Moki, though with troubles, got himself up. "Ebony, we are lost in a town we know nothing about. I have some money, how about we rent a room at an inn?" he asked. Though his spending money was supposed to be for other things, he didn't want them to have to stay on the streets, especially not with Ebony with him.

Ebony smiled. "Are you sure? I have a few coins with me aswel. I'll share the price with you" She smiled again. This must be the first time she ever stayed away from home for a night.

"I'll pay the whole thing," Moki said. "You don't have to help, besides, you'll need your coins."

"What for?" Ebony was confused. It may take a few days to get home so she assumed Moki meant for food and drink.

"Many things," Moki told her, "Besides, I don't know how long we'll be out here."

"Good point" Ebony smiled. It was freezing out here at night. She hope they would find a place to stay soon.

"Come on!" Moki said. "Let's find an inn. I don't want you to get too cold."

Ebony smiled again. Then she shivered. It was like he knew what she was thikning. Ebony liked Moki's arm. Maybe if they shared body heat, she would not be so freezing.

Moki smiled. "You must be very cold, um, can I do anything?"

"Just walk with me" Ebony looked at Moki. He looked so innocent.

"Okay," Moki said. "Uh, I think that over there is an inn. Let's go check it out."

"Sure. Anything to get out of this weather" Ebony smiled. Her finger tips were now going blue.

Moki opened the door and let Ebony walk through first. The place looked halfway descent. At least it was better than nothing.

Ebony took a quick glance around. This place looked practically desreted! Did anyone stay here? Ebony turned to face Moki. Her eyes were glistening with the rise of fresh tears. She tried to force them back, but it was almost impossible. She was scared. Where was she? How would she get home? Would she EVER Get home??

"Ebony, are you alright?" Moki asked her. He looked around. He couldn't even see the innkeeper

"I, I, I'm fine" Ebony sniffled. She looked up into Moki's eyes. All he wanted to do was make things right. And she just kept pushing him down. He must be just as scared as her.

Moki looked around. "Hello? Is anybody here?" he yelled. There was no reply. He turned to Ebony, "Nobody is here, I wonder whether it is safe to be here."

Ebony sniffed again. She looked around and began to wonder. She walked over to the front desk and called to a room in the back. No reply. There was a small bell on teh desk. She rang it. Still no reply. She turned back to Moki. "You're right. Do you think we should leave? I'm sure there are other places" She began to walk back over to him.

"I don't know," Moki said. "Something about this place attracts me in a odd way."

"Same. I feel like i'm meant to be here. Do you?" She looked slightly confused. There was definately a force acting upon them. She felt as though she could not leave the Inn.

"Um, do you want to check it out?" Moki asked. Something about this place was familiar to him.

"It's wierd, but yeah. I do" Ebony looked around confused once more. She felt a shiver run down from the back of her neck to her knee caps. She got that when someone was watching her. Ebony began to climb the huge flight of windong stairs. Her hand clinginng desperately to the banister. She turned to look at Moki. "Are you coming?" She held out a hand for reasurance.

"yeah, come on," Moki said. He walked up the stairs. There was something familiar, he was sure of it. As though he had been here before. "Ebony, I know this place... I'm sure."

"Me too. What is it?" She questioned.

"When I was young... I think," Moki stopped. "Let's go up to the top floor. I bet there will be two skeletons!"
