If you mean Subway trains, where I am, we don't have them. If you mean the restaurant, we have a ton of them. I'm from Missouri, in the USA. We have everything you've listed but the last one. I'm not sure if we have that or not.

Thorton's chocolate isn't very common, but someone asked our local target to order it for them, so our target carries it on occasion.

Simon Cowell is okay, I guess. I'm not a huge fan of "American Idol" or any of those types for shows. So my opinion on him is pretty much neutral.

We have those. I think you can get BBC, I love Cadbury Chocolate.
The only things I don't recognize are Thortons chocolate or Skins, though.
