I would recommend reading all the rules and stickies before you get started.

To make gold posting is the main way and you could play the games but I would not recommend playing the games as they take more gold to play than they do making you gold.I would suggest to find a thread that looks interesting and jump in and say hello. Once you start posting you will find your gold rising.

Oh hello :) I have a gaia too, but I like mene much better. It has a small community so it's alot more enjoyable. I hope you have fun. :D

I agree with Takabean. Menewsha is a much nicer community than Gaia Online. There aren't any botters or trolls here and users actually read each other's comments so you can have a real conversation.

And midnightfaerie is right about the games. You should stay away from them for the most part because the odds seem to be against you. >.<

Although, I guess the one exception would be the fishing game. You can earn a lot of gold from that one, but you'd have to invest some gold into it because you lose a lot when you first start, unfortunately.

That being said, welcome to the community! :3

Menewsha is much different from Gaia,so make sure you read all the rules with dictionary in hand. Trust me you will like it here much more, its a lot stricture, but for the sites benefit.

Ah gaia! Some of our mambers are from there too, as well as from other avatar-based sites. In fact lately there's seem to be a sudden increase of immigrants from gaia. xD You're bound to see familiar names in here somehow, i think.

Anyway, if you need help finding your way in this site, you can try exploring the rules, guides, and tutorials sub-forum inside the information desk forum for more informations about how things works in menewsha, and teh stickies are pretty useful too.
