boys are so confusing sometimes. >:/
mk, so, my boyfriend and i just split, and he's doing exactly what my last boyfriend did: i tried to be his friend, and he was a jerk. then, two weeks later, he wants to be my friend. i'm like "stfu". >_<
seriously, why do guys have to take me on a rollercoaster?
discuss:
- boys
- break ups
- my situation
- rollercoasters

I can understand what you mean. They can't make their mind up about anything. My ex was boardering on stalking me after we broke up, then he cut off all contact and refused to even talk to me. Not that I mind, but its really immatua and petty.

Oh, you sexist little piglets.
It's not just guys that do it.
In fact, I'm almost 100% positive that women are found to do that a lot more often than men are. =/

Yeah I generally hear of girls doing that sort of thing. :?
It sounds to me like he just needed some time to think about it, was it his idea to break up or yours? I don't really see anything wrong with that tbh.

i'm super needy of love and affection.
starshine:
wow. o____o
that's kinda creepy.
lsaylor:
haha.
and i've never been cheated on. O_o
i don't get why people cheat, though.
like, why have two girlfriends
when you can become a hoe and get money for that? xD
vappor:
i'm totally in need of guys
(as i said before)
so in no way am i sexist.
it's just that guys keep doing that to me
and i've never done it to anyone. >_<
puzzle:
haha. awww. :3
you'll find someone.
and hopefully they'll be better than any of mine. >_>
butterscotch:
it was his idea. he was very sure of himself, too.
then i just said "alright. lets be friends then."
and he was being a total jerk to me.
he was saying things to try to make me upset.
then, a week later, he's all "let's be friends."

It makes me glad I'm a gender-less inanimate Garden Hose ;D
I don't understand why some guys need to prove themselves by beating the shit out of each other.
And I don't understand why some girls need to prove themselves by buying $3p0p05p85392375 worth of clothes and spending like 3 hours on make-up..

Ok, as a boy I can tell you that we are not all jerks! It is a common misconception that we are evil little jerks that will hump anything that moves and are jerks.. did I mention us being jerks?
Yeah, bunch of hooey. I can proudly say I am far from being a jerk, or a player, or a straight up meanie head. Actually, there ae a lot more like me! We're caring, kind, listen, and know when the mood is right and when it isn't. They call us geeks! You may find us playing WoW, or playing DnD, or surfing on the web all day.
Be warned though, we are usually squishy, not the whole "*flex* look at my muscles, lol" kinda stuff. But what we don't have in muscle tone, we make up in our capability of being a dynamite pillow and all around cuddler.
What I've happen to notice is we usually also tend to be a tad clingy in the first month or two. You see we're geeks! and not many women seem to think "I rolled a nat 20, I attack the ogre with my +3 long sword" is hot. BUT trust me on this ladies.. trust me.
We are usually always learning on how to please you women. Because hey, it's tough out there for the geeks! So we're gonna worship the ground you walk on for a bit until we're pretty sure you're not gonna run off with some hunk!
Give one of us a whirl! You can usually find us at the hobby shop, or electronic stores everywhere! Look for the classic witty game quote on out shirts, or just search around the video game isle, or even the book store! We like to spend our time there as well occasionally!
Ya never know, one us may be that man you're looking for ;D

Well I have had a relationship where my boyfriend became really clingy within three weeks of dating and he freaked me out by telling me that he was going to marry me and what kind of job I was going to have.He pretty much was an abusive control freak,he used me a lot for his selfish gain and when i broke up with him he became all stalkerish and wouldn't stop calling me.So when he tried to pull the whole "let's be friends" BS I told him to go F*** off.
I also had a friend of mine that was a girl who did the same thing to her boyfriend only she was the abusive one out of the two,so I guess this can go both ways.

Yeah, they're really confusing. They should make up their minds, but I suppose they don't use them much. After splitting with at least three of my past boyfriends, they did the same thing. Except for that a month later they would want to get back together. Sheesh.

This isn't how "boys" act or males in general. This is how people, particularly immature/teenage people act, regardless of gender. Males do it, females do it and those who don't fit into either box do it too. Teenagers are chock full of drama which hopefully, they grow out of somewhere around their early to mid twenties (unfortunately, some take much, much longer and some never actually grow out of it at all.) Might as well get used to it and learn to recognize it. If you can see it coming, you can better avoid it in the first place.

That's how people act after a breakup.
Some people want to stay friends, but other people can't handle that for a while because it emotionally hurts to see an ex around so often. Then when they start to get used to it, they want to be friends again, but by that time, the other person would've labeled him a jerk and just moved on entirely.
Cut him some slack. You're not the only one that's upset, and not everyone reacts the same way.

It's really awkward after people break up... usually they don't want to be friends, and even if they do, they don't they just don't tell you in your face, it's so stupid but true.

Well I have been in a relationship for 2 years almost 3 years now. I know some times he does things I have know Idea why he is doing it. It takes some time to get into a boys head but when you do its so worth it. Boy can be so confusing some times but hey that just the way they show there emotion.
