These are things that I have made in the past few days and I was wondering if you guys could help me with pricing and stuff since I'll be opening and art shop soon. The two above for instance is the banner I was thinking about using. The one on the top isn't very exciting and the one on the bottom was an experiment since I felt like doing something tropical. Both aren't exactly my best work but meh I felt like messing around with ideas. Now moving on... The one below is a new OC I made that was inspired by a hat I got at a theme park. (which she is wearing)



The second is mewmew07 who I happened to see in this forum when I had finished my OC (who doesn't have a name yet)I know there are a few things off but I did this at like one o'clock in the morning and I plan on fixing today when I'm not exhausted. So anyways here is mewmew07!



This is the CGed version of the first sketch I showed you. I like the end result even if the background sucks... I'm just not brave enough to attempt good ones in paint yet. ^_^' Hope you enjoy it anyways. heh.



Now that you have seen the products of my imagination meeting delirium please share your opinion of my work! I would also like to know if you think it would be a smart move to open up shop or just keep practicing. Anyways, thanks for checking out my topic and have a nice day!

For the most part I think you did really quite excellent on both of them. I can not find a thing to criticize at all about the first one her pose is wonderful and you have fantastic concept of shading but I really love the face the most. The face on the second one looks alittle blank which kind of creeps me out and her boobs look slightly lopsided...sorry. Other then that really lovely work^^

Your art is quite nice. I like the poses; when I draw it always seems to become the same pose that I drew before... >A<

One thing you could improve on abit is probably anatomy/face shape. Face shape isn't really that off; maybe it's just your style and I'm used to other kinds, but it seems a little narrow and long to me. In the second one, it seems positioned a little awkwardly. C: Hands are slightly disproportioned in my opinion, but again, that depends on your style too. Some people just draw their hands and fingers smaller compared to the rest of the body. Hope that helped~!

@mimi lara: haha. Yeah I guess I was trying to have the second one not have huge bulging breasts but in the end I only made them look... well weird. :3 I might have to fix that later...

@Paroxyde: I get a lot of comments on the way I shape my heads and yes it's my style but perhaps I should try a new one and see if that is more eye pleasing. I placed mewmew's head in that place because I was using a reference and they had the head at a tilt and I wasn't quite sure how to place her head using this style. As for the hands, I've always failed when it comes to hands so I take no offense.:roll:

HEY GUYS! I finally finished CGing the first one in paint (took me 12 hours off and on!) and I want to know what you think. And I'm still curious to see if anyone thinks I'm ready to open an art shop here? By the way thanks to everyone who has commented so far. You're advise really helps me improve as an artist ^_^

I really like the detail! Especially the final draft, it's well worth the effort. Something that stands out at me is the face and the hat, <3 it

Ironic... the entire piece was inspired by the hat. =P I'm glad you like it.
