There's not really much to say for proportion since you've got the basics down and they're chibis, of course. Ever considered CGing? The two drawings could look even better with a little bit of digital tweaking.

I would try a different medium however, the pencil doesn't look as nice over the computer.

Very cute.
I agree that the shading is very nice.
But I disagree with Truffles, I think the pencil texture looks very nice.

You have a nice awesome skill in majoring pencils. That is for sure.
1st~ yay~ colourful chibi~ the colours blends in nice... and the strokes are even natural and blends in well. But I am not quite sure about the sky... the crisscross pattern sorta goes opposite with the chibis, or the sky is just TOOOO big a patch of crisscross pattern. Maybe try... getting lighter to the ground... then the whole picture won't look too busy. besides, I would give a guess that is a different medium that lined the black brown hair of the brown bunny? I personally (mind, personally) don't think it fits... because, lol, the 1st thing that catch my eyes is that hair lines. lol. Because it looks like out of place.
2nd~ gaw... I see CRACKS on the hammer! what material is that? lol.
Awesome. I see... that... you are using green guidelines? lol. just guessing.
and Awesome shadings. I like your shadings.
I think I might be too picky because your art is great that I can mention the tiny witty bitty things. DX
I feel that... the hammer is a bit... off centered? I mean, the handle went through the hammer... is not at the centre... seems to me. Might be my eyes... *sleepy*
