Bartuc- I'd be willing to buy the Tapio Defender item for 1.5k. Why am I asking a lower price? First, it's taking away from my funds for my quest items, as I am not questing for that item. Secondly, you do have two of them and when you only have one left hopefully you can sell it at the price you desire.

I am however questing the Jade Ronin and do not have enough gold to offer for that unless you feel sympathetic and offering a siginificant discount or I get a major loan off somebody. Since the game gold has been cut in half, it makes that avenue of trying to get quick(er) gold cut off.
