Just practice for fur and curls but I was wondering what people think about it. There are a few thing that I know are off mainly the hand position and please don't bite my head off about the curls.(They are my downfall.) I was thinking about adding a background but I don't have time right now so that will have to wait... Anyway here you go!

This is cute! The hair is great and I really like how you've drawn the lips. If you add a background or colour then post again because it would be good to see this finished ^^

Pretty nice job on the furs, but try to keep the folds of her clothing in mind. The fur isn't just a big mass, unless its really fluffy. It should bend a little with the folds of her jacket and stuff.

Other than that, something about the skirt looks weird. Same with her face and legs. Legs are a bit too thin, I think.

ironic... I used to make the legs to thick ^_^ Well I was trying to make the waist part of the jacket slightly tight fitting around the waist... As for the skirt yeah I liked my original folds better but then i got crazy with them when I couldn't get them right. Ha ha. I guess this is what I get when I try to draw at 12:30 in the morning.

my only issues with it would be (1) her arm is a little too long, and (2) the folds on her skirt are a little wonky. but other than that, it's looking good!

@cimone: thanks for your input and now that I look at ti the arm is a bit off... I guess that's what I get for skipping a few steps in making proportions... all well I might fix that later. As for the skirt yeah, I kinda knew the folds wer off but I was just to tired to try and make them work at the time. I guess you can call me a lazy artist.

I redid the folds in the skirt and added some shading as well as a background. I wish I could CG it but my old software won't load on my new computer so I have to by a new one. anyway here is what I've done to it so far...



the shading looks a lot better in real life so the shading does look a bit off. I'm no guru at drawing birds so yes I now the bird is messed up. anyways besides my handy caps what do you think?
