Man I don't exercise at all. I'm completely lazy and I don't have time for it. I have a window of about 4-7 hours a day in which to fit in showers and sleeping. So on my days off I do nothing but chill. I find though if I walk to work I feel better, but when its cold I normally just drive. If you're looking for a start, then I would recommend do more walking. Instead of driving 5 blocks to pick up some groceries or a movie walk it, you'll feel better, and you wont feel the need to work out when you want to relax.

I enjoy doing exercises at home. I do the Richard Simmon's Sweetin' to the oldies. I also have some hand weights. Before I got the hand weights I started out with cans of food and gallon jugs of water. I also started out with walking the block, then I slowly picked up the pace. I have also started watching what I eat, more fruits and vegies.

Search for fitness trainers online. They usually provide an everyday exercise and diet regimen. You may also think about taking a sport. It makes you enjoy and lose weight at the same time. I think that happens because stamina decreases the less you use your body. So I suggest you exercise all the time to get your past stamina back.
