Roy had been roaming the earth on his own for days, seeking no place in particular. He stood almost a mile from the group, but his presence could be sensed from even a few miles. He continues to walk towards the group. He is curious as to who these people are.

Shan looked over in Roy's general direction. She was not sure what kind of person he was, and he hadn't expected to find a wanderer quite so soon, but if he was someone that would help, she would gladly welcome him.

Roy had now come only a few feet from Shan. He doesn't say a word and does not make eye contact. He stands completely still waiting to be acknowledged.

Ani turned in the direction of the newcomer. With the earth all around them, she heard his footsteps, felt his curiosity. She looked at him, her right hand laid lightly on the hilt of her sword. "Can we help you Sir?" She asked, her voice a bit richer than when she was above ground. It was all the influence of the earth. Just being within the earths womb made her stronger, alert and in tune.

Roy glanced at Ani. You can release your sword, I have not come here looking for trouble. Roy pulled the hood off of his head making his face more visible.

"Then why are you here?" She asked, her hand still lightly on the hilt. She wasnt about to let it go just because someone asked her too. Ani shook her head, how many times has she been through that. He seemed a bit young. But then, there was an even younger girl in their rescue group. She was forever 19, but her age ranged in the 500s. Ah..the years, whered they go. She almost half smiled to herself.

That's the thing...I don't know where I am. Roy could tell she was still anxious.

Demitra found the newcomer quite strange. She kept her hood on, not wanting to attract attention. He doesn't know where he is? Weirdo.. she thought to herself. If he wasn't there to help them, then he'll just be a bother if another enemy comes at this moment. Or even he could be an enemy. Demitra followed Ani's lead and put one of her hands on the hilt of her own sword, not wanting to take any chances. Until she knew for sure if he was a friend or an enemy, her hand was to stay there.

Shan looked over at Roy more directly. "Are you lost in the sea of mountains? This is part of the dream world after all. Those who have no path to follow can not make it out of here until all is restored to it's proper order." As she said this, she tucked her fan back into her obi.

Yuki looked from his mother over to Roy. He seemed like he had been lost for quite some time. Yuki always had his mother close by, except for a certain occasion. He could not imagine what it must be like to not know where to go.

Kira turned to face the newcomer. So he was lost? Well at least he doesn't mean any harm or anything like that. She didn't say anything, but didn't go for her sword either. The sea of mountains? Well at least we have some sort guide here.

Roy suddenly became fed up with being treated as if he was evil. He became extremely angered and went to draw his sword. But due to a lack of food and water Roy could barely function. He then immediately collapsed.

"Oh my..."
Shan caught him under the shoulders and set him down gently. "Have you had trouble finding food, wanderer?" She knelt next to him, her hands placed where he could see them.

Roy could barely move. He simply nodded his head yes as he began to fade into unconsciousness.

Kira almost flinched when the boy had ended up collapsing. "Hey, hey, don't go dieing on us." She walked over to the boy, checking her pockets for any sort of food or water. All she found was some sticks of gum. What could she do now?

Demitra watched as the wanderer's expression went from angry to tired. She disliked it when people were angry; especially at her. But her eyes grew wide as she fell down to be caught by Shan. Like Shan had predicted, he hadn't eaten any food, or drank any water. Demitra didn't have any food, but she did have some water in a canteen. She also had another canteen she had been saving for bending. She kneeled down next to him and took out her drinking canteen, putting some water into his mouth.

Roy's eyes opened slightly wider. Roy then pulled an empty water bottle out of his cloak and asked for the canteen filled with water.

"Watch him for me. I will go fetch some food." She stood without waiting for a reply and was gone within moments.

"It's safe to say she doesn't want us to move," Yuki commented. He held his flute to his lips and began to play. In front of him, a cup made of ice began to appear, and it began filling itself with water. Yuki stopped playing and took the cup, kneeling on the spot his mother used to be at. He then put the cup to the traveler's lips. "H-here..."

Roy drank the water rapidly. He then sat upright. Thanks a lot, I appreciate it.
He looked around for a bit noticing that the boy who handed him the water seemed to have remarkable power yet looked so young.

Demitra smiled at Yuki. "Good job." she praised, smiling. She then took the wanderer's water bottle, filling it water. Giving it back, she asked, "What is your name?"

My name is Roy, how about you what are all of your names? Roy drank the water with haste. His throat was very dry.

"My name is Demitra." she said, smiling as she drank his water.

Yuki blushed. "Th-thank you, miss," he said to Demitra. "The woman who just left is my mother, Shan. My name is Yuki.. It's a pleasure knowing you, mister Roy"

"The name's Kira, nice to meet you." Kira sat near Roy, observing him as he drank his water. She wondered how long the boy was traveling in these mountains. It must have been quite a while to be this hungry and parched.

Shan came back, her hand behind her back, holding her cloak up almost like a bag so that most of her modified kimono was visible. It was ornate, but easy to move it. She sat with her back facing them and let the cape go and let the varous fruits roll off. She grabbed an apple for herself and handed one to Yuki. "Feel free to take anything you like," she told them. "The fruit around here is quite good, once you find it."

Yuki took a bite of the apple, delighted. "This is really good. Will we find more like this?"

Shan nodded. "Yes. However, it will get increasingly difficult as we near our destination. Not because there isn't any, but because wandering near the core is much more confusing than wandering here." She looked over at the wanderer. "Your name is...?"

"Roy," Yuki supplied.

"Well, Mister Roy. Would you like to know why you haven't been able to leave the mountains? You might not believe what I say, but if you want me to tell you, I most certainly will."
