Hmm... it's a really good sketch ^_^ The head's good enough for me, and when "polishing" it, try adding a bit more details to the shirt, and more "curves" *winks* 8)
You did that umbrella pretty well *o* But... try doing the hands a lil bigger... Hands are the size of your face after all xD

PS: Serioulsy, it's a good drawing o.Ô A 9/10 for a sketch! ^_^b

Oh, I really like that. Very cute.
So, now critiques. Like others have said, the hands are a bit small but personally I kinda like them that way since it makes her look younger which goes with her body type. Also, she has no knees and the folds in the skirt are a bit off. I would add more detailing to the clothes as well after you clean it up a bit.
Overall though, its quite good. The umbrella is great and I'm loving the hair and face. You definatly have talent.

Rammy - Yes, it is xD I'm thinking of replacing the pic I have at the moment with that pic, if it gets done...
