Ahh, Hoff and Noel Fielding in the same room, perfect for this thread.
Speaking of, I keep seeing bits of that show on Tumblr, is it good?

You mean you haven't seen it yet? I thought I posted some of it before. Yes, it's brilliant, a great show to turn to for feeling good. Youtuber Nick from Fulham has most of the recent series posted. Let me track down his channel...
Edit: Here - http://www.youtube.com/user/NickFromFulham
Just fool around with it for a while, see what you like...

America's Attempt At K-Pop [VIDEO]
This is very k-poppy, but also very, very terrible. And shit, what a horrific premise for a song. It's the kind of thing that nearly makes me hate the age I am living in.

I just say that video! I think that one guy has an eye tic.
Also, my high school show choir had better moves than that...

Putting eyeliner on them to make their eyes look Asian... *facepalm* I can't get very far in that video, it's trying so painfully hard.

Wow.....! I have never really watched K-Pop, but I'm hoping its not as craptastick as that was. I think its funny they have pretty girls in the video when they look so fruitty gay they could be dating each other.
I have nothing against gay people, I just like my gay guys to be guys and NOT to look like barbie dolls. They went waaay beyond even looking androgynous, which I usually don't care about.
Facebook official? So if you don't post it on facebook, its not? Damn, I was so wrong this whole time.

Kita - Well enough! I've tested into one of the higher levels, which basically means I have less to go before I'm ready to take the test. My teacher thinks she can have me ready to take the test by the end of the month. But there's a two month waiting period before you can take it, so I won't be able to right away, but I'll be able to... wait. That was quite encouraging to hear. It also helps that 80% of the math section of the test is rather basic things like fractions, decimals, etc. Only 20% is more complex stuff. She says someone could miss every single question out of that 20%, but if they got the 80% right, they'd still be well within passing range. Beyond math, the rest is reading comprehension, basically. The reading section is of course, but even the science and history sections are just presenting you with some facts and then asking you a question about it. The answer is (almost) always in the passage, so you don't need to know very much going into it. So at this point I'm pretty confident that I can do this!
tl;dr: It's going well.

 That's great to hear!
My sister just finished her GED and got accepted to a University, and I'm starting my classes just as soon as I am "officially" a resident of Colorado. I have to get my ID switched from Missouri and all my other government BS switched over.
Point being, I'm glad that we're all concerned about our educations. ^__^

Cherry, that's absolutely fantastic! I totally had your hamstrings figured out
also spiffy news on Kita's end. Things are going well here.
My computers (I've even resorted to using the old desktop, to compensate) are suffering. I don't know if it's tumblr or what... but I haven't been able to keep up with things.

Kita - I think we have to say something reasonably educated when we high five. Or argue about whether the Oxford Comma should still be used or the symbolism in Catcher in the Rye or some such thing. Not a math thing, please not a math thing.
As I mentioned earlier, the main thing I have to get down to pass this test is math stuff. My teacher wants us to have the multiplication table memorized up to 12 to make things easier and quicker. I never really learned the tables and didn't see a need to since I knew how to do it manually. Now I am seeing that it does make things a lot quicker, though. So my teacher suggested everyone buy a pack of multiplication flash cards and flip through them whenever we get the chance. I was hoping to find a very basic flashcard deck, but the store only had themed ones... So now I have Spiderman flash cards. It was that or (Pixar) Cars.
Biggs - Do you mean that your computers are getting slow and breaky, or that tumblr has consumed you? If it's the latter, maybe go through and see if there's anyone you can unfollow without losing too much that you like.

No, I meant slow. Though the second postulate is an issue. We got a new crop of Beeregulars during the last livestream (the influx changed the tone a bit :/ a lot more innuendo and not-even-bothering-to-resort-to-innuendo type activity...) and that meant more adds... the number of posts I have to wade through in a day has increased exponentially.
