub her back. She'd just have to sit out the soreness. She gave a heavy sigh and shut her eyes before leaning her head over on the post that held up the roof of the porch. After a moment she opened her eyes again and glanced around a bit without lifting her head. She'd only now realized where they were. The last thing she remembered was when Hikari picked her up and started carrying her. Everything after that was missing. She gave another sigh and wondered how long she'd been unconscious.

Marius looked back over to Kyran again and smiled slightly. "Yes...I know you would. But last night it seemed like everyone was tired, and I didn't want to leave him without someone to watch him." he said softly. He blinked and looked up when Aamori came into the room and looked at her for a few moments, watching her try to speak. He smiled slightly and nodded. "Good...I'm glad. That means it's starting to wear off a bit." he said with a smile.

Hikari looked over to Kyran and made a face. "Yes, it is." she said simply. That was no secret, she was dying to go talk to LaRae, but she was trying to be good. She blinked when Aamori came in and started moving her lips and then looked quizzically at Marius when he actually answered her. "What??"

Marius looked back over to Hikari and laughed softly at her expression. "She said that Celestine opened his eyes a little." he told her lightly.

Hikari smiled and sighed softly. "I'm glad... Wait, you can lip read?"

"Yes. I thought it may be a good idea to learn early. I have a feeling my hearing is going to go one of these days. I already can't hear as well as I used to be able to." he said simply. He smiled at her and started to stand up then placed his hand on Aamori's shoulder. "Still having trouble finding your voice?" He asked with a soft smile.

'I just told you that I can't see...' Celestine thought when he said to look at that. He tried to laugh at Nobu's comment, but only managed a short huff of air. 'I'm glad... It's not like her...to be that depressed... Especially not after the way we were fighting the other day... you would think that she would be glad that I can't talk.'

Nanashi slipped down the stairs and glanced around the rail to the living room for a moment before he stepped almost silently up to the door while Marius and Hikari were talking and Aamori was standing there kind of blocking the view. He was thankful that the stairs were practically right in front of the door. Once he reached the handle he just twisted it and pulled the door open quietly before he slipped out. He smiled weakly when he saw LaRae was just on the front step. "...Hey..." he said quietly as he walked up to her and sat down beside her. "...Are you alright?" he asked quietly. He looked at her back and laid his hand over the mark gently starting to rub in small circles with his fingers. He was trying to make her feel a little better, but if she seemed in any pain from the touch he'd pull his hand away. "...Does it still hurt?"

'She can't exactly talk either... So maybe you should be glad of that.' He paused. 'At least since you both can't talk, I don't have to listen to you two fight and bicker like some old married couple.' He finally laid his head back down. 'Anyway... The fact that she's been so down just shows that she can't stay mad at you after a fight.'

Aamori looked to Marius after he sent his hand on her shoulder and gave a slight nod before averting her eyes. 'I never was very good at hide and seek...' She mouthed with a sigh referring to her lost voice. She stood there for a moment longer before slipping her shoulder out from under his hand. Then she turned around and started back towards the room where Celestine was.

LaRae sat up a little when she heard the door open behind her. She was a little surprised she'd gotten that much time to herself, she had half expected someone to follow after her immediately. She was relieved when she heard Nanashi's voice. She had expected it to have been either Hikari or Kyran that got to her first. She glanced over at him once he'd sat down beside her and then smiled a little once he started to rub her back. Thankfully it didn't hurt for him to do that. She nodded her head lightly. "...I'll be fine." She paused. "And it doesn't really hurt anymore, it just aches and probably will for a couple hours." She said quietly. She looked up at his head for a moment before resting her eyes back on the ground in front of her. "...How's your head?"

'Yeah...I guess so...' he thought back to him again. He wanted to argue about that married couple comment, but he just didn't really have the energy. He pried his eyes open again when he heard footsteps in the hallway as if he thought that he should be able to see any better now than he had before. He recognized Aamori coming back into the room again and and tried his best to focus on her, but still all he saw was a blur.

Marius laughed softly at her comment and shook his head slightly. He lowered his hand when she started back to the room and then raised it again to stifle another yawn. "...Well, Kyran, I believe I am going to take your advice." he told him, "You are all welcome to the kitchen. I'm sorry I didn't get around to making breakfast but...well you're probably better off not eating my cooking." He said with another soft laugh. "I have a very charcoal rick diet." He tended to burn almost everything.

Hikari smiled at him and nodded slightly, trying her best to keep a straight face after his comment. "Thank you very much, Marius."

Nanashi nodded slightly and continued to rub her back, a little more firmly now, trying to massage the soreness from it. He lowered his eyes when she said that it would be sore for a while. "...Is this helping at all?" He glanced over to her when she asked about his head and smiled weakly, "...Throbbing painfully. It's not much different from yesterday." he said simply, "...I'll be alright. I'm kind of used to the feeling." he said simply. He leaned his head over against her lightly, forgetting that his hair was a little damp. "...LaRae...what does this mean?" he asked quietly, "Why did it grow? And....and what does it mean for you?" he asked quietly. He was almost afraid to know the answer to that question. He knew that it getting bigger was a bad thing, and judging by previous conversations, he had a feeling that the answer was going to make his stomach roll.

Nobu was a little surprised to not hear some retaliation about the comment he made. He brought his head up again when he heard Aamori come back to the room. He continued to lay there for a moment before he started to shift slightly and then climb down from the bed. He glanced back towards Celestine. '...I'm just going to stretch a little. Laying in that bed all night has made me a little stiff.' He thought to him before he started stretching a little, his bones occasionally making a slight popping sound.

Aamori paused in the room long enough to watch Nobu climb down from the bed. She moved over to rub the top of his head lightly and then went straight back over to the side of the bed. She sat down on her knees again and just watched him for a moment. She was glad to see that he was at least able to open his eyes. Then hearing Marius say that him being able to open his eyes meant that it was starting to wear off, made her at least more hopeful that this wasn't going to kill him. But there was always still that possibility, she guessed. She sat there quietly for a few minutes before she slipped her hand under the blanket and took hold of his gently. She gave his hand a light squeeze before she rested her head against the edge of the bed.

Kyran looked to Marius and shook his head lightly at his comment. "It's alright, we're old enough to fend for ourselves. Thank you though." He said lightly. "Sleep well, and we'll be sure to wake you should anything change." He said with a nod. He started to get up from the chair, though he didn't move very far. He made it over to the couch and then sat down again.

LaRae gave a nod. "Yes, thank you." She paused and tried to smile a bit more. "I'd been trying to do that myself before you came out... but in order for me to reach back there I think I'd have to dislocate my arm..." She gave a small sigh hearing that his head was throbbing painfully and was about to say something but the thought was lost when she felt his damp hair against her head. "...Nanashi..." She chuckled lightly. "You're hair.. it's wet.." She said quietly. It didn't bother her that much, but she couldn't help pointing it out. She was quiet for a moment after the questions that he asked. She knew they were coming, and they'd probably come again later. She gave another sigh. "...It grew I assume because I used too much magic when we were fighting the hydra." She paused. "It was kind of weird... I got really angry and didn't really pay attention to anything other then what I was doing, so I didn't even feel that the mark was reacting to what I was doing until after I had killed the hydra..." Her eyes fell towards the ground. "...It was like my magic had amplified ...I was able to make roots the size of Renzo's ...Which I've never been able to do." She said quietly. "...That's the only thing I can think of that would make the marking ...grow.... As for what it means... Well, It's like I just took a giant leap backwards on the road to getting rid of this thing." She muttered quietly. "...Judging by the size of it, from what I felt... I'm okay unless it gets any bigger." She said with a heavier sigh. "Should that happen, from what I've been told that's the end of the line..."

Celestine finally closed his eyes again when he felt Nobu get down and was just about to ask where he was going but he'd already answered. 'Okay...' He thought back to him. He opened his eyes a little again when he felt Aamori's hand squeezing his. His fingers were still a little numb so he hadn't even felt her take his hand until then. He tried to squeeze her hand in return to let her knew that he knew she was there with him and that he wasn't just opening his eyes for the hell of it, but his fingers still didn't want to move. All he accomplished was making his fingers twitch slightly. Well...he guessed that would have to do for now.

Marius smiled at him and nodded again. "Yes, I know you can fend for yourselves, but I still hate to make my guests cook their own meals...even though from what I gather half of them probably would rather." He laughed softly and finally started to the stairs. "I will see you all later." he told them as he started up. He sighed once he reached the top of the stairs and then walked back down to his room and climbed into the bed. He left the door ajar slightly so that the others could find him easily if they needed him. It wasn't long after he hit the pillow that he finally fell asleep.

Hikari looked over to Kyran when he got up and moved to the couch and then climbed out of the floor and went to sit beside him. She sighed and leaned her head over against his shoulder. "Kyraaaan.... are you a better cook and Minako?"

Nanashi lifted his head slightly when she told him that his hair was wet. "Sorry about that." he said quietly. He continued to rub her back as she answered his other questions and his ears fell back. He shook his head and lowered his eyes for a moment before he finally just wrapped his arms around her and pulled her close to him. "...Is there any way at all that I can help?" he asked quietly. "...I don't want there to be an end of the line for you..." he whispered. "Even if I can't be with you after this trip... I want to know that you're safe."

Nobu stayed on the floor for a bit longer so that he could stretch himself out completely. He even wound up on his back rolling around a little. Once he was done he moved back over towards the bed and stood there for a moment before carefully climbing back up and moving to lay on the other side of the bed away from Aamori.

Aamori glanced up from the edge of the bed briefly when she felt the slight twitch from his fingers. She looked over at him and then lowered her head back down to rest against the bed. She gave a soft sigh. If anything she was a little glad he couldn't retaliate against her touching him. She couldn't help remembering the first time she touched him, she'd kissed his forehead and he freaked out and called her a demented water snake. Remembering that made her shake her head and smile slightly.

Kyran watched Hikari get up from the floor and sit beside him. He smiled slightly hearing her question. "...So you heard that conversation I assume?" He shook his head lightly. "I don't cook too often, but I do cook better then my sister." He paused. "At least when I cook the food is edible." He said with quiet laugh.

LaRae sat quietly after she finished answering his questions. She was a little surprised when he wrapped his arms around her and pulled her close to him. She gave a small sigh after hearing his question and then shut her eyes. "...Not that I know of..." She mumbled. "Sadly.. I don't know everything there is to know... about these things." She said quietly. Her cheeks blushed faintly at the last things he said and she smiled slightly. She wasn't really sure what to say to him after that, so she just stayed quiet.

Celestine sighed softly once Nobu got back onto the bed and let his eyes close again. He still couldn't really do too much at the moment, and he was still pretty tired so he finally just let himself doze off again. He didn't mind Aamori holding his hand, though he had a feeling that it was still a little cold. His hands and feet were probably going to be the last things to get back to feeling normal.

Hikari smiled slightly. "Yes, I did. I had no idea what brought it on, but it was a little useful information." she said with a smile. "I'm not that good of a cook either, I can barely burn toast." she said simply. Just after she said that her stomach growled quietly as if it was demanding for her to either feed it or stop talking about food.

Nanashi smiled weakly and leaned his head against hers again. "...I love you..." he whispered quietly. He still wasn't sure how he loved her, be it as a mate or just a very good friend, but either way the love for her was there. There really weren't a lot of people that he could say that to, the only other one had died a long time ago. He could tolerate his aunt and cousin, but he couldn't very well say that he loved them. he cared for them, yes, but that was about all, and they certainly didn't love him. He raised his hand to her cheek for a moment and then released his grip on her and started to rub her back again lightly.

Nobu lifted his head long enough to notice that Celestine had fallen back asleep again. That was a good thing, he'd started to run out of things to talk about with him and he hadn't really slept too much himself throughout the night because he was keeping such a close eye on him. He laid his head back down and made himself comfortable before trying to get some sleep himself.

Aamori didn't mind that his hand was still a bit cold, after all her hands were usually always cold; Or at least most of the time. She continued to hold onto his hand even after he fell asleep.

Kyran looked at her and smiled a little. "Well, Celestine had asked me to talk to him... and that was the only thing I could think of at the time that wasn't going to require him to speak back." He said and then glanced down to her stomach after hearing it growl. He shook his head lightly and smiled. "...Are you and your stomach trying to ask me to make something for you to eat?"

LaRae practically froze and her cheeks went cherry red after what he said. She continued to sit there for a moment, not saying anything or moving at all. She half wondered if she heard him correctly. She finally smiled warmly once he'd released her and started rubbing her back again. She was happy to say the least that he felt that strongly about her. She glanced over to him, still with a smile on her face. Then leaned over and kissed his cheek. As she pulled back she responded with a quiet, "I love you, too."
