If or you actually do have your own personal website about whatever you want, [stuff like deviantart doesn't count] are you ashamed by subdomains like yourdomain.freewebs.com or yourdomain.tripod.com and stuff? Do you wish you had .com/net/org/etc?
If you do actually have a paid domain, why for? Because it looks cooler, will get you more business if you have one? [It is said that stuff like yourdomain.freewebs.com is less trusted and stuff.]
Or do you try those free url redirecting services? Like yourdomain.tk [which is pretty bad by the way], or something like yourdomain.uni.cc or yourdomain.us.tt?
If you were to have one, or already do, do you get a long subdomain website? Or get a long subdomain site and have a url redirection service make it look better? Or just buy one?
In my opinion, I like going for the url redirection with no ads one. It's free and almost legal looking. Speaking of which, I don't know which one to get. Should I get yourdomain.jp.tp or yourdomain.co.cc? I kinda like yourdomain.co.cc more, but my sister said I should get yourdomain.jp.tp since it has a nice ring to it. xDD
And if you are viewing a website. Do you look down to it even a bit because it isn't a .com/net/org/etc.? How about if it has a really short one like yourdomain.co.cc? Do you trust a website more if it isn't something like yourdomain.freewebs.com that sells things?
Just wondering. :3
