Hello, I'm James. I usualy go by other names such as Clarky, Syn/Synth, Dreamer, Crimmy, Jambo....there are more to but I have a feeling most on here will Call me James, Syn or Dreamer.

I'm new to Mene and the workings of it cunfuse me a little. I'm more used to playing Gaia and Zani, unfortunatly i quit gaia and moved back to Zani a week or so ago. Now i wish to expand my horizens on Mene and establish a position in the exchang as i do on other sites.

Unfortunatly i have no items or gold so in all honesty i'm not allowed to make a thread there. Instead i'm here to start with, hoping that the people of Mene may be able to give me helpfull advice on how things work, Getting started, And ways to make gold (The games dont appear to be working).

Welcome to Menewsha.. And I can definitely see how you're confused.

The only real way for newbies to make gold here is by posting around.. Roleplaying and posting in hangout threads in the Menewsha Nation are the best, I believe. (The Menewsha Nation can be found by going to General Discussion, and then there's a link to it near the top of that page)

Fishing and Chance can be fun moneymakers, but Fishing definitely doesn't pay off or profit at all until you have moneys to spend on it.

Thankyou so much for your help. I'll be sure to stop by when i get settled in. And i saw that with the fishing. Someone said you dont make profit untill you put about 400-600 gold into it. And as for chance, lets just say i'm not the luckyest of people :o

Welcome to Menewsha! I agree with Clorissa. Best way for us newbs to gain gold to begin exchanging and the like is to just post really. There's plenty of forums here to do so and tons of people to meet. It might seem to take awhile (and it does depending on how much time you have and how much you like to talk LOL) but the process is fun.

LOL nope. Plus those wings will probably come in handy later (or maybe even now) for making trades and the like since they're a donation item.

I've been on gaia since 04, was hacked a lott though so i had to re-start.

Joined zani a year ago but got bored, came back about a week ago though. Then someone told me about Mene. Had a look and liked it.

Descender does not award gold and is only a "play for fun" type of game.
The others work best with firefox as your browser.

Welcome to Menewsha! You've probably read the rules, so you already know NO SPAMing, and about the only way to get gold is to chat with the other members.

Unfortunatly from what i've been told the only way to make profit on those id to put a lott of money in. And i have awfull luck so chance isnt my thing unfortunatly.

Well then Welcome to Mene Syn! As for the games thing, you probably shouldn't try them until you've gotten some more gold because they can really eat it up. A better way would be posting around (a good rp or a chat thread can keep you busy). Anyways I hope you have fun here!

I was just double checking what you meant by "working."
I've never played any of the games besides fishing, but those are some of the common problems that I hear with descender and the chance games.
