A flat pack couch which always have serveral screws missing when it comes to putting them together.

I've never had parts missing when it comes to flat pack furniture. Mind you the stores probably made sure that they didn't, knowing full well that I'd kick up a shitstink if pieces were missing.

Most places are quite good when it comes to replacing missing bits. Just phone up the customer services or go online and then get sent the missing parts though the post.

True. Point is that I've never had it happen yet. I'm a bit of a dab hand at assembling flatpack with several cups of tea and a few F bombs.

I stay out the way when the assembily of the flat pack is going on, until I get called in to help. Or to go find the strange key thing seeing as the one that comes with the flat pack is too small to use properly.
