I only know of a few, because the story is so famous for what happened. OR being unsolved.
If it was a midwife she may have had someone working with her like a grave robber. A lord would have got away with it as well because they were pretty much above the law. IT had to have involved someone with medical knowlage because of how organs were removed. It's rather strange that there were two cases of Jacks and they were both in London.

yep they thought it would be a doctor or butcher due to the way it was cut or something.... also they thought it could be a forigner but they didnt really have a clue.... so many people confessed though!
