Very adorable!
Here's some advice I think you might find helpful:
*Make sure you fill the lines in all the way without leaving white spots. Leaving those white spots can make the picture look more sloppy than it actually is (trust me, I've done that before XD)
*Make your lines cleaner. Cleaning up the lines brings your art up to a whole new level. You can eiher clean up the sketch lines or re-trace the lines by computer, whichever you prefer. If you'd like a link to a tutorial that shows how I do lineart, I'll be happy to post it in a bit.
*Add some shading. The eyes look very lively, but the rest of the piece is a bit too flat in comparison. Pick a light source, and and some shading and highlights. It really makes a picrue pop up more ^^
