I want to see it so bad, it looks so good and the star one best actress for it. Not only that but i love Edith Piaf, and French culture, so if anyone here has seen it, tell me if its worth watching.

i watched the Edith Piaf biopic the other day. it was really good... especially since it was all in natural tongue (frogs spoke french / yanks spoke english)
Marion Cotillards performance was outstanding! she really deserves that Oscar she go for it... anyways... what do you think of the movie?

ps- my uncle helped with the wardrobe for the movie... just thought that was cool ^^

I went to go see this in a little indie theatre a while back and it was sooo good. I went with my Grandmother was all worried I would be bored to tears.

But then I cried out of emotion... v_v

Ugh! I absolutely hated the movie! I'm a French major and so I figured it'd be spiffy to watch a movie in French and it would count as credit for something else and so I went to see it in the basement during the International Film festival. I actually found it disturbing and scary... I don't really want to get into the details and stuff but the whole movie just made me tense and then when it was over I was left with this awkward feeling of not really even understanding it.
