I don't get people that eat fish and call themselves a vegetarian either. I mean, a fish is an animal, right?

I don't eat meat.. because I don't like it.
All the bones, the chewy-ness, bleck...
The only 'meat' I eat is Chicken burgers and Chicken Nuggets, and I don't even know if they count xD

Okay I used to be vegetarian, but then I thought well chicken can mass produce anyways so there are lots of them in the world and they can over populate way faster than pigs and cows so I decided to be flexitarian. I don't like beef anyways so it's all good.
So in conclusion, I only eat chicken.

I eat meat, more than I used to. It was because I never really liked the taste of meat, especially medium or rare.
I'm not vegan, but vegan diets, as i've heard, help people lose weight, which I'd like to do, but it's very difficult.
I accept other people who eat meat, because I eat it. There really is nothing wrong with that.
Basically, someone who is vegetarian or vegan can have a diet as they please, but honestly, I feel some of the reasons are ridiculous, but I respect that they aren't going to eat meat. I wouldn't give anyone a hard time about it.
I pretty much disagree with quite a few vegetarians and vegans. Those I can agree with they feel are people, who just don't like the texture or taste of meat. Not liking meat for that reason is like not liking nuts. If you don't eat certain meats for religion, that's a practice, and usually, you don't a lot of other things. Some of those reasons though, are seriously outdated. I can understand you don't like meat or whatever if you are vegetarian/vegan because of the treatment of animals, but it really doesn't make sense. Does it bother you that lions, dogs, cats and bears eat other animals, aka meat? Humans fall under that category. We have developed so we can consume meat. It is a natural process. Any wild animal that hunts and kills other animals for eating is just like raising animals for food. Meat supplies you with the other necessary part of amino acids, which is nearly improbable for legumes to provide. You do realize, that people grow these bean plants, so people can eat them. Plants are living creatures too so why don't you care about how they treat plants? Or fungus? People eat mushrooms too. Honestly, it's called a food chain. If it wasn't for consumption of livestock, we'd be overrun.

Yes, they are animals. If they can breathe, if they have pain nerves, if they have the will to survive, if they can function, if they can reproduce, then they are animals. Saying that is a direct insult to fishes alike; it isn't that they DON'T have pain nerves or emotions, but it's just that some humans are apparently, unable to comprehend or take notice of what they're feelings are capable of. Who says animals have to scream or cry for themselves to redeem as animals?
If you want proof they can feel pain, sure, I can show you scientific evidence.

i used to be vegetarian a few years ago. i did so since i used to weigh 200lbs. and it got me down to 170. i learned to eat things in moderation. i'm very tolerant with people who choose to be vegan and vegetarian. one of my good friends is a vegan... i know how it feels to be ridiculed due to a choice of life, so i won't do the same to someone else. even now i still don't eat a lot of meat. i just don't crave it too much like i used to.

I say to each his own, I leave you alone you leave me alone. I eat meat, my grandpa owns a cattle ranch, we are a meat loving family, but he takes good care of his cattle and are all organically grass fed with lots of room to roam, and humanly put down. One year a bunch of his cattle started having triplets so he put on a full investigation to make sure someone wasn't chemically enhancing them. At the same time I'm not going to force someone to eat meat, if I have a guest who is vegetarian or vegan I will provide them appropriate meals. If I go to their house I will eat their food. I will not however tolerate people shoving their beliefs down my throat, I try to only eat meat that I know was given good conditions to live in and put down humanely, I care a lot about animal rights I also love meat so I do what I can.
