Kyran sighed softly when Hikari finally laid down and went to sleep. He yawned a little and replied quietly "Sleep well..." He then slowly let himself lay down on the ground where he sat. The more then uncomfortable terrain didn't bother him all that badly; He was rather used to it considering. He stayed awake a little while longer as he watched the stars and thought about the relic he would have to find. He grew tired surprisingly quickly and fell asleep in no time at all.
LaRae had not heard the last few things Nanashi had said; She had fallen asleep already. She had rolled onto her side and slept for a couple of hours before rolling back onto her back and waking up cold. She shivered and opened her eyes looking at the sky; It was still dark so she knew she needed to go back to sleep. She yawned a little and turned her head looking at Nanashi who she assumed was asleep too. She sat up and scooted over closer to him; Practically right next to him and laid down again trying to get warm. She laid on her side and curled her body slightly and quickly fell back asleep.

By morning, Hikari was no longer laying in the same position that she had been when she went to sleep, as she seldom ever was. She had rolled over completely onto her other side and curled up in a tight little ball. Kyran was unfortunate enough to be laying a bit too close to her when she rolled over, however, and was now caught in much the same predicament that her pillow commonly found itself in when she woke up int he mornings. Her head was laying on his shoulder where she had apparently only half woken up and moved before going back to sleep. Her arms were wrapped around his arm and she was snuggled up close to his side, snoring very softly. Her silvery hair was tossed over her face and everywhere else at the moment, and she was rather dusty from rolling around so much during the night.
Nanashi had woken up very early, before the sun even came up. He was uncomfortable and ready to get up, but when he opened his eyes and spotted LaRae laying next to him, he decided not to move just yet. He didn't want to wake her before he had to, and he had a feeling that she was trying to use him for a heater though... considering that he was pretty cold too at the moment he wasn't sure how well that was working for her.
Celestine was already awake as well. He'd woken up right at sunrise and gotten up to dust himself off before perching back on the rock he'd been on before to wait for the others to wake up. He stretched, winching as his shoulder and a few other various locations popped. "Geez..." he muttered under his breath, rubbing his now sore shoulder. Apparently, he'd been sleeping on a rock.

Kyran had slept pretty well, even with the ground they were forced to sleep on. He had woken not too long after the sun had risen and opened his eyes. He didn't even notice Hikari until he tried to sit up and couldn't. He looked over at her seeing her clung to his arm and smiled softly. If they had not had needed to get going soon he probably would have let her sleep for a while longer; But he did need to get up. He took his other hand and reached over gently brushing her hair from her face. "Hikari" He paused "It's time to wake up"
Nero surprisingly enough had slept in the same position the whole night; On his side holding his head up with his hand. He was awake now, but kept his eyes shut just waiting until everyone was ready to get going. His tail had flicked around a few times before it draped itself over his leg again.
Aamori had woken sometime between sun up and now, she was sitting up dusting her skirt off. She sighed looking into the pool of water and seeing her sandals floating in the center. Apparently in the course of her sleep she had moved and knocked them into the water. She stared at them for a moment as if they'd pull themselves out of the water and then began trying to fish them out without getting too wet.
LaRae had not moved too much since she got closer to Nanashi. Her body was still a bit cold but she wasn't nearly as frozen as she felt when she woke up earlier.

Hikari groaned when he said her name and then tried to burrow her face into his arm. "...five more minutes..." she muttered tiredly as her tail flicked up and curled over her leg. He had gotten her awake enough for her to realize how uncomfortable she was she just a few seconds later she shifted positions and cracked her eyes open slowly. She blinked and then raised her head, looking at Kyran with her eyes only half open. She looked down again, realizing that she was latched onto something. She blinked and then looked back up to Kyran again before it finally seemed to click, which was apparently when her milky cheeks turned bright pink. "Ahh!" She let go and scooted back quickly, rolling over and standing up as fast as she could while she brushed herself off and then bowed, "I am so sorry! Bad sleeping habits!"
Nanashi opened his eyes again and looked up toward Hikari and tilted his head slightly. He looked back to LaRae again and half smiled, gently nudging her shoulder with his arm since it seemed nearly everyone else was up now. "...LaRae..." he said softly, trying to get her attention.
Celestine looked back when he heard Hikari apologizing to someone. All he gathered was that she had just embarrassed herself somehow. He sighed and stood up, gathering his bag and swallow and tossing both over his shoulder before walking back over to the rest of the group. He walked across the rocky ground unphased by the rocks beneath his bare feet. He didn't have any shoes and hadn't for a while, so after living in the mountains for so long and wandering over the rocky ground there for so long, his feet were pretty used to it. He didn't say anything to anyone, just watched then the others and tilted his head as he watched Aamori fish for her sandals. After a moment he held his hand out and closed his eyes. A moment later the wind seemed to pick up, though only in front of his hand, and started to push the sandals back in Aamori's direction.

Kyran sat up and laughed softly when he saw her reaction and how quickly she moved away from him. "It's alright Hikari, as long as you were comfortable then I really don't mind" He lifted a hand up and brushed his hair around a bit. His hair always looked messy so regardless of what he did it always looked the same. He smiled up at Hikari "Even with the strange sleeping habit, you're just as beautiful awake as you are when you're sleeping"
Aamori snatched her sandals as soon as they were pushed in her direction. She pulled them out of the water and set them down on the rocky ground beside her. She looked up at Celestine and smiled knowing he must have helped her. It was pretty obvious considering the natural wind itself wasn't strong enough to move her sandals. "So you can be nice to others" She stated as she then started to put her sandals back on; lacing them up her calf. "Thank you"
LaRae barely moved when he nudged her and instead of waking up she latched onto his arm to keep it from moving. She was still asleep and had nuzzled her head to his arm. It was obvious now that she was a heavy sleeper and it would take more to wake her.

Hikari smiled weakly, her cheeks still flushed pink. "Oh, stop that, Kyran, you're going to make my face redder than Nanashi's hair here in a minute!" She put her hands over her face and turned around, keeping her head down slightly as she tried to get over her embarrassment. She was glad that he thought she was pretty, but to her she thought she looked little better than most other female dragons from her clan. None of them ever really complimented her so openly the way that Kyran did, mainly because well over half of them thought she was strange.
Celestine lowered his hand and opened his eyes, catching Aamori's smile. He just looked away. "Whatever." he said simply before starting to walk around the little pool of water. He yawned, covering his mouth with his hand as he moved. He was still a bit tired not to mention sore. He really didn't have a reason not to be nice to anyone in this group other than LaRae... He just couldn't stand her for other reasons aside from that crazy temper of hers. The others... he could tolerate so long as they gave him his space and didn't bother him.
Nanashi blinked, staring at LaRae when she latched onto his arm. His coppery cheeks turned a little darker as he blushed. "Um... LaRae..." he tried to pull his arm back, but she had a pretty good grip, and he was laying on the other. After a moment he raised his tail and started poking her side with it. "LaRae... Wake up, already..." he said, poking her a little harder with the furry tip of his tail.

Kyran laughed again "Okay, okay. I'll stop" He said just before getting to his feet. He stretched his arms out over his head as he stood up and looked around at the others for a brief moment. He wasn't surprised to see Nero still off by himself but seeing Celestine interact with someone was a surprise. His attention then traveled over to LaRae and Nanashi and he just shook his head laughing softly. "Hikari, I bet you'd get a laugh out of this" He stated and pointed over at Nanashi who was having trouble waking LaRae. He was starting to understand why Aamori had woken her the way she did yesterday.
Aamori finished lacing up her sandals and looked over at Celestine again, with a smile still on her face. "You didn't have to help me, I would have eventually grabbed them on my own. Thanks again for the help though." She paused and looked at the water. It was true, she could have easily taken her sandals but sometimes she liked to try to do things without the use of her wings or her magic. It was funny sometimes to see just how handicapped you can be without them when you've grown so use to using them. "So Mr. Grumpy does have a heart somewhere in that shell" She chuckled looking back up at him.
LaRae again didn't really seem phased by his attempts to wake her up. When he started to poke her with his tail, her tail sprang to life and started to swat at his involuntarily trying to make it stop. "hrmmm.." She was still asleep and nuzzled into his arm once again.

Hikari finally turned around when Kyran said there was something she may get a laugh out of. She looked back and followed his finger until she saw LaRae pulling almost the same stunt that she had. She covered her mouth as she giggled. Watching Nanashi try to free himself was rather amusing, especially when LaRae started fighting back with her tail.
Celestine glanced back to Aamori for a moment and shook his head. "Alright, next time I will let you get them yourself. I just want to get moving." He said, crossing his arms. He gave her a look at her last statement and then looked away. "Everyone does." He said flatly. "You would be dead without it."
Nanashi groaned quietly when LaRae started swatting at him with her tail. He jabbed at her a few more times and then tried to wiggled around until he was no longer laying on his other arm, though with LaRae holding the one all he managed to do was flatted out on his back. "Err..." he growled in an almost irritated manner. His tail flicked to the side and started trying to pry her off of him. It really wasn't in Nanashi's nature to be loud or yell unless he was in pain, so he was still trying to do this quietly. "LaRae!" he said only slightly louder than before.

Kyran continued to shake his head "It looks like LaRae doesn't wake as easily as you do Hikari" He paused smiling "I think we might have make her sleep away from the others..." He turned his back to the humerus sight and looked up at the sky for a moment thinking they would really have to start walking again soon or stand the chance of not making it to the eastern forest before night fall. He sighed slightly hoping that Nanashi would get her awake soon, he really didn't want to have to have Aamori wake her for him.
Aamori smirked and looked over in Nero's direction "I guess someone should go inform Nero that he'd dead then..." She stood up and dusted herself off paying close attention to a dirt stain in the bottom of her skirt.
LaRae heard him this last time he said her name and slowly opened her golden eyes and looked at him, not even bothering to let go of him. She had not even noticed she was latched onto his arm and didn't appear to be effected by how close she was to him. She just stared at him with a half sleepy look "...what?"

Hikari smiled and laughed softly, "I think I will have to make a note not to share a bed with her." she could just imagine how well that would go over. She glanced over to to Kyran for a moment then past him, "So we're another day's walk from the forest, huh?" she asked, tilting her head slightly.
Celestine looked over to Aamori again and sighed. "...Did you ever think that maybe he just really hates interacting with people even more than I do?" he asked flatly. He shook his head and started walking again, moving away from Aamori and a little closer to Kyran. "...How close are we?"
Nanashi stared at her for a moment and then cleared his throat softly. "...I would kind of...like to sit up." he said quietly. "...Erm... may I have my arm back...please?" He was still blushing and looked extremely uncomfortable in this situation. He knew Kyran and Hikari had gotten a kick out of this; he'd heard them laughing.

Kyran looked over at Celestine when he made his way closer "We should be able to make it to the eastern forest just before night fall if we move quickly today, instead of leisurely walking." He paused "We then should be able to make it to the northern forest a day or so after that. Granted, once we make it to the eastern forest we have to explore the forest before we can move on to the next one" He looked over his shoulder slightly to see if LaRae was awake yet. Seeing that she was, he started to continue the trip; Knowing that they would catch up. "Does that answer both your questions?" He asked as he walked.
Aamori noticed Kyran had started to walk and dropped the end of her skirt and left the stain alone. She'd work on it some more later. She hurried to catch up to them and walked a few feet behind Kyran.
Nero's ears twitched and he rolled over onto his back to see the others start to walk again. He wasted very little time doing a backwards somersault onto his feet and then standing dusting himself off. He glared over at LaRae, shaking his head. He put his hands into his pockets, turned on his heel and started to follow after the others; Keeping a slight distance between himself and them.
LaRae's eyes widened after hearing him say that and she quickly released his arm and rolled onto her other side away from him. Unlike Hikari she didn't apologize, she didn't say a single word; She just laid there with her back to him slightly embarrassed. More so at the fact he'd obviously been trying to wake her and she just wasn't waking up. She finally sat up and moved away from him, grabbing her boots she walked across the rocky ground and sat back down about eight feet away from him and started to put her boots back on.

Hikari half smiled, "Yes, I suppose it does." she said simply as she turned and started to walk beside him again. She sighed and closed her eyes for a moment as she walked, thought she quickly opened them again when she stumbled over a rock. This ground was too uneven to walk without watching where you were going. She let out a long exhale after she caught her balance again and this time kept her eyes on where she was going.
Celestine just huffed. "Yeah." He said shortly. He liked to think that he was smart enough that he didn't need to be told that they had to explore the forest before they could move to the next one. Of course Kyran was probably just thinking out loud, he was still a little irked by the extra, unneeded information. That was just the way he was. When they started moving again he just waited a moment before starting to walk again, though when Aamori ran up to walk behind Kyran again he moved a bit further away. He again somehow ended up a bit closer to Nero than anyone else in the group, though there was still quite a gap there as well.
Nanashi sat up and just half smiled at LaRae when she got up and moved away from him. He shook his head and stood up, dusting himself off. He blinked when he saw the others walking off without them and looked back to LaRae again. "You'd better hurry, they're leaving without us!" he said quickly. He waited until she had her shoes on again and was ready and then turned, jogging to catch up to the others

Kyran lifted his hands up and placed them behind his head as he walked. He stared out into the nothingness that surrounded them again and sighed. This was so boring and he wished that there was more to do then just walk around looking for something he'd never seen before. The only thing still plaguing his mind was how was he going to find this relic? The Elder said he'd know it when he saw it. But that statement is was so vague. Then, would all the other relics look the same as the Thunder Clan relic or would they all be different? He really wished the Elder had more specific answers for his questions.
Aamori glanced over and noticed Celestine fall back when she made her way behind Kyran. She shook her head sighed heavily. Just when she thought she might have made a little progress he shattered that instantly when he moved away; Like usual. She didn't bother saying anything about it because he'd just say something in short blunt words.
LaRae finished lacing her boots rather quickly and then stood up and looked at where the others were already. Sure enough they had started to leave without them and apparently Nanashi was in a hurry to catch up. She sighed and took her time, she stretched her arms and her wings at the same time. Her wings fluttered back into place behind her back. She started to walk, following after the others but not feeling rushed to catch up to them. As long as she could see them she'd know she was going the right way. She gently lifted a hand to her eyes and rubbed them, she was still a bit sleepy so she was in no mood to rush after everyone else. She thought back to mere minutes ago and sighed "...How embarrassing..."

Hikari eventually started to look around a bit more and tilted her head. "Hmm..." Everyone was being to quiet she almost felt awkward making any noise. She looked over to Kyran and then back to the others, noticing the distance that Celestine and Nero had made and how far behind LaRae was lagging. She was starting to wonder if Celestine and Nero were ever even going to try to be part of the group or if they were just going to be strangers the whole time.
Celestine just continued walking silently, not even looking at anyone else. His eyes were always either on the sky or the ground. Shortly, his ears perked at the sound of an eagle's cry. Apparently Lani still hadn't gone anywhere. That bird never did like it when Celestine was gone for more than a day, and usually ended up following him as if keeping tabs. He half smiled as the golden eagle soared over him. He shook his head and continued walking for a few moments, looking at the outline of the bird on the ground. Finally as he'd done before he raised his hand to to his mouth and let out two shrill whistles that almost mimicked the eagles cry and held out his arm as she bird came down and perched there. He stroked her feathers once and then let her shimmy up his arm to his shoulder.
Nanashi's ears perked when he heard the eagle and looked up, a bit surprised to see one way out here. When it went to Celestine, he understood a little more. It must be a pet or something. After a moment he looked back to LaRae and paused, waiting for her to catch up...or more getting left behind with her if she didn't speed up.

Kyran had continued to lead them on this trek headed for the nearest forest. Her kept walking with his hands behind his head, half staring up at the sky and then at the ground; His eyes shifted between the two positions frequently. They had made great time, considering how far they had to go. He suddenly stopped; His ears twitching rapidly. He remembered this sound he was picking up on but couldn't remember exactly what it was from. This worried him slightly, more so when the ground below his feet started to shake. If he had not been raised around here he probably would've lost his balance and fallen to the ground. Just about the time his eyes shifted to the rocky terrain below him he caught glimpse of what would typically be referred to as an elephant. These enormous creatures were native to this barren land and were nearly extinct. There was only one which he was relieved of, but it seemed to have been spooked by something and it was barreling across the terrain in their direction. Kyran walked closer to the creature as it continued to head their way. He put his hands out in front of him and quickly a few clouds appeared over his head letting loose about six bolts of lightning that he used to forge an electric force field of equal size to the creature.
As the animal neared it put on the breaks as soon as it was able to feel the pressure of the force field that Kyran had created. The creature quickly reared up and then thrust it's massive front legs into the ground in front of it. Causing the ground to rattle about below everyone. Then about five feet behind Kyran the ground cracked open exposing a small hollow crevasse that looked like it dropped about twenty feet below the surface of the ground. The crack then started to travel at amazing speed, branching out in different directions. One branch of the crack sped quickly over to Nero who had dropped to one knee because of the shaking and absorbed him; Causing him to plumet down to cavern below. Another branch streaked across the ground until it reached LaRae who was just starting to catch up to everyone else and sucked her in too.
Kyran ignored the crack behind him and continued to hold the force field up; It was one of the first things he was taught how to do in his Clan. Since these massive creatures were native and use to roam the land in larger groups they were taught how to make them stop charging without killing them. Now getting the creature to leave was another story.
Nero never saw the crack in the ground coming; He fell fast until he hit the ground below. A very uncomfortable twenty foot drop. Luckily for him he fell in a hollowed area with very few jutting rocks and spikes so he was nearly scratch less when he finally sat up. It was dark where he was and he could barely see the sky through the crack above his head. The crack had been small enough for him to drop through but wouldn't be large enough for him to fly out. He'd have to find another way out. He sighed heavily as he stood up, dusting himself off. "..." He shook his head. "Wonder who else fell down here.." He muttered then realized he must have hit a sharp rock on his way down because his left arm had a slice in it.
LaRae had been staring at the ground so she noticed the crack as soon as it started to approach her. But she didn't know what to do, it never registered for her to get out of the way so she too fell the twenty feet to the bottom. She unfortunately was in the worst part of the ground because she bounced off every wall until she hit rock bottom. She banged up both her wings on the way down and cut her leg open; There was no way she'd be able to fly out if she found a large enough opening. She didn't move at all once she hit the bottom. She laid curled up on her side exactly where she landed.
Aamori was lucky enough to miss the crack completely, when it started to come near her she was smart enough to lift herself up into the air with her wings. Once the crack stopped moving she lowered herself back to the ground and looked back to see who all was missing. So far she could tell Nero and LaRae were gone, she turned to Kyran who was still keeping the creature at bay "We need to make him go away Kyran, some of the others I think fell into the cracks"

Hikari remained close by Kyran for most of the trip, or at least until he stopped. She paused and looked back at him, tilting her head slightly before looking around the see the huge creature stampeding toward them. Her eyes widened and she quickly started to back up, though with the way the ground was shaking, she rather quickly found herself on her butt a good distance behind Kyran. She was too busy watching Kyran try to hold the thing at bay to pay too much attention to the ground, though unfortunately by the time that she realized what was happening,s he didn't have time to get up. The ground opened beneath her and she toppled into the large crevice before she could stop herself. A high pitched yelp escaped her as her left leg hung on a jutting rock before she slid by it and continued falling until she smacked into the ground below on her stomach.
She just lay there for a moment before she even tried to get up, though as she pushed herself up she could feel the throbbing pain and the wet sticky liquid running down her leg. Looking back she realized that she'd sliced it open pretty deeply around her upper thigh were her leg was exposed. "Mmmm..." she groaned as she tried to get to a sitting position. Her hand hurt as well and she suspected that she'd either fractured or sprained it judging by the way that she'd landed. It could have been a lot worse.
Lani picked up on what was happening well before Celestine did. As soon as the ground started to shake the eagle took off from Celestine's shoulder and soared into the air. Celestine was almost inclined to follow, but he nearly toppled over sideways as the elephant-like creature drew nearer. He finally just went to one knee and braced himself with his hands. He had just unfurled his wings to take off when the ground beneath him opened up and he started to fall. His wings graded against the sides of the crevice, jerking out a few small feathers as he fell into the cavern. He only fell a few feet before he smacked off of a rock and then fell the rest of the way, smalling into the ground. He was dazed, to say the least, and his side throbbed with pain. He was just starting to push himself up when a rain of falling rock, none any bigger than someone's fist, rained down on him from where he fell. One connected with the back of his head, and he was back on the ground in an instant, though this time, he didn't move.
Nanashi was thankfully quick to catch on and had pretty fast reflexes. As soon as she ground shook he started to look around to see what was causing it, and the instant he noticed the crack creeping across the ground toward him he jumped and spread his wings, pushing himself further into the air. He blinked, looking back just in time to see LaRae falling and he quickly grabbed for her hand, but missed. There was too much distance between them. "LaRae!!"

Kyran was still focused mainly on keeping the enormous creature at bay but looked back over his shoulder slightly to see Aamori and hear what she had said. All he was thinking was 'Wonderful... now we've gotta get this guy away so we can find the others...'. He sighed heavily not knowing who all was still above ground, other then Aamori. He turned and focused again on keeping the field up. "Aamori" He paused "Come here, standing next to me; I want you to fire a blast of water through my shield at the animal... Okay?" Kyran had thought that shocking the creature would scare it away from them; So he planned on adjusting the shield just slightly so that the water could pass through it and conduct the electricity.
Aamori just nodded and stepped closer to Kyran she quickly held out her hands, palm side towards the shield and then started to recite a chant in her native tongue. A light blue aura slowly started to appear around her arms, flowing down to her fingers. As soon as she finished her chant a large ball of water appeared at her palms. "Are you sure Kyran?" She asked looking up at him only to see him nod. She sighed and forced the water into a blast that shot through the electric shield and drenched the large creature. Her hands dropped down to her sides, just as she fell to the ground. Creating that large amount of water from no where wore her out. She looked up to see the shield Kyran created start to dissolve; Looking further you'd see the creature getting a terrible electric shock every other five seconds or so. She set her hands down in her lap and looked up at Kyran when the creature started to wobble away. "...How'd you know that would work?" She asked huffing.
Nero looked around where he was standing and couldn't see too much that was near him other then rocks and the walls of the crevasse he'd fallen in. He held his right hand out in front of him and a dark purple almost black flame appeared in his hand to light a five foot radius around him. He looked up seeing the small crack and shaking his head. He'd have been happier just flying out the way he fell in but his wings would never clear the opening. He sighed and started to walk towards what he thought was the main branch of the crack he'd fallen in. As long as he looked up and could see the light then he'd know he was following the crack that was recently created thanks to that stupid creature.
LaRae laid on the ground for awhile not moving; She was in a lot of pain. Most of all in her wings. She forced herself into the seated position and looked down at her upper thigh, it was bleeding badly. Her eyes then trailed down to her calf, seeing more blood. "...wonderful..." She muttered as she took her hand and started to press against the cuts. She couldn't feel them very much, no matter how much pressure she added. She sighed heavily and looked up to the crack above her, shaking her head. "How in the hell do I always manage to get into these type of situations..." She lowered her head and looked at the ground in front of her, she wanted to get up but was in a lot of pain as it was. Not to mention not being able to feel your leg made it difficult to use it to stand. "...Wonder who else was attacked by the crack?"

Nanashi looked around quickly, remaining a few feet in the air until the creature was stumbling away from them. Finally he felt over to Kyran and Aamori, landing next to them and looking a bit panicked. He'd looked into those cracks and he could barely see the bottom. "Kyran, everyone else is gone!" His ears were laid back and he kept looking over to the cracks. He glanced up quickly to see Celestine's little eagle friend flying in circles around the spot where he'd fallen through.
Hikari slowly continued to push herself up, looking up at the crack above and then winged. She put her hand over her leg, realizing when she did just how badly she was bleeding. She shook her head and put her hand against the wall, wincing when he bent her wrist. She tried to push herself up, but that was proving to be rather difficult. She finally pulled her other hand back and braced it against the wall as well, leaving a nice bloody hand print on the wall. Once she reached her feet she took one staggering step forward and nearly fell over again. After a moment she leaned back against the wall again and looked around, the silvery light emitting from her eyes clearly visible in the darkness. She squinted slightly, looking into the distance at some kind of strange purple light. It took her a moment to realize that it must have been one of the others. "H-hey!" she called weakly, her voice echoing off of the cavern walls.

Kyran turned around facing the large crack and dropped down to one knee after the creature had gone far enough away. Believe it or not he had used a decent amount of energy; Though he'd be fine after he rested for a few minutes. He looked up at Nanashi quite concerned "Give Aamori and I a few minutes, we will find them" He stated trying to reassure him that everything would be fine. He then looked over at Aamori "Are you alright?" He wanted to make sure everyone on the surface was okay before he decided to go search for everyone else. What good would it be to go looking for them when you couldn't even hold yourself up? He shifted his glance to the crack "..." He couldn't believe that so many of them fell into it and he couldn't begin to imagine how far down they had gone.
Aamori was breathing heavily, warn out but able to keep herself seated up right. "I'll be okay Kyran; Just need to rest for a few more minutes" She looked over at Nanashi surprised that he had not fallen in too. Apparently he had the smarts to get up off the ground before the crack sucked him in too. "...LaRae went down too?" She huffed worried about her friend.
Nero's ears twitched when he heard someone call out. At this point he wished he had not created his light source because one of them saw him. He shrugged and decided to go see who it was; Just because he was bored and needed a way out. He headed towards the voice and was annoyed to see it was Hikari in all her shimmery glory. His eyes quickly looked her over seeing how badly she'd been cut up on her way down. He sighed and shifted his eyes away, continuing to hold out the purple flame to give light. "...You should wear blood more often... It blocks out the shimmer..." He muttered.
LaRae continued to try and get to her feet a few times but every time she'd go to put pressure on her one leg she'd fall right back down. At least she couldn't feel the pain every time her leg gave out under her. She stayed seated the last time and stared at her leg. She then sat her hand down flat on the ground, her hand began to glow a very faint shade of green and as she lifted her hand a small sharp root came out of the ground. She held it like a knife and took it to her pants; She cut the pant leg off from the wound in her thigh all the way down to her ankle then began to slice it into the strips. She tossed the root knife to the side and then took a strip of her jeans and started to make a tourniquet right above her wound to try and stop the bleeding. She sighed heavily and looked up at the crack, she could see very little light but enough to know where the way out would be. Then her eyes widened and she felt so silly not realizing that she could easily get herself out. She set both of her hands on the ground, digging her finger tips into the dirt. Her whole body started to glow this time, showing the amount of energy required for this.
A giant root sprouted out of the ground and wrapped itself around her waist tightly; Not enough to do any damage, but enough to keep her from falling. Then the root branched out and began to shoot up towards the light, carrying LaRae's nearly limp body with it. Her hands had moved over to the root itself so she could keep the flow of energy connected. The root continued to shoot quickly up through the crevasse, growing wider as it neared the top as to protect LaRae from the sharp rock spikes that were protruding from the cavern walls. LaRae started to run low on energy just as the roots neared the top. The roots itself broke through to the surface, widening the crack; The part of the root holding her body was about seven feet away from the opening. Her hands dropped down and she leaned forward still stuck to the tree root. She stared weakly down into the darkness below her; Hoping that the root wouldn't give out on her.

Nanashi looked at Kyran and Aamori and nodded, though he still bit his lower lip nervously. He realized that they still needed to rest. He wished that he could do something for them, but he didn't know what. He had to be the most useless member of this group there were. When Aamori asked him if LaRae fell in as well he lowered his eye sand nodded weakly. "...I tried to catch her...but......" he trailed off, not looking at either of them. He had tried, but that still wasn't good enough.
His ears twitched when he heard something and he looked up quickly to see the large root sprouting out of the ground. He knew instantly what was behind it and he was off in a flash, flying over the cracked ground at a low altitude since he was half afraid of the ground giving way even more. He paused at the root and latched onto it at the top and then looked down. "LaRae!?" he called down to her, trying to see if she was alright.
Hikari gave Nero a look and tried to release the wall again, but couldn't stand to stay on her leg long enough to get anywhere. Helpful as her healing abilities were for everyone else, she couldn't seem to make them work on herself, though her body did naturally heal faster than most. "Must you always be so pleasant?" she asked in a pained voice. She took the opportunity while he was standing there to fish into the little pack on her belt and pulled out some bandages. Quickly she ripped one off and started trying to tie it tightly around her leg, though with the way that she was trying to stand on the uneven ground on one foot without holding the wall, she didn't remain upright too long before she fell over sideways. She yelped again and then bit her lip, finishing off what she started, though she would just have to come back and do it better later it was enough for now. She against started trying to get to her feet and finally looked up at Nero. "Help me..." she said almost pitifully.

Nero shook his head and scoffed looking down at her. Though he was slightly humored by her pitiful cry for help. Luckily for her he didn't have anything against her at the moment. He was more interested in LaRae, and he usually focused all his attention on one subject at a time. Not to mention even if he were to harm Hikari he'd want her in full health first, it would be more fun to kill a light dragon at full strength. There was shame in killing one who was already hurt and couldn't properly fight back. He sighed and passed the purple flame over to his tail so his hands were free. He knelt down and grabbed her leg, holding it still he unwrapped her poor handiwork and started to re-wrap it tightly. He ignored the blood that was getting on his hands while he tied off the bandage. He wasn't intentionally trying to hurt her but if he did it was only because he didn't know how to be gentle. He stood back up taking the purple flame with his injured arm; He then extended his good hand to Hikari to help her up. "..."
LaRae struggled to lift her arms up, she pushed against the tree root around her waist so that she could put her back against the root itself. She pressed her head against the root and tried to look up, wincing when she added pressure to her wings. She coughed before she went to speak "...Nanashi?" She called up as best she could through the pain. There stood a pretty good chance that the bones in one, if not both wings were broken from her fall. She wished she couldn't feel the pain in her wings, much like the fact she couldn't feel the pain in her leg. She continued to apply pressure to the root around her mid section to keep herself propped up. Her hands slipped when the root loosened around her body and she slid down a little. "Mmhph..." She wrapped her arms over the root and tried to hold on tightly.

Hikari was a bit surprised when he got down to her level and undid the bandage, though she didn't stop him. It was hard to tie anything off when it hurt to bend your wrist. She gasped and clenched her jaw when he tied the bandage back into place. She closed her eyes tightly. Honestly, she wasn't too sure if it hurt because he was being rough or because her leg just hurt like hell. When she heard him move again she cracked her eyes open, looking up at the hand he'd extended. She started to reach up with the hand that he always used and then stopped halfway, not really wanting pulled up by that hand since it was so sore. She pulled back and switched hands, twisting the other around at an awkward angle to take his hand before standing up again. She tried not to put a lot of weight on her injured leg, so once she was up she just slipped her arm around Nero rather quickly before he could get away. "...Thank you." She said softly. Her eyes went to his bleeding arm and her ears laid back a little. "I will take care of your arm as soon as I can." she promised him. His arm looked pretty bad, but she had a feeling he could manage with the one for now. She had no idea if any of the others were down here or not, and she was half afraid they might he as hurt as she was if not worse.
Nanashi's ears laid back as he looked down at her and tried to figure out how to manage this. When she started to slip he just abandoned strategy and started crawling down the root toward her. It didn't take him for a few seconds to reach her at that rate and he quickly reached out to her, taking one of her arms and trying to pull her up a bit. "Come on, LaRae..." he said softly, trying to get as close as he could to her so that she could latch onto him or something.

Nero quirked a brow when she slid her arm around him. He moved closer to the wall and slid her off him just as fast as she had slid onto him. He then passed the purple flame back to his tail for the time being. He turned his back to her and knelt down; Looking over his shoulder at her he parted his wings a little "...Get on..." He stated in an emotionless tone. "I'll move a lot faster with you on my back; Rather then hanging onto me" He must have sounded so cold but he was actually being nice; He just always sounded that way. He'd wait for her to get on his back before standing up straight and walking again.
LaRae held on to the root very tightly and was surprised to see Nanashi come down into the crevasse after her. She looked up seeing he'd extended an arm to help her. She used her good leg to press against the base of the root and tried to push herself up a little closer to him. She winced when she had to apply more pressure to her wings as she pushed her back to the root. She tired to hold herself there long enough to lift one hand towards him. She reached out to grab hold of his hand; Her fingers just barely missing him. She lowered her hand back down and pushed herself up a little more so that she was practically putting all of her weight on the small branch that previously held her by her mid-section. The branch would give out at any moment, but she hurried to reach out and grab him just as the root broke under her. Moment's later as she hang holding on tightly to him you could hear the sound of the root smacking against the rocky ground below.

Hikari was about to protest when he slid her off of him. She thought that he was abut to leave her to try to walk out, but when he knelt down she figured it out. "...Alright..." she said a little unsurely as she climbed onto his back. She wrapped her arms around his neck as she rested against his back. She could have said something about his tone, but judging by the way that he usually was, she guessed that this was him being nice. "Thank you... I believe this will be easier on both of us..." At least she didn't have to use her leg. Once he got up and started walking she sighed and rested her chin on her arm by his head. "...Was your arm all that was hurt?" she asked softly, glancing over to him. Even if he was crabby and troublesome, she still wanted to make sure that he was alright for the most part. He seemed to be at least.
Nanashi latched onto LaRae's wist when the branch broke and then dug the claws of his other hand into the wood, clinging to it tightly. His ears laid back again as he hung there, hanging on mainly by the one hand. He gulped when he heard the wood clatter below them and tried to climb, but he couldn't get anywhere. If he let go of the root he was going to just fall over backwards, and he really didn't want to fall down there. After a moment he started to pull LaRae up with his arm, using all the strength that he could muster which...after three days without eating anything, wasn't all that much, but he managed to pull her up a bit higher. "H-here... Just... hold onto me." He told her quietly, "I need my hand." Once she was able to grab onto him better, he would climb the few feet back out of the hole, but if she couldn't get a grip, he wouldn't move a muscle.

Nero clenched his teeth together tightly when she climbed onto his back; Just the motion made his arm ache. He got to his feet easy enough and placed either arm around one of her legs; To make sure she wouldn't slip down his back. He applied lite pressure to the one leg of hers that was injured, again trying to be mindful of the pain she was in; While ignoring the pain he was in. His arm was bleeding and quite sore that much was obvious. His tail swayed a bit and brought itself around as best it could to be in front of him so he could see as he walked. His ears twitched slightly hearing her question half wondering why she even cared. "Yes" He stated in short. He looked up, hearing an echoing of something hitting the ground. The sound was delayed, but it echoed all the way to where they were. He would make his way to where he thought that sound came from. To him, it seemed like it came from the other end of the cavern; He hoped it was a straight line. He was ready to get out of here and get ms sparkly pants off his back.
LaRae didn't want to let go of his hand; not even to grab hold of him. She'd taken enough of a risk to latch onto his hand in the first place. Now he wanted her to move again. She understood why but surprisingly enough was scared to move because she didn't want to fall again. Falling twenty feet like a ping-pong ball, against the wall until you reached the rocky floor at the bottom wasn't exactly comfortable or something she wanted to experience again. She reluctantly lifted her other arm up from her side and reached for Nanashi's waist. She latched onto him tightly with the one hand and then released the other from his hand and quickly grabbed hold of his waist. She clung to him tightly as if she was going to fall to her death at any moment; Which if she wasn't careful could easily happen. She shut her eyes tightly and buried her face into her arm slightly.
Kyran by this time had regained his composure and had started to make his way over to where Nanashi had disappeared. Having caught a glimpse of the roots that had sprouted forth out of the ground he figured LaRae must be trying to get back to the surface. He stopped about two feet from where the actual hole in the ground was; Keeping distance from the edge because he didn't want the ground to crumble under his weight. He leaned over a little a peered into the hole "Nanashi?"
