FYI, Millenium Snow is a 2 volume, unfinished manga. And Pengiun Revolution is also a manga.

I highly recommend the following titles:
Boys over Flowers, Hana-Kimi, W Juliet(I didn't care for it myself, but MOST shoujo fans like it), Please Save My Earth, Fullmoon o Sagashite, Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne, The Recipe for Gertrude, Kodocha, Marmalade Boy, Ultra Maniac, Aishiteruze Baby, MeruPuri(It's from the same creator as Vampire Knight), S.A, The Wild Ones, High School Debut, Kare First Love, Peach Girl, Cardcaptor Sakura, Magic Knight Rayearth, Zodiac P.I., Kitchen Princess, Fushigi Yuugi, Ceres: Celestial Legend, The Queen's Knight, President Dad, Millennium Snow, Skip Beat, Nana, and Paradise Kiss. And just to let you know(No offense to the people who posted them) neither Rozen Maiden, or Chobits, are shoujo. I recommend them regardless of that fact, but they're not.
Most of these titles are manga, but most of them are available as an anime. :). The only ones that aren't are The Recipe for Gertrude, MeruPuri, S.A, Kare First Love, High School Debut, Zodiac P.I., Kitchen Princess, Skip Beat, The Queen's Knight, President Dad, Hana-Kimi, W Juliet, and Millennium Snow. The others have one, however, not all of them are available outside of Japan. :(.

I like Pichi pichi pitch, Tokyo mew mew, A Little Snow Fairy Sugar and Magical Meow Meow Taruto. =)
