So I think I've finished this. I probably won't be changing it that much, and I'm not really looking for in depth critique of this, since I will go insane if I have to work much more on it, but anything you think is obviously wrong or needs obvious improvement, do comment.
I basically took a sketch from a life drawing class and digitally painted over it. Yeys.

I draw manga style myself, but I still say it's a breath of fresh air from that particular genre to see a realistic work. :]
I think you could put more emphasis on the shoulder blades? Err, or the area that's supposed to poke out on your back depending on how it's positioned? -horrible at human anatomy- Ehe.

Realistic = way into college. Hopefully. xD I tend to be a little more realistic in my normal style too, but it's still stylized.

I'm not sure on the shoulder blades. I think in that position everything is pretty much smoothed over, although it's hard to tell without actually seeing anyone. But my sketch from the day we had that model shows the back pretty much smooth like in the CG, so I'mma stick with that. xD;;
