In order to help you archive your mission and prove that something something to the world, I figure maybe you will need some guidances to know all the basic and general stuff in Menewsha first?
Well, the best way to find all those is in the rules, guides, and tutorials sub-forum inside the information desk forum. Just read all the useful threads there and the stickies on top of every forum, and I'm sure you'll be on the smoothest start any CoCaptain will ever wish for.
