I have to say I haven't put much money on any avatar sites... I bought the adorable paid items from whuddleworld and then they closed down and kept the existing balance I had *hmph*

Hehe! I only remember that because I was surprised that the Alice in the book was actually that young. I knew that Carroll's Alice was young, but I thought surely Alice in Wonderland must be older. :XP

Not his daughter, but a little girl that I think he watched... she was the youngest and I think she had two sisters? I don't know, I'm too lazy to go look it up. :XD But he first started telling her these stories of Alice to entertain her, and he wrote them down so she could always remember them. There was this controversy as to whether or not he had "feelings" for her and if he was a pedophile. >_>

In my Alice in Wonderland book she looks about 12 or 13... I'm assuming she was younger?

In Through the Looking Glass, she said herself that her age was "seven and a half." If I recall, that book's time period was six months after the first one? -needs backup on this :XD- But yes, she was pretty young.
