heh. As much as the idea of having $.99 items in the shops is cute, I hate that sort of thing because I know it's all a marketing ploy. XP I said the same thing about the Gaia cash shop items. XD
Overall, I do like the decimal system here though. The decimals do add up over time. :D

My only issue with decimal prices would be that they'd take a lot longer to type. ^^; (Such as if you're making an exchange or quest thread and trying to list their store price.) Plus there'd be a lack of consistency unless we added .00 to the end of the prices that are even "dollar" amounts.
Other than that, I think it'd be interesting. :3 I certainly am tempted to buy/sell items in the future using decimal gold amounts at the end.

As someone who adds the items to the stores, there's no way I'm gonna start pricing stuff with decimals, it takes long enough as it is.
I greatly dislike things that cost 499.99 instead of 500 and so on. As Sizzla says it's a marketing ploy, so not something we need to have on here anyway.
It's nice to get away from it on here actually, or I think so.

I like having the decimals, while I can't spend the .82 I have now next time I get 1.34 gold for example my gold count will go up by 2 whole numbers. It all adds up, if I didn't get the .34 then I'd earn a lot less than I do now as practically all my posts earn me a decimal.

The decimals do add up to whole numbers eventually. I see no reason for a change. And this could be known as a unique aspect of Mene. xD

"Flink has 263690 gold!" "There's a decimal there." "LIES!"

Hm... I read through this thread and have a few thoughts.
Firstly, I didn't know we made gold when others posted in our thread, so that's cool to know and helps convince me as to why the decimal is important.
Since Juru didn't like the idea of having something be $499.99, we don't have to have all items or even a lot of items like that. I think that having a few items that use the decimal would be more interesting or fun.
We could have a cool little .99 cents store (I believe this was mentioned to in this thread somewhere). Irl, .99 cents stores are really cool and fun and I personally get excited to go into them and buy really cool items for cheap. Or items could be priced with quarter values like $1.50 or $2.75.
Like I said, even a few items priced in this way would add more flavor to the store items I think.
OH and I just thought of this suddenly:
If there were games that required .25 cents to play, that would be kind of cool. XD Like those old arcade games you see. That'd be another way to use the decimals in a fun way. :3
