I got a free ice coffee from this place in the mall because the lady there accidentally made the wrong kind. I also get free food from taco bell all the time, but that's only because they put meat on my tacos and I don't eat meat.

I got a free thing of fries at McDonalds once because we waited longer than some people who ordered after us. The guy did it on purpose though. I was completely won over <3...not that I was really upset in the first place. It was only about 15 minutes.

Edit: Mystic Kiwi, I know what you mean about Taco Bell. I don't even go there any more because everytime I do they get my order wrong and put meat on it. If it were just slightly off it would be fine, but when they put meat on it I can't eat it. I'm really bad at going back in and demanding the correct order, so I just avoid that place now.

My fiance brought some stuff from out local game store, two games and a t-shirt.
The girl behind the counter looked like she had one hell of a rough night and was probably hungover.
She scaned the stuff or so we thought she scaned everything, then when she said the total my fiance kind of looked at me funny, we thought nothing of it and payed her. We got outside and looked at the recipt and low and behold she didnt scan the T-shirt!
My fiance was well happy, and now he loves that t-shirt to bits as it was a free gift from his fav store. XD

Something like this happened to me the other day xDD

Okay so I was down in my school caf at break [we have ten minutes before we have to get to our next class; in my case science] and I was going down to buy a slushee and two packs of the brownie cookies [sofuckinggood*dies*]. So I pay for my slushee and there's weirdly giant crowd for cookies and I'm just like o.0 this better not make me late for science...[science euqalling love at the moment] so I get in line and wait and wait, the five minute bell rings and I'm panicking. I'd worked hard to get and stay in my teacher's good books, plus I'm going to have her next year for Chemistry! So as I'm asking for my cookies like three other people are too and I'm relatively small so I'm like dwarfed by all these giant guys and just like o.o let me outt...

so I escape and hurry off to science class.
But in my rush I've forgotten to pay the lady for the cookies xP
I think I'll just give her a dollar and explain on Tuesday ^-^

@Juniper: Most the time I'm on my lunch break when that happens so it's either get a new taco or don't eat for another 5 hours. As long as it's not too busy they're not too bad with it, although the one time they did put meat on it I ended up biting into it then I got so sick after that I ended up throwing up. It was bad.

I'm always happy when I feel like I've got something for free, like when someone gives you the wrong change, I once used a 5 pound note to pay for a drink and snacks and the change the lady gave me was as if I'd given her £10 ^^ so I ended up wth free goodies and more money than I'd started out with lol, and of course I didn't tell her, I don't think many people would!
