Thanks for your help in advance!

I played Shaiya once, I only went to level 5 and then stopped ;D
The art for Shaiya is amazing though
Anyways >_____>;;....getting back on topic, for your drawing, I'll start with the hands, too small, compare to face which should be roughly the same size. The feet, they are not long enough, they should be roughly the length of your forearm, and in the picture they, well, aren't. Also, the fingers on the right [our left[ hand seem kind of awkward and have that kind of fake feeling.

I like it. I think it's just fine, but you may want to look at the hand that's holding the staff. It looks a little small. I know. hands piss me off too. they're so freakin hard to draw

I guess I can't say for sure, as I don't know all that much about anatomy, but coming from an amateur's point of view, the torso looks kind of short. P:
Could just be me, though. ^^;

Also, as Amiiu had noted, the hands should be a bit bigger; they should be as big as... from their chin to the middle of their forehead.

Also, the arms are kind of long, too. Standing upright, they usually reach to a few inches above the knee, but if you were to unbend them, they'd probably reach a little lower than that. =P

the only thing I see that hasn't already been said is that the forearms are longer than the upper arms. What you need to do there is just make the upper arms longer.
I like the drawing though! keep up the good work~

As far as anatomy, the body is a bit out of proportion. Starting with the arms: From the elbow should align with the waist or close to it. The hands should be close to 1/3 past the hip. The thighs or femur is the largest part of the leg and should be bigger than they are.
The left hand is also a bit awkward.

I know it sounds like a lot to change, but it is good to practice correct proportions or at least train you eyes to be aware of what it should be. It is also good to use references, even your own body, to figure out where things should be.

Otherwise, it is a nice picture. The detail to the the clothing is great :)

Thankies for your help ppl, I'll see what i can do with it, btw would lengthening the legs a smidgen fix the problems with the arms, wothout rubbing it all out and createing a great big smudgey mess? Me and hands are allergic to each other but I'll get it right as soon as possible, practise makes perfect :D

I think if you fix the length of the legs that everything else would look better :)

The weapon looks like it's going into the head, The length of the legs, I understand if he's standing at a side pose

since this is the only thing that hasn't really been covered I guess I'll take a shot at it. Something about the face bugs me. I know I shouldn't really be talking since I get comments on my faces all the time but I think that it's a little too long and wide. I think that maybe if you make the head and neck a little smaller everything else might seem a little more proportional. of course it's always hard to get the body and head to match completely. At least for me it is... Anyways anything else I've seen has already been mentioned. I would like to point out that I love the disign of the staff and you're detailing is BEAUTIFUL so just work on anatomy a bit and you'll be a fantastic artist! :D See ya around future Picasso!

Edit: I just noticed that the neck seems smaller than I remember it and looks much better! Just work on the head kay. ;)

Well going on everyone's help I have made quite a few changes and will resubmit this pic. except the hand holding the staff is really really annoying me it now just looks really square. Also the left foot is too small but that will be changed.
but yes...
