One side it went though the exisiting hole the other side had healed over so I had to make a new hole. Which is a regulat thing for me.

I've got my ears done three times and I end up leaving hoops in for a year to give them chance to heal properly, especially after having to shove earrings though the first set so many times.

I've never had my ears pierced. I'm 19 and my mom still won't let me. I'm starting to seriously consider getting someone to hijack me and get my ears pierced. Really. I've been asking very nicely since last year, and she keeps saying she wants me to get it done by an acupuncturist so it won't interfere with any of my lines. Which we don't have the money for. And I looked it up, and there isn't anything there. Not unless you pierce cartilage, which I'm not planning on doing. Ugh. :headdesk:

Oh HIM! That just is super ouchness! Never done the safety pin thing or any cartilage. All but my original piercing have pretty much closed up. I do, however, have 8-8.5mm sized holes. Large enough to stick a pencil through. Y'all should have heard my dad flip out when he heard - and at my age, you'd think he'd know by now what sort of shenanigans I'm capable of!

I keep accidently ripping the left first hole because that's the problematic one when it comes to wearing hoops it likes getting stuck on my other earrings that I have in.

Flink has safety pin earrings, but the safety pins aren't the part that goes through her ears.
She did at one time have handcuff earrings and she wanted the earrings of this girl in high school. They were made to look like she had a screw as her earrings. XD
And Eddie Izzard, Flink is convinced he should have her babies.
