usually when I do stuff like that, I send an email to myself with the passwords for different accounts. but since my emails got hacked, I have wrote all the passwords down to be safe.

They do have a retrieval option, but when I put in the email I probably used it says that it's not right.

Doesn't matter I found my little notebook I keep my game stuff in and found the password. Now I have new dragons.

I've posted them once and kind of got yelled at because I forgot to put them in quotes. I was sure I had when I posted, but they weren't when I went back and checked.

I hate doing that! They weren't yelling at you though. We just like to make sure people do that because you CAN get infractions from mene moderators for not putting them in the quote tags. So we like making sure people don't get infractions for stupid things. :)

yeah, it is pretty easy to feel like you are being yelled at. especially since you can't really hear how the person is saying it. I know I have had situations where somebody is trying to remind me and I freaked out like I was being scolded instead of being gently reminded. and there have been times in a thread I saw someone doing something and being gently reminded and the person freaked out so I posted how we aren't trying to sound mean we are only trying to help before someone really sees it and complains and you get in real trouble.

Yeahhhh, I've had people flip out on me a lot. XD

it's kind of like when I used to do collections. I had to remain calm and polite. a few times I said to clients, "I realize you are getting all kinds of calls from us and other companies because no doubt you are in trouble with them to. I know what it's like, I have been in your situation many times in your life. Honestly, I'm just trying to figure out how to help you. and maybe what I can help you with here, will help out on your other debts too." that tended to calm a lot of people.

Most people don't bother with being like that crazy, glad someone out there is nice!

yeah, between calls I'd hear folks in the cubicles next to mine and just shake my head. and every week our team would have a meeting and I always had the highest rate of peeps who answered the phone, peeps who stayed on the phone, peeps who did their finances with me, and peeps who made payments. and every time our group leader would ask me to tell them what I'm doing and I say every time, "just be nice!"

Yeah honestly I get that job probably sucks, and that people likely scream at you for no reason. But...if you're nice that's the best way to get the door open.
