No I was born in the states.
That is how come I have citizenship in the states.

Japan doesn't allow someone to have citizenship in Japan and another country. Either Japan or the other county.
Or else I wouldn't have the problem of choosing one. :D even if my most obvious realistic answer is the states since I have no money to move there. xD;;

Unlike my dad has citizenship here and Portugal. C: Portugal allows more than one citizenship as long as you don't join the military, navy, etc. outside of Portugal. If you do then you loose citizenship from Portugal. :D;; I hope I didn't loose you.

Thankfully, I was born state side. My mother and father met and fell in love in Japan while they were stationed there, but my mother was discharged and moved back to the states and my father moved back with her and they married.

It's not that I don't like Japan, I'm just glad I don't have to choose when I'm 18. >.<

lawlll. My mom is a citizen of Japan, but an "alien" here. x); I asked my dad about it and he said that my mom would become a citizen here in the states, but it's so expensive right now. *o*;
