I've become obsessed with the author by the name of Christine Feehan. She has many series that she works on, but the one that I read, and am in a sent IN LOVE with are her Dark Series.

Does anyone else read her?

Please tell me what you do read maybe I'll take interest and have more things to read.

Flink has read the Dark Series. She also remembers CF making a promise in a chat to her fans to not do hardcovers because not everyone can afford them. Of course now she does. x.x So Flink has to wait on the paperback like she does with everyone else she reads.

Another writer Flink likes is Shannon Drake. Flink can't really think of a series by her, but yea. A few people who read CF like Sherrilyn Kenyon, though her books are way too similar to CF's for Flink's liking.

Flink tried to Mind Games series, whatever it's called, from CF but she couldn't get into it at all.

Flink was also a member of a couple of RPs based off of her books. ^-^ Those were fun.

I like the hardback books. I have a hard time keeping paperbacks in good condition. I do think however that both paperback and hardbacks should be released at the same time. It's a bit aggravating having to wait even longer to read her upcoming books.

I'm not happy that she's doing the newest book on another one of the Z brothers. I just hope it's better than the last one. I didn't quite care for it. I'm looking forward to the story of Skyler when her and and her lifemate will have a book of their own.

My mother is positively in love with Christine Feehan and the Dark Series. She reads them over and over again, and talks about them all the time. Always talking about Carpathians (spelling on that?) and freaking out whenever a fog starts to roll in. "The vampires are coming!"

I've never read any of her work, but I've certainly heard of her though a few friends. Personally, though...every time I see her name I think of Cripsin Freeman. It's just a little distracting. >.>

I have only read her book Dark Prince. Still, i fell in love with Raven and Mikeil (sp?) within the first few pages of the book. I bought Dark Celebration not too long ago but I haven't had a moment to read it yet. I love her work and when I get the chance, I would love to read every volume of the Dark Series. ^_^

I don't read her, her books have too much romance for me, but my mom loves her. I think she's read just about all her paperbacks, and the only reason she didn't get the hardcover, whichever new one it is, was because she couldn't see the point, since she doesn't usually reread books and, well, she doesn't like spending that much for books. XD

@ Sera- The Dark Prince is the very first one of the series, that was the 3rd book I read. Her site says you can read them out of order but to get a better feel of everything she says to read them in order. Dark Celebration was really good. She brings every character together from her other books and introduces a new favorite, well actually two new favorites which is Skyler and her soon to be Lifemate Demitri. The spelling for the names im not certain of though. You will love Dark Demon. That's about a girl named Natalya and her lifemate who's name is hard to spell but she calls him Vic alot so. That was actually the first book I read by Feehan and was instantly inlove.

@Dayla- I cant tell you how many time I've re-read her books. Of all of them I only have 2 hardbacks which soon when I have the money to pay for it I will go out and get the hardbacks for the copies I do have.

I was just wondering if anyone has read any of her series of books. I've read a lot of them and think they're great. I especially like the dark series.

a lot of the people I talk to don't care for them. what's your opinion.

and what's your favorite series from her.

Spicedroses, I merged your topic with this one as it discussed the same author.

Remember to search the name of the author, book, or main topic of your post before posting to deflate the amount of repeat threads. :)

 That's awesome. I should say that to my sister the next time I'm with her and it's foggy.

I've read the Dark series. I really like it. I love the idea of having a lifemate. I think her making it so that the men can't see colors or feel emotions or anything after a certain amount of time before finding their lifemates is just... So romantic. What better way to know who you're meant to be with? I also like how they heal and can change into animals, vapors, mists, etc. And the action is good, too.

Since you like her... Have you tried reading Sherrilyn Kenyon's Dark-Hunter series? Or Lynsay Sands' Argeneau series? They're really good, too. I could tell you some about them if you'd like...
