I don't have any CDs that are in Russian. But I have two that have a big mix of languages in them, and I think Ukrainian is in the mix, and I heard that modern Ukrainian is actually a mix of true Ukrainian and Russian, so... close?

I'm curious, though, as to when I'll actually get this CD that I ordered. I ordered it Saturday night, and got a shipping confirmation Sunday morning, and it said the estimated arrival date is August 23rd. I'm just... so confused.

Depends where it is shipping from Cherry... I'm not sure how speedy the Russian post service is. And in any case those type of estimates are usually based on a "let's hedge our bets" philosophy. With my Korean CDs, they often give me a long wait time, but it arrives days sooner.

The CD is in Russian, but it's printed in the US too. It's shipping from the US. :lol: I'm also curious as to just how it shipped on a Sunday... :lol:

Oh, hm. Well, it's probably still the hedging the bets thing. My CDs ship from Hong Kong, and they still get here faster than that.

Yeah, I know. Most things do that. The main thing is that they sent me an email confirmation on Sunday. :lol: Liars. :lol:
