Not a whole lot...like what?

My girlfriend is/was pregnant, but she said she started bleeding a lot this morning, and having bad cramps. I just wondered if you knew if that meant she did for sure, or if that can happen for other reasons. I'm really worried about her.....

Is this the one that is due in a month?

nope, this one is actually my girlfriend, she only just found out she was pregnant about a week ago.

Anyway, I don't meant to make light of the situation. Did the bleeding stop or is she still bleeding? Because some women have bleeding all through their pregnancies. But if she is bleeding a lot, and is still bleeding she needs to get into the ER right away.

She just got out of the relationship that got her pregnant. She came to see me this afternoon, and was talking about how she had been bleeding this morning, so I'm guessing it stopped. It's wierd, I know 7 or 8 people that are either pregnant, or had a baby in the past few months.... We think it might be something in the water... lol.

I really don't know what all the possibilities are, but I know if it was me I would have gone to the ER right away.

Thats what I said, but she doesn't have medical insurance, and she already owes the hospital money, so she didn't want to go. I talked her into going tonight, and am waiting for her to get online and tell me what's going on. I'm getting worried, since it's currently a little after 1am....

They can make you wait a really long time in the ER. She needs to get insurance if she is going to have a baby though. You can't not go to the doctor.

You can get free well-fare insurance here, but only if you are a child, or pregnant. She applied, but it takes a little while to get it.... It's the only reason me and my son have any insurance...

Hopefully she will get it soon! Is she excited about having a baby?

Kind of. She has cystic ovaries, so she had only a 20% chance to get pregnant in the first place. She was always talking about wanting a kid, and then when she found out she was pregnant, she got all upset. I think she is just scared she won't be able to carry it to term, and that she isn't ready to be a mom. She is only my age. lol, which is obviously not too young to be a mom....

Yeah but chronological age doesn't have a lot to do with how fast people mature. Everyone does it at different times. Maybe she isn't ready to be a mom. I hope whatever happens she will do what's best for her and the baby.

I think she will. She wants to be a mom I think, but she always doubts herself. I think she would make a wonderful mom. She's really great with my son, and loves him lots.

Can't you just call her and see what's going on? What time did she go to the hospital?

I'm not sure.... I kinda dont wanna call, cause it's almost 2am, and her roommate has to be up early for work, I'm not sure if she has work in the morning or not....

Well I hope everything is ok. What does she do?

lol, phone surveys. She gives surveys over the phone all day.....

Oy, my mother was having a problem with a company that did that. Apparently if you didn't take the survey they harass you forever after that. I googled the number and they do it to lots of people. I hope that isn't the company she works for.

Yes it was very much better! Thank you for asking. I did some gardening, the weather was amazing! We are going to have a storm today I guess though.
