Giggling, Danae nodded.
"But I have something Elena doesn't.. At least, I hope she doesn't.."
Blinking for a moment, she pondered, and then shook her head.
"No, I hope she doesn't"

Elena was sweet, pretty.. Hmm.. Suspicious! No, but she could have what Danae was talking about, if she wanted most likely..

Reno cocked his head, and his eyebrows, looking throughly confused at the moment.
"What in the world are you talking about?...Wait don't tell me...let me guess..." He blinked a few times, trying to sort it out on his own, finally heaving a sigh.
"Nope, I give up, what is it?"

Danae shook her head. "No! I'm not telling you! It's too dumb.." And it really was a quite foolish fact.
"It's stupid, and dumb, and you're not getting anything from me."
Nope, she was staying as solid as a rock on this one..
No matter how much he whined, and begged.. No!

What she'd been thinking about however, was that if Elena wanted Reno, she could have him. She was prettier, in Danae's opinion, and didn't lash out on people.

Reno gaped.
"*GASP!* You're witholding information from meee???" His bottom lip jutted out just like that, and it quivered a little....making him look thouroghly idiotic.
"Why won't you tell me? I'm not going to laugh, I...well, I can't promise, but I can try!"

"Wellllll," she said bouncing a bit. "You will laugh.."
She sighed though, and flicked Reno's bottom lip.
"You." She told him simply.

It was a stupid idea. Danae, however, didn't think it was all that out of the question..

"No I won't.....well, I'll try not to."
He looked down his nose at his lip and then ran his eyes back up to Danae's face.
"Whut?" He finally managed.
"What did I have to do with this?"

She sighed. Reno was a bit too clueless sometimes.
"If Elena wanted you, she could have you." Danae was in circles now.
And Reno was putting her there.
"I just.." She just basically, was afraid of losing something she wasn't even sure she had..

"Bwah!" Reno suddenly fell backward and landed in the floor, flooping around like a fish out of water.
"NUUUU!!!!" He cried, rolling onto his backside, sitting up.
"NuuU!!! I couldn't do it!! Elena.....Elena's NUUU!!!! I've known her forever!! do you realize how awkward it would get at work!?" He flipped onto his stomach and hid his head.
"Guuuhhhhh..." He paused a moment and looked up from under his hands.
"Besides." He sat up in her floor and smiled.
"I think she has this thing for Teseng anyway....." He shrugged.
"Though....that's pretty weird too."

Danae was appalled at his reaction. It was worse than laughter! He fell off the bed!
"I told you it was stupid!" She cried at him.
And then suddenly, she got the most disturbing mental image:
Elena, and Tseng- Oh dear God! That was not something she ever wanted to see, or hear... Dear God! Ugh!

"And then you know, you fall off my bed.. Ya know.. That's wonderful.."

Reno smiled up at her, and placed his crossed hands on her knees to rest his head on.
"Aw, it's not that bad is it? That I want to stay with you I mean?" His expression was innocent and conniving at the same time....it was scary how he could pull it off too....He poked Danae's stomach prodding her for an answer.
"Huh? is it? is it?"

She found herself giggling, and running her fingers through his hair. "No.. I like you being here. On mah bed." She giggled again.
His pouty faces were so.. Funny. There was no way to get around his idiocy without one good smile.
"You know I love you, right?"

She poked him in nose, and then sighed.

He smiled, leaning into her hands with a happy expression.
"Mmmm...good because I like it there too." He opened his closed eyes and smiled.
"MmHmm...I love you too." Well, so what if that really wasn't a neccessary response....Danae liked hearing that didn't she? And she was so much prettier when she smiled.
He wriggled his poked nose and looked up.
"What? What's the sigh for?"

Danae shrugged.
"I dunno.. I was just.. Sighing?" Did she really need a reason to sigh? Although she did tend to do so when she was upset, she could do so out of being content too. Right?
She sighed again, this time louder, falling back into her bed with a smile.
"Come here, come hereeee!" She whined, giving Reno the grabby hands.
"Come kiss meeee!"

((Oh by the by, I'm not going to be on on Thurs. I have a job that I have to get up early for on Fri. Gomen.))

"Oh." He smiled from her lap. What? He was going to worry about her, he'd seen enough tears that last time, there was no way he was going to risk having her upset like that again...and who really could blame him?
He chuckled, and rose from his kneeling, sitting on the bed beside her and leaning over to comply.

Laughing slightly, Danae wrapped her arms around Reno's neck, closed her eyes, and drug him down until his lips touched hers.
Danae really was, sadly enough, a pervert.
Chances are, she wouldn't even deny it! Although, Reno himself, had his moments.. They just tended to come more often than Danae's did.

Reno let out a muffled laugh as Danae drug him down. He let out a slight 'Oomph' but after the inital shock was over, he relaxed in her embrace. Three days? It wasn't going to be enough Teseng....He should have known that...Reno...well...he might have to play hookey for an extra few days...He felt Danae's hand on the very nape of his neck...on second thought.....he would play hookey for a few weeks.

The days came and went while Reno stayed with Danae...then it hit him one morning as he lay on the couch, with his arm thrown over his eyes protesting the rising of the sun.
"Whyyyyy..." he groaned.
"Why can't you stay down another HOUR!?" The ray of sunlight that was on his face didn't answer him, so he sighed and rolled off into the floor intending on grabbing an extra few ZZ's. Then his eyes snapped open and he let out a loud groan...louder than the one he'd made about the sun.
"NOT TODAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY"

Danae that previous night, had been working on something.. It looked like a resume. Not that it would have mattered. She'd fallen asleep at the bar in her kitchen, and had managed to half scribble up the entire page.
And there she was, still sleeping, her arms for a pillow.
She loved being with Reno.. Living with him was certainly something else..

It was needless to say that she would have a hissy fit when she woke up..

Reno stood, his uniform wrinkled...as if it could be anymore than it already was...and with a sigh, headed over to where Danae was.
"Dana~eeeeee.." He whispered.
"Daaaaa~nnnaaaaeeeeee...wake up!"

(I know that. I mean, what do you think happened between Reno and Danae...? O.o)

Danae jumped immediately, and nearly fell over.
"What!? WHAT!? I'm awake!"
Her hair hung down in her face, and she began digging through it, trying to find her face, then finally, was able to see Reno.
"Oh, hey.." She said softly, scratching her head.
"Morning.."

((Oh....uh....LOTS of couch sleeping XDDDDD))

He smiled.
"That's better." He kissed her cheek apologeticly, feeling just a little bad for waking her up like that, and then shook her shoulder, just to be sure.
"Come on, up and at 'em, I've got to take you back today."
