Yes... it's an anime that protrays all the world's major countries as singular human beings. It's actually quite silly. Hetalia means, if what I've read is correct, cowardly Italy. It follows, mostly, Italy, Germany and Japan during world war 2. It's really funny, because things such as alliances between countries are protrayed as like marriages, or family relations. Like, France, England, America and Canada are all brothers. And they also make fun of all the countries in one way or another. :P
