I have an irrational fear of trowing up. I have a very strong immune system, so I've thrown up a total of three times in my life. I think that is to blame for it. It's not just a little fear either, it's a full blown phobia. Because of my fear I will not eat fried chicken, corn on the cob, cheese puffs, Fritos, or hot dogs. I also won't do some things that I did on the day that I threw up such as go to Neopets, watch the movie Anne, or watch Yu-Gi-Oh (I think that how it's spelled). It's such a weird thing and no one else understands it.
I also have a friend who is irrationally afraid of yo-yos.

Baja's biggest fear is escalators. x.x
Even being in a building with one makes me hyperventilate, even if I can't see it.

My biggest fear is people I love dying. Part of it is because my dad is slowly dying of an illness and there isn't anything that I can do about it, and I can't stand the thought of going through this with anyone else. :[ The other part is, since I was like 4, I've had these terrible nightmares about my family or friends dying in horrible ways, like being murdered or being in horrific fires or car accidents. Its scary.
I also have a weird, but terribly strong fear of moths. o.0 It started about...5 years ago, I think. We went camping and the last night we were there, we were roasting marshmallows and all the sudden, this GIGANTIC moth swooped out of nowhere and landed on my face and started freaking BITING me! D: And the damned thing was so big, that it completely covered my face. I was like running and screaming and finally I knocked it off of me and hid in the tent. And it landed on the door and when I came out to get a drink of water, it chased me around until I ran into the tent again. ;-;
So the next morning, it was gone (or so I thought.) and we packed up our stuff and went home. That night, I was in my room unpacking, and as I was pulling my clothes out of the bag, the freaking moth flew out of the bag and started trying to eat my face again. I'm serious, it went right for my face. D: And I finally killed it, but it took me four times hitting it with a hiking boot. :shock:
And now, I'm terrified of moths. >.<
I also remember, when I was little, I was afraid of escalators. Because I saw this horror movie or something where the bad guy got the girl's scarf caught in an escalator and it strangled her to death. Whenever I'd go to the mall, someone I was with would have to carry me up the escalator. But I'm not afraid of them anymore. :?

I heard something or rather about if you look into a mirror, but not so you can see your reflection...then you'll see a ghost in the mirror. Or something like that.
Anyways, when I was younger, I too was afraid of those shadows. I'm not scared anymore of course. When I see a shadow that looks evil, I look around to see what is causing it.
One of my biggest fears as a child though; porcelain dolls and clowns. I had quite a few that I had sitting on a shelf placed upon the wall. At night, I was always thinking that they were looking at me. And if I closed my eyes, they'd attack me while I was sleeping. I eventually had to start turning them around to face the wall. Often times actually going as far as to remove them from the room at night. Those dolls and clowns had evil plans! I just know it! :lol:

Jennifer- When I was 10, my older sister moved in with us for about a year, and we had to share a room. Anyway, she had a Chucky doll (From Child's Play) and she loved it cause that was like her favorite horror movie. She had it hanging like on a nail in the wall and it was facing our bed. The thing was supposed to look evil anyway, but when it lightninged or if headlights showed through our window, the light would always hit its face in a certain way and it would scare me to death! :cry:
It got so bad that finally, she had to start covering it up with a blanket when we went to sleep. >.<

When I was little I had a fear of wasps... I kind of got over it. I still don't like them, but I'm much better at controlling myself now. Unless they get too close. Hah.
Right now, I have a serious fear of abandonment. Probably because I've felt really alone for most of my life and I don't want to have to do it again. T_T It results in me being an annoying, clingy girlfriend.

To be frank, I was afraid of the dark. I still am, actually. XD I`m afraid of something growing from within the shadows or something like that. :') I`m also afraid of being alone in the house, or anywhere in particular but maybe that`s paranoia. :'O
I`m also afraid of glass dolls, 12 am and 3 am, and looking into the mirror at night. :'O
But most of all, I get scared that I won`t be able to do something right, so I tend to shy away from things unless I`m with a big group. They always make me do something first. XD

My greatest fear is natural disasters. They're just really horrible. Sometimes, they come announced, and sometimes they just happen without warning. Either way, these natural disasters cause a lot of damage.

Friday, I was waiting outside the high school for someone to pick me up after class, and I saw this lighting that really scared me. The funny thing is that I'm not often scared by this kind of things , well.. just when I'm in my house and I feel 'protected' in some way but this time I was completely alone and the lightnings were going more often and more... scary.
While waiting, I thought about what is my biggest fear, and I realized that my biggest fear is not a lightning, but being left alone. I've been always with someone near me, and I believe that's why I'm so scared of being alone. I can't imagine my life without S (my boyfriend), my best friends and last but absolutely not least my family...
another fear: i am afraid of hurting people...
i don't know why but i always hurt someone... and i don't want it..
when i was little i was scared of snakes because my brother had a snake toy ...
and he used to tell me that his snake is so powerful that he could kill me in just only one second...
i had some nightmares and i was scared all the time until the day i went to the animal shop and i bought myself a real snake...
i just wanted to be more powerful than my fear so i chose to have my own snake...

My biggest fear as a child was sharks in the pool.
-cri- I know there weren't any, but I have an over active imagination, so I'd be swimming in the deep end and I'll start imagining a shark swimming fast behind me, so I'll freak out and swim to the shallow end and sit on the pool stairs and be like ;o;.
Lul. I was so pathetic. xDD
Another fear I had as a child was zombies in my closet.
For the longest time I was sooo scared of them.
I had one of those big closets with like four doors.
And I used to play resident evil a lot as a child.
And silent hill.
So at night I'd just stare at my closet and of course my overly active imagination would get right to work, and I'd imagine zombies in my closet.
I use to try and be as still as possible and say to myself, I'll act as if I'm dead! I'm a zombie too! They wont eat me if they think I'm a zombie too.
So I'd stay still and just stare at one of the strawberries on my strawberry shortcake sheets untill I fell asleep.
I did this every night for years. ;o;

I have an irrational fear of the dark. And of the unknown; like not seeing in the dark. D: And other things I won't talk of. I swear, I get so freaked out even when someone says 'scare.' I shudder and yell "STOP ITTTTT!!" T_________T;;

I was afraid of demons and the dark when I was a kid as well. In fact, I still am afraid of them.
I hate being in a dark room at night when I'm alone (or the only one awake) in the room. Sometimes it freaks me out to the point where I'm afraid of getting out of my bed at all. That's especially troublesome when I wake up at night feeling sick and needing to run to the bathroom. :oops:

When I was a kid, I was afraid of shadows. You ever been in a room, and because of the way the things in there were arranged, someone else could be in there with you, but all you could see is their shadow? Yeah, that used to scare me really bad. Of course, it's not that way anymore. lol. Still creeps me out when someone stands behind me though. heh.

I'm Pyrophobic. Scared of fire. It's alright if it's a lighter or a camp fire. I just won't be waving it around or standing close to it.
I'm scared of idiots that wield fire as well... The kind that chase you around with a lighter or make it spark in your face.
I had nightmares about burning to death when I was younger. I went on this trip with Brownies to a place called Hazard Alley, where they teach you what to do in an emergency. They had a little street with houses inside this big building and they led us into a front room in one of the pretend houses. When the adults left smoke started coming in from under the door to another room and I went absolutely hysterical. xD I think that's why I'm scared of fire. P=
