Hikari smiled slightly. "Well...it still hasn't been that long since we set out...give him time." she said gently. "We all tend to keep to ourselves most of the time...the only one that he really seems comfortable acting normal around is LaRae because she spends the most time with him." she pointed out. She tried to tiptoe up a little higher and then finally just pulled down on Kyran's neck and kissed his cheek once he was short enough that she could reach it and then smiled and backed up again to stand in front of him.

Kanone started down the hall and poked his head into the bedroom. He smiled slightly when he saw Celestine sleeping on the bed. He sighed and walked over to him, looking at his injured leg oddly. What the heck was that gluppy stuff? He guessed it must have been something that someone put there so he didn't mess with it. He looked at the bruise on his leg for a moment and then turned his attention down to the floor and walked over to where Nobu was laying. He nudged him lightly with his foot and tilted his head. "...So you're still here too, huh?" He stared at him for a moment and tilted his head. "...So...can you talk or was I losing my marbles? ...Okay yeah, must have been the second one, I'm talking to a dog."

Nanashi remained on the couch got a good few minutes after Aamori went out. After a nit though he finally got up and went to the door to look out the window. He didn't see Aamori anywhere now, just LaRae on the porch. He sighed softly and slowly started to open the door. He couldn't really tell what LaRae was doing from this angle, so he thought he'd just go sit with her. He had a feeling she wasn't in too good of a mood so he wasn't too sure about this idea, but he guessed the worst she could do was smack him and yell at him to go away.

Kyran gave another nod. He was well aware that they had only just started out. But at least Nanashi had come a good distance from repeatedly poking someone when they were hurt. He smiled softly when she pulled down on his neck so that she could reach him. He smiled a bit more warmly after she kissed his cheek. "Next time you could just ask me to come down so you can reach me." He said with a soft laugh. He looked back towards the hall briefly before looking down at her. "...Should you check on that stuff on his leg?" He questioned. He was pretty sure he had detained her long enough that the stuff was ready to come off.

Nobu shifted slightly when Kanone nudged him and he rolled over onto his side. He had been trying to rest. He continued to lay there, acting like he was asleep. He was laughing a little on the inside. '...Are you sure you had the marbles to lose in the first place?' He paused. And how weird are you going to look talking to a canine? Better hope no one sees you.'

LaRae was still sitting there with her hand to her cheek. She hadn't expected Aamori to get upset enough to hit her, let alone make it sting like it was. She did her best to ignore Nero, just because she was bound to open her mouth and say something to set him off too. She sighed heavily and then started to glance back when she heard the door open again but stopped and kept her face towards the ground in front of her.

Aamori had started out walking at a pretty quick pace, just to get far enough away that she couldn't be seen. She slowed down a little and took another deep breath and tried to relax a little. She glanced down at her feet and felt silly when she realized that she'd left without them. She'd taken them off and left them by the wall in the room where Celestine was. She shrugged lightly. She didn't really need them, she guessed. She looked up finally to watch where she was walking. She really was starting to wish that Marius hadn't lived where he did. It was a longer walk to get to the bridge, and towards the lake. Unfortunately LaRae was right about her needing to get water and the fastest way that she could think of would be to soak in some rather then spend hours drinks glass after glass of water.

Hikari smiled and laughed softly when he said that she could just ask. "Now where would the fun be in that?" she asked with a soft laugh. She glanced toward the hallway for a moment and then nodded slightly. "Yes, I suppose that I probably could." she said with a slight smile. She leaned against him again and gave him a final cuddle before she turned and started back to the hallway again, pausing at the door to the bedroom when she heard a very familiar voice.

Kanone blinked when he heard Nobu's voice again. "I knew it!" he said before he knelt down beside him again. "So what, people think I'm daft anyway." he said simply, "So wait, you don't even know what you're supposed to be called? What the heck kind of canine are you, anyway? I've never seen a furry purple animal before."

Nanashi stood beside the door for a few moments before he glanced over to Nero. He closed the door behind him and stood there for a few seconds before he finally walked over to the porch step and looked down to LaRae. Once he got there and saw the way that she was holding her cheek, Aamori's absence made more sense. LaRae really didn't know when to be quiet sometimes. He opened his mouth, about to ask where Aamori had run off to, then thought better of it and closed his mouth again. He started again to ask if she was alright, and again changed his mind. He probably looked like a fish trying to breathe out of water the way that he kept opening and closing his mouth without saying anything. Finally he just sighed softly and sat down on the step beside LaRae. He stared at her for a moment and then finally glanced away.

Kyran smiled and just started to follow after her once she started back towards the room. He'd finished cleaning the dishes earlier so he really had nothing more to do in the kitchen unless he felt like making something for everyone else to eat. He came to a stop just behind Hikari when she stopped at the door. He recognized the voice too, of course. He looked inside and shook his head lightly before looking down to Hikari. "...Please tell me he isn't having a conversation with Nobu..."

Nobu rolled back over and started to sit up a little looking at Kanone. 'It's just easier to call me a canine rather then lump me into any specific category. And to my knowledge there is no specific name for what I am, I just am.' He turned his head towards the door when he heard Kyran and then shook his head lightly before laying back down on the ground and resting his head to his paws.

LaRae slowly started to pull her hand down from her face. She was almost positive that she was now sporting a nice red mark across her face though, she was starting to think she deserved it. She heaved a heavy sigh once Nanashi finally sat down on the step next to her. She didn't bother looking over at him. She tilted her head down slightly, she wanted to hide behind her hair but rather quickly remembered it was tied back in a braid thanks to Hikari. Right now she really wished that she had her hair to hide behind. She sighed again and started to glance over at him finally. Though she only looked at him for a second before looking away again. "...Let me guess..." She paused. "...You're going to chew me out now too..."

Nero glanced back over to LaRae for a moment when she finally said something and shook his head lightly. "I think Aamori did more then enough of a job chewing you out. She even let her hand do some of the talking." He laughed quietly. "If you get into fights with her or anyone else like that again, I might just have to hang around you all more often. I wouldn't want to chance missing something like that."

Hikari paused and looked back to Kyran with a slight smile. "Well...sure sounds that way." she said with a soft laugh. She shook her head and finally stepped into the room and walked over to the bed.

Kanone's ears twitched slightly when he heard Kyran's voice and then Hikari's. He looked up and half smiled, "Hey, why not? He's as good of a conversationalist as anyone else." He said simply as he patted Nobu on the head. "Besides, I think he passed out." He said, nodding toward Celestine.

Hikari smiled slightly and shook her head as she stood near the edge of the bed where Celestine's leg was. "Well, I guess if you don't want any commentary he is." she said as she reached down to remove the puddy from Celestine's leg. She checked it once she'd pulled it off and smiled. "Good as new." she said lightly. She moved closer to the head of the bed and picked the empty glass out of Celestine's hand. "I think you missed one, Kyran." she said with a slight smile.

Nanashi looked over to LaRae silently when she finally said something and then shook his head slightly. "No." he said quietly and then glanced back to Nero. He sighed and gave him a half annoyed look. "...Nero..." he sighed and shook his head before he just looked back to LaRae again. "...I think you got the point the first time." he said simply before he looked away again, "There is no need for me to get on your case as well." He honestly couldn't say that he blamed Aamori for coming to talk to her; she was being extremely rude.

Kyran glanced into the room and over at Kanone when he heard him speak and then shrugged slightly. "If you say so... You're more then welcome to continue talking to him. I'm sure he doesn't mind so long as you're petting him." He turned his eyes over to watch Hikari as she started to take the green stuff from Celestine's leg. He smiled slightly after hearing her that it was as good as new. "That's good. He'll be happy to know that." He paused. "And once he wakes up again, I'm sure he'll already be trying to get outside."

Nobu didn't bother shifting and continued to lay where he was. 'Kanone, just so you know. No one else knows that I can talk, I'd like to keep it that way.'

LaRae's ears fell back after hearing what Nero said. She had really kind of hoped that he was asleep or something, or at least not paying any attention to what was going on between her and Aamori. She heaved a heavy sigh and let her eyes rest on the ground in front of her. She was at least relieved to hear that Nanashi wasn't going to talk to her about it. She had heard more then enough from Aamori after all.

Nero looked over to Nanashi briefly when he heard him say his name and then shrugged lightly. He wasn't going to be nice to her, and he did find humor in her making someone else angry and it resulting in her getting smacked. He just thought that LaRae should count her blessings that all Aamori did was smack her, because Aamori did look pretty upset with her.

Aamori smiled slightly when she did finally pass by Sonia's house. She had already relaxed for the most part and wasn't quite as upset with LaRae. It helped that she just walked away rather then stand there and continue. It didn't take too long for her to finally reach the bridge. She came to a stop once she reached it and leaned against the side.

Kanone looked at Kyran and then back down to Nobu when he told him that the others couldn't hear him talk. Damn it! They really are going to think I've lost it. He grinned slightly and started rubbing Nobu's ears with his hands. "Awww who's a good poochie?" he said in one of those fake baby voices. He snickered and then scratched the top of Nobu's head lightly.

Hikari looked at Kanone a bit oddly and then glanced back to Kyran and smiled slightly. "Yes, probably." she agreed. "Well...it wouldn't kill him for us to let him go outside for a bit. He's probably about to go stir crazy in here, but..." she looked down at his shirt again and pondered for a moment before she looked back to Kanone. "Kanone, do you know where he put that other outfit that he was wearing? It's a little dressy, but it's better than nothing and it's the only one that we know for sure still fits him."

Kanone looked up and blinked. "Um...well I can find it." he said simply. He had a feeling that his mother was going to wonder what the heck he was doing in Celestine's room, though.

Nanashi sighed softly and looked back over to LaRae for a moment before he leaned to the side and nudged her gently. He offered her a slight smile before he nudged her again. He didn't really know what to say to her, so he was just trying to lighten the mood a little bit. As far as he was concerned it was still too early to be so broody.

Kyran looked over at Kanone and shook his head lightly. It'd been quite some time since he'd heard anyone talk to Nobu like that and just hoped Nobu didn't try to bite him or anything. He glanced over to Celestine after hearing Hikari mention the other clothes. He still couldn't believe they hadn't done something about the bloody clothes that he still had on. Then again, it wasn't like they had anything that they could change him into and going back to Sonia's for clothes was out of the question since Celestine had said not to worry her. He gave a sigh after remembering that. He glanced back over to Kanone. "...Is there any way to retrieve the clothing without alarming your Mother?" He asked. "Celestine had voiced not wanting to worry her..."

Nobu stared up at Kanone after listening to him and then shook his head. He dropped his head back down onto his paws. It had truly been some time since he'd been called 'poochie' let alone in that type of voice. Had Kanone been anyone else, someone he hadn't met then he probably would've bitten him.

LaRae continued to sit there quietly staring at the ground. She didn't budge after the first time that Nanashi nudged her, she didn't show any sign of even registering it. She gave a small sigh after he nudged her again and then glanced over at him for a moment. She ordinarily wouldn't have felt bad at all for the things she said, but after how upset Aamori got about everything she was having second thoughts about it. She didn't always speak so openly, but since she'd been away from home she'd been taking advantage of the fact that she could do and say what ever she wanted without repercussions from her foster family. She was starting to think that she needed to apologize, but that was never easy.

Aamori continued to lean against the side of the bridge for a few minutes just staring down at the water. She sighed softly and then proceeded to walk towards the lake the rest of the way. She looked over at the river while she walked and then lifted her eyes slightly. Now that she was thinking about it, she really hoped that no one else was there. She just wanted to relax a little and that could be extremely hard to do when others were around.

Kanone continued to rub Nobu's head lightly as he looked up to Kyran and then shrugged slightly. "Yeah. Guess I could always sneak in through my window and be out again before she even realized I was there. That branch comes in pretty handy." he said with a half smile. "Or I could just use the front door, she probably wouldn't notice that either. She's not the most observant person in the world." He patted Nobu's head again and then stood back up again. "Well, guess I'll be back in a little while." He said simply as he started to the door.

Hikari smiled slightly to Kanone and nodded. "Thank you, Kanone." she said before she sat down on the edge of the bed again. "Just don't tell her what happened or how badly that he was hurt." Kanone seemed pretty good at being resourceful with his excuses for things.

Nanashi sighed softly when she finally looked at him and shook his head. Well so much for that idea. He put his hand on her knee for a moment and then looked her straight in the face. "...I'm not going to tell you what to do.. but I think you have something to say to a couple of people." he said simply before he stood up again. With that he just turned around and went back inside again with a heavy sigh. He thought about going to the living room again, but instead he just walked upstairs again. He finally decided that he was just going to go bathe, maybe some warm water would relax his shoulders.

Kyran nodded and then moved out of the way of the door so that he wasn't blocking it. "We really appreciate it, Kanone." He said simply. He moved over to the chair and finally sat down, leaning back a little. He sighed softly and glanced back towards the bed. "...As mean as it sounds I really hope that he gets better before Sonia finds any of this out." He commented quietly.

LaRae gave a heavy sigh herself after hearing Nanashi say that he thought she had a something to say to a couple people. She was already starting to come to that conclusion and she didn't really like hearing him say that, unfortunately she thought he was right. She watched for a moment once he started to go inside and then turned her head back and stared at the ground again for a few minutes; Half debating how she wanted to go about this. She had rarely ever apologized to someone, let alone meant it.

Aamori kept walking until she finally reached the lake and glanced around a bit before moving over to the boulder that she'd been sitting on whenever she came here. She hadn't seen anyone, but she guessed she could have over looked. She sighed softly before climbing up onto the boulder and sitting down on it. She sat there for a moment before reaching up to her hair and finally pulling out the leather strap that was holding her hair up. She shook her head a little to shake out her hair and then stared out at the water quietly.

Hikari sighed softly and shook her head. "Oh...I know what you mean. I hope he does, too. She really seems a little...well overwhelming at times." she said simply. She glanced down to her hands and played with the putty that she'd gotten off of Celestine's leg for a moment before she started looking around. "Do you see a garbage can any wh--oh never mind there it is." she said before she got up and crossed the room to throw the stuff away. She walked back over to the chair and sat in the floor beside Kyran with a soft sigh before she leaned her head against his leg.

Kanone headed down the hallway quietly, only pausing for a minute at the front door. "I'll be back in a little bit, gramps." he called to Marius before he opened the door and stepped outside. He looked at LaRae for a moment when he saw her sitting on the step and glanced around, half wondering where everyone else that had gone outside had wandered off to. He shook his head and slipped by LaRae so he could get down the steps and then started down the road toward his house again.

Kyran watched as she got up to throw the putty away and then smiled slightly when she sat down and leaned her head against his leg. He sighed softly. "...Not to go abruptly changing the subject, but Kairava is the territory next to this one right?" He wasn't looking for answer, he knew the layout of the territories well enough. "..I wonder if Aamori has any clue as to where we're going, or are we going to be going into this next one completely blind..."

LaRae lifted her head slightly when she heard the door open and started to glance back to see who it was. She only looked from the corner of her eye and then turned her head back when she saw it was Kanone. She was quiet when he started past her and then she started to open her mouth to say something but stopped and continued to watch him walk off. She kept sitting there for a few moments before she finally got to her feet. She dusted herself off a little and then turned and got back onto the porch. She stepped over to the door and set her hand on the knob, almost reluctantly. She gave a heavy sigh before opening the door and slipping back inside.

Hikari nodded slightly when he asked if Kairava was the next territory. She knew he wasn't really looking for an answer but she thought she would nod anyway to let him know that she was listening. She sighed softly, "I don't know... Maybe. I doubt that anyone has asked her. She may not have even thought about it." She knew she hadn't really given hers too much thoughts. She had one idea, but beyond that, she had no clue. She laughed nervously. "Oh dear...I just realized something. After Aamori, I'm next."

Marius was still sitting in the living room, staring off toward the window. He'd seen Nanashi come back inside and head for the stairs a bit earlier. He guessed LaRae must have been in a pretty sour mood since those two were usually hard to separate. He glanced toward the door again when he heard it open and sighed softly when he saw LaRae. Personally he had been hoping for Aamori. He wasn't sure how much more of LaRae he could stand to listen to. He was a very understanding man, but he did still expect to be treated with some respect; not because he was an elder for his clan, but rather just because he was an elder in general. Young ones nowadays didn't seem to have much respect for their elders at all. But then again, he didn't really know what he expected form her. Their clans never had gotten along too well to begin with."

Kyran sighed softly. "I know I haven't bothered asking her... And we were all too preoccupied with getting this relic... So I guess I'm not all that surprised that no one has gotten the chance to ask her." He paused. "Thinking about it more now, you may be right. She probably hasn't even thought about it." He shook his head lightly. "She's been too worried about Celestine, I doubt she's even thought about anything else these past four days..." He said quietly. Most of what he said was pretty much already known, but he couldn't help thinking out loud. He shifted slightly and glanced back down to Hikari. "Oh, that's right." He commented before laughing quietly. "I take it you're a little nervous then?"

LaRae lifted her eyes rather timidly to look over at Marius once she'd stepped into the house and shut the door behind her. She didn't bother to move from where she was and she practically had her back against the door with one hand still rested to the knob. She brought her eyes back down after a few moments and then sighed softly. "...I-I..." She paused. "...I wanted ...to ...a-apologize." She said quietly. "...The things I said ...and ...how I said them..." She gave a small sigh. "...I was being rude ...and inconsiderate..."

Hikari smiled slightly, "I think most of us have been pretty worried about him" she said softly. She sighed when he asked if she was nervous. "Nervous? Me? Why would I be nervous?" she said with a soft laugh. "...I'm just going to feel sorry for Nero when we get there. If he thinks I'm too bright to look at in the sun he's going to go blind when we got there." she said with a slight smile. "...Not to mention the poor guy is going to stand out like a sore thumb..."

Marius smiled weakly when LaRae finally got her apology out and then sighed softly. "...You are forgiven." he told her simply. He made a small hand motion to tell her to step away from the door. "I'm not going to bite you, dear." he said softly, "There is no need to look like you're ready to bolt out the door again. I understand that you have little cares for how your friend and I have been handling this... but we had our own reasons, I'm sure..." he said quietly.

Kyran laughed softly hearing her say she felt sorry for Nero. He hadn't really thought about it until now but she was probably right. Nero obviously already had a sensitivity to bright light so he'd probably want to just gouge his eyes out once they made it to Glenys. He shook his head lightly. "...I really hadn't thought about that until now. I guess that could be because most of us have gotten along decently with the people in Radha and then here too." He paused. "Granted, in Radha I did try to keep all of us out of the small towns." He sighed softly. "...Do you think there is going to be any problems with Nero being there?" He paused. "I mean... considering the history between your two clans." He asked curiously. He couldn't say he was looking forward to any troubles in the territories but he was really surprised that they hadn't experienced any yet.

LaRae had a genuinely surprised look on her face once she heard him say she was forgiven. She really wasn't expecting to have him accept her apology, yet alone the first time. She gave a relieved sigh and then looked up again when she heard him say that he wasn't going to bite her. She was a little embarrassed, she hadn't realized how she was standing beside the door. She removed her hand from the knob and took a couple steps away from the door. "...I couldn't help it ...after how Aamori reacted..." She admitted quietly.

Hikari sighed softly and shook her head. "Well...as long as he doesn't cause any trouble there shouldn't be too much. I don't really think he will, but...if he gets mad enough there's no telling. My father...is not particularly fond of his clan...at all." she said bluntly, "But, as long as he stays with us he shouldn't have much of a problem. You will all be there under my escort so hopefully no one will see fit to bother any of you. I may not be the perfect little princess everyone wants me to be, but people still have sense enough to respect my friends." she said with a slight smile. "They may not like it, but I think they can tolerate him for a few days."

Marius laughed softly at the look on her face and then shook his head. "Why should I get angry with you for apologizing? It takes a lot of guts to admit that you were wrong." he motioned toward the couch to invite her to sit down again. "...I believe that you simply need to learn that your opinions of people are not always shared. You and Celestine may not get along, but that does not mean that Aamori dislikes him, even if they bicker and argue... That's what people do. To us he's worth a few days of sleep loss and more, apparently. I did notice that you never looked in on him the first time even though from what I understood you were the one who saved him. Even still, I didn't criticize the fact that you didn't come to see him, so I was a bit taken aback that you were so upset that we wanted to stay with him since no one was making you."

Kyran listened quietly and gave a slight nod. "I like to think Nero is pretty level headed, considering his clan. He could be a lot worse then he is and he does seem to have some respect for certain people. So I really don't see him instigating anything. But like you said, if he gets angry..." He gave a sigh. "...That's a whole different story. Sadly should he get mad, I'm not so sure how easy it would be to restrain him with just us..." He paused. "I'd also like to think that it goes without saying to him, that he needs to be on his best behavior. I really don't want anything to go badly in either of your two territories... or any of the others for that matter."

LaRae started to move a bit closer to the couch but paused at the coffee table and then sat down on the side opposite the couch. "...It's not by choice that I don't get along with him." She muttered. "He's been less then accepting of me and I've never done anything to him. I can only take so much before I give up on trying to be friendly." She shook her head lightly. "...I saved him because it was the right thing to do. Regardless of how he feels about me, he needed help." She paused and looked away. "...As for checking in on him ...The last thing he wants to know is that an earth dragon was worrying about his life." She muttered quietly. She sat there for a moment before glancing up again briefly and then running her hand over her face where she was smacked. She gave a heavy sigh. "...I don't want to seem like I want others to dislike him. I just don't see how anything good comes from tuckering yourself out while watching him. I mean.. what are you supposed to do when you're too tired to help him if he really needed help?" She paused and looked away again. "And I probably wouldn't have gotten so upset about it all if Aamori hadn't been the way she was. She could get really sick if she doesn't keep herself hydrated, for a lack of better words. She knows that... and that's what set me off the most..." She mumbled before giving another heavy sigh.

Hikari nodded slightly. "Yes, true...I really don't want to have to try to referee anything. Even I can only do so much. I don't want any problems anywhere either, so hopefully the two of us can just slide by without too much trouble in both of our territories." She sighed and laid her head over onto Kyran's leg. "But I suppose that we should worry with that when we come to it. If we start jumping that far ahead we're going to be swimming in problems that we can't even deal with yet."

Marius sighed softly as he listened to her. "I know how Celestine is, LaRae. He didn't like Aamori at first either though, did he? I saw that in one of my dreams... I believe his exact words were that she was a 'demented water snake.'" he said with a soft chuckle. "Anyway...my point is that...you can't give up. I know that it is frustrating, but if you give up the two of you will never get along. You can't determine what he would want or what he will think in the future. It's true that he may never accept you, but at the same time, you will never know if you don't give him a reason to want to try. He has an image of your clan burned into his mind... why don't you make an experiment out of it and see if you can change that image." He shook his head slightly, "As for us being tired, there wasn't a lot that we could do for him, I just wanted to be awake in case he woke up. He had to be scared...I just wanted to be there to ease his mind. I'm sure Aamori realized what she was doing as well... She had full access to the sink and the bath tub at any time. There is also a very nice lake not far from here that she could go to. I don't condone her making herself sick, but if hydration was the only issue it seems like an easy enough fix. Besides he is doing better now, so she had no reason to stay glued to his bedside."

Kyran laughed softly. "Neither of you are going to just slide by. He's going to be the only pitch black figure in a sea of white light and you're going to be the only light in a flood of darkness." He paused. "You're both going to stick out terribly and unfortunately that I feel, is going to make you both prime targets. But I do keep my hopes up that neither clan is going to stoop low enough to do or say anything." He gave a small sigh and then nodded in agreement. They really didn't need to be worrying over that right now. Though, the thought had made him think of some other undesirable clashes. "...How do you think the water clan is going to take to Nanashi?" He paused. "I know Aamori doesn't seem to have any visible problems with him, but to my knowledge the water and fire clans don't exactly get along either... Though, no where near as bad as the light and dark..." He probably wouldn't have even brought it up, except for the fact that they were going to Kairava next. He was just curious as to how the water clan might react to Nanashi. He could only hope they'd be as nice as Aamori seemed to be.

LaRae looked up at Marius once he had finished and gave a small sigh. "Aamori is a little more persistent then I am and it bothers her when she wants to get along with someone and they keep pushing her away. It just drives her to want to work harder at making that person like her. I'm not like that. I never have, to my knowledge and never will be." She paused. "It's easier, and sometimes safer for me to just walk away from stuff like this. So what if someone doesn't like me... It's not like it's the end of the world..." She gave a slightly heavier sigh. "...I'm lying..." She muttered. "...It does bother me that he doesn't like me. But only because I did nothing to deserve his distrust and dislike of me. I even tried, I went out of my way to make that field into something beautiful and pleasant to be around... and he didn't say a damn word to me... Not even a nod that he acknowledged what I did..." She glanced away. "I completely drained everything I had in me for that... and it feels like it was for nothing. But... at least everyone else so far seems to really like it." She said quietly. "...I'm just really tired of trying ...The only thing I can do I guess, would be to just continue to try and do the right thing... and hope that he at least starts to come around. I can't... rather I won't continue to try and put myself out there on purpose just to make friends when I'm just going to get a slap in the face for it...." She paused and shifted slightly resting her hands in her lap. "...Aamori is too nice for her own good most of the time. She cares about a lot of things, passionately. Especially some things she knows she can't help with. Though, she doesn't always show it." She started. "She would sooner put herself and her own health at risk to try and help someone else. I assume that she didn't leave his side for practically the same reasons as you. I'm also pretty sure that she wanted to be there when he woke up..." She commented with a soft sigh. She was quiet for a few moments before glancing back towards the door briefly. "...If she doesn't come back sometime soon, I think someone is going to have to go look for her. She left pretty upset and if she didn't go somewhere with water then she may end up passed out..."

Hikari laughed softly and shook her head. "Great comparison..." she said when he said what each of them would be like in the other's territory. She sighed softly and shook her head slightly when he asked about how the water clan would take Nanashi. "...I honestly couldn't say... Those two clans really don't get along that well, I know but... well Nanashi is a dragon half... honestly don't know if that would make matters better or worse. I mean... it's hard to find a place that has nothing against his kind but...I don't know if that would make him any less a part of the fire clan in their eyes or not."

Marius listened to LaRae and sighed softly when she finished. "...Kanone will be returning sometime soon, I'm sure he wouldn't mind checking around for her if she is not back soon." he assured her. "...As for Celestine... He never has been very good at showing his appreciation for many things. He has very subtle ways of showing that he likes things. He's always been like that." He leaned forward a little and rested his elbows on his knees as he looked at her. "...Have you even tried to strike up a conversation with him recently? I know you think that he has no cares to talk to you, but if you just try every now and again to say something to him, something pleasant, you may be surprised. I doubt that he would come right up to you and say anything, but have you noticed the slightest bit of change in his attitude since then?" he smiled slightly, "I am going to have to venture down there sometime and see those flowers myself..." he said softly.

Kyran glanced down at her and smiled slightly. "That was the only thing that I could think of, off the top of my head." He then leaned his head back and gave a small sigh. "...I'm not entirely too sure myself. I hadn't even really been thinking how they would react to a dragon half. I was more worried about their reaction to his clan, since it's obvious what clan he is from just by looking at him." He paused. "I'd like to think that most of the water clan might act the way Aamori has towards him, but at the same time I fear for the worst... I guess is the easiest way to put it."

LaRae shook her head slightly. "No, I haven't tired talking to him recently. He and Aamori got into an argument just before we left and no one really wanted to bother him. Let alone he was too preoccupied with his own thoughts." She shrugged a little. "As it stands it's hard to just start a conversation with him, especially when you know that he doesn't like you." She paused. "Then, his attitude.. No, I can't say I've been paying enough attention to even notice. And the only times I've ever seen him half way pleasant is when he's around Aamori or sometimes Hikari and Kyran." She sighed softly and then set her arms on the end of the coffee table so she could rest against it. "...Those flowers aren't much. It's the best that I could do at the time."

Hikari sighed softly and shook her head before she propped her arm on Kyran's leg and leaned her head over onto her arm. "I don't know... I guess we will just have to see how it goes and try not to let him too far out of our sight until we have a pretty good idea." she said softly. "Because I somehow highly bought that he would be able or willing to defend himself if it came down to that. I hope that it doesn't, but...well you never know."

Celestine finally rolled over onto his side and put his arm over his ear, trying to block out the sound. It was really hard to sleep with those two in there chattering amongst themselves.

Marius smiled weakly and then let out a soft sigh as he shook his head. "...There isn't much more that I can tell you. If you like, try talking to him a little. I can grantee you that if you give up making any effort, her certainly wont start trying. If you want to go the remainder of this trip afraid to speak to him without being snapped at then that is up to you. I can talk to him as well... but I would rather that he start behaving because he wants to rather than because I told him to." Celestine would probably be as sweet as candy to LaRae if Marius asked him to be, but he knew that he'd be grumbling the whole time.

Kanone finally came jogging back up the road with Celestine's clothes folded up and held tightly against his stomach. He sighed when he reached Marius's house again and stepped onto the porch. He gave Nero a slight smile before he reached up with his free arm to open the door. He sighed softly when he got inside and glanced toward the living room for a moment before he turned to go down the hall to Celestine's room. "I'm back." he said simply as he walked over to the bed and laid the clothes down. "I grabbed a different sash, but the rest of it is the same think." Frankly, he didn't really like that indigo sash with that outfit, so he just grabbed a white one instead. He was going to beat some form of fashion sense into Celestine's head one of these days. That boy rarely even tried to match.

Kyran nodded slightly. "Yeah... I don't see him trying to defend himself either if the need arose." He said with a sigh before noticing Celestine roll over and cover his ear. He shook his head lightly. "...I think we're finally bothering him." He commented. He looked up when he heard Kanone come back into the room and watched as he set the clothes down. "Thank you." He said simply. He didn't want to say too much mostly because Celestine was obviously trying to block them out.

LaRae sighed and then moved her hands letting her head smack against the coffee table. She really hated that if she wanted anything to change between her and Celestine, she'd have to be the one to initiate it. That just seemed like it would mean a lot of work and she wasn't so sure it would be worth it in the long run. She heaved a heavier sigh and kept her forehead to the table. "...I guess I can attempt to start some small conversations from time to time..." She paused. "And I can try and over look his dislike of me, and be nice to him like I am with most everyone else. Other then that... There isn't much more I am willing to do." She said quietly. She finally started to lift her head up off the table when she heard the door opening. She was hoping it was Aamori, but wasn't surprised to see Kanone. She sighed, knowing she probably owed him an apology as well.

Hikari glanced over to the bed when Celestine moved and smiled slightly. "It looks like it." she said quietly. She sighed softly and then glanced up when Kanone came back. She nodded after Kyran thanked him and then glanced back to Celestine again. He was getting really close to the edge of the bed. "You know... he is about--" She cringed when he disappeared before she could finished her sentence. "...to roll off." she finished dully.

Celestine was still trying to get comfortable again, and laying on his side wasn't curring it, so he tried to roll onto his stomach. Unfortunately, he didn't have the room to do that. He hit the floor with a heavy thud and woke up with a yip. He just lay there for a moment before he finally sat up slowly and winced. "Ow...ow...." he muttered as he crawled back up onto the bed. He blinked and looked down to his leg and then checked the floor to make sure that the stuff hadn't fallen off down there. He then looked over to the others and blinked when he realized how many people was in the room. His cheeks turned a light shade of pink and he dropped his head. "Um...hi."

Kanone blinked when Celestine fell off of the bed and just stared at him as he got back up. He thought about asking if he was okay, but when he saw his reaction to seeing them he just cracked up laughing.

Marius smiled slightly to LaRae and shook his head. "That's all you need to do." He said simply. He looked up when the door opened and sighed softly when he saw Kanone come in. He wondered how much time they should give Aamori before they sent out a search party. He shook his head slightly and then glanced toward the wall when he heard a light thud from the bedroom. "...That didn't sound too good." Kanone probably tripped over his own foot. He seemed to do that a lot.
