Fairy - It's this thing that looks like a small teapot with a long spout. You put in lukewarm water and non-iodized salt, stir it, then tilt your head a particular way and stick it in your nostril and pour. It comes out your other nostril. If you breathe through your mouth, you don't choke or anything.
It sounds gross and weird, but I have, like, irregularly small nasal passages, AND I seem to produce too much mucus, so breathing is kind of a bitch for me, and this helps soooo much.
And it's really not as gross as you'd think. It's a little freaky, but if you relax, it's fine.
