Aamori probably would've fought him when he tried to get her to look over at him but considering that he hadn't started laughing at her yet she was a little more comfortable with it. She had honestly expected him to be poking fun at her by now. She had looked at him though when it came to answering his questions her eyes shifted away slightly. "...That other time that I mentioned was the first time it had ever happened." She answered quietly. "...After talking about it with Kanone, I'd kind of concluded that it started ...in Radha." She paused. "Only because I was fine with blood before then... and hadn't come in close contact with any again until Caledonia." She said quietly. Even though he hadn't started poking fun at her yet she couldn't help feeling like he'd just fall over laughing at any moment. She knew she'd be laughing a little herself if it weren't actually her that was having the silly phobia. Honestly, to be afraid of a little blood? Well, it was silly to her when she was actually level headed enough to think about it. When she was actually struck by the fear well, things were totally different and she'd probably snap on the first person to make fun of her.
Kyran opened both of his eyes and looked at her, smiling slightly. "Would it be better if I just gave in and let you do what ever you wanted?" He asked and then shut his eyes again. "And you know, I'm not the only one who has to sleep sometime." He said smiling again. He could just as easily stay awake until she fell asleep if she decided she was going to stay awake until he fell asleep. Though... that could easily result in both of them being up all night. He moved his arm a little so that he could set his hand down gently on her back then began to rub her back lightly. "Come on now, just drop it and try to relax. You've no idea how long this peace is going to last."

Celestine sighed again when she finally told him when she thought it happened. He had no intention of laughing at that, it was nothing to laugh at. He just shook his head and slowly reached around her, carefully pulling her over until she was resting against him. He leaned his eyes down against her shoulder lightly and closed his eyes. "...Aamori...you have to let that go..." he said quietly, "...I know it was....a very unpleasant experience, but you can't let it get to you like this... What are you going to do if you get bloody on the battle field, call time out and go scrub yourself?" He asked in a non-joking tone. He raised his head again and looked at her seriously, shaking his head. "...You know you don't have to scrub so hard, anyway..." he said as he reached over to her shoulder, running his fingers under the bites to collect the blood. He just moved his hand over to the water and stuck his fingers in, rubbing them a little before he pulled them out again, clean as if nothing had been on them. "It comes of really easy..." he said before he shook off his hand a little. He blinked when he realized that he still had his arm around her and then pulled it back quickly. "You don't have to hurt yourself."
Hikari sighed, "In this case..." she muttered when he asked if it would be better if he just gave in, "It bugs me..." she said with another sigh before she turned her head to the side. She had been wanting to get on him about it for a while, but she hadn't really found the time. She did give in and close her eyes when he started to rub her back, even starting to purr softly after a minute or two as she snuggled against his chest again.

Aamori was quiet even when he pulled her over. She just sat there, giving a small sigh after he finished speaking. "...To my knowledge I had let it go." She started. "Logically I understand it all, and I thought I'd written most of it off. I don't like what happened and I wish it hadn't, and I'm aware it's done and over with." She paused. "...But these past two times that I've seen blood on me, I just kind of freak out. It's... like an unconscious experience. I can't help it when I start scrubbing at the blood like that... then when I come to, I've well... hurt myself." She gave another sigh. "I really don't mean to hurt myself." She uttered quietly. She could keep telling herself that she had let what happened go, but her subconscious hadn't and may never. It was an extremely unpleasant memory and unfortunately it seemed to be plaguing her subconscious and she was of course none the wiser. She was also very aware that blood came off easy with water so long as it wasn't dried but she couldn't keep her head about her long enough to just wash it off before her subconscious took over. She glanced at Celestine briefly for a moment before she lowered her eyes again. She was very relieved that he was actually being serious about this and a little surprised to see that he appeared to be concerned about it as well. Had she known he'd act like this when she told him she might have spoken to him about it sooner like Kanone had suggested.

Celestine sighed again and shook his head again before he just leaned his head over against Aamori's shoulder lightly again. "...You're such a pain..." he said quietly, "What am I going to do with you?" He kept his forehead against her shoulder as he raised his hand up again, reaching over to place it on her other shoulder from around her back. "Honestly... I'm going to have to keep my eye on you... You know this is going to cause a problem later on..." He could see it now...all of them int he middle of a fight and then Aamori freaking out right in the middle of it because she got a little bloody. He shook his head a little, unable to move it too much int hat position since he was about to smack Aamori in the back of the head with his horn.

Aamori was well aware that her phobia was going to be a problem, but there wasn't a whole lot that she could really do about it. No amount of rationalizing the phobia was going to make it easier for her to deal with. She'd already tried telling herself it was just blood and it was nothing more than a red fluid that was pumped from the heart and circulates around the body. She gave a small sigh. "...I know it's going to be problematic." She uttered quietly. "I don't know what to really do about it other then to just try and deal with it when it happens again." She paused. "...You don't have to do anything, or keep an eye on me." She said a bit quieter. She didn't want to have this whole blood phobia thing happen while they were in the middle of a fight or something and chance jeopardizing anyone's well being just because she was having a mental crisis. She sat there for a moment longer before she opened her mouth again to speak. "...I should be looking at that book..." She uttered. After all she wasn't being very productive right now and looking at the book she hoped might take her mind off some of the more depressing thoughts she was digging up.

Celestine sighed again and raised his head up. He knew he didn't have to keep an eye on her, but he would nonetheless. He hadn't had to keep an eye on her before, but he had... of course it had cost him but given the chance he would have done the same thing again. He shook his head when she said that she should get back to the book and just raised his other arm, wrapping them both around her. He nuzzled his his head against hers again lightly, emitting a soft purr from deep in his throat for a moment before he decided to speak. "...I must be in a good mood..." he said with a sigh as he released her and sat back again. "...get back to work...break's over." He said quietly as he crossed his arms and turned his head so that he was looking across the court yard.

Aamori's mood lightened considerably after he had wrapped both his arms around her and she caught that soft purr. Hearing that made her smile a little. She looked at him when he released her and then shifted her eyes towards her book when he said that the break was over. She reached for it and pulled it over to rest in her lap. She didn't open the book right away, rather she glanced back over to him. She was surprised to see him in the mood he was in, land he'd even just said he must be in a good mood. She smiled a little at him. "...Thank you for not laughing at me." She said quietly while she began to look back down at her book and then started to open it again. She flipped right back to the first page of the spell. Unfortunately she'd have to start memorizing it over again from scratch because she'd nearly forgotten it all while she talked about her phobia. She glanced up from the book once more, looking up through the opening in the building towards the sky. It'd already grown dark and quite a few stars were easily seen from the courtyard. She brought her eyes down and looked back over at Celestine. "...It's getting late." She paused. "...You can go to bed, if you want." She said quietly. "I'm just going to work on memorizing the spell for now." She uttered as she turned her eyes back down to the book and started reading.

Celestine looked back to her again and sighed softly when she thanked him for not laughing. "...It's not a laughing matter." he said simply as he turned his gaze back toward the grass again. He was silent while she read, at least until she spoke again. He sighed softly and looked up to the sky himself. "...Yeah...I guess so." he said quietly. He stood up and looked down to her again before he lightly placed his hands on her shoulders again. "...Goodnight... And be careful. I don't advise attempting the thing again tonight." he said simply. He sighed heavily and started to walk back toward one of the arches and then stopped. "...You think anyone would throw a fit if I slept on the roof?" he asked, looking up over the arches. "...I like the wind."

Aamori looked up from her book and smiled a little when he put his hands on her shoulders and told her goodnight. She was about to tell him goodnight herself when he started to walk back towards one of the arches. When he stopped asked his question she gave a slight shake of her head. "I'll handle it if anyone gets upset. Just make sure you can't easily be seen from the ground." She told him. She was pretty sure he might go unnoticed so long as anyone walking up to the building couldn't see him. As it was, it'd already be hard to see up that high, unless you were at the outermost edge. "...Goodnight, Celestine." She said quietly and then let her eyes fall back onto her book as she went back to reading. She rather quickly found the point where she had used the wrong tense when reciting the spell. She sighed softly. She had thought she'd spend the night memorizing the spell, then maybe go to bed. But she couldn't promise that she wouldn't talk herself into trying the spell once more. She hadn't quite gotten the pace down yet and she really didn't want to work on that part when everyone else was awake. It was already embarrassing enough that Celestine had been around to see her mess up, not once, but twice. She sure as hell didn't want anyone else baring witness to her messing up.

Celestine smiled weakly at her when she said that she would take care of it. He opened his wings and crouched down for a moment before he leaped into the air, flapping his wings until he made it up to the rooftop. He sighed and folded his wings as he walked out to the center of the roof and laid down, crossing his arms behind his head as he closed his eyes, sighing softly as the cool night breeze caught his hair and blew it about slightly. He stared up at the stars for a few moments before he closed his eyes and started trying to go to sleep.

Aamori glanced up from her book again briefly when Celestine started up onto the roof. She shifted her glance slightly and stared up at the sky for a few moments longer before giving a sigh and dropping her eyes back down to her book. She knew she probably could've spent more time working on memorizing the spell earlier, but she really did get ahead of herself. Though she would never admit that. She turned a little and leaned her back against the fountain, propping the book against her legs after she brought her knees up. She sat there like that flipping back and forth between the pages while she worked on memorizing the spell. She continued working on it until a good three or four hours had passed. By the time she got around to closing the book again it was just past two-thirty in the morning. She gave a small yawn once she shut the book and then let her legs drop back down, stretching them a bit. She lifted a hand and gently rubbed her head as she took her other hand and set the book back down on the edge of the fountain. She was a little more confident in herself now, considering she was positive she had the spell down now. Though she was also sure it wouldn't have hurt to spend a little more time on it, but she was starting to get tired. After all, she had been up early and had a busy day. She was actually surprised that she was still awake right now. Especially since Hisako would probably be waking her up in about three an a half to four hours. She gave a soft sigh and started to get to her feet. She looked back down at the fountain and noticed the plate and glass that Celestine had used earlier. She went ahead and picked them up and started towards the kitchen to drop them off. Neither of the cooks were in there right now, it was far too late and they'd gone to bed. She set the dishes down on the counter just like before and then exited the kitchen making sure to shut the door behind her this time. She was going to walk around the courtyard to her bedroom but about half way around she'd managed to talk herself out of that, which really wasn't that hard to do. She went straight back out to the courtyard and stood in the center again. She lifted her hand to stifle a yawn and then put her hands into formation. This time she didn't bother closing her eyes, so when she started to recite the spell and that little ring appeared around her feet, her eyes started to cloud over in a sheet of blue that looked a lot like swirling water. She proceeded through the first part of the spell with ease, just like before and she continued onto the next part keeping the pace. The ball of water steadily appeared in her hands, keeping a controlled sphere shape while she continued through the spell. She managed to nearly complete the whole spell this time. Though she messed up again, on an easy part right towards the end just because she couldn't refrain from yawning. Of course the spell was broken by her yawn. The sphere of water had grown in size and was nearly complete, but just like before it shot forth from her hands and started darting around. Only this time you could almost distinctly make out what it was if your eyes could lock onto it before it darted again. She new it was a snake made from water, so she didn't have to question what it was. Since the spell had been broken the sheet of blue over her eyes faded along with the ring around her feet. She tried her best to keep up with where the snake was darting around, it was incomplete so it's tail end was missing and of course the snake wasn't happy at all. The snake finally stopped darting around and shot at her again like it had the past two times she'd failed. It soar past her right leg where her skin was visible between her boot and the shorts of her suit. Leaving yet another pair of bite marks, though these were larger than before and again it was bleeding. She wanted to reach down and add pressure to the marks but she didn't. She refrained because the snake hadn't vanished like it did the last two times. It had started darting around again. She wasn't exactly sure why it was still around this time, but she didn't want to let it attack her again. This last time really hurt, a lot more than the last time. She slipped her hand under her dress and unbuckled her staff from the holster while she continued to watch what little trail of the snake she could keep her eyes on. She noticed the snake was coming at her again and she extended her staff quickly though she wasn't fast enough and the snake had sailed past her again, nicking her other leg. Though she didn't get bitten that time, the snake had managed to cut part of her dress and bite down where her holster was just missing her skin. She couldn't believe the damn thing was still moving around. She thought it would've vanished by now, but it hadn't. She lifted her staff up slightly while she watched the snake darting around yet again. Obviously it wasn't happy it missed her because it had gotten a little sloppy on it's movements and she was having an easier time of watching it. So when it started towards her again she managed to thrust her staff down on top of it's head, causing it to burst into droplets as her staff crashed down to the stone below her. She stared down at her staff for a moment and gave a sigh of relief when she didn't see the snake anymore. She stood there for a moment and then finally pressed the button on her staff to make it retract. She looked down at her dress, planning to put her staff away but noticing that her dress had been cut enough that she could see through to her holster and the holster was pretty much broken. It wasn't going to be able to hold her staff and she'd clearly have to get another one. She shook her head and started to walk over to the fountain to sit down but winced when she put pressure down on her right leg and then remembered she'd been bitten again. Her first reaction was to look down at it, but she forced herself not to look. She knew it was bleeding, she could feel it running down her leg a little bit and she didn't want to burst into a scrubbing fit by looking at it. She bit her lip and continued over to the fountain to sit down. In the process of sitting down she grabbed the long end of her dress and draped it over her leg so she wouldn't have to see it. She dropped her staff on the ground next to her and tilted her head back slightly as she leaned against the fountain. She gave another yawn and started to close to her eyes. She was tired, especially after that.

Celestine was asleep within half an hour after he laid down on the roof, and he was pretty sound asleep throughout the night, though he did crack his eyes oven for just a moment when he picked up the sound of something smacking off of the stone, but within a few seconds he was asleep again without even moving. He didn't stir again until the sun was high enough int he sky to shine down on his face. He groaned quietly and then rolled onto his side, draping his wing over his head to block out the sun. As usual he was up early, though he really didn't want to be just yet. He'd gone to bed a little later than he usually did last night but as usual the sun woke him up early.
Hikari was still curled up against Kyran, though she had been awake for a few minutes she hadn't bothered to open her eyes. She had thought about getting Kyran while he was sleeping, but she was being good, mainly because she was just too comfortable to move.
Nanashi was still laying in the bed beside LaRae and still facing away from her. He had woken up a couple of times through the night coughing, though he had tried his best not to wake LaRae and only got the container that Aamori had given him and took some more of the gel to soothe his throat when it wore off. By morning he had already awoken again, though he didn't bother to get up. He felt even worse today than he did yesterday. His head hurt and his face was no longer just a little warm, it was starting to get hot. Even his hands were warmer than usual. The only thing that wasn't quite as bad was his cough and his throat. It was still sore and raw, but at least he had his voice back...should he chose to use it.

Aamori fell asleep easily after she had sat down and shut her eyes. Even if it wasn't very comfortable where she was sitting, propped against the fountain she still managed to get a couple hours of sleep in before she was woken up. When she did get woken up she was laying on her side and curled up slightly. She didn't want to get up yet, but Hisako was always persistent in getting her up. Hisako was even worse today because she'd been informed that Aamori had to start working on that ability. She sat up and rubbed her eyes lightly and then looked up at Hisako. "...Why are you staring at me like that?" She asked still sounding rather tired.
Hisako had continued to poke and prod Aamori until she woke up. She'd been a little concerned to see her asleep in the courtyard rather than in her room. Once she had her awake and took a closer look at her she was a bit more concerned. She hadn't seen all the pierce marks on her while she was laying down. Then she also hadn't noticed that her right leg had a rather large amount of dried blood on it. She would probably have noticed that right away had Aamori not been sleeping on her right side. "What exactly happened to you? You look rough." She uttered quietly as she reached out and put her hand on Aamori's shoulder near that set of marks.
Aamori gave a small sigh when Hisako immediately started to inquire about the bite marks. She hadn't even been awake very long and she was already being asked about them. "...I was working on the ability last night." She paused. "I messed up a couple times. I'm fine." She answered and pushed Hisako's hand away from her shoulder.
Hisako stared at her for a moment before shaking her head. "You know you're not supposed to work on that level of an ability without the medical unit around." She said in a stern voice. "...The head specialist isn't even going to be in today until after lunch and you already need to be looked at." She gave a sigh and stood up straight. "I want you to go take a bath, clean yourself up ...you've got blood all over you. And don't you even attempt that spell again until after you've been checked out." She told her and stretched out her hand to help her up.
Kyran was just starting to wake up himself, though he kept his eyes shut. He wanted to go back to sleep just because of how comfortable he was. Though he'd slept plenty and he was finding it hard to go back to sleep. After a few minutes he just gave up and started to open his eyes.
LaRae slept soundly throughout the night, once she finally fell asleep that is. She was a heavy sleeper, so Nanashi's coughing didn't wake her in the slightest. When morning finally came around she was starting to wake up. Since she'd gone to bed relatively early the night before she was waking up at a decent time in the morning. She was still laying on her side facing Nanashi when she started to open her eyes. She blinked a couple times and then rolled over onto her back so that she could sit up herself up.

Celestine could just barely hear Hisako's voice from below, and that was enough to keep him up. He groaned quietly and rolled the rest of the way over onto his stomach before he shimmied to the edge of the roof and looked down to see what she was doing to Aamori today. He yawned slightly as he looked down. He didn't know if Hikari would be angry if she saw him or not, but how much trouble could he get in fro sleeping outside? He was allowed inside the building and anywhere else on the island so he didn't see what the harm was in being on the building. It wasn't like it was going to break or anything.
Hikari continued to lay there with her eyes closed for a little while longer, though after a few moments she raised her hand and rubbed the side of her nose with the base of her palm. "Mmmph..." She sighed and finally opened her eyes a little before she closed them and nuzzled against Kyran again.
Nanashi cracked his eyes open when he felt LaRae move and then slowly rolled over, though not quite on his back. He just looked up at her with groggy, half open eyes and then rubbed one slightly. "....Morning....." he mumbled quietly before he rollback onto his side again ad shut his eyes. He wasn't sleepy anymore, but he was still tired beyond belief like something had just sucked all of the energy out of him.

Aamori had completely forgotten about the fact that she was bleeding before she fell asleep. Then it probably looked worse now because she'd fallen asleep on the leg that was bleeding, so of course it bled a little more than it needed to. She would normally have just reached out to take Hisako's hand and get to her feet, but since Hisako mentioned that she had blood all over her and she was still half asleep she had to look. She looked down at her legs, looking at her left first seeing the cut in her dress and her damaged holster. She gave a sigh, remembering a little more clearly what happened last night. She then turned her eyes over to her right leg and nearly froze stiff when she saw that her skin, between the top of her boot and the bottom of her suit, was practically covered in blood. It'd been smeared around thanks to her trying to cover it up last night before she went to sleep and because she'd slept on it. The blood was a darker shade now, so it was quite obviously dried onto her skin but that didn't seem to matter when it came to her freaking out. Just like before she grew panicked and then she started rubbing the base of her palms across her leg frantically. Of course since the blood was dry she wasn't really getting anywhere other than she was managing to stain her hands too by rubbing them across her leg like that.
Hisako started to pull her hand back a little when she saw the way Aamori was acting at the sight of the blood on her leg. She quirked a brow slightly and thought Aamori was just being weird. She probably wouldn't have gotten alarmed except she knew that the friction being caused was liable to give her a burn on her leg. She knelt back down and took hold of one of Aamori's wrists and pulled it back away from her leg. "What are you trying to do, give yourself a burn?!" She asked quite concerned. She just looked at Aamori and gave a heavy sigh when she didn't respond, in fact she'd continued to rub at her leg with her other hand. She shook her head and reached for Aamori's other hand, taking hold of her wrist and pulling her hand away. "Doing that isn't going to get the blood off, and you've only managed to transfer some of the blood onto your hands..." She muttered as she looked down at Aamori's hands. "Honestly... what's gotten into you?"
Aamori started to come back around once Hisako had hold of both of her hands. She glanced up at her and then looked away briefly, a little embarrassed. She gave a sigh and was going to ask if she could get up, until she had to go and look at her hands. Hisako still had a hold of her wrists so she couldn't do anything but she didn't like seeing the blood smeared on her palms. She jerked her hands back trying to get loose of Hisako's grasp so that she could try and get the blood off but Hisako didn't let go just yet.
Kyran looked at Hikari a little when he noticed that she was awake and moving a little. He smiled a bit. "Good morning." He said lightly. "...What a pleasant surprise." He paused. "I wake up and can move all of my limbs." He said with a soft laugh poking fun at the fact he usually woke up with her clinging to some part of him, usually an arm.
LaRae yawned quietly once she was sitting upright. She turned her head slightly and looked over at Nanashi when he looked over at her and said morning. She smiled a little, though that faded seeing that he'd just rolled right back over onto his side. "...Morning to you too..." She said quietly with a quirked brow. She gave another small yawn and rubbed her eyes gently before looking back over at him. "Are you still tired?" She asked since he'd just rolled over. Usually once she got up in the morning, he was either up or getting up himself.

Celestine sighed heavily when he saw Aamori scrubbing herself from up here, though he blinked when he realized that she was scrubbing her leg. What the heck had she done to that? Finally he pulled himself up so that he was crouching by the edge of the roof before he jumped off, falling a couple of feet before he opened his wings and flapped once to slow himself as he glided the rest of the way down, landing lightly on his feet. He sighed lightly and stretched for a moment before he folded his wings behind him again and started to walk over to where Aamori and Hisako were. He looked down to Aamori's leg and blinked. "...Don't tell me you did that again..." he groaned when he saw all of the blood on her leg. "I thought you said you were just memorizing..." He gave her one of those annoyed look, "Jeez...you could have woken me up..." That one was bad enough that he probably would have healed it without complaint. It certainly had bled a lot.
Hikari looked back to Kyran and smiled slightly as she shook her head. "...Good luck trying to move anything else." she said with a soft chuckle as she wrapped her arm back around his middle where she'd had it before. She hadn't latched onto his arm only because it was wrapped around her back.
Nanashi shook his head weakly when she asked if he was still tired. "...I'm not sleepy..." he said quietly, "...I'm just exhausted..." He sighed again and finally rolled himself onto his back before he sat up, though the motion sent a wave of pain through his head. He gritted his teeth and closed his eyes, putting his hand to his head as he leaned forward slightly and held his head. "Ah.... that hurt...." he muttered quietly, obviously talking to himself. Normally he wasn't one to complain much about pain unless he was alone, but he was only half there at the moment. "..."

Hisako continued to keep hold of Aamori's wrists, only because Aamori was putting up a fight. Had she just relaxed and calmed down a little she'd have released her wrists. She glanced at Celestine briefly when he came over and then she looked back down at Aamori's leg while he was speaking. She gave a sigh and started to loosen her grip on Aamori's wrists since she seemed to be calming down a little. She finally let go and then turned her head to look at Celestine again. "So it's safe to assume that you were watching her for the first two sets of marks." She said and then stood up straight. "...I'll refrain from lecturing either of you too much about this for now." She said and looked at Aamori. "You, should have known better. You're not supposed to attempt these high level abilities without medical personal around, and or someone who can keep you from getting hurt because you messed up the incantation." She shook her head lightly. "And..." She started and looked back over to Celestine. "...You've been traveling with her for this long and you haven't gathered that she doesn't always do what she says she's going to?" She gave another sigh and crossed her arms over her chest as she looked down at Aamori again. Aamori on occasion did stuff like this, say one thing and do another. Especially when it came to being told to do something. She'd say okay, and then do what ever she wanted so long as the punishment wasn't all that severe.
Aamori dropped her hands down beside her when Hisako finally let go of her wrists. She was trying to avoid looking at her hands or her leg again for the time being. If she could keep herself preoccupied she might be able to keep herself from freaking out again. She looked over at Celestine when he came over and gave a sigh after listening to him. "...I was memorizing ...for a few hours." She said quietly. She hadn't lied, she did memorize for a while and then tried one last time at summoning before going to bed. She wanted to comment on the whole waking him up thing but kept that to herself. She hadn't bothered with even the thought of waking him because for one, she wasn't going to yell up to the roof and for two she wasn't going to strain herself trying to fly up there. She turned her eyes to look at Hisako. She disliked it when Hisako was like this and on top of that she felt a little ganged up on since Celestine was here now too. She stared at Hisako for a moment listening to her go on about how she should've known better. She rolled her eyes slightly. "Yeah, yeah... I know, Hisako." She said and then finally started to get to her feet. She knew that lecture was bound to get more in depth as the day went on. Once she was on her feet she started to look down at her clothes but stopped herself and then glanced back towards her room.
Kyran laughed softly when she wrapped her arm around him like she had before. "And who said that I wanted to move?" He asked with a smile. He really didn't mind not being able to move so long as she was the cause.
LaRae watched as he sat up and then put his hand to his head. She turned slightly in the bed and continued to look at him, a bit concerned since he'd said 'that hurt' on top of him being exhausted. "Are you feeling alright?" She paused. "Any better from yesterday?" She asked. Though she was guessing by his holding his head that he wasn't feeling very well.

Celestine looked back to Hisako and shrugged. "Well...she was on a time limit... I didn't see what it would hurt to get a head start." he admitted then looked back to Aamori again and sighed as he walked a little closer, looking down at her leg again. "Sit...let me see." He said dully. He glanced back to Hisako again and sighed when she commented on Aamori not doing what she said she was going to. "Well I'm more used to her just going like a cockroach; she just does stuff, she doesn't think about it." he said simply, looking back to Aamori once she'd had time to sit down. He knelt down in front of her and placed his hand on her leg, tilting his head slgihtly so that he could get a better look at the marks. "But either way, there's no arguing with her, it's easier to just let her do what she wants and clean up the mess afterward." he said with a sigh as he lifted his hand a little so that it was hovering just over the marks, but not touching them. He took a deep breath and then quietly started to chant in his native language. His deep emerald eyes lit up slightly since he hadn't closed them and a dim green aura surrounded her his hand. Even though there was no wind in the area, his bangs and the hair that tended to hand over his shoulders started to wave around and blow back as if caught in a gentle breeze. Since he wasn't actually touching her this time, she would probably feel as if a cool breeze was blowing against her skin in that area as the wounds started to close up. Once they were gone he ceased chanting and pulled back his hand as his hair fell back into place. "...I'm still not bothering with the other two. They're too small to worry about." he said simply.
Hikari sighed softly, "Well, then you're in luck." she said softly, "I'm not too keen on getting up just yet anyway." she said softly as she nuzzled against him again. She just started to purr softly the way that she had the night before.
Nanashi just turned his eyes toward her when she asked if he was alright, but he didn't bother to raise his head or lower his hand. "...Not really..." he said quietly, "...Me throat is...but everything else is worse..." he muttered quietly. "...I'm alright..." he told her after a moment, finally lowering his hand. "...I don't think...I'm going to be up too long today..." he said quietly as he glanced over to her again. "...Sorry...I was really hoping we could make it to the beach today...since we couldn't go yesterday..." he said in a disappointed tone.

Hisako gave a slight nod after the first thing that Celestine had said. "I'm aware she's on a time limit, regardless it's better that she listens to what she's advised, or told for that matter. She knows better than to do what she did." She paused and gave a sigh. "I guess I can't expect someone outside of our clan to know when to put a stop to her actions." She said as she started to uncross her arms. "That creature that she has to learn to summon could easily do a lot of harm to her, a lot more than what's already been done. That's why she's supposed to have someone around who can protect her should something go wrong." She paused. "I'm just a little irate because she put herself in danger while everyone in this building was asleep. What harm could possibly have come from waiting until morning when myself, or even her brother could watch over her while she worked on the actual incantation?" She shook her head and gave a heavier sigh. She wasn't really upset at anyone but Aamori, and that was only because Aamori had such poor judgment. Though, at the same time she was a little annoyed that Celestine had bore witness to her first two attempts and just left her alone. She couldn't be angry at him though, it wasn't his job to watch over Aamori. She stood off to the side a little, and watched after Aamori had sat down and Celestine had his hand hovering over her leg. She just watched quietly until Celestine had finished. "...Aamori, I still expect you to let medical look you over before you start working on that spell again." She didn't doubt that the wound was healed, but considering Aamori had slept on it with it open like that she still wanted to make sure medical checked her off and took care of those smaller marks. She stood there for a moment longer before starting towards Aamori's room. She'd seen her look in that direction before, obviously she needed a change of clothes. She stepped into her room and went straight over to the closet to pull out another suit and dress, along with another arm sleeve. Aamori probably hated it but her closet had a couple duplicates of her Elder outfit. She folded the clothes up and set them over her arm as she started back out to the courtyard. She walked right over to Aamori and held the clothes out to her. "Go ahead and take your boots off here, I'll make sure they get cleaned up while you're in the bath."
Aamori was going to walk over to her room to fish out a change of clothes, but she stayed where she was and then sat down on the edge of the fountain when Celestine told her to sit. She sat there quietly and looked between Celestine and Hisako as they talked about her while she was sitting right there next to them. She couldn't believe they were doing that, the things they were saying sure seemed like the type of stuff you say when the person you're talking about isn't right there with you. She wanted to look down at her leg when Celestine started to close up the wound but she was trying to keep from looking. She'd managed so far to keep from looking at the blood and freaking out again, now all she had to do was make it to the bath without seeing it. She did however slip up and look down for a brief instant when she felt a cool breeze against her skin. She tightened her fists together and clenched her teeth as she quickly averted her eyes after seeing the red on her skin. She really was having difficultly keeping herself from scrubbing her leg until the blood was gone, so much so that she was clearly getting antsy. Her eyes shifted over to Hisako for a moment when she said that she still wanted her to have medical check her out. That didn't surprise her, Yoichi would've said the same thing. Neither of them let cuts, scrapes, pierce marks or even bruises stay on her without being looked at and usually everything could be healed up pretty easily with the exception of bruises. Those always had to heal on their own. She watched as Hisako headed towards her room. While she was gone she gave a slight sigh of relief. Being around Hisako when she was upset with her for any reason was always uncomfortable. She looked up at Hisako when she came back and stared at the clean clothes for a moment before reaching out to take them. She set them down beside her and then reached down to her left leg after moving her dress aside so that she could get her boot off. She slipped her thumb under the top and literally peeled the boot off of her foot before handing it to Hisako. She paused for a moment and moved up to her holster to undo the buckles, seeing as it was no longer usable. She got one buckle undone and fought with the second before she gave up and yanked hard enough on the leather that it snapped in half where the snake had bitten it. She just dropped the holster on the ground beside her once it was off. She started to move over to the right boot and had to stop and look away. After all her right leg was the one that bled and the blood had stained the top of her boot a bit. She just couldn't bring herself to pull it off. She feared she'd start trying to remove the blood from her leg if she looked down at it while she was trying to get her boot off. She gave a sigh. She really did hate this, she wasn't sure what was worse... looking at the blood and going into scrub mode or trying to keep herself from looking at the blood to avoid scrubbing.
LaRae wanted to hear from him that he was fine, but hearing that everything else was worse only concerned her. At least his throat was better, if that could even be a bonus when everything else was worse. She didn't believe him when he said he was alright, mostly because he'd already said 'not really' on top of 'everything else is worse'. She sat there for a moment and then looked at him again and offered a small smile in place of her concern. "It's alright. We can go to the beach another day, once you're feeling up to it. Plus, I'm pretty sure the beach isn't going anywhere." She turned back towards the edge of the bed and dropped her legs down so that she could get up. She stretched a bit and turned around to look over at him again. "...Is there anything I can get you? Ya' know since everything else is worse."

Celestine sighed, listening to Hisako silently, though he had a few things to say he thought this time he would at least wait until Aamori was gone before he started. He looked at Hisako with a bit of an annoyed expression when She said that she still wanted Aamori checked out be he still refrained form saying anything, just rolled his eyes and looked away. 'My attempts not good enough?' he thought a little irritably. He was only irritated because he didn't see what the smaller marks were hurting. Boo-boo she had a couple of little snake bites, he got bitten by those things all of the time and he didn't go get himself checked out. He still thought it was silly that she had to run to medical personnel for every little bump she got. He watched her as she pulled off her boot and then sighed when she froze while trying to get the other one. "...Aamori..." he grumbled in a slightly annoyed tone. He knew why she stopped. "Oh vengeful gods..." He just put his hand over her eyes and pushed her head back a little, "Just take the damn boot off, do you have to look to do that?" He did understand her little phobia of seeing blood, but quite obviously, just before he understood didn't mean that he wasn't going to get annoyed with her over it at times like this when it interfered with such a simple little task. At least he wasn't yelling at her.
Nanashi looked at LaRae as she got up and then sighed softly, shaking his head a little, though that caused him to cringe and put his hand to his head again. "...No...I'm okay..." He said quietly before he slid back down into the bed and closed his eyes. He sighed and slid the covers off of him, tossing them over onto the other side of the bed where LaRae had been, which was probably unusual since he was usually complaining about being cold. Right now he was anything but cold, he already felt like he was laying middle of the desert sands of Cináed, that was plenty warm enough for him.

Hisako took the boot she was handed and then watched as Aamori went to remove the other but stopped. She hadn't been told exactly what was up with Aamori and the blood, but she was rather quickly guessing that Aamori might have a phobia of it. She sighed softly when Celestine covered up Aamori's eyes and told her take the boot off. Rather then waiting for Aamori to get the boot off without the use of her eyes she moved closer and knelt down, slipping her finger under the base of the boot and then pulled it off of her. She took both boots and draped them over her arm as she stood upright again and took a step back. "Hurry up now and go get cleaned up." She said as she pointed with her free hand towards the baths.
Aamori started to look over at Celestine when she heard the way he said her name though by the time she went to open her mouth to respond he'd already put his hand over her eyes. She of course started to lean back when he pushed on her head a little which caused her to almost fall right back into the fountain. She would've fallen in had she not grabbed hold of the stone edge just as she felt herself going back. She sat herself upright and started to lift her hand to pull Celestine's away from her face when she felt her boot being taken off. She looked up at Hisako once she had removed Celestine's hand from her eyes and then gave a slight nod. Sometimes she thought Hisako was more of a babysitter than anything. She sat there for a moment before she picked up the change of clothes and got back to her feet. She looked at Celestine briefly. "...Thank you ...for fixing that for me." She uttered quietly and then started for the baths. Any further delay and she was sure Hisako would be forcing her into the bath and probably staying in there with her. She slipped inside the room once she reached the door, making sure to shut it behind her and then started to make her way over to the screen.
LaRae might have given in and left it alone that time since he said again that he was okay. But seeing him toss the covers aside like that when he usually burrowed beneath them made her only more concerned. So far he certainly had more signs that he wasn't feeling well at all which spoke to the contrary of what he was saying. She started to round the bed, moving over to his side. She looked down at him for a moment before lifting her hand up and lightly pressing the back of it to his cheek. She shook her head slightly and pulled her hand back. "...You're awfully hot and probably feverish." She said quietly. She stared at him for a moment and then started to head towards the bathroom. "And you can stop saying you're okay." She paused. "You're obviously not." She said as she reached the door and opened it, stepping into the small bathroom in front of the sink. She didn't have to look very far for what she wanted, there was a hand towel hanging from a ring on the wall beside the sink. She pulled it off the ring and turned the water, making sure it was cold. She stuck the soft cloth under the cold water and let it saturate before she wrung it out just a little and shut the water off. She started to fold it up length wise a little as she walked out of the bathroom and back over to the side of the bed. She held the cloth in her hands and looked at him again. "...I'm not sure exactly where you'd be more comfortable putting this ...so ...maybe you could do it?" She asked quietly. Ordinarily she would've just set it over his forehead but since he had that other eye there below his bandanna she wasn't sure she should go setting a wet cloth across it.

Celestine looked over to Hikari, again with that annoyed expression when she took the boot off for her then he looked back to Aamori when she pulled his hand away from her face. He just huffed quietly and dropped it back to his side. He kept silent until she thanked him and then sighed, "Yeah, yeah... Don't get used to it..." He said simply, closing his eyes for a moment. He really tired not to use his healing unless it was extremely necessary, and since he'd met her that made the third minor injury that he had healed for her. Honestly those could have stood to just have a bandage slapped over them and she would be fine. He sighed and opened his eyes again once Aamori was gone and looked back to Hisako. "...You baby her too much." he said simply, "She could have gotten it off herself, she's not an invalid. She needs to start learning to deal with things on her own. Otherwise...you all are young to have one pretty pitiful leader. She can't even stand getting pricked with a thorn without whining and crying about it until someone fixes it. She has no pain tolerance at all, she doesn't even have to be bleeding to start crying." he said, mostly referring to when he'd smacked her. His voice was calm, and monotone as usual. He was just telling Hisako what he saw, "You should think about that. It's kind of annoying... I get snake bit all the time and I'm not dead. It hurts but its not something that you'd need to go bother someone else about. I know my opinion doesn't count for anything since I'm not form your clan, but I thought I'd give you a picture of how it looks from the outside... She's always got someone there to protect her and tend to her every need...it's kind of pathetic when you take all of that away. I already nearly got myself killed over her. I don't know how well she fights in here where she's safe and knows nothing's going to hurt her too bad, but when you throw her out of her comfort zone she doesn't do that great. Her only redeeming feature is that she doesn't act like a spoiled brat...she just acts like an annoying, clingy little sister or something."
Nanashi sighed softly when she touched his cheek and opened his eyes. "...LaRae..." he said in an almost whiny tone. "...It's not that bad..." he tried to tell her again. He sighed heavily when she walked away and then closed his eyes again though he blinked whens he came back with a towel. He exhaled heavily through his nose and took the towel from her. He stared at it for a moment. "Mmph..." He grunted before he just let the thing unfold and threw it over his entire face. "...What's this supposed to do?" he muttered. Apparently it really didn't matter if it was on his forehead or not. He always wore the bandanna over it, even when washing his hair, so wet cloth really didn't matter. It only hurt when the eye decided that it wanted to be open whether there was something over it or not. There were those rare occasions that the thing would open if there was something around...it was almost like it 'sensed' things like that that he couldn't see otherwise.

Hisako watched as Aamori left and was about to go take the boots to get cleaned off but stayed where she was when Celestine started talking. She didn't bother looking over at him once until he finished what he had to say. She turned slightly to face him. "I don't baby her by choice." She started. "It's expected of me because she's special. At least to us, anyway. Part of my job is to make sure that she is always presentable for anything. Which means she can't have little cuts or scrapes on her. Well, at least she can't have them where they can easily be seen. That's just how it works here." She paused. "Elders and the trainee's can't have visible wounds even when out in public. It makes the people worry seeing stuff like that." She gave a soft sigh. "And I'm well aware that she was capable of taking her own boot off. I did it to speed things up since she apparently is getting a phobia to blood. I bet she'd still be sitting here trying to get that off her foot right now if I'd waited on her, not to mention she'd probably have lost her balance again and likely fallen into the fountain." She glanced down at the boots draped over her arm for a moment, eying the blood on the one before lifting her eyes again. "Her low pain tolerance can't really be helped or rather, I can't change it. She's never really experienced pain until now. So it's all new to her. Of course the things you and I would find small and meaningless are going to hurt her and upset her, she's new to all of it. I think the worst pain she's ever felt here was a scrape from tripping and even that was taken care of within minutes of it happening." She paused. "Our Elders are looked at as symbols first, casters second and then combatants, lastly. They're all trained to use magic first and from a safe distance rather than up close and personal where they can be injured." She shrugged slightly. "Like I said before, that's just the way it's always been. Even our current Elder has a low pain tolerance, but her magic capabilities make up for that. Not to mention every Elder has been given escorts and guards so they usually don't have to experience anything that can cause them pain." She gave a small sigh and looked over at him again. "Aamori is talented with her staff, by far she is probably the best trainee thus far with a weapon. I've very rarely gone easy on her in our training sessions. I assure you, she can hold her own in combat. But, she's never been put into a position here, where her life is in jeopardy. Give her a break, she's new to the whole it's either me or them thing when it comes to battling. I doubt you were one hundred percent mentally prepared for battle the first time your life was at stake... I know I wasn't. Give it some time, she'll pick up on it sooner or later." She started to turn towards the door that she usually went to that lead down the stairs to the lower level. She spotted one of the other escorts by the door and called him over. She handed him the boots and asked him to take them down stairs to be cleaned. Once the escort was gone she turned back to Celestine. "Sorry, I needed to make sure those were taken care of." She said and then crossed her arms over her chest lightly. "Like I was saying before, Aamori has the ability to protect herself, she's well trained with her staff and she's good with magic. All of the knowledge is there, it just has to click that she isn't always going to be able to rely on everyone else to bail her out. I'm very much aware of that, but she has to figure it out on her own." She glanced over towards the door to the bath, just making sure Aamori wasn't done yet. "As for the way she acts... Aamori doesn't have many friends. She's got one from when she was growing up and that's it. She's not given the time to go out and make friends and she sure isn't given time for boys. So she gets very attached to whom ever she can without really meaning to. All in all, she's got a different life style from most people and she's still trying to come into her own skin so you can't expect changes in her to happen right away." She paused and laughed a little. "Who knows, one day she may wake up and be different and you won't have to worry about an annoying, clingy little sister." She could honestly say that she didn't really agree with the way Aamori was babied all the time, or the fact that she wasn't allowed contact with too many people. She much rather would've preferred things to be different. But, she was only a trainer she wasn't able to make things different. Though, the only thing that made anything better was the fact that she could train Aamori as hard as she wanted in the combat department and as long as Aamori was looked at after training all was well. She couldn't even say that Aamori had never experienced a lot of pain because she had. For brief instants after a harsh blow was dealt by her. Though medical always fixed her up before the pain really sunk in. She did believe though, that one day a switch would flip in Aamori and she'd be different. As it stood, Aamori did act like a child half of the time and she knew it. Sadly they just had to wait for Aamori to grow up.
LaRae watched as he took the towel from her and unfolded it, then threw it over his face. She gave a sigh and shook her head lightly. "...It's supposed to help relieve some of the warmth and usually when put over your forehead it can help with headaches..." She wasn't so sure how well that would work with him, but it was the only thing she'd even known to do when someone was as hot as he was and could possibly have a fever. She was a bit at a loss of what else to do for him, other then perhaps a glass of water and some more sleep.

Celestine listened and just sighed when he heard the beginning of Hisako's response. He pretty much summed up in his mind what all was going to come next, a bunch of denial, denial, denial, Aamori is the greatest thing ever, blah blah blah. He couldn't help but snicker when she mentioned Aamori falling into the fountain. "That might have been kind of funny..." he said quietly, though his smile faded after a moment and he crossed his arms while she continued. He didn't look too happy when she named off what the elders were need as, and he huffed irritably when she mentioned the first time that his life was at stake. Of course he wasn't, he wasn't even old enough to be on his own, not that she would have known that. Like Hisako had for him, he remained silent to listen to her until she was finished.
Once she was done he sighed softly and shook his head. "...The first time that my life was at stake, I was eight years old and caught in the middle of a spur of the moment attack from the earth can. Of course I wasn't ready." he said simply, "As for her blood problem... that started in Radha... We got into a fight and she wandered off on her own. She got herself caught by a trio of hunters while she was out. Lani spotted her and came to warn me, so I went to find her. When I got there...one was advancing on her so I tried to just smack him away, but I guess I hit him a little too hard, I ended up cutting him open. She got angry and ended up scalding another one to death and the last one ran away. Once I got her lose she decided to clean my blade...and she got blood all over her hands. I guess that was the first time she's ever killed anything...it's still bothering her. None of the others know about it, neither one of us felt like saying anything." He sighed and shuddered slightly, apparently a little bothered by it himself still. "But I'm nearly a year younger than her and I've never gone through such rigorous training." he said, switching the subject again, "I worked on my own for the most part, and just from watching her, I'm pretty sure that I could go up against her and probably match her." He lowered his eyes to the ground, and his voice sounded almost sad, "...So why can't she have a life like everyone else? The only thing different about her is that voice. How is it fair to her to be stuck here all of the time against her will? Does no one else care what she thinks about all of this?" He looked up finally, "...It's not right. She's a person, she should be seen as a person before anything else." He looked away again, tightening his grip on his arms a little, "I guess it's none of my business...but still... What's the point of even being born if you're not allowed to have a life? Like you said, she doesn't really have friends, she doesn't have free time, she apparently is never going to have much privacy... Her bedroom isn't even in her own house." He sighed again and shifted his weight, "...My grandfather is the elder of the wind clan...and he lives just like anyone else would in the village and always has. He does just fine...so I don't see why all of this is necessary here. Our clans aren't that different. He got married, had kids, obviously... Is she ever even going to get that chance?" He looked back to her again for a moment and then sighed, "...I don't mind being her friend...or even looking out for her... But I'm not a people person... It's hard for me to get attached to people at all, she was just so darn persistent that it was either I learn to tolerate her or I slap her every time she comes near me." he said, rolling his eyes a little at the last comment. It had been a tempting thought. "...But if after this trip is over she'll be coming back here again. If she isn't going to be allowed to see me if I come to see her...then I don't want to get attached to her...and I don't want her attached to me. It's pointless... and it hurts." he muttered the last three words as if he'd meant to think them rather than say them. Obviously it was late for that. He was already attached to her, even though he was obviously well aware of how hard it was going to be to see her. "...I'm not special or anything, I'm not even from your clan, so I guess it's wouldn't be 'popper' for the two of us to be friends, would it?" He didn't understand why things were the way they were here, and he obviously didn't agree with much of any of it, but he did have a good handle on how things were in other areas of what he was talking about. People here wouldn't like their elder associating with a common wind dragon.
Nanashi sighed softly and raised his hands slightly so that he could fold the towel back up so that it was just laying across his forehead the way she would have put it. He opened his eyes halfway and looked at her for a few moments, smiling weakly before he closed his eyes again. "...It feels kind of silly...having a towel on your head, I mean..." he said quietly. He was silent for a few moments before he cracked his eyes open again and looked at the ceiling. "...I don't know what's wrong with me... I guess I've felt worse but...it's never hit so suddenly before..." he said quietly. "...I don't know why I'm so hot... I usually feel cold when I'm sick... But right now it just feels...really...hot..." He sighed again and closed his eyes once more. "...It's probably nothing serious... I think the weather is just messing with me... I'm not used to the humidity."

Hisako listened to him quietly, paying a little more attention to the part that explained Aamori's issue with blood. That certainly helped explain things a little. She was a bit surprised that Aamori hadn't said anything herself, but that must just have been because it bothered her so much. Aamori in the beginning, never had liked learning how to fight with the possibility of killing. She eventually came around to an understanding, but she could only imagine how Aamori felt with having actually killed someone. She gave a small sigh and looked over to Celestine. "Her training, when it comes to me is only so strict because I had wanted her to be disciplined. The sessions are hard, with very few breaks because that's the closest I can get to it being a real fight without it actually being a life or death situation." She paused. "And I guess if you think you can match her, than she and I have more work to do." She said lightly. She did enjoy training with Aamori at least and she even found some fun in pushing Aamori to the point that she wanted to just give up all together. She was a little surprised by Celestine's concern about Aamori and her life. Not many people had ever questioned that, most just went along with it. She sighed softly and glanced over at him briefly. "I couldn't tell you if things will ever change, if she'll have more friends, if she'll get married one day and have children or if she'll even have a normal life like everyone else." She paused. "Right now things are the way they are because the current Elder hasn't felt like changing the way things work. This has always been the way the Elders here are brought up. Maybe Aamori will change that when she takes over for our current Elder, but I couldn't say." She said and glanced away. "The people here are also more comfortable with things this way, a lot of people don't know how to act around any Elder or trainee. So it's uncomfortable for them to go everyday with someone so special... living next door and being just like them. The common people here rather place people like her on a pedestal than live next door to her." She paused. "Aamori's parents gave her up when she came into her voice, she's lived here since she was thirteen. Her parents still live in the same little house and they try and live a normal life outside of their daughter being who she is. Even though they live where they do and nothing has really changed, even the neighbors they have who've known them for ages treat them differently now. It's kind of hard to explain..." She uttered. A large part of why Aamori was living in the main training building was because it was harder on everyone if she lived with her parents. No one really knew how to act around her and it was just easier to pull her from the life like everyone else. It made sense to her, or at least she tried to understand it. She did believe that Aamori should be allowed to see who she wanted and have more friends, but she was one person against a whole island practically who felt the opposite. Sadly, the main island was pretty much against change so they wanted things to stay the way they had always been. "Aamori has a life, maybe not like yours, maybe not like your grandfathers, and not even like mine, but she does have a life. It just happens to be that of an Elder of our clan and she has to live it that way. She can't exactly throw it away and try and be someone else, though I'm sure she'd much rather do that..." She said shaking her head. "You don't have to agree with how things are here, and you don't have to like it, but it's better to either try and understand it and be supportive or just forget about it." She said quietly. "And as for being her friend, you're allowed to be. I mean, if she really wants a little wind dragon like you for a friend." She said with a slight chuckle. "Most people here would probably be uncomfortable with the thought of Aamori having you for a friend, but she did have LaRae for a friend for a few years. So there isn't too much difference in that. As long as there is no tension between the clans she can pretty much befriend anyone she likes. Though a lot of people haven't wanted to be her friend, regardless of clan because of who she is. She's lucky that her childhood friend stuck by her through everything. Though, Anka hasn't come around very much lately." She paused. "I'm pretty sure that's because Aamori and Anka are pretty much the same age and Anka is allowed to do all the things Aamori wants to." She could be wrong though, but she was almost positive that Anka stopped coming around because she didn't want to hurt Aamori. She shrugged lightly. "Anyway, Aamori is allowed to have friends but her position tends to scare people off before they get to know her. That of course started bothering her, the fact that no one wanted to be friends with a trainee." She paused. "And to be honest, I'm a little surprised that you'd even want to be friends with her... I mean, annoying, clingy little sister... you'd really choose to be friends with someone who acted like that?" It wasn't really her place, but that didn't exactly sound like someone you'd like to call your friend and come visit. It sounded more like someone you'd want to run away from. At least in her opinion. "...If you came to see her after this trip is said and done, I don't think you'd be turned away. It'd probably be more trouble than you think it's worth, but friendships can be set up in a way that it makes it like a sign of peace between the two clans. Having an agreement like that set in place would certainly give you free reign to come and go from Kairava as you pleased and it would put the people here at ease." At least that was the only thing that she could think of with the way things were right now. It was important to the Elder that the people of Kairava were comfortable, so for the most part a lot of things worked around how it would effect the people." She paused. "It'd be like... being a goodwill ambassador for your clan with the perk of being able to see Aamori more freely. Plus, being an ambassador would make you special." She said with a slight nod. "And I'm sure, if your grandfather is your clan's Elder that wouldn't be hard to arrange. But like I said before, since you're not really a 'people person' that is probably more trouble than it's worth. Perhaps going through the hurt of detaching yourself from her would be easier." She said as she glanced back over towards him. "This might be a little off topic, or rather, a topic already discussed... but I think the only thing that really keeps Aamori going along with the way things are now is the fact that when she becomes our Elder she'll be allowed to change things so that no other trainee has to go through living their life the way she has." She paused. "No Elder thus far has had the will to go against years upon years of tradition, I think Aamori may be the one to change a lot of things once she takes over." She gave a sigh. "But that will still be years, yet."
LaRae continued to look at him while he folded up the towel. She smiled weakly when he said it felt silly having a towel on his head. "...If it's not helping any you don't have to keep it on your head." She said quietly. She was of course a bit worried hearing that he didn't know what was wrong with him, and that it had never hit so suddenly before. She lingered beside the bed for a moment longer before she walked over to the window and opened it up. There was a cool breeze outside and when she opened the window it caught in her hair. That breeze at least felt nice to her. She turned slightly and looked back over to the bed. She was genuinely worried about him though she wasn't sure how much of the worry was just overreacting. As it was she had no real idea herself how much of what was going on with him was 'normal'. If the weather was really the only thing getting to him than maybe sleep would be the best thing for him since she couldn't do anything about the climate. She finally started back over to the bed and went back to his side, looking down at him again. "Would you like a glass of water or something?" She couldn't very well do anything to make him feel better right away but she could at least try and make him comfortable.
